Reviewed Jul 21, 2024There was no electricity in the hotel from 7.00am until noon at check out. The television was not working, the heating was not working, so it was cold in the room.? There was no hot water so I couldn’t take a bath. The microwave was not working either, so I couldn’t heat up my leftover food from the day before. It was hell !!! I will never go back in this hotel ever again. I paid $200.00 to basically stare at the wall on the room from 7.00am until noon, doing absolutely nothing.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2021My husband and I stayed here on Saturday July 31st. We had been travelling all day and stopped in Val D'or. We were able to get a suite. Everything was perfect. Beautiful, nicely decorated and clean. The staff were so nice and friendly and did their best to speak English for us. The breakfast was delicious and the young girl serving was very polite. We definitely recommend this amazing hotel.

I've missed the hot breakfast everything was put away but i thought i could grab a bowl of cereal for my son.. a lady showed ub and started giving me 💩. After went in the back and said "caliss le monde écoutent pas"! Next time i'll go back to Microtel across the street

Our kids were comfortable on the beds. The beds are very comfortable. Although, the internet isn’t that great. The kids said that YouTube video took a little while. But overall great stay. 9.5/10

Reviewed Aug 20, 2020Check in was poor. We got there and were given our keys. We thought everything was great. Next morning housekeeper walked into our room thinking we were a no show. Overall hotel was great food was great. One other downfall was our fridge in our room froze everything. I called the front desk the night before we left. She was pleasant and wanted to sent. someone up to fix it. There was no point we were leaving early the next morning. We let all our sandwich stuff thaw out on dresser. This morning when we left the front desk clerk could not find our previous night stay as we wanted a receipt.
