The only downside is the free breakfast It is very basic compared to nearby hotels. It includes coffee and juice dispenser. two kinds of cereal. Two kinds of bagel and toast. Boiled egg and yogurt.

Aucun entretien de la chambre pendant le séjour, même après avoir mis l’indication de ‘’ faire la chambre ‘’. Musique la nuit dans les corridor un peu forte.

No shelves or counter for personal items in washroom. Check-in was lacklustre to say the least. after 8 hours on the road we were made to wait on an empty lobby till someone finally appeared to check us in. Will not return.

Il ne manque de rien et tout est indiqué clairement pour le fonctionnement des appareils et de la restauration offerte avec les numéros. Beau balcon pour profiter de l'extérieur. Tranquille, immense stationnement et personnel très professionnel. Commodités sur les étages avec des machines distributrices à des prix raisonnables. Déjeuner continental très ordinaire mais il dépanne.

Par contre, l’hôtel n’est pas super insonorisé (probablement à cause de la conception en bétons). De plus, pour les voyageurs d’affaires… il n’y a pas de planche et fer à repasser…. Amenez-vous des chemises sans repassage. À date, ça reste le meilleur hôtel que j’ai pu trouver à Val d’Or pour mes voyages d’affaires.

The unfinished cement walls are not very appealing and made the room feel cold and a bit uncomfortable especially in the bathroom. There is only 1 elevator and it is very slow and makes strange noises. We had to wait 3 times with our trolly of luggage to be able to have room in the elevator when we were leaving. The elevator was full with other guests each time and also used by cleaning staff with laundy trolly etc. The security deposit is $300 so if you book with a tight budget be prepared for that as it could be a couple days before it frees up on your card. There are well stocked vending machines in the canteen area. They ony have the espresso coffee machine in the room which we do not like, so we went to the coffee machine in the canteen, but it is not in service even though it is a new hotel and the unit looks installed and ready to use. Same for the juice dispener there.

Appartement hyper propre, lit confortable, équipement de cuisine complet et même un lave-vaisselle que nous n'avons pas utilisé. Suggestion: Un petit tapis anti-dérapant pour la douche serait plus sécuritaire pour toutes les personnes de tous âges. Je recommande un séjour sans hésitation. Merci !

It has a minimalist style with good quality materials and timeliness design ,nestled in a forested area in a good location.Why did I only give it 4 stars…because the large lights in around the parking lot are very bright and stay on all night and even with heavy duty blackout curtains it felt like daytime!eye mask recommended, but I wouldn’t hesitate to go here again!

Reviewed Apr 14, 2025Hôtel très récente. Propreté impeccable. Nous avions une suite junior avec 2 lits (pour 4 personnes). Pas de divan pour écouter la télévision en gang. Petite table pour manger avec seulement 2 chaises. Ce sont des chambres style loft avec tous les électroménagers (il manquait la laveuse/sécheuse qui n'avait pas encore été installée). Mur en béton donc aucun bruit. Le seul bémole du week-end, un seul ascenseur et il était HS. Problématique pour se rendre au 4ieme étage avec nos bagages dont une personne avec des problèmes pour se déplacer. Dans l'ensemble, très belle expérience 4/5.

Nous avions une cuisinette dans la chambre, très pratique avec toutes les nécessités. La seule chose qui manquait dans la chambre était une télévision dans la chambre séparée. Puisque nous voyagions avec les enfants, une deuxième télé aurait été appréciée. Aussi, il aurait été bien d’avoir le déjeuner inclus mais cela ne m’empêchera pas d’y retourner. Le plus bel hôtel de Val d’Or selon moi.
