Lions Royal Hotel

The hotel was very clean and modern. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very modern with a nice shower. The staff was really friendly and tentative especially the ladies at breakfast and in the spa. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options.

Everything was excellent. The view from the rooftop during the breakfast was breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and professional, especially Aisha who amazed us with her hospitality. Shout out to the cleaning ladies for doing an amazing job.

Csodálatos 6 napot töltöttünk ebben a hotelben amit csakis ajánlani tudok bárkinek, kitűnő elhelyezkedes, nagyon barátságos és segítő kész személyzet, mindenben a legjobbat adták magukból úgy a recepción mint az ebédlőben Sakir Kara nevileg említve mindenben csakis a segítséget adta nagyon barátságos és segítő kész. Az ebédlőben is mindenre oda figyeltek nagyon finom és változatos ételek a hölgy aki felelt mindenért nagyon kedves és barátságos minden nap meg kérdezte ha minden rendben van. Külön köszönet a takarító személyzetnek akik napi szinten takarítottak és cserélték a törülközőt és ágyneműt. Gratulálok a tulajdonosnak hogy ilyen profi csapatot ősze tudott hozni akik szívből végzik a munkájukat. Tiszta szívből köszönöm a csodás napokat amit ebben a hotelben töltöttünk a nejemmel közösen. Csakis ajánlani tudom mindenkinek.

Semmi olyan nem volt ami nem tetszett volna.

На завтраке был достаточно хороший выбор: яйца, панкейки, овощи и фрукты, различные десерты, очень вкусный омлет. Ресторан находится на последнем этаже и оттуда открывается потрясающий вид, можно также подняться на крышу. Персонал очень приветливый, многие сотрудники говорят по-русски, всегда интересовались, все ли у нас хорошо. Номер был уютный и чистый, в ванной было все необходимое: фен, зубные щетки и т.д.

Единственный минус - в первый день было не отстиравшееся пятно на простыне. Также была немного короткая кровать, но для нас это не было проблемой.

Je n’ai pas l’habitude de mettre de mauvais commentaires, c’est même la première fois. Le séjour avait bien commencé, chambre propre, petit déjeuné ok et accueille agréable. Comme dit dans d’autres commentaires chambre petite avec lits petits, j’ai préféré prendre 2 lits séparés pour bien dormir. Au delà de ça une robe à moi a disparu dans ma chambre au bout du deuxième jour. J’ai préféré attendre le dernier jour pour prévenir l’hôtel car il faut savoir qu’il n’y avait aucun moyen de marquer sur la porte qu’on ne voulait pas de ménage (un écran devant la porte était fait pour mais ne fonctionnait pas, donc peu de sécurité car chambre accessible à tout moment. En plus de ça verrou intérieur de la chambre mal fait, ne s’emboîte pas dans le trou du cadre de la porte donc pas possible de fermer à clé. la femme de ménage à ouvert la porte un matin sans autorisation pendant que nous étions à l’intérieur. Leur reflex était de vérifier les caméras du couloir pour bien sûr ne pas trouver la femme de ménage avec ma robe dans le couloir et nous dire qu'ils n'ont rien vu ( le gérant de l'hôtel n'a même pas eu le courage de venir s'excuser et a envoyé sa guest manager pour nous dire qu'ils n'ont pas de preuves) Le seul geste commercial était de nous donner une réduction pour un prochain séjour dans cet hôtel puisque pas de preuve. Mais qui voudrait retourner dans un endroit où l’on est volé ? Pour finir j’anticipe les réponses assez virulantes que l’hôtel a eu face a d’autres commentaires : Nous avons été irréprochables pendant notre séjour et étions la grande majorité du temps en visite à l’extérieur.

Tout était parfait, nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la chambre était propre, le ménage fait chaque jour, le personnel est très serviable et gentil (tout particulièrement la dame qui s'occupe du spa ainsi que Aisha), le petit déjeuner est délicieux et varié, le quartier est vivant mais agréable donc pas si bruyant le soir, je recommande à 100% et reviendrai sans hésiter

Mauvaise insonorisation des chambres. La télévision a été enlevé notre deuxième jour et nous sommes restés sans pendant les 8 jours restants.

break fast was very good except that menu didnt change. Aisha was superb and very helpful even on private issues like where to get metro, shopping e.t.c. nura was too kind and excellently clean.

The hotel was very nice, centrally located in Istanbul and surrounded by public transport choices. It was exceptionally clean, the rooms were cleaned each day and towels were changed also on a daily basis. I have never seen a more clean hotel!! All the staff is extremely polite, helpful and carrying for all your needs. It is a good choice and worth the price you pay! I highly recommend it. We will definitely visit this hotel again.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast view is very nice, rooms are always clean, the location is perfect. It is accessible by taxi, bus, tram and subway. All different stations are in less than 1 km. Everything is perfect

Notre séjour au Lions Royal Hôtel fut très positif. L’emplacement est idéal et permet de se déplacer à pieds ou en transport en commun. Le quartier est propre et proche des lieux de visite. Le personnel de l’établissement est à l’écoute et à cherché à rendre notre séjour le plus confortable possible. Notamment, nous remercions vivement Abdoul Baki, Aïsha, Serkan, la personne qui s’est occupée de notre chambre (propreté vraiment incroyable, tous les jours avec parfois quelques surprises) et Sarah qui s’occupe des rituels bien-être et massage.

La chambre est légèrement petite pour un moyen séjour. Pas de blanchisserie dans l’hôtel.

Poor sound insulation between the rooms and hallway (also don't recommend floor 7 as restaurant above it will keep you awake from 6am). Also, unfortunately, 2 in our group of 6 were food poisoned from last breakfast in the hotel (though two previous breakfasts there were fine). Hard to tell what caused it: warm yogurt, fruit salad or salad leaves. Still recovering from it at home now.

We had a wonderful five-night stay at Lions Royal Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. Mehmet and Aisha were especially lovely, always checking in to make sure we were okay and helping us arrange our taxi to the airport. The breakfast had a great variety, and we loved the beautiful view and feeding the seagulls. Our room was clean, comfortable and looked exactly like the pictures. The location was convenient, around a 10-minute walk to the tram, with shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend Lions Royal Hotel. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making us feel so welcome! ❤️

A reggeli bőséges volt, minden nevezetesség gyalog elérhető. Nagyon kedves személyzet. Van szauna.

A szobák nagyon kicsik, behalatszik a zaj, a spa reszleg nagyon kicsi, kb. 6x3 méteres a medence és csak 3 nyugagy van.

En la misma zona existen hoteles de la misma calidad a mejor precio. Lo escogimos por su piscina interior dado que hacía mucho calor, pero cerraba temprano

The Lion Royal Hotel was absolutely incredible! The hotel lobby is simply beautiful! The rooms are very clean, but what impressed my family and me the most was the kindness of the staff! Aisha, Mehmet, Sakib, Serkan, and the entire team were incredibly friendly and welcoming! They were always attentive, always available, and always ready to help. We truly felt at home! They are extremely warm, friendly, and professional. We had an amazing stay and everything was perfect! We will definitely be coming back! ❤️

El tamany de l'habitació i bany estandard és molt petit, no hi ha espai per passar. El llit també molt petit, amb una altura de 1.8 et surten els peus del llit.

En general, nos gustó todo. Viaje con mi familia y el personal fue muy amable con todos, especialmente con mis dos hijos. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y limpias. El desayuno muy completo con bastante variedad. La ubicación es excelente, porque no estás en la zona centro de todo el bullicio turístico, pero es una zona con muchos comercios y restaurantes con mejores precios. Tiene cerca el metro y el tranvía y puedes ir caminando a varios puntos importantes de la ciudad. Sin duda, repetiríamos aquí.

Por mencionar algo, el nivel de inglés de algunos profesionales del hotel era un poco bajo y en ocasiones no nos entendíamos.

Todo en general. Está muy bien situado, a 15 minutos caminando del Gran Bazar y a 25 de Santa Sofía y la Mezquita Azul. Además, hay una estación de metro y otra de tranvía a poca distancia. El hotel está muy limpio. Se agradece la zona de piscina y baño turco para relajarte en el hotel. El bufet es variado, con opciones de todo tipo. El hotel está muy limpio

En general todo. A modo de curiosidad no tienen funda nórdica o sábanas sino una colcha finita (dos en la cama doble)

La camera era molto silenziosa e si dormiva bene

La referente della reception è stata estremamente scortese quando si è trattato di risolvere un problema molto semplice (ci avevano rifatto i letti dei bambini unendoli come un letto matrimoniale, a differenza di come erano in precedenza) È dovuto intervenire il general manager dell’hotel che si è mostrato molto disponibile e cortese ma ritengo sia inaccettabile la scortesia manifestata all’inizio dalla persona in reception soprattutto considerando che si era trattato di un loro errore. In generale non ritengo possa essere considerato un hotel 4 stelle: non ha servizi di bar e/o ristorante se non per la colazione, c’è poco personale (al pomeriggio non c’era una persona delle pulizie che potesse appunto risolvere il problema dei letti), anche alla spa quando siamo andati non c’era nessuno e dei bambini facevano tuffi schizzando tutto intorno (anche io ero con bambini ma ovviamente li controllavo e limitavo le attività troppo caotiche), l’acqua della piscina era gelida il primo giorno (poi il general manager carinamente l’ha alzata “apposta per noi”) Inoltre le stanze (ne avevamo due comunicanti) per quanto nuove e pulite erano davvero minuscole e si affacciavano entrambe su un cortile interno minuscolo e bruttino. Penso dovrebbero quanto meno variare i prezzi in base al tipo di affaccio della stanza Mi spiace perché nonostante abbiano fatto poi degli sforzi evidenti per venirci incontro non ci tornerei la prossima volta

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again next time we are in Istanbul. The hotel was very clean, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the staff were wonderful: friendly, welcoming and always helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and having it with a beautiful view of the sea made it even more enjoyable. The location was excellent: Hagia Sophia and many other major sights were within walking distance, and there were plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby for lunch or dinner.

Personalul a fost extrem de amabil, de la recepție până la echipa restaurantului. În fiecare zi am fost întrebați cum ne simțim, dacă avem nevoie de ceva și dacă totul a fost în regulă. Mulțumim Lions Royal Hotel pentru ospitalitate. Cu siguranță ne vom revedea la următoarea noastră călătorie la Istanbul.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - do głównych atrakcji Stambułu można dojść pieszo, jeśli ktoś chce, może też dojechać metrem, stacja jest bardzo blisko. W hotelu i w pokoju było czysto, regularne i dokładne sprzątanie. Basen nie jest duży, ale można w nim popływać po zwiedzaniu. Wspaniały i niezapomniany widok z restauracji, gdzie były śniadania. Śniadania różnorodne i smaczne, w tym omlety - live cooking. Bardzo przyjazna, kompetentna i komunikatywna obsługa. Możliwość łączenia pokoju dla rodziców z pokojem dla dzieci. Lodówka w pokoju, codziennie zapewniona woda butelkowana. W pobliżu liczne restauracje, sklepy, kantory itp. Gdybym był w Stambule kolejny raz - zatrzymałbym się w tym hotelu ponownie.

Pokój nie był duży, ale wystaczający. Widok z pokoju na otaczające budynki chociaż przestrzenny, nie był ładny, ale rekompensował to widok z restauracji, gdzie były śniadania. Szkoda, że w restauracji nie można było zjeść także innych posiłków.

Rooms are little bit tight, beds are not very comfortable and lights at the corridor keeps turning off too often since it’s turn on by sensors

Czysto, ładnie urządzone pokoje, dość nowy, bardzo dobre sauny i basen, mimo, że malutki. Śniadania z pięknym widokiem i urozmaicone. Codziennie sprzątanie. Lokalizacja super, blisko metra, grand bazaru, wiele pięknych miejsc można spacerem zwiedzać. Obsługa przemiła i pomocna.

Malutkie pokoje, ale o tym wiedzieliśmy od samego początku więc nie jest to zarzut.

Очень понравился отель, он очень красивый. В отеле вкусный завтрак, на любой вкус. Ещё в отеле есть бассейн и бесплатная сухая и влажная сауна. Персонал очень приветливый, вежливый и всегда помогают в решении всех вопросов. Особенно хочется поблагодарить Schakir и Aisha за их работу. Спасибо за отличное обслуживание.

Totul a fost minunat. Hotelul este poziționat bine, acces facil la obiectivele turistice din orașul vechi. Curățenie zilnică, sticle de apă care se oferă zilnic gratuit, în camera. Mic dejun bun cu vedere frumoasă spre mare. De asemenea, personalul foarte amabil și de ajutor, indiferent de oră. Cu siguranță revenim.

Hotel céntrico con instalaciones muy modernas, piscina cubierta, sauna y baño turco, un rooftop muy elegante donde se sirve el desayuno con una vistas impresionantes y sobre todo personal muy amable. A destacar la atención y recomendaciones de Sakir, siempre pendiente de cualquier detalle que necesitábamos.

The hotel was very clean, and easy to reach . The staff were all incredibly helpful, friendly and polite. The variety offered at breakfast was also great. Hotel is a walkable distance from all major tourist spots, taking around 20 minutes to Sultanhamet.

No toaster at breakfast. This would make the otherwise good breakfast even better.
