Very disappointing……The front desk is OK. However, the hotel cut cost to the bone on everything. The breakfast is very cheap stuff and the environment of the hotel does not match the price we paid.

Comfortable, visitor area to meet others and relax

Location is more so amongst locals but that did not deter from the convenience. The staff was friendly and helpful. the rooms and views are beautiful and the breakfast was quick and plentiful.

Clean Room, friendly and attentive staff members, perfect hot spring and everything was just too perfect and right for us. We would love to go back without any hesitance.

This is a brand new hotel, everything is in good quality. My room is spacious, spotless and with a view of the mountains. Bed is super comfortable. Their unique check-in style is very welcoming: we were invited to the salon room immediately upon arrival and started to enjoy the complementary treats. The receptionist came to our table to complete the check-in process and explained all the details to us. Their public hot springs have 3 pools (hot, warm and cold) and are super clean. There are also steam and sauna rooms. They provide free fruits, milk and tea in the hot spring room. On top of these mentioned, their staff are very friendly and helpful. Julie chatted with us when we were enjoying the complementary happy hour at the guest salon room. She provided us local food and attractions information. Vincent helped us with our luggage. We’re very happy with our staying and will definitely come back again.

The best hotel we've been to for years. The public hotspring and the in-room onsen had everything you need. Complimentary face masks, drinks and snacks in the room. They restock every day. The magnolia products made everything smell soooo good.The interior decor was fantastatic. Happy hour with free alcoholic drinks and snacks. This is the best hotel if you want to visit the Thermal Valley and everything nearby. 2 min walk from Xinbeitou MRT, just look uphill at your left at the exit.

Not good, not bad.

Hotel is super clean and well located. Walking distance to the local features and food spot. Staff were very friendly. Joyce was very friendly, and thoughtful. My wife wasn’t feeling well, she take a special trip to visit her and brought her drinks to see how she was doing. Can’t express the gratitude, and detail to attention all staff committed too.

This is a very nice hotel. We only stayed one night and we really enjoyed the stay.

有溫泉

新北投へはよく行くが、駅近の「ホテルロイヤル北投」に泊まるのが殆どであった。今回久々に行くので、新しくできたWellspring by Silks Beitou　を選んだ。部屋は１４階でバルコニーからの街並みもよかった。 特筆するべきは、高級ホテルのクラブラウンジのように、１階（2階？）に午後5時からワインやビールなどの飲み物、食べ物が、無料で自由にいただくことができ、皆さん利用していました。子どもたちも喜ぶものがあり、家族で楽しめる場所になっていました。 一つ残念だったのは、グランドヴィユーリゾート北投やアジアパアシフィックホテル北投、そしてこのホテルのように、後から建設されたホテルほど、温泉（硫黄泉）の濃度が低くなっているようで、白濁も殆どなかったです。 あとは、値段なりの待遇を受けられましたので、よかったです。

北北投駅近くで歩いて市場も近く非常に良いロケーション。ホテルも綺麗で設備もよく　過ごしやすかった。 スタッフの対応も丁寧で良かった。 朝食のビュフェも種類多くておいしかったです。

飯店位置方便, 附近有7-11, 藥妝店, 食店, 飯店環境整潔, 舒適, 服務貼心, 等候入住時有小點心, 飲料供應. 房間乾淨, 舒服, 可是房內燈光有點暗, 可以調光一點. 整體不錯, 會考慮再入住.

房間整體而言算舒適，床很舒服，寶寶睡得很好，但管道間的隔音不好，時不時聽到流水聲，疑似樓上浴池泄水時發出的，可惜客房服務人員來看的時候正好沒有聲音，後續也沒有再來關心。 溫泉大眾池設備不錯，除了水，還提供蘋果、牛奶、茶、咖啡。

服務很好，環境舒適

第一次入住，但已經馬上想再計劃再來！ 酒店服務及培訓都是一流，絕對感受到五星級專業態度！無論是在lounge的Jane、泳池的Parker、三燔北投的蘇娟，專業殷勤的服務態度都是十分值得加許！亦可以看得出晶華集團的培訓成果！ 也十分讚酒店大方的免費小食和微醺時光，很享受的住宿福利！

地點方便，餐點豐富，住宿服務非常優質，迎賓小點、minibar及happyhours提供的酒水餐點都很用心，很值得再訪！

The service was pleasant and the room was chic, new, and clean. However, the A.C. was not functioning at all. The staff tried to adjust it for us, but to no avail. It was 29°C and rather unbearable and as a result, we did not have a good night's rest.

Very spacious room with private hotspring, hot and cold in the bath area. The public hotspring area is fantastic and clean. The swimming pool is very nice and clean, about 18m in length.

Food

New hotel located close to New Beitou station. Room is very spacious with thoughtful design. The in-room onsen is in good size where you can bath in cold and hot onsen. The room price already included snack, happy hour and breakfast!

I chose this hotel for the first few nights after a transpacific flight because between travel and jet lag it’s hard to put up with a bad hotel afterward. This hotel exceeded expectations in every way: great breakfast, lovely spa and pool, thoughtful design, impeccable service, delicious breakfast, excellent location for hot springs. Perfect for a tired traveler, and as good a hotel as I have seen over 37 countries worth of travel.

房間乾淨整潔，空間感很好。 職員很有禮貌，酒店亦設有 checkin 等待區，不用累著排隊等 checkin。 感覺稍有不足之處，是沒有清晰指引告知 checkin 流程，一到櫃位，職員只告訴我請先到等候區隨便坐，但會不知道何時才會為我 checkin，也會有點擔心會否被遺忘在等候區不知到什麼時候，哈哈😅😅

很美的飯店，舒適的溫泉旅館，不管是大浴場或是房間的泡湯區都很棒。另外還有不定時的藝術課程可以參與，經過老師的指導，完成的成品超美的

很棒！入住前可以先在大廳旁的房間休息一下，加上點心、咖啡、茶，非常非常貼心，消除入住前的奔波。客服也很周到，我們叫了Uber，服務小姐先請司機等候，又帶我們上車。這對年長的我們，倍加親切和方便，謝謝啦！

It was our first visit to Beitou and chose to stay here since we heard good reviews for their Yilan branch. The place was more modest than expected but service was top notch. The room is comfy for three of us and very clean and view was great. Location is also very central. The car drop off location is a bit tricky as it’s easy to miss.

Very close to MRT station and one block away from a market, multiple restaurants, and a 7-11. The room was lovely as this is a new property and the breakfast buffet was fantastic in quality and selection. However, our bath water was not the white sulfur I expected and that is my only hesitation in staying here again.

只是新開幾個月，日式舒服，房間很大，有welcome drink, happy hour 5樓 gym room, 按摩椅 1樓有戶外30度暖水泳池, 37度按摩池 1樓大浴場有18度，40.5及41.5 度溫泉水, 有桑拿同蒸氣室 包早餐 不足之處 : Happy Hour 很多人, 沒有位坐，要早些到或等到其他住客離開才去比較好 大浴場23:00關門，22:50 已不停叫人離開 早餐是正常自助式 gym room 冷氣要自已調校低溫才比較舒服 不能和日本傳統溫泉旅館相比，可以說是一間有溫泉的高級酒店，沒太多溫泉旅館的感覺: 例如，太多住客，於酒店範圍亦沒人會著浴衣，沒有溫泉料理，房間望出只是學校和住宅

温泉設施新淨舒適。房間整潔，毛巾乾淨，唯本地電視台選擇較少。前台服務人員態度殷勤有禮。早餐走日式，選擇較少，服務員收餐速度較慢，可以加強。整體不錯。

早餐體驗非常之好，員工介紹酒店設施10分熱情，當我問如何能到達附近的景點，員工親自走出酒店門口介紹大致方向，感覺非常之有善，澡堂設施也非常之出色

Love the in-room hot spring. Daily top up of the mini bar and facial masks. Good variety at the buffet breakfast. Very comfortable room and bed. Highly recommended.
