Reviewed Jul 26, 2025Fantastic place to stay. The views were amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Each day a housekeeper came to empty bins and top up items. So unexpected service and was great. All amenities you need for a great stay. Town totally walkable with lovely shops and lots of history. Cathedral, heritage centre fantastic things to visit. Only negative was the stairs to the apartment but came away a lot fitter then when arrived

Reviewed Jun 5, 2025The property is excellent. 5 Stars!!! The problem was that we went to the address given on the confirmation but nobody was there to talk to. Since we had no WiFi available we could not contact the phone number supplied and nobody sent a reply when we finally had a WiFi connection. Luckily for us, one of the residents across the street came and contacted the people at Urban Retreats. Since there are lock boxes it would be very easy to supply the lock box code on the confirmation email; with the correct address of the apartments location.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2025So clean and new and had everything you could possibly need or want. Very spacious. Kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom all good size. Absolutely delightful. Loved Samuel and the owners. EVERYONE went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay! Close to the waterfront! This place exceeded our expectations!
