I did not expect the spotless ness. It’s a beautiful hotel. Just wish we had water to drink in our room as we take medications morning and evening. We are returning after our cruise.

Room was very clean & hotel has all the amenities you need. Walking distance to food & shopping.

Check in went smoothly. The room was tailored for 3 people. The balcony was large with table and chairs to enjoy the view. Amenities were provided everyday. The hotel is close by to Piraeus harbour and a very short stroll to the centre and around the hotel is newly located Zara and JD sports. The staff are always welcoming. The breakfast had a variety of foods to enjoy.

They gave us a lower category room, and said that the pictures shown in hotels.com are only to give you an idea of what your room migh look like but it they don't reflect the rality of the rooms. So they false advertise and seem to be proud of it. 2. Cheap bedding 3. Cheap ammenities 4.Cheap and very limites brekfast buffe 5. Dining area small and crowded. 6. At best is a 3 star hotel, not at all a 5 star. 7. Awful service at front desk.

We loved the fantastic location of the Port Tower Hotel and its delightful rooms and attentive staff. Our included daily buffet breakfast was amazing as well, with so many fresh food options from eggs and juices to quality baked goods. So close to Piraeus Port for easy ferry access and we were able to island hop to several Greek Islands on the Aegean Sea as well as Aegina Island in the Saronic Gulf directly from the Port. Piraeus itself was a surprisingly wonderful part of Athens with nearby waterfront restaurants, cafes, and bars at Marina Zeas as well as many museums and cultural attractions in the area. One minor issue was some music from a nearby dance club (not the fault of the hotel) but management always putting guest needs first was able to rectify our concerns. The beautiful harbor view terrace and quality of the accommodations made the Port Tower a solid and very convenient choice. Only a short taxi to the the city of Athens and the Athens Riviera (Glyfada) beaches and shopping district make the location of this Port hotel ideal. I couldn't say more about the Piraeus area, our premium 4-star water view accommodations, and professional staff and management of this amazing property!!

Hotellet är bra, men det håller inte ett 5 stjärnors hotells standard. Priset var inte så högt heller. Frukosten var bra och hade det mesta man vill ha till frukost.

Beautiful clean property update like new

The property itself was excellent five stars but staff were not impressive uneducated didn’t care about the guests. They were supposed to fill up the service such as water , coffee,…. It didn’t happen and I had to call and ask for it and front desk would demand to come to reception for it. Most horrible, there was no PARKING!!!!!!!!! Had to park the car in a public parking and cab to and from the hotel.

This hotel is very nice. Very clean and the staff are very friendly. The buffet breakfast, we thought was very good. Will definitely stay here again.

I sent this email to the property on September 10th but did not receive a response. Please avoid staying on Saturdays and Sundays. We recently stayed at this hotel expecting a comfortable place to sleep, which is the fundamental purpose of any hotel stay. Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite. During our stay, an extremely loud party occurred outside that lasted until 3:00 a.m. The music was unbearable, making it impossible for us—and other guests—to rest. We immediately complained to the front desk, but were told there were no alternative rooms available and that the staff could not assist further. The following morning, while checking out, staff informed us that this is a recurring issue that continues until October. Had we been notified of this in advance, we would not have booked. There is a notice at the front desk mentioning “some noise,” but it did not prepare us for this level of disturbance. Because the hotel did not provide the essential service we paid for—peaceful accommodations—we formally requested a full refund for our stay. We lost a day of our vacation due to the inability to sleep and had to check out at 6:00 a.m. The hotel should be transparent about such events and be prepared to offer compensation or, at a minimum, earplugs to guests. We understand that the loud music was not coming from the hotel, but from a restaurant facing the hotel. This is a problem involving the laws of the city, the hotel and the restaurant.

Vi havde booket en juniorsuite, og forventede en udsigt over havnen, som på billedet, det var der ikke, kun udsigt til et højhus. Værelset var lige ved siden af elevatorerne, og hver gang de blev brugt (af hele hotellet) larmede det på værelset. Døren til værelset var ikke lydisoleret. Det var vinduerne heller ikke, så den nærliggende kirke, som ringede hver halve time gik lige igennem. Der var kun vand i minibaren, og ingen room service. Til gengæld var personalet i receptionen meget serviceminded og imødekommende.

Absolutely fabulous from our arrival until our late check out. The hotel is brand new. The staff so friendly & helpful. We will certainly return.

Close to cruise port. They offer a great breakfast. The hotel was new and modern. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

Loved the proximity to the port for early ferry. As is typical for European hotels, the electricity doesn't work until the key card is inserted at the entrance. Unfortunately, this as well as the location of the a/c unit made it extremely warm in the room and took quite awhile to cool down.

The hotel is only 2 months old and is incredibly clean and in a great location. Very close to a metro station and 7 min walk to the port to catch a ferry.

3 minute walk from ferry terminal. Very friendly front desk. Wonderful sunset view of port.

I would recommend and stay there again. Walking distance from the small markets and other little restaurants.

Nicely designed and modern hotel. We only stayed one night as we were travelling with SeaJet from Pireus. It is in walking distance to the port. Breakfast buffet was average. The doors had close to no soundproofing, so everything happening in the hallway sounded next to your bed.

Beautiful hotel and super helpful and friendly staff. Nice breakfast offered in the morning. The only drawback was the sound insulation- we could hear every little sound from the hallways and echoing in the stairwells, which impaired our sleep. Recommend staying here, but bring your ear plugs or ask for a room away from the stairwell.
