Djawad et son équipe son adorable, petit déjeuné copieux, chambre très bien pour une personne et propre donc super.

Petit bémol la piscine était un peu petite mais rien de grave !

Le personnel au petit soin, le petit dej était top, la terrasse est très agréable. Parfaitement situé. Le moment hammam/massage, était top.

Les toilettes sont à proximité de la douche et il n’y a pas de séparation entre la douche et le reste de la salle de bain sans raclette pour enlever d’eau. L’eau coulait à peine de la douchette qui devait être entartrée.

Das Bad, aber auch das Zimmer hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch. Ansonsten war das Bad auch nicht sehr sauber. Das Riad ist ca. 15-20min zu Fuß von den Hotspots der Altstadt entfernt. Das Wlan war nicht das Beste

Aunque está dentro de la Medina, hay que andar unos 15- 20 minutos para llegar a cualquier punto de interés.

El tratamiento de los empleados fue fenomenal. Desayuno variado y opciones de almuerzo y cena muy buenas. Piscina, TV para compartir y un gran salón. Además servicio de limpieza estupendo. Ubicación muy buena, un poco lejos de la plaza, pero barrio tranquilo y silencioso.

Quizás una bombilla que ilumine más en la habitación y en el baño.

It looks like the pictures, the room was cleaned every day, the air-con cooled it down in 20 minutes, we had a small safe to store our values also, the staff was helpful, friendly and flexible, they stored our bags on our departure day for free, the pool was so nice, we could cool down ourselves there during the day. The riad is about 10 minutes walk from the souks.

The breakfast was okay but they didn’t have much variety, they served us, it was not an intercontinental menu. The room was nice, but we lacked some cupboards or hooks to store our stuff there. The riad is a bit further away from the touristy areas, there are some scammers around it, but we didn’t fall to the trap.

What I appreciated most about the riad was its beautiful aesthetic and the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere throughout the property.

Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant smell in the room; we were told that, due to the riad’s location in that particular area, this is a fairly common issue. In addition, the city tax had to be paid in cash, which we only found out at check-in, forcing us to find an ATM and withdraw money. The riad is located a bit far from the Medina, but its proximity to the main road makes it convenient for catching taxis and getting around the city.

The service was excellent, the staff was so helpful and nice. The hotel is good, a little far from the main part of the Medina, a 15-20 minute walk to where the more touristic part is. But completely worth it, the breakfast was really good!

The location, if you wanted to stay closer to the more touristic area.

On a demandé une seule fois que l'on nous servent le petit déjeuner à 9h parce que nous avions réservé une activité, et à 9h10 la dame n était toujours pas là, nous avons déjeuner à plus de 9h30. La piscine n est vraiment pas attirante. Cest un petit bassin Pas d informations sur les activités, les horaires. Les services proposés, Manque de communication. Trop de chats errants les fauteuils sentent le chat. C est à l autre bout de la médina, plus de 20mn de marche entre les vélos cyclomoteur, voiturette dans la medîna avant d arriver à la place.

This is a gorgeous riad located in the heart of the old medina. The breakfast every morning was fantastic and the staff were very accomodating to any requests.

Nothing to complain about!

There unfortunately was some construction/maintenance in the main riad shared area while we were there and our bathroom door didn't shit properly, but we still had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly, breakfast was lovely (and substantial), and riad overall very beautiful. Recommend!

Jewad , Fatima & yahya took very good care of us and went above and beyond to make sure we was happy and comfortable! My room was cleaned every day the food was delicious the lunch menus was my fav kisses to the chef ! The Riad had nice hot water , pressure was great ! The riad itself was beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm, but what made this place truly special were the people. Their kindness and attention made us feel more like honored guests than travelers passing through. Staying here was not just accommodation — it was an experience filled with heart and humanity. Thanks to the team at the Arabic house for making my stay in Morocco comfortable .

There was nothing to dislike

This is a splendid Riad in a less touristy corner of the Medina, slightly away from the action. I arrived from the airport in the daytime and had prearranged a taxi. My collection went smoothly, my driver and I were met by a Riad staff member at the gate and we walked in. It took about 5 minutes to get from the cab to the Riad. I felt very welcome and well taken care of from the outset, even my pre arrival messages were kindly, patiently and promptly replied to. The small hardworking staff wants you to be comfortable and they do their best, but it is important to remember that this is not 5 star hotel, though it feels like a palace. This is a cozier type of stay, like being at someone's home. There are rooms on the ground and first floors, the 2nd floor is the lovely rooftop where breakfast is served. Everyone eats the same morning meal: just arrive, sit down and it will be brought to you. I stayed for a week and the basic delicious menu did not vary, but there were different additions every day. Be aware that, just like at your house, there is no elevator/ lift here. There is a lovely pool on the ground floor. I did see a tempting list of massage and treatment options, but I didn't avail myself of any of these. It is important to note that a Riad is like a little fortress and everything opens onto the central courtyard which is partially open air from the roof .There are no rooms on the ground floor that have windows that open directly to the outside, just FYI. I want to thank Jawad and Adil and the entire gracious staff for a marvelous week in Marrakech!

Nous avons tout aimé au sein de cet établissement, que cela soit l'accueil ou la gentillesse des propriétaires, les équipements (hammam, piscine, petit déjeuner, repas, rooftop).

The only positive aspect was that the Riad's pool area and exterior looked exactly like the photos on Booking.com – it was truly beautiful, and as soon as the door opened, it became quiet and you could escape the noise of the streets. However, everything else was a nightmare.

Lies, terrible service, and animal cruelty. We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this Riad. The management and communication are a complete disaster, and guests are openly lied to. 1. Payment & Checkout Drama: From day one, we asked how to settle our bill. First, we were told "only cash," but after asking again, they said they would check if credit card payment was possible and keep us updated. We followed up for three consecutive days. On our checkout day, they suddenly claimed they had always said "cash only" and acted as if we had never asked about the card. Even worse: just 2 hours before our flight, they demanded we walk to an ATM (a 25-minute walk away!). Only after a massive argument did they finally agree to cover a taxi for us. 2. Airport Transfer & Communication: Information is never passed on between staff members. We booked our airport return transfer well in advance, but when we double-checked on our departure day, they pretended they had never heard about it. 3. Dietary Requirements & Lies: Before our arrival, we requested oat, soy, or almond milk via Booking.com. At our first breakfast, they served us regular cow’s milk but tried to tell us it was oat milk. It was completely obvious by the smell and consistency that it was cow’s milk. When we complained, they took it away. For the rest of the trip, it was a constant struggle. They repeatedly claimed we never requested it, even though we were talking to the exact same person every day! One day they had oat milk, the next day it was gone again. Very frustrating. 4. Hygiene: The towels were hung outside across the Riad grounds to dry, meaning they were visibly dirty and definitely not hygienic. 5. Terrible Breakfast Service: The staff seemed completely annoyed whenever a larger group was present. Food arrived at completely different times. We routinely had to wait until the very end of our breakfast to get our coffee.

The riad is beautiful and the staff was amazing, always communicative and accommodating our every need. The breakfast and the cats were definitely the highlights of our stay! We also enjoyed a massage and hammam, which were gentle and professional. Jawad was always ready to help and give us advice about the riad or the city.

Our room was downstairs and we noticed a weird smell coming from the drains but staff advised to let the water flow for a while, which definitely helped. We only had dinner once at the riad but it would be better to be able to order closer to the time instead of booking this in advance before midday.

Tout était parfait de l'arrivée jusqu'au départ. Le personnel qui est venu nous aider à transporter nos valises... l'installation dans des chambres propres et confortables. La terrasse à l'étage pour les soirées ... les conseils pour les achats et les excursions. L'organisation des soins et massages. Un personnel adorable et une mention spéciale à Jawad qui a tout organisé à la perfection ! Merci

Le roof top est sympathique

La piscine qui est un bassin pas propre La chambre n'était pas du tout conforme. Extrêmement petite on ne pouvait pas ranger nos affaires vivre a deux deux prises derrière un tableau. La salle de bain petite la douche mal protégé et je pense que l'on se douchait en même temps que les toilettes, le robinet du lavabo était limite a partir . Bref nous sommes partis

We had a really nice stay here, a very beautiful Riad. The room was clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. Everything felt well-maintained, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Overall, a lovely spot that we’d definitely recommend.

Son emplacement, un peu ex entré nous a permis de découvrir une autre partie de la médina. Le personnel a le sens du service.ñ, bravo à lui.

La terrasse et ses équipements ne sont pas à la hauteur , une propreté qui laisse à désirer et des équipements ( rideaux, chaises longues, housses de fauteuils etc…) qui ont un peu vécu. Le petit déjeuner contrairement à d’autres établissements n’est pas fait sur place ( jus d’orange pas frais et viennoiseries achetée à l’extérieur ..) c’est dommage. La piscine n’est pas ce qu’on appelle une piscine, sa dimension fait plutôt penser à un pediluve et nous avons préféré ne pas nous y baigner toujours à cause de la propreté de l’eau.

Het is een mooie plek in de luwte van de medina. De Hamam behandeling was fantastisch. Ons ontbijt stond een half uur eerder voor ons klaar, omdat we vroeg naar het vliegveld moesten.

Éloignement du coeur de la médina

Ik had een late vlucht en kwam in de nacht aan en werd opgehaald door de transfer. Eenmaal aangekomen werd ik opgehaald bij de transfer en netjes naar de riad gebracht. De volgende ochtend had ik hierdoor het ontbijt gemist, maar ondanks dat, hebben ze speciaal voor mij een ontbijt gemaakt. Zo lief!! Al het personeel was erg behulpzaam en fijne communicatie. Riad erg schoon en rustgevend!

Omdat het midden in de Medina is, is het misschien wat lastiger om je weg te vinden naar bijvoorbeeld het grote plein of de auto weg, maar google maps, kaarten of maps.me kom je een eind mee verder. Personeel wilt altijd helpen om je naar de juiste kant te sturen.

L'amabilité du personnel, on nous a fait nous sentir "à la maison". La beauté du lieu, le patio est absolument magnifique ! Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Et la chambre...magnifique !!! Un lit double très spacieux et très confortable. Je recommande vivement !!! L'emplacement dans un quartier populaire permet un œil un peu différent, des rencontres avec les marrachkis (super sympas!)!

Friendly and extremely helpful staff; Manager Adil and Front Desk staff Jawad and the lady all were extremely helpful with any enquires and even walked up the road to take us to the hotel from taxi drop-off/pick-up point.

Nothing about the hotel. The side streets are not very well lit at night, most hotel entrances are from alleyways and known to have this issues.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Riad Arabic House and Spa. The whole complex and my room was very clean and comfortable. The Riad is absolutely beautiful and the included breakfast was delicious with a lot of food. The hosts were very helpful.

My only concern was that the Riad is down an alley and the address didn’t match up with google maps. I struggled to find it and if I’m honest I felt a little uncomfortable looking for it and being approached by strangers and boys wanting money. Perhaps the hosts could mention directions in the booking, although I had read in previous reviews that it was in an alley.

Le personnel était formidable. Un grand merci à Adil, Fatima et au petit jeune à lunettes dont je n'ai pas le prénom. Ils ont été aux petits soins tout au long du séjour, une super amabilité et une grande disponibilité ainsi que de bons conseils. Le riad est joli et plutôt bien entretenu. Ça sent très bon dès l'entrée et c'est très propre. Les petits déjeuners étaient bons et copieux. Nous avons eu un petit soucis avec notre chambre. Adil et Fatima ont fait le nécessaire pour nous changer de chambre rapidement. On les remercie chaleureusement pour leur accueil et leur hospitalité. Le wifi fonctionne très bien et le riad est sécurisé. Le rooftop est également appréciable.

Le riad est décrit comme contenant une piscine à débordement ce qui n'est pas vrai. Un petit bassin non chauffé est présent mais sans grand intérêt. La première chambre que nous avions eu était clairement trop petite pour 4 personnes, on ne pouvait même pas circuler une fois les valises posées. Les chambres manquent de confort (notre chambre pour 4 ne comportait aucune penderie, aucun cintre, la salle de bains est très petite et on ne peut rien entreposer il n'y a ni étagère, ni meuble, même une trousse de toilette ne peut pas être posée). On ne peut également pas faire sécher les serviettes (une toute petite échelle pour 4 grandes serviettes c'est insuffisant). Une toute petite table de chevet pour 2 mon téléphone a dû pendre le long du mur toute la semaine pour pouvoir le recharger. En revanche nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ce riad avec un bon rapport qualité-prix

Séjour très décevant. Sur Booking, il est indiqué qu’il y a un personnel disponible 24h/24, ce qui est faux. La personne à la réception est très rarement présente, on la voit uniquement au moment du petit déjeuner. On a d’ailleurs découvert par hasard qu’elle dormait dans une chambre à côté. Ce n’est pas le fait qu’elle dorme sur place qui pose problème, mais le fait qu’on ne soit absolument pas au courant. On pensait que c’était une chambre de clients, ce qui est assez dérangeant. Nous sommes partis tôt un matin pour une excursion, et aucun petit déjeuner à emporter ne nous a été proposé. Dans d’autres riads ou hôtels, on nous prévoit toujours quelque chose dans ce cas-là, donc c’est vraiment dommage. La salle de bain était aussi un gros point négatif : forte odeur d’égout très désagréable, avec en plus de la moisissure sur les murs. Le ménage est fait de manière très approximative, le lit était mal fait, pas très soigné. Concernant le taxi, on nous annonce 20€, sans préciser que c’est pour un aller simple. Résultat, on a payé 70€ au lieu de 50€ prévus. Ce n’est pas le prix le problème, c’est le manque de transparence. Globalement, aucun suivi du séjour : personne ne demande si tout se passe bien, si on a besoin de quoi que ce soit, ou ce qu’on prévoit de faire. On est complètement livrés à nous-mêmes.

Amazing Riad, Jawad and the team were fantastic. They helped us with so much including takeaway breakfast when we had to leave early to do sightseeing, and also on our last day. Jawad also helped up with prices in the souks so we could negotiate better. He even loaned us his umbrella on a rainy day as we did not have one. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home and make syre we had an amazing time!

The location of the Riad is a little bit further out from the centre, but it also was good because it felt more local and was easy to get a taxi back to Bab Aylan so this was actually good too :)

Tout est top dans ce Riad. On ne s’attend pas à trouver ce lieu derrière la porte et dans cette rue de la vieille médina. Le personnel est extra, le petit dej sur la terrasse au top. Massage et hammam de dernière minute pour 5 personnes! Bravo.
