La salle de bain qui n'était pas propre et les bêtes qui arrivaient dans la salle de bain par l'aération naturelle (trou dans le plafond) Un rafraîchissement de la salle de bain est nécessaire (chambre avec douche et non baignoire)

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Lo que más nos gustó fue el personal de mujeres, su voluntad y disposición a ayudarnos, nos dejaron utilizar la cocina y nos limpiaban la habitación a diario si queríamos.
2 cosas principales, la primera es que reservamos una habitación con balcón, de lo cual, por temas de bichos pedimos cambiarnos para estar más cómodos, y nos enviaron a 1 habitación sin balcón que el precio era menor, y al solicitar un reembolso, nos negaron y era una diferencia de aproximadamente 45 dólares, solo accedieron a darnos un lavado gratis de máximo 5 dólares. 2- En general el personal es bastante amable, pero hubo un personal que era hombre, que cada vez que le pedíamos algo se notaba de mala gana, incluso en una oportunidad le pedimos una olla para cocinar y nos entregó una olla totalmente oxidada y de mala forma, por lo cual nos sorprendimos con su actitud al cliente.

Hotel muy bonito y agradable, con dos piscinas y personal muy amable. Tienen servicio de lavandería a buen precio y desayuno copioso. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

There was a constant, unbearable musty/damp smell in the room, so strong it seeped into our clothes. The bathroom was a nightmare: bad smell, mold everywhere, no ventilation, and clearly not properly cleaned. Breakfast was also disappointing, well below expectations. As for location, the hotel is quite isolated, far from the buzz of Ubud, which might appeal to some for the quiet, but it makes getting to restaurants a hassle since there are very few options nearby. On the plus side, the hotel offers scooter rentals on-site, which does make getting around easier.

I would especially like to highlight the incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive staff. The breakfasts were good, the rooms were clean and beautifully maintained, the beds were nicely made, and the minibar in the room was regularly restocked. If I return to Bali again, I will definitely stay here once more. A great choice with an unbeatable price-to-quality ratio.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et ont tous le confort possible. Le personnel est au petit soin vraiment gros coup de cœur, ils ont été d’une bienveillance et d’une grande hospitalité. Le petit plus c’est que vous pouvez louer un scooter directement avec l’hôtel et vous avez aussi plusieurs choix de petits déjeuner je trouve ça trop sympa c’est très varié.

Очень красиво и людей практически нет. Вкусный завтрак - я брала индонезийский, сын завтрак с банановым блинчиком. Сытно, вкусно, все свежее. Персонал приветливый, доброжелательный. Вечером стали комары летать - нам любезно предложили спрей от насекомых. Много котиков - сын был в восторге! Есть сейф в шкафу, чайник, чай-кофе, вода. Вода в прямом доступе в кафе - можно набрать в чайник. Уборку делали ежедневно. Мы заехали на 2 дня и 2 раза убирали. Рекомендую!
Мы заехали в номер. Был включен кондиционер. Нас ждали. Это приятно 🥰 Им минусов: балдахин над кроватью не свежий, у меня началась аллергия на пыль. Пожалуйста стираете его чаще.

Wir haben 2 Zimmer gebucht und die Juniorsuite war leider viel kleiner als das normale Zimmer. Die Preise für Massage und Roller sind zu hoch.

Reviewed Nov 9, 2025Das kleine feine Hotel liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Hier kann man wirklich zur Ruhe kommen. Die Anlage ist mit den Pools schön ausgestattet. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Leider sind die Badezimmer sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Die tropische Luft im Außen macht sich auch im Geruch des Bades bemerkbar. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, allerdings fehlte mir eine Bowl, oder generell etwas Abwechslung.

The staff were extremely friendly, the place was clean, far enough out of the centre to be nice and quiet yet not so far that it is inconvenient. Great little restaurant, fantastic breakfast, awesome pool, plenty of waterfalls and attractions close by.
There was a slight smell in the bathroom but you need to expect that sort of thing in Asia.

Staff gentile e super d’aiuto, camera bella e pulita immersa nel verde dei giardini, dotata di letto con zanzariera, doppie asciugamani, shampoo e bagnoschiuma. Colazione con ricca scelta e davvero davvero buona, possibilità di noleggiare un motorino (nuovo, non come nel resto dei rent a moto dell’Indonesia) a soli 5€ al giorno. Se cerchi un posto fuori dal caos della città, è il posto giusto per te.

Migliorerei un pochino l'abbondanza della colazione che è risultata un po' scarna.

La basse-cour de poulet et de poule qu'il y a à côté de l'hôtel est assez nombreux pour nous réveiller la nuit. Dommage qu'il ne les rentre pas dans une maisonnette ça éviterait ce bruit . Pourtant j'aime la campagne et les animaux ne me dérangent pas. Mais j'avais prévu mes boules caisses donc tout s'est bien passé.
