Hoi An Tháng 1 Villa

Was such a nice experience you would never get at a hotel. Great hospitality from the owner and his family. Is close enough to Old Town to quickly go for lunch but far away to not have any traffic or loud music at night.

The owner is absolutely lovely, him and his family went out of his their way to make sure we had the best stay ever. The pool is perfect and the rooms so comfortable with a great balcony. The breakfast is also cooked by the owner himself and is delicious with many options to choose from.

We loved our stay as a group of 4, would definitely recommend to others!!

A bit out of the centre so nice and local feel/quieter. Big room. Nice balcony. Really lovely family and super helpful. Lovely shower. Pool was great.

The bikes we got were a little bit knackered but I think we just got the last few of the day no one wanted.

Pas mal de travaux autour pas hyper bruyant dans la chambre mais c'est bien de le savoir, même si au final nous ça nous a pas tant dérangé.

L’accueil du propriétaire et ses petites attentions (jus de fruit au bord de la piscine !), le prêt de vélos, la proximité de la vieille ville et la propreté des lieux et le calme du quartier.

Les 3 étages à monter 😩.

The most friendly and welcoming host and staff which made this place feel very homely. Great location, close to Old Town and An Bang Beach. Lovely clean and spacious room which was cleaned daily. Highly recommend.

Der Besitzer und seine Familie waren zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag sehr lecker mit frischem Obst, Säften, Pancakes, Müsli und vielem mehr. Die Zimmer war en sehr schön und sauber. Der Pool war auch sehr gut. Man bekommt kostenlos Fahrräder zum leihen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Das Frühstück! Die Sauberkeit des Badezimmers! Die Gastfreundschaft!

Tout ! C’est beau, c’est propre, le gérant est adorable, accommodant et serviable et met de bonne humeur. Le petit-déjeuner est fantastique et personnalisé. C’est tout près des boutiques, des lieux où manger. On peut emprunter un vélo pour aller à la plage. On devait ne rester qu’une nuit et on a prolongé parce qu’on s’y sentait trop bien

A lovely place to stay in Hoi An. Located centrally, away from the crowds with great food and very warm hospitality. Mr Quoc is very friendly and helps in managing taxi, sightseeing tours, laundry and other activities too. Highly recommend.

Fajny hotelik w niedalekiej odległości od starego miasta. Bardzo miły i pozytywny właściciel, który bardzo dbał o nasz komfort. Był szalenie pomocny, podpowiadał co można zobaczyć w okolicy i gdzie najlepiej zjeść. W dniu przyjazdu przywitał nas zimnym sokiem z mango i owocami. Pokój był przestronny, wyposażony w szafę, wyposażoną w napoje mini lodówkę i biurko. Duża łazienka z wygodnym prysznicem i przyborami sanitarnymi spełniła nasze oczekiwania. Dodatkowo w cenie wynajmu mieliśmy smaczne śniadania. W dniu poprzedzającym można było wybrać sobie na co mamy ochotę a rano chwilę po zejściu na dół serwowano wybrane przez nas specjały. Dodatkowo mogliśmy skorzystać z rowerów i zrelaksować się nad małym basenem.

The rooms where spacious and well lighted. The location was excellent! Just a 15 minute walk to the historic centre and river. But far enough to not hear the noise of the town.

It was a shame we couldn’t do the payment via credit card, as it was hard to find an atm that worked and the atm fees were higher than the ones from my CC

Excellent spot and very neat. The property has all the facilities needed for our family. Loved his Vietnamese milk coffee and the breakfast.

CHINCHES ATENCIÓN! Lo único positivo es la amabilidad del personal. Las fotos no coinciden con la realidad, en concreto la piscina no es lo que parece, y las habitaciones aún menos, no os dejéis engañar. Nos dieron una habitación, llegamos muy cansados y nos dormimos en seguida, en cuando nos despertamos nos dimos cuenta de que estaba lleno de chinches, pedimos un cambio de habitación y nos pasaron a otra que estaba aún peor, intentamos suerte con una tercera y resultó estar igualmente infestada. Asi decimos cancelar las siguientes noches y cambiarnos de hotel. Cabe destacar que las chicas que nos atendieron fueron súper amables y accedieron a hacer la anulación sin problemas.

We loved everything about our stay. The host had excellent attention to detail and was incredibly hospitable - greeting us with drinks and fruit on arrival, helping with our bags, and staying in great contact throughout. He was friendly and happy to recommend a cheap, delicious dinner spot nearby. Our room was very clean and well-stocked with toiletries and complimentary water bottles. 10/10 — I truly can’t recommend the host or the accommodation enough. Breakfast the next morning was amazing. I couldn’t eat the noodles due to an allergy, and they kindly made an alternative for me on the spot. The accommodation also offers free bikes, which we used to explore the city and absolutely loved. If we’d had more time, we would have visited the tailor he recommended and booked a massage, too. My sisters birthday was coming and he wanted to do something special. Maybe next time!!!

We really enjoyed our stay, the location was great and you could use bikes to get around if needed. The room was really nice and Quoc was so helpful by assisting us and being so kind and providing recommendations.

Loved everything. Since the amazing breakfast, the comfortable clean rooms, to the convenient location. But most of all, the staff. Just the nicest, kindest, most helpful caring people. No words. Just amazing experience. Took really good care of us, with an amazing vibe and always with a smile on his face. This is the place to stay in Hoi An.
