Staybridge Suites Montréal Airport - St-Laurent by IHG

Overall a good stay.

Very beautiful and nice restaurant. The only thing is breakfast space too small compared to the number of guests

Good

For breakfast had to wait for cooked items to come. Looked like short staffed

Excellent

Everything was great better than expected. The breakfast your normal basic items but seemed to be better quality and better prepared than most places. Only complaint was I travelled with a person celiac and while there seemed to be gluten free options, there was no care taken for cross contamination nor was there any sort of markings, or knowledge of gluten safety.

Kitchen setup is so amazing. Clean and Quiet! I’d recommend for anyone. But a little far from downtown. If you have a car it’s ideal choice!

Brand new hotel. Very clean and nicely drsigned. Rooms are very spacious.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms lovely and comfortable. Clean and quiet. You wouldn’t know others were staying in rooms nearby. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. We were extremely happy with the stay and the price was great as well. We definitely would stay here again. Lori and Andy were lovely and extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel should be proud to have them represent them. Hotel staff did a wonderful job keeping us supplied and everything tidy. It was nice to have the daily breakfast. Overall my husband and I were were very pleased with our stay.

Meticulous room, very comfortable bed and surroundings. Good breakfast. 5 stars. Airport shuttle needs a footstool.

Free Breakfast was delicious, the rooms were very clean and the staff at the front desk were friendly. Only complaint I have was with my room key. After parking my car in the underground garage, I couldnt back into the building wirh my room key for some reason, it was not working. I had to go all the way down the stairs and exit out the side of the hotel and walk in through the front again

Checking and out was super quick! Breakfast was fantastic , great options . Room was spacious, comfortable , safe and super clean … beautiful lobby, highly recommend !!

Very limited breakfast. Staff does not respond timely to phone calls, and therefore could not get the shuttle from the airport. Even though the hotel was empty, staff asked for exorbitant early check in fees.

Breakfast

Our accommodation downtown Montreal was terrible, not what we had planned for five months ago. Staybridge ‘saved our holiday’. The front desk staff was fabulous, helped us find the right room (fitting for my sister who has a slight physical disability). We loved the extra large room space, cleanliness and newness of the hotel and rooms. The free breakfast was fabulous and the eating area was lovely and big.

The location was within 15-20 minutes of all of the activities we participated in.

Breakfast was good. Clean room and bathroom

The staff is very professional. The breakfast is fresh and varied. The rooms are very clean and there is no shortage of shopping venues nearby.

The hotel itself was very new and modern. The rooms were nice with the added kitchen and were clean. The hotel is situated in a very noisy area that is not very walkable. Some rooms have the highway noise, but the staff was accommodating to change our room even though we had requested a quiet one initially. Parking is available underground too for a fee. Breakfast had the basics.

Fabulous breakfast, they were on top of keeping everything stocked. Giant rooms, very well done. They have everything you need in the suite (pots, silverware, etc). Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Pool was great, our only complaint was they didn't keep the pool towels very stocked, and they didn't mop the deck the 3 days we were there (there was a fake nail on the ground the whole time). Would definitely stay here again though, worth every penny.

"They should improve the breakfast options to be healthier, with less sugar and more variety."

Everything was good, one of our best stay anywhere. Andy at the reception were very helpful

Charged a no-show during family emergency; no help modifying arrival date I booked Staybridge Suites Montréal Airport on Expedia while rushing to a family emergency and accidentally selected the wrong arrival date (one day early). Within 30 seconds I called the hotel to move the date; they said I had to contact Expedia. Expedia called the hotel, but I was told a manager couldn’t adjust it at 8:00 pm and they’d email management. The next morning I was informed I’d be charged a no-show fee of almost $300 and my reservation was canceled. When I arrived in person the following day, I spoke with General Manager Asma Hamila, who said nothing could be done because I booked via Expedia and that the no-show penalty would stand. I understand policies, but given the immediate contact, the same-week stay, and a documented family emergency, I expected basic flexibility or a one-time courtesy. Disappointing customer care.

J'ai adoré profiter de cette nouvelle hôtel

It was an amazing stay, great rooms, great breakfast and accommodations were amazing! Brand new hotel! Would stay again!

It's a very nice and clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful rooms are nice

Love the breakfast. You had choices of hot breakfast and continental breakfast. Staff was amazing. The rooms are nice and clean. Conveniently close the airport. I would definitely stay there again.

Je recommande!

Nice suite.

I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would like to see improved is the frequency of the airport shuttle. Apart from that, this hotel is stellar.

It was our first time visiting the hotel the service was amazing! The staff were very friendly and fulfilled our needs. The room was beautiful very spacious and clean. I will definitely come back at this hotel with my family.

I was not allowed to check-in due to improper ID. Please refund in full.

Breakfast and staff are friendly no exceptions Doorman Reception House keeping Breakfast kitchen staff

This is a very beautiful hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Feels like you're in your own condo. Loved it there.10/10

Very clean and spacious rooms

It’s a new hotel and it’s very clean and well designed.

What a Jem of a place!! Will be back!

Awesome place for a long stay!!

Property is really good, but don't count on the breakfast, its not good, staff are very helpful

Great breakfast and workout room

Friendly staff. Clean environment And the breakfast is good.

New hotel, great friendly service, rooms are big and comfortable. Great for families and if you are staying for a few days

Très spacieux et vraiment beau ! Belle expérience.

Very good

clean and spacious

Nice breakfast and has a pool

A newly built hotel. The room was beautiful, and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast. It's nice to have an underground parking lot

Très belle établissement n’hésitez pas

The staff was incredibly supportive and nice. The free breakfast was fantastic!

Nice and clean.

The beds were so comfy and our room made us feel at home!

Personnel professionnel et disponible. Très propre et calme et pas bruyant. Parfait pour une nuit à Montréal et même plus au besoin. Prix raisonnable et même bon pour la qualité de l'endroit et du service.

This is a brand new facility and they are still ironing out the kinks. Staff is very accommodating and wants to help. The self serve breakfast offers a good variety of hot and cold options which are topped up as needed. Currently there is free guest laundry and it came in very handy for our family with children. We did experience some challenges with our accessible room not really accommodating the mobility needs of our family but the property was quick to assist in making our stay as comfortable and accessible as possible. We booked a suite and were very pleased with the amenities.

Brand new establishment

Wonderful stay at Staybridge. The staff are very accommodating and generous. The rooms are renovated, clean and come with great amenities. Very comfortable beds and we had everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Underground parking was a great plus and we felt our vehicle was safe. Will definitely return on our next trip to Montreal. Highly recommended.

.

Brand new hotel. Very spacious and luxurious. When I entered it looked like a fancy condominium in the lobby. Staff was extremely friendly. Lobby hallways still smelt new. It’s very modernly updated.

Had a wonderful experience. The rooms very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good too

Staff was very nice…there’s a lot of options for complimentary breakfast…the room is very spacious, clean and beautiful.

Wonderful hotel, so crystal clean that you can even smell the greatness! The room is so spacious equipped with a section that you can cook yourself a delicious meal and relax in a comfortable couch and watch television. Really better than most hotels for me. The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast, with normal 3 hot meals (bacon/scrambled egg/potatoes) seems a bit too less of options for such a beautiful hotel. The bananas were all black brown skins, sign that they are almost past due. Of course, there are cereal, milk, toasts, bagels, muffins, juices, coffee, tea, every normal things that you can find in a cheap motel, which don’t match with this palace hotel
