From the receptionists and restaurant staff to the cleaners and the bartender, everyone was amazingly helpful, polite, and friendly. The service was simply outstanding! There was nothing to complain about regarding the accommodation either; it is not a luxury or design hotel, but a straightforward, honest place that beats any hotel in terms of value for money. Looking back at our family vacations over the last 3–4 years, this was by far our best choice.

I can only mention two minor things, both easily fixable—and in fact, the staff sorted them out promptly during our stay: the lack of small teaspoons and drinking glasses in the apartment, and the breakfast being a bit repetitive. However, I am confident the hotel will easily address these for next season.

Personalen var jättetrevlig och hjälpte till med allt man kan tänka sig. Otroligt snälla mot våra barn och hade alltid något roligt på gång.

Städningen kring poolen kunde varit bättre men inget som störde vår semester. Hade uppskattat bättre utrustat kök när man väljer lägenhet.

Nagyon kedves a személyzet, jó a medence, mindig volt elérhető napozóágy. Az ágy kényelmes. Minden nap friss törölközőt kaptunk.

A konyha felszereltsége nagyon gyenge. Reggeli nagyon sablonos, egyhangú. De lehet rendelni tojást, palacsintát. Túl kicsi poharak vannak a reggelihez.

Another wonderful stay at Melissa Garden. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff are incredibly friendly and professional, and the whole team really knows how to make you feel welcome. The foam party was great fun too — a perfect holiday vibe!

The dinners were a real highlight! Almost à la carte, with excellent dishes and great presentation. My personal favourite was the sweet chilli chicken — absolutely delicious! The friendly and professional staff made every evening even more enjoyable.

I’ve stayed at Melissa Garden four times now, and every visit feels like coming back to a place I love. Fantastic food, genuinely warm service and a wonderful holiday atmosphere. Special thanks to Kasim and the whole team for making every stay so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing breakfasts! These were the kind of breakfasts I actually started looking forward to from the afternoon of the day before. The cheese omelette and scrambled eggs were absolutely delicious. And Kasim, the breakfast magician, is a true professional — he creates such a warm and cheerful atmosphere that your holiday starts with a smile.

Персонал просто супер, быстро решали все вопросы. До моря недалеко, около 500-600 м, через дорогу (есть подземный переход). До пляжа отеля ещё около 300 м по набережной, но и с ближайшего пляжа никто не прогонял. Номер большой, было все необходимое для комфортного проживания и самостоятельной готовки.

Одна ванная на 5 взрослых+1 ребенок немного маловато, если едете большой семьёй, то лучше берите 2 номера поменьше. Шумная дискотека, но в 23.00 они делали тише. Звукоизоляция номеров хорошая, соседей вообще не слышно, только дискотека. Мебель немного уставшая, слив в ванной так себе.

Отель ничем не выделялся бы из ряда других турецких отелей (десять лет подряд ежегодно отдыхаем в турции) если бы не персонал! Вся семья в восторге, в отеле работают такие приятные и обаятельные ребята, с отличным чувством юмора которые умеют создать атмосферу отдыха и веселья. Таков уровень сервиса не встречали и пятерке. Элементарный пример: попросили веревку для белья, ровно через три минуты принесли и повесили не только веревку с прищепками, но еще и сушилку! Потек кран, сказали на рецепшен, не успели дойти до номера, мастер был впереди нас! Дети захотели на вечер пиццу, которой нет в детском меню, ответ конечно это не по правилам, но разве мы можем отказать таким милашкам! Всегда идут на встречу, если что спросить! Всегда вежливо и с улыбкой! Номер убирают ежедневно, чистота, все блестит! Да мебель кое где устарела, но все работает хорошо. Особенно понравилось, что дома стоят в тени и нет жары даже в обед, кондеры даже не включали и это в августе. 2 кондиционера, кто боится простудиться, но любит прохладу - огромный плюс. Номера просторные, нет ощущения замкнутого пространства, как в стандартных отелях. Красивая и зеленая территория где много тенька. Много кошек (для нас плюс), но в Сиде по факту много кошек (столько не встретишь нигде), если у кого аллергия, то выбирайте другой город для отдыха. Кратко: обязательно вернемся! И дети и мама (маммушка и бабушка🤣 ) уже собираются в этот отель на след год:)

До моря минут 10 пешком, мы любим ходить, для нас это не недостаток, хотя мама, ей под 70, немного уставала, так как ходили туда и обратно 2 раза в день.

The pool area was nice…we had fun and enjoyed our stay. The staff were nice, especially Kassem at the Breakfast.

Dinner for halvpension or all inclusive must be improved. Limited options on the menu… we had to eat dinner outside a few times for change. Otherwise, breakfast was good.

Its locality and pool facilities inside

The sofa-bed mattress was hard and was not comfortable . Living room air con unit was not functioning well. There was no microwave in the apartment.

On a passé un agréable séjour de 7 nuitées , le personnel est exceptionnel ( je tiens à remercier Kacim et Ahmet en particulier) À recommander !

Structure assez petite et familiale, pas besoin de se ruer sur les transats autour de la piscine, il y a toujours de la place. Appartement propre, spacieux avec balcon. Personnel agréable même s'ils ne parlent pas du tout français. Demi-pension, un peu répétitive mais de bonne qualité avec des portions généreuses.

Pas d'accès direct à la mer, environ 10 à 15 min de marche pour la plage privée de l'hôtel. Un peu loin de tout, même s'il y a qques boutiques et restos à côté et heureusement arrêt de bus juste en face de l'hôtel. Les prix au bar et au resto, Desperados 10 €, café allongé 6€... heureusement que nous étions en demi-pension.

A Melissa Garden Apart Hotelben megkaptunk mindent, amit vártunk és még annál többet is. 3 felnőtt számára foglaltunk egy 2 szobából és amerikai konyhás nappaliból álló apartmant, ami az 1. emeleten helyezkedett el, kilátással a medencékre. Rendkívül tiszta volt, a takarítás minden nap adott volt, csak akkor nem takarítottak, ha ezt külön kértük. Meglepi is várt bennünket, érdekes, vicces törölköző figurákkal. Nagyok tetszett a környezetben, hogy tele volt növénnyel. A szálloda 2 részből áll, mindkét részen 1-1 felnőtt és gyermek medencével, az egyiknél csúszdával, melyet lifeguard felügyel. A szomszédban bolt, gyógyszertár, ráadásul a bazársor közepén volt a szálloda bejárata. Reggelivel kértük a szállást. A választásban nagyon fontos kritérium volt a számomra, hogy a szálloda tud-e gluténmentes étkezést biztosítani. Igen, tudott. A reggelinél külön kaptam kenyeret és nem maradtam ki a palacsintázásból sem. Ráadásul a konyhába rálátásom nyílt az ételek elkészítésre is. Minden este változatos és igen finom vacsorát ettünk. Külön figyelmet kaptam, a pincérekkel együtt választottam a kínálatból. Hozzá vagyok sajnos szokva ahhoz, hogy még 4-5 csillagos (magyar) szállodákban, vagy éttermekben nincs, vagy csak kis választék van az étlapokon a gluténmentes fogásokból. A kiszolgálás fenomenális volt köszönhetően Ahmet, Emír és Musztafának. A légkör családias volt. Ennyi kedvességgel, figyelemmel és arra való törekvéssel, hogy a vendég jól érezze magát még nem találkoztam. Mindenkihez odamentek, programokat ajánlottak, segítettek a szervezésben, és bármiben, amit kértünk. Minden este más-más programmal rukkoltak elő, amiben ők is részt vettek a vendégekkel együtt. Volt karaoke, hab-parti, török bingó, sortánc, hastánc. 1 órán keresztül a koktélok 1 fizet, 2 kap akcióban voltak, illetve minden este más finomság volt az étlapról féláron elérhető. Ilyen élményt egyetlen hatalmas szállodában sem élhettünk volna át. Még visszamegyünk.

We had a great time during our 13 night stay at Melissa Garden, and we definitely recommend it if you're looking for a very good and great value place to stay. It's not a 5 star resort so it's not luxurious, but it's comfortable, has tasty food and decent enough facilities. These are our highlights: - most of the staff were very nice and helpful, especially Kasim who manages the breakfast! Mustafa who managed our diners was very nice and accommodating as well. The guy who manages reception during the day (don't know his name) was great and very friendly and helpful as well. - the food was very good, choices were limited here and there (especially soup, salad and dessert), but the main courses were very nice and with a good variety for our 13 night stay. Breakfast was very decent as well, especially because they accommodate requests for omelets, fried eggs, pancakes etc. - The (1 bedroom) apartment was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable - the beach area which can be used by guests of the hotel was very nice, lovely sand, lovely sea, very safe for kids, and toilets and showers available - the pool areas are limited in size, but because the hotel is not very big there is enough room (and sun beds) available for everyone, and though there is only 1 slide it is a very nice one, good fun! - location of the hotel is good for doing a quick shop outside, and (long) walking distance from Side old town using the lovely boulevard - the air conditioning (which for us as Booking.com customers was included) was very necessary and worked great! - the spa at the hotel, which works independently, was very good and great value for money. Highly recommended! - The foam party was fun, and we enjoyed the quizzes and karaoke.

- when you don't take (a lot) of drinks, some of the staff treat you as second class guests, which was annoying. There was a sense of being pushed to take more drinks, and we understand that it's an important part of the business model, but all guests should be treated equally in all circumstances. - drinks are very expensive, at the same level or even higher as UK prices. - there was a pretty strong smell of cat poo around some of the green areas of the hotel - the warm water often ran out around 7pm, presumably because a lot of people were taking showers around that time. - the entertainment only starts very late in the evening (9:30 pm at the earliest, usually later), so we skipped the entertainment most of the time. - we asked for a quiet room and were given a room that is apparently one of the most quiet in the hotel (809), but there was unfortunately still quite a bit of noise from the road behind. We were offered other rooms but they had other issues (another road, or noise from the hotel behind), so we decided to just keep our original room. We did sleep pretty well during our stay, but light sleepers may struggle. - the curtains in the rooms block very little light, so the rooms become very bright very early in the morning, which isn't great for sleeping. The staff did accommodate our request to put more/ darker curtains, so that was very good, but blackout curtains would have been great to have. Overall we were very happy with our stay and our expectations for a 3 star stay in Turkey were definitely exceeded, but there is room for improvement. The above are the things we did not like, these should not dissuade you from going to this hotel (we will definitely consider coming here again in the future), but I think it's good to have realistic expectations and perhaps give hotel management ideas on how to improve the hotel. Still highly recommended if you're looking for a very good and great value place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Melissa Garden Apart Hotel. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly, helpful and always happy to assist us. A special thank you to Kasım, who was exceptionally friendly, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. He really made us feel welcome and went out of his way to help us whenever we needed anything. We also really enjoyed the breakfast — there was a good choice and everything was fresh and tasty. Our children especially loved the water slide and had a great time at the pool. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay!

There were a few things that could be improved. It was quite noisy at night due to entertainment and events in and around the hotel. The soundproofing in the rooms wasn't very good, so it was sometimes difficult to sleep. Additionally, the windows didn't have blackout curtains, so the room was quite bright at night and early in the morning. Unfortunately, due to the noise and the lack of blackout curtains, we didn't always get a good night's sleep.

Although you might feel a little disappointed upon arrival, after check-in you are greeted by a lush green garden. The reception staff are as polite and efficient as possible to complete your check-in and escort you to your room. My room was very clean and was cleaned daily. All the items you need for a holiday are available in the room. I made my reservation including breakfast and dinner. The buffet items at breakfast were very fresh and delicious, and there was no shortage of variety. Dinner is prepared fresh from an à la carte menu. The portions were large, filling, and delicious. I would especially like to thank Kasim, who is in charge of breakfast service (and is also the night manager). His kindness and quick solutions to problems made my holiday even better. I would also like to thank the hotel staff in the dinner service. Yaz and his team are doing a great job. The hotel has an agreement with two beaches; both have free sunbeds, and both establishments were very clean and attentive. However, in terms of drinks, the most delicious cocktails were prepared at Melissa Garden's bar. The only downside was having to leave Melissa Garden when my vacation ended, but I've already booked again. See you in 2027!

Две территории, одна с водной горкой, детям очень понравилось. Завтрак отличный - шведский стол + можно заказать горячие блюда, ужин можно выбрать из меню, еда вкусная. Отель не далеко от моря, отличный пляж с развлечениями. Персонал в отеле приветливый. Спасибо Касиму и Мустафе - отличные ребята, решают все вопросы. Рядом с отелем магазины, супермаркеты.

Утюг и услуги стирки вещей оплачиваются отдельно, коктейли не дешевые. Бассейн работает до 18и часов, горка в бассейне работает по графику.

The appartment was a little bit shabby, particularly the kitchen. The beach where we could stay was not so easy to find. please, provide more explanations next time we come :-)

Les 2 piscines une plus tranquille et une adaptée aux enfants avec toboggan. Tout le personnel très serviable et à l’écoute mais remerciement tout particulier à Ahmet à la restauration et à Oguz à la réception qui a su tout de suite répondre à nos demandes. Ahmet nous a aussi organisé une sortie bateau et rafting à de très bons prix superbe sortie ! La plage coppa beach très bien, pas eu l’occasion d’aller à l’autre plage plus proche ( South Side)

Le fait que rien dans le menu était écrit en turc , ni les menus ni les prix ( en pound ) même pas en euro ou en livre turc , pas la possibilité de goûter des plats typiques turc .

Отличный отель, полностью соответствовал ожиданиям. Персонал максимально отзывчивый (на ресепшн, в ресторане, в баре). Ребята, отвечающие за организацию завтрака и ужина, Касим и Яз, с работой справляются отлично. Учитывая, что мы были с младенцем, нас заселили в тихий номер, что было комфортно. Сами номера немного устаревшие, но здесь вопрос ожиданий, мы так и ожидали в этом бюджете. Завтраки и ужины за этот бюджет тоже хорошо организованы. До пляжа можно пешком минут 10 (там выделена отдельная часть для Melissa Garden), можно на трансфере до Coppa Beach (хороший пляж, чистый, всегда есть лежаки, утром людей почти нет). У нас был автомобиль, поэтому было комфортно до Coppa Beach добираться.

Мы заселялись в номер, пол был недостаточно чистый. Для нас это важно, т.к. есть младенец.

This was our second year and stay here! Yaz, Mustafa, Emir, Aran and the whole team are friendly, brilliant hosts and so accommodating. From helping with sun beds, drinks, or dance moves, these guys are great! The food is delicious, fresh and actually a pretty good price too. Everything you need is to hand and a quick bus or taxi ride takes you straight into the Side Old Town for the ruins and boat tours. Will be back again!

Было хорошее общение ещё до заезда через Booking.com. Отвечали быстро и понятно. Оплата на месте без предоплаты. Когда мы приехали нас сразу же встртели и предложили пару вариантов размещения на выбор. Наш номер был в дальнем корпусе. Их там несколько. На территории есть два бассейна. Горки и мини бассейны для детей тоже есть. Вечерами проходят разные анимации и развлечения для гостей. Территории отеля весь в зелени. Номер где мы проживали очень удобен и всем оборудован. Если вам что-то нужно всегда можно спросить и вам... Чистое постельное бельё. Кухонная утварь вся есть. Хорошие большие балкон - лоджии. Уборка по запросу, нам это даже удобнее. Есть свои лежаки зонтики на пляже, душ и передевалка, туалет Короче там было уютно и комфортно.

Непонятно почему отменили нашу бронь на Букинге, но нас заселили без проблем. Увидел это через пару дней проживания. Всегда была грязная общая лестница в нашем корпусе.

The hotel grounds are beautiful, with lots of greenery, well-maintained landscaping, and two separate areas. We stayed in the second area, which is a bit farther from the reception, and absolutely loved it. It was peaceful and quiet. I also want to mention the music. If you enjoy good British rock and pop, you'll appreciate this place. While many nearby hotels blast loud, ugly music, it was a real pleasure to hang out here. The beach is clean and great for families with children, although it's about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. The staff were fantastic. Friendly, responsive, and always happy to help with any questions or requests we had. While many guests praise the cleanness, our experience was mixed. Our room was clean when we arrived, and the hotel grounds were consistently clean and well cared for. However, during our stay, the quality of room cleaning varied. Some days the room was cleaned thoroughly, some days only superficially, and some days it wasn't cleaned at all. Breakfast is rich for veggies and variety of egg dishes. We took half-board, and enjoyed the dinners as well, great value for money.

There were a few rusty elements in and around the pool. My daughter scratched her leg and arm on the rusty pool ladder, and some of the handrails around the children's pool also show signs of rust. I want to give credit to the staff. As soon as we reported the issue with the ladder, it was repaired the same day. The kitchen facilities are very basic, so keep that in mind if you plan to cook most of your meals. Also worth noting: the coffee machine, safe and Wi-Fi are extra charge.

Jó lokáció. A tengerparttól 5 perc sétatávolságra, a bazársor mellett. A szobák tágasak és tiszták, működik a légkondi, az ágyak kényelmesek. Apartman hotel, tehát konyha, étkező és kanapé is van. A takarító személyzet folyamatosan cserél mindent amit kell, vagy amit kérünk. Két medence, vízicsúszda. Kisgyerekekkel és babákkal érkezőknek is jó választás, vannak etetőszékek és babamedencék. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A svédasztalos reggeli szuper volt. Jó, hogy az étlapon vannak képek is az ételekről. Az ételek frissek. A vacsora legtöbbször nem büfés, hanem rendelős. Minden este van valami program, pl. kubai szalsza-est, hab-parti, karaoké-est, bingó est stb. A padlizsán saláta és a török kenceficék finomak voltak, illetve egyik este svédasztalos kebab volt, az nagyon finom volt.

A vacsora a-la-carte főételei lehetnének ízletesebbek, ízben gazdagabbak. Sokszor megsóztuk az ételt, hogy legyen valami íze. A napozóágyakat hamar befoglalják a vendégek a cuccaikkal.

All personal är mycket vänliga och hjälper till när det behövs. Vi vill säga ett stort tack till Ahmet, som arbetar som manager i restaurangen. Han är väldigt vänlig, går alltid förbi vid poolen, frågar vad vi skulle vilja ha och vad som skulle kunna förbättra vår vistelse. Mycket serviceinriktad. Och dessutom vill vi uppmärksamma managern Oguz som arbetar i receptionen och alltid redo att hjälpa till. När vi anlände hjälpte han oss att bära våra tunga resväskor, förklarade om frukosten och middagen som ingick i vårt pris, och berättade även om andra kostnadsfria saker, som till exempel de två stränder som hotellet använder. Stort tack till honom!

Момчетата от сервиза работиха бързо, чисто и качествено. всички бяха вежливи и любезни. Особенно любезен, услужлив и усмихнат беше отговорникът по организирането на закуската Касим, прекрасен организатор и много благ човек. На блокмасата имаше много и много вкусни зеленчуци и сирена. По заявка от клиента се сервираха и много вкусни омлети, наистина вкусни. Басейните са чисти и добре поддържани. Персоналът обгрижваше туристите много добре. Хотела и градините около сградите се чистеха поддържаха отлично.

ЗАКУСКАТА - на блокмасата липсваше асортимент от колбаси. Само един вид колбас в "Бен Мари"-то на ден, и то не особенно вкусен. Печените тестени изделия също бяха безвкусни. Голями чаши от 200мл. за сок и вода имаше само 2 или 3. Ползваха се чашите за турски чай, а те са малки. ставаш 4-5 пъти да си наливаш сок. ВЕЧЕРЯТА - менюто А ЛА КАРТ за вечеря не беше от най-вкусните, съобразено беше с вкусовете на гостите от Скандинавието и Англия, но не беше добре изпълнено. Като че ли се приготвяха основно полуфабрикати с доста еднакви вкусове. Шоуто на вечерта беше приготвянето на "Шатобриян" /или нещо подобно/ пред масата на гостите, но главният сервитьор правеше фламбето по доста странен начин - загряваше силно мазнината и пръскаше върху нея сок от резен лимон и мазнината пламваше. Почти съм сигурен, че за да пламне така мазнината то тя е силно прегрята и започнала да нагаря, което влошава много вкуса на ястието. Фламбе се прави с алкохол концентрат при много по-ниска температура за да не загаря мазнината /знам за какво говоря защото съм рабтил "Геридон сервиз" - приготвяне на храна пред госта, в Швейцария/. ПЛАЖЪТ - в сайта за хотела е написано, че Мелиса Гардън има собствен плаж. Да има плаж но не е само за гостите на хотела /както например гостите на хотел "Дафне" имат собствен плаж, който е зрко охраняван и пазен от чужди плажуващи/. Плажът на Мелиса Гардън е всъщност общият публичен плаж, където доста нахални местни младежи често ти крадяха шезлонга докато си в морето. Може би от ръкводството са имали предвит под собствен плаж басейните на хотела, но това са басейни а не плаж с пясък и море. А най-неприятното е, че няма табели с надписи кой плаж на кой хотел е, и ако седнеш на грешен шезлонг идва сърдит индивид и те гони най-нелюбезно и скандално сякаш си крадец или престъпник. Това е някак обидно.

Geweldige kwaliteit voor die prijs. Zeer vriendelijke en geweldig behulpzame staff, met speciale vermelding voor Kasim. Leuk zwembad, met genoeg schaduwzones. Het eten was zeer lekker, met gevarieerde menu's en buffetten.

Kamers zijn een beetje kaal en gedateerd, wel schoon en zeer ruim.

Store fine rom, flott balkong. Personalet var veldig hyggelige og behjelpelige. God frokost. Mange fine kveldsarrangement.

The hotel is not big and not small, very pleasant, and surrounded by beautiful greenery. Having two pools. Majority of guests are British. The rooms are clean and very spacious. The kitchen has all the essentials you need to cook breakfast or even lunch, including a few pots, a frying pan, a two-burner stove, and a small fridge. I want to give a special shoutout to two staff members. Kasim Kaya, the night manager, is incredibly responsive, reliable, and always ready to help. Also, I highly recommend the masseuse, Elmez, she is a true professional. I did a full massage course with her and got fantastic results!

The Alessia Hotel is located right opposite, and the entertainment from their stage which borders Melissa can get quite loud in the evenings

Особенно я бы отметил команду, которая обслуживает ресторан, молодые ребята, старательные , всегда готовы помочь, с хорошей памятью (что, увы, часто большая редкость). Вообще , для трехзвездочного отеля - все супер. Для тех, кто путешествует на машине - на задах всегда куча свободных мест. Для большой семьи - огромные номера. У нас семья из 4-х человек, и номер получил с 3-мя комнатами. Это очень приятно.

1. Увы, тихих мест до 12 ночи в отеле найти не возможно. Соседний отель - Анастасия - каждую ночь проводит дискотеку, вне зависимости от посещаемости. И это - проблема. Вообще, именно это место побережья переполнено - напоминает итальянский Римини - пляж с 8-ью рядами шезлонгов на протяжении нескольких километров. 2. Для русских туристов с белорусскими и казахскими картами виза платить в отеле - проблема. Похоже, у отеля эквайринг от АКБанка. Довольно редкая ситуация, но именно в этом отеле платежи по таким картам не проходят (ну либо кто то очень предпочитает наличные ). Лучше запастить наличными в России, в окрестностях отеля наличные можно получить только с большой комиссией.

Izuzetan odnos cene i dobijene usluge. Zaista iskreno preporucujem. Velike sobe, odlicna hrana, odlicna lokacija i nadasve izuzetno ljubazno i predusretljivo osoblje. Moram da pomenem momke koji su ucinili da se osecamo fenomenalno a to su Ahmet, Yas, Mustafa i Kasim.

Spacious rooms: The rooms are incredibly spacious, feeling more like two-room apartments. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Perfect size & atmosphere: This hotel is the perfect mid-size—not too big, not too small. It allows for a truly personal touch and food made with real soul. Great layout: Because of the hotel's layout, you always have a choice. You can either join the evening entertainment and dine at the restaurant, or stay in the quiet part of the property where you barely hear any party noise. We stayed in the quiet section and absolutely loved it. Clean & Green: The entire property is very clean and beautifully green. Outstanding staff: The staff made our stay truly special. A huge thank you to the night manager, Kasim Kaya, who was incredibly helpful and assisted us with every single request.

Beach access: Melissa doesn’t have its own private beach accessible directly from the property. You have two options: either a 7-8 minute walk along the promenade to a very basic beach that has all the essentials, or a 15-minute ride on a dedicated shuttle bus to, premium beach (with the shuttle running back as well). Or just stay near the pools. They have 2

Clean and spacious facility with great staff, always ready to make you feel welcome. Excellent food, more pools, great shows. Hotel arranged a shuttle bus from airport which was very convenient, communication was amazing, replying to all questions before the trip.

A bit far from the sea 15 min walk considering my parents are 70+, but we knew that before the trip. Hotel also provides a shuttle to the sea in the morning and evening

Територія невелика, але зелена і дуже добре доглянута. В кожній з частин готелю є басейн та міні-басейн для малюків. В одному із басейнів є водяна гірка. До безкоштовного пляжу можна дійти за 8-10 хвилин та скористатися там ліжаками та парасолями. Номери хоч і не дуже великі, але в них достатньо місця, для розміщення. Кожного дня змінювалися рушники. В номері були плита, посуд, чайник, фен, сейф тощо. Пральної машинки не було, але на рецепції можна замовити послугу прання. На території готелю є спа-центр та тату салон. Окрема подяка персоналу за постійну увагу. Особливо хочу виділити команду ресторану, яка завжди намагалася догодити всім в нашій невеликій групі. Дуже дякую Yas, Kasim, Ahmet та Mustafa за вашу турботу! Ми брали поселення із харчуванням зі сніданком та вечерею. На сніданок шведська лінія, вибір продуктів цілком пристойний. На вечерю можна було обирати із приблизно 20-25 позицій, які містилися в меню. За окрему оплату можна було замовити додаткове харчування.

Якість Інтернету не дуже висока. Також в номері можна додати питну воду. Втім, її можна купити поруч в численних магазинчиках.

Хороший отель за свои деньги. Питание вкусное ( завтрак- шведский стол, правда не хватало блинчиков, ужин- по меню, очень вкусно, порции большие). Персонал замечательный. Kasim, Ahmed, Yaz - ребята большие молодцы, внимательные, доброжелательные, делали свою работу на отлично!

До моря 7-10 мин, вроде не далеко, но когда жарко тяжеловато. На завтрак хотелось бы побольше фруктов и блинчики.

Negyedik alkalom hogy Side városában töltöm a nyaralásom, de sehol máshol nem találkoztam még ennyire kedves barátságos segítőkész személyzettel mint most itt. Emir, Yaz, Ahmet, Mustafa hozzá járultak hogy ennyire jól érezzük magunkat náluk😊 Az ételek frissek és nagyon finomak voltak, a kiszolgálás pedig szuper gyors. Az apartmanban minden megvan amire szükség van, ár érték arányban mi maximálisan elégedettek vagyunk😊

Everything was great from the moment we arrived,at around 9:45 pm, even though dinner was from 7 -9pm we were told the kitchen was still open and they were happy to serve us. We were half board and were happy to discover that our meals were served a la carte and served fresh after selecting from the menu. Food was great. The staff were the friendliest I have ever encountered in any hotel. Mingling with guests and getting to know them. And can't do enough for you. Yaz, the supervisor along with his buddy Ahmet ran a great team. Mustafa, Emir, and valied (sorry for the spelling). Made sure you were treated as a valued guest. Two pools, one at the front most suitable for families (with a great chute) and one at the back, quiet and more suitable for adults. Our Room a 2 bed apt, although basic, was clean spacious and comfortable with a small balcony off the two rooms at the rear and a large balcony off the lounge at the front. The bathroom was a walk in shower with plenty of hot water could be a little bit tricky getting the temperature just right though the littlest movement could mean you going from cold to very hot. But all in all a great hotel that responded quickly to any problems or queries you had and got them sorted fast.

Spirits were a little expensive, but that seems to be the same everywhere in Turkey at the moment. The bathroom could do with one or two shelves to store your toiletries. Perfume/aftershave, deodorants etc. Mirror in the hall and bathroom could be lit up better. Lighting in the rooms was not the brightest. But I've had this problem in lots of hotels, including some of the big 5 star complexes.

Swimming pools, staffs, apartment, comfortable bed, and breakfast. The staffs always around and gave you the special deals, activities of the day which is nice.

Cosmopolitan cocktail could have been better. Cocktails are quite pricey.

Bardzo miłe i przyjazne miejsce. Świetny apartament w bardzo rozsądnej cenie, bardzo dobre jedzenie, miła i pomocna obsługa. Czystość w mieszkaniu, codziennie sprzątane, dobrze wyposażone. Baseny świetnie utrzymane i zorganizowane.

De kleine flesjes shampoo werden bij het reinigen van de kamer niet meer bijgevuld. Het halfpension beleid is niet zoals elders. Deze kaart is zeer beperkt 's avonds of er wordt een bedrag afgetrokken van je rekening als je a la carte eet.

Great value of money , great staff , all of them mention some 1 name wouldn’t do justice as all of them front and back staff are doing great job to keep guest happy .. big smiles , Front reception guys qasim and marsin .. great help full lads , Waleed in resturant great effort brilliant lad , However resturant manager i believe ,great lovly guy but a bit pushy towards booking a table with him . Which does makes me uncomfortable to pass by him again ,

Our stay at the Melissa Garden Apartments was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Ahmet and Yas! They were so kind and attentive to our needs. The rooms were clean. Too much cigarette smoke around the pool, the restaurant area and the tattoo studio. Loud music in the evening from a neighbour hotel (not the fault of Melissa Garden).

For a first holiday it was good start. We had swimming pool outside our hotel, it was quiet and nice to swim in, Breakfast buffet was OK, not much of a choice, but we had cooked eggs on a side, so good start to a day. Dinner was nice too, although the menu was small.

It was a set of buildings, former flats turned into a hotel, so it happened guests below us were a bit noisy late in the night, Dinner dessert was the same every day, has not changed. The half-board was included in our price, so the hotel tried to cut costs with the food, it was basic and not too fancy. Prices in Pounds and not in Lira meant we could not save any money when ordering extra's like drinks or beer, which was pricey at £5, ouch.

Het personeel is echt geweldig. Kasim en Yasin waren zeer vriendelijk en deden er alles aan om je dag met een glimlach te laten starten. De locatie is ook zeer goed en de faciliteiten zijn bijzonder goed voor de prijs: restaurant, zwembad met glijbaan, speeltuintje, supermarkt en apotheek naast de deur etc..

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war top! Unser Appartement war einfach gehalten, hat den Zweck aber völlig erfüllt. Wir waren 4 Nächte im Hotel. Herausragend war die Freundlichkeit und das Engagement aller Mitarbeiter. Sie waren wirklich sehr bemüht und immer gut gelaunt. Das Frühstücksangebot sowie die Dinner-Karte waren für den bezahlten Preis sehr gut. Der ruhigere Pool war sauber und es gab zu jeder Tageszeit genug freie Liegen.

Das Schlafsofa hätte bequemer sein können und das Zimmer war allgemein sehr "runtergerockt" und in die Jahre gekommen. Außerdem war der Boden bei Anreise klebrig und die allgemeine Sauberkeit ließ doch sehr zu wünschen übrig.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! The restaurant was fantastic, the food was incredibly delicious, fresh and beautifully presented. Every meal exceeded our expectations. The program and atmosphere were fun and made our stay even more enjoyble. The staff are very hardworking, friendly, and always welcoming with a smile. Both breakfast and dinner service were excellent quality. A special thank your to Ahmet, Yaz, Mustafa, Kasim and Walid who were incredibly profesional, kind, and attentive throughout our visit. Fantastic experience from beginning to end. The restaurant was excellent, delicious food, good variety, and great atmosphere during dinner tíme. Everything was fresh and well cooked. What really stood out was the incredible staff. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and geniunely cared about making guests happy. The entertinmenr and overall program added to the experience and created a fun atmosphere. I want to thank Yas, Ahmet, Kasim, Mustafa, and Walid for making our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Melissa Garden Apart. Unser Apartment war super mit viel Platz. Die vorhandene Küche reichte uns aus, alles Nötige war vorhanden. Der Balkon war gemütlich, haben darauf viele schöne Abende verbracht. Es wurde täglich gereinigt, die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt, die Bettwäsche wurde sehr oft gewechselt. Alles in allem sehr sauber, so wie wir es mögen. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Frühstückbuffet wiederholt sich immer. Da es reichhaltig ist kann man täglich eine andere Variante wählen. Tagsüber gibt es Speisen Ala Cart, sehr lecker.Die Aussenanlagen mit den 2 Polls absolute Empfehlung. Den Strand kann man gemütlich zu Fuß erreichen. Die Strandbar bietet Getränke und Speisen an, die Mitarbeiter sind so, so freundlich. Im Hotel sind alle Mitarbeiter aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und sehr, sehr freundlich. Wir kommen wieder.

Die Getränke für Alkohol, insbesondere für Bier sind sehr hoch. Ich unterstelle, dass wenn man das Bier etwas günstiger macht die Leute auch mehr im Restaurant sitzen.

Honestly, absolutely chuffed with our stay here. The half-board system is spot on—the food was brilliant every single day, proper tasty stuff. What I really liked was the pool area; usually, you have to fight for a sunbed, but there was plenty of space for everyone to chill out. The room was fully kitted out with everything we needed. We had the little one with us, so having the kitchenette was a massive lifesaver for sorting out baby food and bottles. Can’t fault it, really. Cheers for a lovely holiday

Wir hatten für 2Wochen gebucht und sind dann über 5Wochen geblieben. Alles passte perfekt. Schon der Empfang morgens um 2Uhr war so angenehm. Kasim aus der Rezeption stand sofort beim Taxi und hat uns herzlich begrüßt. Unsere Koffer hat er in unser Apartment gebracht. Das Hotel ist sehr familiär. Egal wen man vom Personal anspricht, jeder hat uns geholfen, alle sind so aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Da unsere Kinder noch anreisten sind wir nach 10Tagen in ein größeres Apartment gewechselt. Alles lief unkompliziert ab, Hilfe von allen Seiten. Unser Apartment wurde täglich gereinigt, die Handtücher immer gewechselt. Die Bettwäsche wurde so oft gewechselt, wir haben es nicht gezählt. Sauberkeit Top, das ist für uns das Wichtigste. Dankeschön an unsere fleißige und freundliche Putzfee. Es gibt Frühstück und Dinner, kann vorab zugebucht werden. Tagsüber wird auch warmes Essen angeboten, von Pommes bis, bis. Alles hat uns gut geschmeckt. Die Küche ist offen, den Koch kann man beim Zubereiten zusehen. Die beiden Pools und, und, wunderbar. Zum Strand ein gemütlicher Spaziergang, keine Gebühr für Liegen und Schirme. An der Strandbar ist man mit Getränken und Speisen gut versorgt. Nach Side ist ein gemütlicher Spaziergang auf der Promenade zu empfehlen, wunderbar. Der Dolmusch fährt gegenüber vom Hotel nach Side. Ein großes Dankeschön an Gökhan aus der Rezeption, er hat uns mit seinen sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen den Aufenthalt leicht gemacht. Auch ein großes Dankeschön an Mustafa vom Service, dieser Junge hat voll die Übersicht, da bleibt keiner lange ohne Getränk oder Speisen. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass Mustafa den Gästen die Wünsche von den Augen abliest. Danke auch an Alfie, Meli, Imat, Muhammed und, und. Dankeschön Euch Allen. Keine Ahnung, es gibt ja immer etwas wo man denkt "Das ist nicht so toll" Das wäre nun stöhnen auf hohem Niveau. Denn Preis/Leistung passt super.

Een prachtig hotel met ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De halfpension-optie was echt geweldig. ’s Ochtends werd er een verse omelet voor ons gebakken, en ’s avonds konden we kiezen uit een à-la-cartemenu in plaats van een standaard buffet. Eén avond aten we de chateaubriand – absoluut heerlijk – en ze gaven zelfs korting op de halfpensionprijs. Een slim en eerlijk systeem: lekker eten van hoge kwaliteit voor een goede prijs, en wanneer je iets speciaals wilt, kun je upgraden zonder dat het veel kost. Alles was netjes, goed geregeld en met een fijne ontspannen sfeer. Zeker een aanrader

Очень просторные номера. Ежедневная уборка номера. На кухне было все необходимое для готовки: плита, холодильник, посуда. Удобная кровать, также предоставили кроватку для малыша и большой диван. Большой милый балкончик с видом на бассейн. В отеле было два бассейна без подогрева, один с горкой, ребенок был доволен, но в начале ноября вода в бассейнах была уже довольно прохладной - долго не поплаваешь, в море значительно теплее. На территории была также детская площадка очень кстати, т.к.в округе Сиде с площадками плохо. Интернет работал на всей территории и у бассейна и в номере был хороший сигнал. У отеля есть свой пляж SouthBeach с зонтиками и шезлонгами и также с доступом в интернет идти до него неспешным шагом с детьми 15 минут. Очень приветливый и дружелюбный персонал, особое спасибо Еркхану, который оперативно решал все проблемы и запросы.

При заселении было мало туалетных принадлежностей, но по запросу все приносят.

W tym hotelu podoba mi się wszystko. Byłam w nim 5razy i nie ostatni. Cała załoga jest świetna (MOHAMET,ALFI JAZZ.iUlubieniec mojej Bezy MERT)I wszyscy inni których imion nie znam .Panowie z recepcji. Wszyscy robią wszystko aby tam wrócić 😘

Wir sind jetzt seit dem 05.10. hier und haben spontan verlängert. Für uns passt Alles. Heute haben wir unsere Garderobe zum Waschen gegeben, die Wäsche wurde uns nachmittags frisch und sortiert wiedergebracht, unglaublich so schön. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Herrn Gökhan in der Rezeption. Herr Gökhan hat uns den Aufenthalt im Melissa Garden leicht gemacht. Dank seiner sehr guten Deutschkenntnisse konnten wir so vieles veranlassen. Er steht uns immer mit gutem Rat und Tipps zur Seite. Dankeschön🙏🤗 Ich selbst habe 10 Anwendungen Massage gehabt, ich fühle mich wunderbar☺️☺️ Auf die nächsten 14Tage mit Euch😇😇😇

Очень внимательные и доброжелательные парни на ресепшен и в баре/возле бассейна. Наличие трансфера на классный пляж Coppa.

В соседнем отеле было очень шумное вечернее шоу. Поблизости нет сетевых продуктовых магазинов.

Die Kellner waren klasse , der Masseur ebenfalls, die Putzfee war total lieb, Lage super, Strand etwas weit weg. Alles in allem ein gelungene Urlaub.

Unterkunft in die Jahre gekommen,

Wir fühlen uns hier sehr wohl, alles passt. Das gesamte Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. An der Rezeption und im Restaurant versteht man deutsch, alle sind bemüht die deutsche Sprache zu lernen. Unser Apartment liegt ruhig mit Blick in die Natur, wir sitzen gerne auf dem Balkon. Unser Zimmer wird fast täglich gereinigt, es gibt genügend frische Handtücher. Die Anlage wird von fleißigen Mitarbeitern immer in Ordnung gehalten. Es gibt 2Pools an denen man immer einen Platz findet. Die Mitarbeiter stellen gerne Liegen dazu. Getränke etc. können bestellt werden und werden zum Platz gebracht. Wir haben mit Frühstück gebucht, warmes Essen gibt es auch tagsüber, was uns sehr gut gefällt. Das Essen ist vielfältig und schmeckt sehr gut Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Supermarkt. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Geschäfte. Der Strand ist bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen, Liegen und Schirme sind kostenlos und es ist immer ausreichend Platz. Die Bar am Strand bietet Getränke und Essen an. Uns gefällt das familiäre Ambiente. Wir haben spontan verlängert. Preis-Leistung ist stimmig. Wir sagen Danke!!!!

Herr Gökhan ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und uns wurde eine Wohnung passend für unser kleines Kind gegeben. Vielen Dank

Very good value for money. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Good location and bar/restaurant and shop which is open to 3am - ideal for getting basics if arriving late. Beach walking distance. We will definitely return.

Very basic which is maybe to be expected for price. Kitchen facilities and utensils very basic - probably to encourage you to eat at the restaurant but meat only meals in the evening so good if you’re vegetarian. I would suggest taking your own corkscrew and wine glasses if you want to have a drink on the balcony. The apartments overlooking the pool and bar can be very noisy as music playing all day. There are apartments on the other side of the complex which I think are only 1 bed which are much quieter so worth checking if this might be an issue for you.

Die Räumlichkeiten, der Ausblick auf den Pool. Der Balkon, die Betten waren bequem. Es war relativ ruhig und 10 min. zum Strand. Das Personal hat alle unsere Wünsche sofort aufgenommen. Sehr freundlich und verlässlich.

Die Dusche in der der 3 Etage etwas schwach.
