AKKA Lush Taksim was clean, hotel was historic with modern comforts built in . Staff super attentive. Location.Busy part of town cityscape but only a 4 minute walk to Taksim Square . The Metro bus stop’s and tram convenience right at Taksim Square for easy travel with an Istanbul cart card to anywhere you want to go.Great shopping and surrounded by local restaurants.Special thanks to Hotel Relations expert Nurlana . She arranged transport by the hotel, from Istanbul airport to Hotel in comfortable Mercedes Benz minivans with quiet professional drivers who zipped us to and from , a great thing when you are tired from traveling.

No complaints. It is on a busy corner of 2 streets a block from Istikbal Street , so street sounds in a city of over 20 million. Safe area. But slept fine at night with great air conditioning and soundproof windows.

The mattresses were very comfy and location is a min away from Taksim square.

The staff was very rude. I asked for help to find a lost item, the guy told me “not my job”. AC broke last night and couldn’t be fixed.

Todo fue fenomenal. El hotel estaba muy limpio, cómodo y cuidado, y la ubicación nos pareció estupenda. Queremos hacer una mención especial al personal del desayuno, especialmente a Kadir y Mezut, que estuvieron siempre súper atentos, pendientes de que no nos faltara nada y fueron increíblemente amables y agradables. También queremos destacar al personal de recepción, siempre muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda, hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera todavía mejor.

Lo único que mejoraría sería el secador de pelo, ya que se apagaba muchas veces durante su uso. Por lo demás, no tenemos ninguna queja. Todo estuvo muy bien.

La ubicación, el personal, la zona de masajes y las habitaciones 10/10 me encanta este hotel y volveré pronto con mi mujer mil gracias a todo el personal.

El desayuno no tiene mucha variedad , es lo único que no me gustó del hotel.

Телефон не работал, смеситель душа был вывернут, занавеска была порвана. За 3 дня ничего не починили.

This was our third stay at the hotel, and once again, Manager Eyüp welcomed us with his usual warmth and professionalism. He made us feel truly valued as returning guests. The breakfast was 👍 and the morning service was attentive, friendly, and efficient.

The only downside was the mattress, which was very uncomfortable. We believe it is time to replace it to make guests' stays even more comfortable.

Labai gera vieta. Labai lengva susisiekti visuomeninių transportu. Šalia metro ir funikulieriaus stotelė. Šalia Istikal (pėsčiųjų) gatvė.

Kambarys su balkonu į gatvės pusę, tai labai didelis triukšmas.

we ordered a balcony room which was very nice. most of the staff was very accommodating.

air conditioning in the room didn't work when we arrived and it took 2 days to get it repaired. and with it being very warm, to leave the balcony door open allowed flies to come in, thankfully by end of day 2 it was repaired. also, I didn't like that I was charged for the entire stay when we checked in, I understood like all other hotels, we were charged at the end of our stay so I felt we didn't have any options as they offered another room due to air conditioning not working, but the balconies didn't compare to the deluxe balcony room that we paid for.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient location. close to public transport. Clean and comfortable room. Nice amenities. Helpful luggage hold.

No real view but that wasn’t important to me. (Rooftop restaurant had view. ) Spa staff were very nice but spa is very small.

Abbiamo avuto un problema con il transfert dell’andata e ci siamo ritrovati da soli in aereoporto a mezzanotte nonostante avessimo prenotato e pagato il transfert .

4 gece konakladığımız bu otelden genel olarak memnun ayrıldık. En büyük artısı kesinlikle konumu; İstanbul'da pek çok noktaya ulaşım oldukça kolaydı. Odamız temiz ve düzenliydi, bu konuda herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Kahvaltısı da çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Ayrıca restoran bölümündeki çalışanlar son derece nazik, kibar ve güler yüzlüydü. Özellikle Kadir Bey, samimi yaklaşımı ve keyifli sohbetiyle konaklamamıza ayrı bir değer kattı. Misafirperverliği için kendisine ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Genel olarak, İstanbul'da merkezi konumda konforlu bir konaklama arayanlara tavsiye edebileceğimiz bir otel.

Olumsuz olarak bahsetmek istediğimiz konu ise resepsiyon ve rezervasyon sürecindeki yaklaşım oldu. İsmini vermek istemediğimiz bir resepsiyon görevlisi, oda rezervasyonu konusunda bize anlam veremediğimiz zorluklar çıkardı. Konaklamamızı bir gece uzatmak istediğimizde otelde hiç oda olmadığını söyledi. Ancak kendisinin yanında çevrim içi rezervasyon uygulaması üzerinden aynı otel için rezervasyon yapabildik. Ayrıca, başlangıçta bize standart oda olarak gösterilen penceresiz odanın yerine, gecelik 30 Euro ek ücret ödeyerek daha iyi bir odaya geçtik. Üç gece kaldığımız bu odada son geceyi de uzatmak istediğimizde bunun mümkün olmadığı belirtildi. Özellikle bu görevlinin mesafeli ve katı tavrı, misafir olarak kendimizi rahat ve değerli hissetmemizi engelledi. Bu nedenle otelle ilgili puanımızdaki en büyük eksi, maalesef resepsiyon ve rezervasyon departmanındaki hizmet anlayışı oldu. Bir diğer eksi nokta ise gürültüydü. Bunun otelin kontrolünde olmayan bir durum olduğunun farkındayız; yoğun trafik ve sokaktan gelen sesler özellikle geceleri oldukça hissediliyordu. Bu nedenle camları açık şekilde uyumak bizim için mümkün olmadı.

Perfect location very near Taksim Square. Very clean and tidy. Excellent staff who were all very, very friendly and very, very helpful. Lovely restaurant with a great rooftop terrace with panoramic views of Istanbul. Will definitely be going back!

More fresh fruit choice at breakfast would've been nice

The check-in process the guys in the morning were very rude and they don’t know what customer service is. Very very bad check-in experience.

El desayuno no me gustó: no había tostador, ni jamón, ni salmón, ni tomate triturado, ni gran variedad de fruta, ni zumo de naranja, ni descafeinado...Había otras muchas cosas pero que no tomo en el desayuno.

Трохи зіпсувала враження ситуація під час заселення. Я забронювала й оплатила два номери на своє ім’я. Мене та частину гостей зареєстрували в один номер. Коли я попросила перереєструвати нас у другий номер, а моїх друзів, які приїжджали пізніше, поселити в цей, мені сказали, що це неможливо. Ключ від другого номера мені спочатку відмовились видавати, аргументуючи це тим, що моїх друзів не можуть поселити у «використаний» номер. Частково я розумію логіку такого правила, але обидва номери були заброньовані й оплачені мною, включно з депозитом. Тому, на мою думку, на мою вимогу могли просто видати ключ, без суперечки на підвищених тонах. У підсумку ключ я все ж отримала, але моїх друзів посеред ночі все одно повели в номер, де ми вже спали, що створило незручності. Думаю, цього можна було легко уникнути, якби нас одразу перереєстрували в інший номер.

Расположение идеальное , в номере довольно тихо несмотря на то , что улица шумная . Персонал вежливый , комнаты уютные , вернусь еще

Too much noise. Room has not insulation at the windows. The frames are very thin. Very disturbing at noon and the night from the street

une chambre confortable , un cadre spécial avec un très bon emplacement et surtout une équipe attentive et professionnelle. Nous souhaitons adresser un remerciement particulier à MR HAFEZ au petit déjeuner, dont la gentillesse, le sourire et le sens du service ont rendu nos matinées encore plus agréables.

Location was very convenient. The hotel was very good, personnel was friendly (i.e. Murat, Emre), the room was very good and breakfast delicious and rich. We also had dinner which was also delicious at a good price.

Κεντρικό ξενοδοχείο, 5 λεπτά από την πλατεία Ταξιμ. Άνετο και μεγάλο δωμάτιο. Καθαρό. Κάθε μέρα καθάριζαν και άλλαζαν πετσέτες. Καλό πρωινό, έχει αρκετές επιλογές. Η αίθουσα πρωινού είναι στον έκτο όροφο. Έχει ωραία θέα. Κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο έχει πολλά μαγαζιά για φαγητό και γλυκό. Επίσης και super market.

το μόνο αρνητικό όταν φτάσαμε νωρίτερα από την ώρα check in δεν μας ενημέρωσαν σωστά και περιμέναμε μια ώρα χωρίς λόγο. Θα μπορούσαμε να αφήσουμε τις βαλίτσες μας και να επιστρέψουμε αργότερα.
