El alojamiento era tal cual se ve en las fotos. Nos alojamos en el ático, muy bonito. En nuestro caso la habitación era amplia con techos altos, por comentarios anteriores pensamos que no iba a ser así, pero al contrario fue un acierto.

Todo perfecto. Eso sí tiene muchas escaleras aunque ya lo sabíamos.

Fantastic clean, modern apartment with everything you need including washing machine.. In a street that felt like an authentic local experience. We found it easy to walk down to main area of restaurants however, there are many restaurants close by.

If you have mobility issues, the stairs up to apartment are extremely steep.

Esta ubicado en el corazón de Alfama, en un barrio tranquilo con un parque en frente, hay comercios cerca por si necesitas comprar algo con urgencia. A unos 10 minutos andando de la plaza del comercio.

Para llegar de la recepción al apartamento, hay que subir una cuesta bastante empinada, lo que, con maletas, se hace un poco pesado. A parte de esto, al llegar al apartamento, abres la puerta y te encuentras con unas escaleras super empinadas (cosa muy habitual en Portugal, pero estas eran excesivas). Por lo que, si alguien tiene un poco de dificultad o cualquier cosa, es algo bastante limitador.

This was a very clean and quiet property with plenty of room for my wife’s son and me. It was also very convenient to restaurants and walkable to the old town of Lisbon. The Wi-Fi worked well and so did the air-conditioning. Check-in was easy and you were able to access your room with a keypad which also made check out a breeze. The property was very responsive with messaging also.

Loved the location of this apartment. 20 minute walk to Chiado. Many restaurants, markets and cafes around the area. Host was welcoming and easy to talk to. We didn't have to ask for anything additional. The only downside was that we had to carry our luggages up stairs which was heavy. But other than that, everything else was great.

Stanze troppo piccole (le foto della stanza sono fatte con il grandangolo e non sono realistiche). Troppe scale per raggiungere la stanza. La stanza si trova in seminterrato e non al piano terra come indicato( dalla porta di ingresso si scendono 5 gradini perciò non può essere un piano terra)

Ottima posizione, la camera era silenziosa e il letto comodo Cucina ben attrezzata per tutto, bagno perfetto

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement, la petite place était très jolie. Nous avons eu peur qu'il y est du bruit le soir mais pas du tout. L'appartement est bien décoré, fonctionnel et confortable pour 3 personnes mais pas plus. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine donc je ne fais pas de commentaire dessus.

Il restait des cheveux sur le sol de la salle de bain quand nous sommes arrivés. Je ne sais pas si c'est bien utile des mentionner terrasse pour un si petit espace.

Struttura in Alfama comoda alle zone turistiche. Lo staff molto cortese. Aria condizionata funzionante e doccia molto comoda.

Pulizia non eccezionale (muffa in bagno)con parti della casa da rivedere (parquet, una presa divelta, parete doccia non si chiude bene)

Sicuramente la nota positiva dell’appartamento è la posizione. L’appoggio era inoltre molto pulito e accogliente. Staff gentile e disponibile! Esperienza positiva, ci ritornerei. Lo consiglio a chi non ha problemi di sonno in quanto si trova in un quartiere “vivo” e di notte, in estate , con le finestre aperte, potrebbe risultare un po’ rumoroso.

Great location for the price. The facilities were spacious, clean and modern.

Not really disliked but a challenge of traveling with an older person are the steep stairs.

Cuarto piso sin ascensor

Dell’appartamento abbiamo apprezzato l’arredamento e la vista mare dal balcone. Da qui si raggiunge facilmente il centro e i principali luoghi di attrazione.

Le scale per raggiungere l’appartamento sono molto ripide e per portare su le valigie abbiamo fatto parecchia fatica.

Das Appartment liegt sehr zentral im Stadtteil Alfama mit seinen schmalen Gassen und kleinen Restaurants. Die Ausstattung war umfangreich inklusive Waschmaschine und Espressomaschine und auch das Schlafsofa bequem.

Der Stadtteil Alfama ist sehr laut, das sollte man trotz aller Vorteile wissen, wenn man sich hier einbucht.

The location of the apartment and reception were incredibly convenient if arriving by cruise ship. The luggage storage early in the day was extremely helpful. The apartment had everything we needed.

Appartamento tipico nel pieno quartiere famoso dell’Alfama col museo del fado e tipici ristoranti a due passi, comodissimo ai mezzi di trasporto. Ben curato all’interno, unica cosa da segnalare una scalinata di accesso un po’ scomoda con le valigie. Utile possibilità di concordare check in anche il giorno seguente. Bello!

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Es macht Spaß, jeden Tag neue Wege in der Alfama zu entdecken. Es gibt viele Frühstückscafés um die Ecke. Für 4 Leute mit viel Gepäck war es etwas eng, aber die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Klimaanlage sogar in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer.

Nachts ist es etwas laut durch den angrenzenden Platz an der Kirche und die Nachbarn.

Très bel emplacement en bord de tage et proche du musée du fado ainsi que du métro à 10 min à pied. Appartements propres et joliment aménagés, literies confortables, pour nos deux appartements des marches à monter. Bon accueil et explications dans l appartement

El apartamento encaja con una familia, sin embargo, es casi inaccesible y muy incómodo para ir con niños pequeños que precisen de carrito. Salir y entrar al apartamento se convirtió en una tarea muy complicada, casi imposible. Decenas de escalones muy empinados. Nada de esto aparecía en el anuncio de booking ni se nos comunicó al reservar. De haberlo sabido, habríamos escogido otra opción. De hecho, en el anuncio, la ubicación es en una plaza llana pero este apartamento está en una zona imposible para carritos. Especialmente difícil al llegar y sacar el equipaje de allí.

Great apartment right next to the Alana square, near the Museum de Fado. I don’t know if location can be any better. Lots of eateries and bars around at any hour. There is everything you might need for your stay at the apartment - utensils, plates, cups, etc. we did not cook much. No need for that with all those cafes around. But the coffee machine and coffee pods were quite useful. Kettle and tea bags were provided as well. Also, the luggage storage is available which was a great deal for us. Overall - great place

Our place specifically seemed like a newly built apartment between 2 floors. The ceiling height was 2 meters. So if you are a tall person, confirm which apartment you are in. Other than that - no issues.

L'appartamento è molto carino, moderno, accogliente e pulito. La posizione è ottima, molto vicina al centro e nel cuore dell'Alfama. Nelle vicinanze ci sono ristoranti caratteristici, supermercati, locali, etc. Molto è raggiungibile a piedi

L'appartamento è un po' piccolo per 2 adulti e 2 ragazzi grandi. Raggiungibile solo a piedi con ripide scalinate, non comodo all'arrivo e partenza coi bagagli. Non c'è parcheggio libero nei dintorni, è tutto zona di carico e scarico. Il parcheggio a pagamento vicino costa 20 euro circa al giorno, indipendentemente da quante ore lasci l'auto.

Location was ideal across the cruise terminal with a short walk to cafes, restaurants, and a short distance to the plaza and city center.

The property was about 200 meters from the management and check-in location, which was mentioned in the description. However, access to the unit required additional physical effort due to the narrow and steep stairs.

Lisboa es muy grande, cuando comprobe la ubicación fue muy agradable, el barrio antiguo, hermoso,el persona atento, muy limpio el apartamento, en la cocina habia una ventanita al mar preciosa, y en el cuarto una pequeña terraza hacia el mar, me guato mucho

Die Lage war super, man erreicht die Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell und in der Nacht war es schön ruhig. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Die Lage war super innerhalb von 10 Gehminuten waren wir in der Innenstadt. Das Apartment hatte eine vollausgestattete Küche mit allem was dazu gehört. Das Personal was sehr freundlich. Man hatte genug Platz für 2 Personen.

Die Unterkunft hat etwas nach Rauch gerochen, hier meinte die Mitarbeiterin das es an den Gästen vor uns lag. Sie hatte sich dafür mehrmals entschuldigt, da hatten wir leider etwas Pech im Normalfall ist nichts an der Wohnung auszusetzen.

Kommunikation war sehr gut. Lage war ruhig und zentral. Nähe Parkhaus.

Appartement sehr klein. Kleine Betten, aber dafür bequem.

Erg gezellig en schoon appartement op een goede locatie. 2 prima slaapkamers en voldoende ruimte om gezellig met 4 personen te ontbijten.

Badkamer en keuken zijn niet heel groot. Er is 1 wc dus als je boven slaapt (grootste slaapkamer) moet je wel een trapje af om bij de wc te komen. Maar voor een paar dagen gaat dat prima.

Fajny i w pełni wyposażony apartament w centrum starej Alfamy. Idealnie położony jeśli chcecie zwiedzić starą część Lizbony., Dookoła knajpki, piekarnie. Apartament wygodny . Trzeba zwrócić uwagę, że dostęp do tego mieszkania jest po schodach i przy ciężkich bagażach dostajemy przy okazji trochę ćwiczeń fizycznych. Niezwykle mili ludzie w biurze obsługi . Tu pozdrowienia dla Pani z Brazylii. Na koniec zorganizowali nam transport taksówką i wszystko było tak jak ustaliliśmy. Fajne jest to, że apartament ma dwa pomieszczenia, więc jest to wygoda przy podróży z dziećmi lub znajomymi. Wszystko co potrzebne jest na wyposażeniu ( kuchnia i sam apartament )

i soffitti sono davvero bassissimi in tutta la casa. max 1.95 d’altezza e ho picchiato la testa varie volte e dovrebbe essere aggiunta come informazione sulla casa così che gli ospiti possano saperlo e valutare se va bene.

The bed could have been bigger is all. My husband is 6 ft 5 inches, so it was a bit small for us. Otherwise, we weren't there to just hang out in our room. We loved the area. Yes, the stairs around were hard esp with our suitcases but that is all part of the charm. We were given suggestions at the reception desk as we arrived right on time for the festival of San Sebastian which was great fun.

Just needed a bigger bed for my tall husband.

The location is still very close to city center, but sadly way further from the advertised address than expected. The air conditioner was a life saver in 35*

Due to the apartment being on the 0/1 floor and humidity, there can be some moldy smell.

Lovely apartment, well stocked with toiletries/towels etc, well located, nicely furnished. Late check in was facilitated.

Apartment wasn't at all like apartment featured in photos. Living area/kitchen had no natural light. Only a small window in bedroom (we expected a French window we could open for air and view). We booked a one bed so we could have the sofa bed in living area, it wasn't set up, no bedding for it, and the host who checked us in want able to get it set up for us.

Locatie, hartje Alfama … geweldig. Het appartement was een heerlijke uitvalsbasis. De airco werkte niet goed toen we aankwamen, maar dat werd binnen 2 uur op een zaterdagmiddag geregeld. Erg goede service!

מלא מדרגות. גם מדרגות לכניסה לבניין וגם קיבלנו דירה בקומה 3. למשפחה עם הרבה מזוודות לא ממליצה. היה מאוד קשוח גם בהגעה וגם בעזיבה. הדירה עצמה גם מחולקת עם מדרגות. החדרים היו קטנים ולא היה הרבה מקום עם המזוודות והתעצלנו להעלות אותן לקומה של הסלון. הכיור באחד מחדרי השירותים היה סתום קצת המים ירדו לאט.

La dirección de los apartamentos cuando reservas no coincide con el que te asignan posteriormente. Tienen varios en Alfama, y el nuestro estaba en un callejón, al que se accede a través de unas escaleras, por la noche bastante inseguridad

Great location! The apartment was just one street above the Fado Museum and had a lovely river view. It was well-equipped with everything we needed.The host was very helpful. She carried one of our suitcases when we arrived and, after we checked out, she recommended a place where we could leave our luggage for 3–4 hours.

There were quite a few steps from the street to the apartment, and the building did not have an elevator. This may be something to keep in mind if you are traveling with heavy luggage or have mobility issues.

If you come during June, all the street celebrations are just one street away. You are also at the bottom of Alfama, this means you walk up to restaurants and bars but downhill home.

Great apartament with an amazing view! Alfama is the place to be in Lisbon, everything is happening here and most of the attractions are here. The apartment was very clean, colorful and comfortable. We had a great time here! I would choose the same place again! It was very convenient for us, with the kids - close to the train station, close to the bus stations, restaurants and shops. Congratulations to the team!

Excellent location just on the edge of Alfama and close to everything. The Santos festival was going on in the city at the time and Alfama was buzzing so it was great to be so close. Spacious and spotlessy clean. Very comfortable bed. Bedroom is at the back of the building so was nice and quiet. The shower was fantastic. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need for a few nights. Check in was really easy and staff were friendly and helpful. We had stayed with this group before in a different apartment so we knew it would be decent. Would definitely stay with them again

The sofa bed was not great and there were no spare blankets for it. But maybe you need to request that beforehand. The bedroom was a bit small without much storage space but it was fine for a few nights.There was air-conditioning in the bedroom but not in the living room so if someone sleeps in there its roasting! And its quite a busy street out front so can't really leave the windows open. The furniture is a bit tired. A couple of more mirrors would be useful. Its the third floor up fairly steep narrow stairs so anybody with mobility issues would have problems.

The stairs were treacherous. Very hard to navigate on a daily basis. Could not us the main bedroom upstairs because the stair were challenging and the bathroom was one floor below. Not something we felt comfortable doing at night.

Convenient location, close to everything. On the ground floor, so it was easily accessible with luggage. Apartment was very spacious for the three of us, very clean, and included everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was easy and Marina was super helpful.

The stairs & hill that you have to climb to get to the apartment building. Once inside, we had to climb several flights of stairs to get to tge apartment. All of it is a steep climb.

They apartment was in the perfect location, near many attractions and lovely places to walk without being in the center of the crowds.

The studio apartment was as pictured on Booking.com. The bathroom was well sized with a good shower. There was an adequate sized kitchen as well (but we did not use). Staff helped carry luggage to apartment on arrival.

Firstly, the apartment is not located in the main building for Lisbon Best Choice Apartments, so it was quite an uphill climb to get to the room. Our apartment was located on the ground floor, with street access, right in front of a children’s playground. Consequently, it was loud all hours of the day, especially as there was quite a gap in the door. This gap also allowed cigarette smoke into the apartment which was unpleasant. During the night, there was significant noise until early hours of the morning. These noises included screaming, drunk people and firecrackers. Children also pressed the doorbell. As a result, we were woken on multiple occasions on almost every night of our stay. When asking staff for other options, there was nothing they could do. When expressing our safety concerns, the host brushed them away saying it was “no big deal”. Finally, we organised a taxi for our return to the airport for 5am (organised a day and a half in advance). We were reassured the taxi would be there on time, if not early, so we were not provided with a phone number for the taxi service when we asked. When we arrived to the collection point in the dark at 5am, there was no taxi and no one to call. We arranged an Uber ourself.

Location is very noisey, not very sound proof, so couldn’t sleep due to local events going on

It was in a great location which was very traditional and Portuguese.

The bed was very uncomfortable.

I liked the neighbourhood, the cozy apartment, the hostess, restaurants around.

The stairs- there are steep and dark. Moreover this is Lisabon and if you visit there you it means you are drunk from the lunch :))

available before agreed check in time which was perfect for us as we arrived quite early in the day. should this have not been possible we could have left our bags in the reception, so it would have been a good plan B anyway.

the air conditioning remote was only 1 for the 3 different rooms (it was hot so at night we needed to share the same remote, 2 bedrooms and 1 upstairs sofabed) - this could be a suggestion for improvement

The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. We were accompanied to the apartment and shown how to use the facilities. The views from our top floor apart were stunning. We used the transfer service, Mario, for our return to the airport. Mario and his wife were friendly and professional, and went above and beyond to get us to the airport, at short notice, on the busiest night of the year.

El depto está bien. Buen equipado, con tendedero, plancha, la cocina bien equipada y lavarropas. Muy buena insonorización.

Para llegar al piso se deben subir 2 escaleras MUY empinadas. El aire acondicionado del cuarto al lado del estar, no enfriaba.

Excellent location in Alfama. A short walk to the office to check in. Arrived late at night with a private transfer and were taken to the door. Pleasantly surprised on entering the ground floor property. Everything we needed for a 2 night stay before going on a cruise. 5 minute walk to the cruise terminal. Staff very helpful and communicated very well before arrival. Mario and his drivers also kept us well informed and waited a long time on us getting through passport control at the airport for the transfer to the apartment.

Tolles Apartment in guter Lage mit sehr nettem und hilfsbereitem Personal.

Personale gentile e premuroso , posizione buona .La camera è dotata di molte finestre . La fermata della metro dista circa 10 minuti la più vicina.

Nei 3 giorni di soggiorno la camera non è mai stata rifatta e pulita . Inoltre le capsule del caffè erano 4 e non 6 .

Wir hatten das Maisonetteapartment, das etwas oberhalb der Rezeption in der R. de Santo Estevao und damit in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße am unteren Ende vom Altstadtviertel Alfama gelegen ist. Vor der Wohnung im 3. OG liegt ein schattiger Spielplatz, in den umliegenden Gassen gibt es Bäcker, Cafés, Restaurants aller Art und zur Tram 28 ist es auch nicht weit. Für unser Auto haben wir hilfreiche Parktipps erhalten. Das Apartment ist sauber, hell, mit zwei Schlafzimmern mit bequemen Betten und Klimaanlagen ausgestattet und hat eine kleine, mit allem Nötigen ausgestattete Küchenzeile, sogar mit Waschmaschine. Die Aussicht aus dem oberen Schlafzimmer aufs Wasser ist sehr schön. Der Kontakt vorab zur Rezeption war schnell, unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Vor Ort wurden wir von der sehr hilfsbereiten Ines begrüßt und zum Apartment begleitet, sogar mit Unterstützung beim Koffertransport. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen!

Nichts, es war wirklich eine ideale Unterkunft!
