Hôtel agréable, petit déjeuner de qualité. Mention spéciale pour le life guard Hussein qui est d'une extrême gentillesse.

Emplacement nil latéral bruyant du fait de la circulation et des travaux à proximité. Une meilleure isolation phonique serait un plus.

From the gardens and the pool, you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Nile that will leave you speechless. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the breakfasts were amazing, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming...And the pool is absolutely spectacular!

Perhaps the cleanliness could be improved, as there is always room for improvement in that area. But overall, everything was fine.

Posizione eccezionale direttamente sul Nilo, dal giardino e dalla piscina si può godere di bellissimi tramonti e del navigare lento delle feluche. Ambienti comuni molto curati. Camere da rinnovare un po’ ma accoglienti e confortevoli. Colazione da 10 e lode.

Bellísimo hotel en Luxor. Nos hospedamos por varias noches. El personal es increíblemente atento, las instalaciones muy lindas y todo funciona muy bien. Fuimos muy atendidos. Volveremos.

Excellent hôtel, avec un personnel très sympathique ! La chambre était très confortable, le petit-déjeuner très bien et le lieu très agréable (jardin, piscine sur le Nil, etc.) De plus, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment parfait pour visiter la ville et pour bouger (gare et arrêt de bus proches). Je recommande cet hôtel à 100% !

La vue!! (Surclassement vue nil offert 😊) La piscine, les espaces extérieurs, le service au top, et la nourriture savoureuse, la literie confortable. Les couchers de soleil !!!

Cho per restare due ore in più mi hanno fatto pagare €:35.00 !!! Dovevo lasciare la camera come d'accordo alle ore 13:.00 , ma per motivi personali ho dovuto occuparla fino alle ore 15.00. in altri hotel non ti fanno pagare per due ore in più . Non e' un buon arrivederci !!!

Lo más lindo de este hotel es su personal. GRACIAS por tratarnos tan bien y estar atentos a todo momento. El hotel es muy cómodo, acogedor, en la mejor ubicación posible en Luxor. Además, ofrecen actividades de todo tipo. La comida muy buena, el desayuno muy bueno. Totalmente recomendado.

The facilities. Also the staff was very kind to accommodate a TV for the screening of the world cup matches outside. They mind where you go and with whom so that they can track you if anything were to go wrong.

I travelled to Luxor for one night with my partner and booked the Iberotel based on reviews and location. Although the location was perfect and very central it was let down with the works happening outside the hotel because of the new hotel been built next door. There was no safe area for Taxis to drop off and it was extremely challenging to even access the main entrance. On a few occasions myself and my partner had to step over broken grounds and pipe work. The noise and the pollution of the works was awful. The service from the staff was great. Very attentive and friendly. The hotel had a very nice garden pool area which over looked the Nile. It was like a different world compared to the front of the hotel. We only had breakfast in the hotel. It was adequate enough. Maybe more fresh fruit selection would be better. The room we had over looked the side of the hotel and over looking the Nile. The room its self was very dated and the bathroom. Really needs updating. The bed was awfully hard and the pillows. They were very thick I couldn’t sleep with it. The room had air conditioning and was comfortable enough. Room also had a small fridge with chargeable drinks. Water was provided by the hotel along with tea and coffee. I personally wouldn’t advised to stay at this hotel while works is under going next door. Value for money I would so no. There were a few other places that potentially might have been quieter and more comfortable.

La recepcionista del mediodia/tarde muy desagradable. Ademas nos pidio el pin y numero de reserva en ingles cuando para estos 2 datos no es necesaria una traduccion ya que no cambiian del español al ingles. Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma urgente ya que son muy antiguas y se nota el desgaste de los muebles. Todas las habitaciones tienen moqueta que no esta en buenas condiciones de limpieza. Pero donde más se nota la falta de mantenimiento y limpieza es en el baño. Muy pequeño e incómodo. Hay carteles que avisan que para ahorrar agua se hace la limpieza cada 3 días pero ni bien llegamos el baño estába en muy mala condición de limpieza.

In un albergo così non può mancare uno spazzolino del water oppure una doppia presa sul comodino per poter accendere contemporaneamente la lampada mentre si carica il cellulare. Inoltre la lampadina fulminata della lampada stessa lascia pensare un pò alla poca cura

Everything was excellent with great hospitality.

We had the perfect 1 night, 2 day stay for my family of 4 adults. At about 7am, we departed from our Nile Cruise and headed for our personal tour of Valley of the Kings, Queen Hapchetsut, Temple Ramese III & Colossi of Memnon. Upon returning to Luxor, we checked in at Iberotel and relaxed at their beautiful pool on the Nile. We had an enjoyable lunch and dinner as well at the hotel. We also had a free breakfast the following morning which was great. We finished our 2nd day with seeing Luxor and Karnak before heading to the airport for Cairo. And to save a few bucks, we also got an interior room facing the atrium - you save where you can. Overall, it was the perfect hotel for our needs.

El desayuno bufet es impresionante, las instalaciones y servicios muy buenos, especialmente los jardines y la piscina sobre el río, son una invitación a relajarse tras un día de visitas intenso y caluroso. Elegimos una habitación con vistas sobre el Nilo que nos regalaba atardeceres mágicos todos los días, era grande y confortable, aunque la cama doble nos quedó algo pequeña. Muy recomendable, volveremos sin duda.

The hotel/property was everything I hoped for, and well staffed for the low season. But more importantly, I can not stress how helpful and friendly the staff was. Very impressed.

The hotel is in a good location on the corniche riverfront.The manicured grounds evoke a certain nostalgia,interspersed with attractive restaurant and terraced settings.Some of the staff are very service minded and friendly,while some are rude.Breakfast can be enjoyed on the tranquil patio with some lovely blue eyed cats who roam the grounds.

The bathroom was smallish and showerhead did not work properly.Rude old waiter at the Italian restaurant,I am retired and find being referred to as "boss"rather low class,something you might hear from a teenager at a fast food joint.Trying to hail a taxi,a horse cart driver kept pestering me after I repeatedly declined,the doorman stood there and did nothing.Finally I had to take my luggage and walk away getting a taxi further down the corniche.

少し古めかしさはありますが、部屋はとても清潔で大変居心地がよかったです。朝食もパンの種類が多く選ぶのが楽しかったです。

It was our first time in this hotel, after many holidays in another hotel in Luxor. We both enjoyed our stay because the rooms are clean, the pool offers a phantastic view over the Nile, food is very good, and staff are really nice, Marina from Guest Relation in particular. We will soon be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, rooms, spacious, clean couldn't fault at all. Food was really good lots of choice and fabulous breakfast, the little Italian restaurant was super also. Marina was so helpful, friendly, and attentive a real asset to the hotel. We shall be returning.

Fijne tuin en zwembad. Helaas niet genoeg plekken bij het zwembad ten opzichte van de hoeveelheid gasten.

Warme kamers en veel lawaai van de weg gedurende de hele dag en nacht. Zelfs bij de kamer met “Nile view”.

From the moment I arrived, I knew I made the right decision booking this hotel. The absolute highlight for me was my room's lovely balcony,sitting out there surrounded by lush, beautiful plants was the perfect way to unwind. The entire property is super clean and well-maintained. The staff members are extremely friendly, always greeting you with a smile and going out of their way to help. On top of that, the food is more than decent with great options. But the real showstopper is the swimming pool,it is right on the Nile and offers the best view ever! Highly recommend staying here!

룩소르 신전, 시장이랑 가깝고 수영장도 있고 에어컨도 너무 잘 나와서 완벽한 숙소였어요! 아침식사도 너무 맛있었어용

Le personnel de l hotel et particulièrement وليد حسن prend le role d’un faux guide pour monter des arnaques avec des bazars au Souk. Faites attention si vous séjournez dans cet hotel.

El Desayuno es tipo buffet, muy rico. Al Igual que sus dos restaurantes. La comida deliciosa, y el staff en general es muy amable y atento.

Los precios pueden ser algo altos para estar en Egipto.

I had a very nice stay at the hotel. The place is clean and quiet, and the rooms are comfortable with good air conditioning. I really liked the view of the garden and how peaceful the atmosphere is. The food was very good with nice variety, and everything I tried tasted fresh. The staff were polite and helpful whenever needed. Overall, it was a relaxing and comfortable experience, and I would happily stay here again. I would like to Thank their helpful staff especially thanks for Miss. Marina for her support and help

Everyone at this hotel treated me like royalty! So friendly, going out of their way to make sure I was happy. It is a rare experience for a hotel to be so customer oriented, such as this one. The location was great, a short walk to some great experiences. Marina and Maria were always so attentive. Great people!

I stayed at the Luxor Iberotel and I can only recommend it. The location is exceptional: just a few minutes’ walk from the Temple of Luxor and along the Nile, with a truly unforgettable view. The room was very comfortable, with an amazing bed; the decor is a bit dated, but overall cozy. And I have to praise the staff: always kind, smiling, and truly attentive—they made our stay special. Highly recommended for an authentic experience in Luxor

The room was spacious and spotless. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the hotel manager was especially kind and welcoming. I had the pleasure of interacting with him, which made my stay even more enjoyable

Terrible pillows!! Not great food options....no one wants to eat Chinese food in Egypt! Nice to have the snack bar available all day but poor quality food and random choices. Staff at Italian restaurant not very knowledgeable about their menu or wine list. Would have been nice to be able to have dinner at the beautiful pool bar terrace.

Ne surtout pas payer un supplément rue : trop de bruit et balcon minuscule. Le prix du déjeuner : beaucoup trop cher pour l'égypte

Hotel propre, personnel très gentil et professionnel. La piscine est agréable et bien placée sur le Nil. La vue depuis le jardin et depuis la piscine est magnifique. Chambres confortables et jolies. Petit déjeuner incroyable, il y en a pour tous les goûts. On s'est régalé. Sinon, on a eu un bonus, il y a eu un mariage dans le jardin de l'hôtel durant notre séjour, ça nous a permis de voir l'ambiance des mariages égyptiens. Un vrai plus.

Salle de bain vétuste, pression de l'eau faible, traces de plâtres dans la baignoire. Etant donnée le prix qu'on a payé, on s'attend à une meilleure qualité de salle de bain. On avait payé 150eu la nuit, ce qui est déjà cher en Europe. C'est ce qui explique la note de 9 au lieu de 10. Sinon, tout le reste était parfait.

Daha orta rakamlarla bişeyler yapsalar turist olarak rahat etsek 1500 eap görürdü bekledi getirdi bu imkanı keşke otelde yapsa ama işte çok üzücü

Poca comunicazione con l hotel tramite chat di booking ( non rispondono mai). Noi avevamo la mezza pensione inclusa, ma l acqua a cena si paga apparte ( molto scorretto a mio avviso)

Great amenities - we really enjoyed the pool. The staff was incredibly friendly, and we enjoyed the breakfast. Beautiful location for viewing the sunset.

The pillows were a little too firm for us, but we can’t complain in light of the overall experience.

Everything else. For some reason, everything is (opportunistically) priced in Euros. They keep insisting you pay in cash for obvious reasons. Then they bring a machine but don't show you the bill, only afterwards I noticed they overcharged me by a couple of Euros. They later tried to charge my friend for SIX drinks when we only had two. AVOID this place at all costs unless you enjoy constant attempts to scheme and scam you by the hotel staff.

Nice location with great views of the Nile. Excellent breakfast. Beds and pillows are very firm. Street side is very busy with hustling cab drivers and horse carriages. Issues with the pay system at the restaurant creates confusion.

Stanza e bagno vecchi; cuscini di “cartone” scomodissimi; serramenti vecchi. Prezzo troppo caro per la qualità/servizi offerti.

It is a nice property and had a nice location.

Went to the restaurant/bar to listen to the oriental music, ordered 2 beers and a plate of food. The food took almost an hour, then I asked to pay and they asked dollar, euro, or pound - I said visa. They then tried to tell me I owed them for the food and 6 beers. I refused, they tried to make a big deal and then after way too long of them lying to me about how much I drank they said maybe they made a mistake. The mistake they made was thinking I would allow them to scam me. They told the people who left before me their card machine was broke, and had them pay in USD. There are signs at the front desk and restaurant that say card payment only, they ask for cash to steal, then get upset when you refuse to overpay or insist on using a card. Worst hotel experience of my entire life. I would not return if they paid me. If you stay there prepare for some scummy behavior. I’m not sure why booking.com allows a place like this to exist on their site

Emplacement exceptionnel, mais les chambres méritent des travaux : elles sont très vieilles. Le personnel des restaurants est très sympathique. En revanche, le personnel de la réception était très froid.

Struttura centralissima per fare una passeggiata in centro, e posizione fantastica lungo il Nilo da cui si godono tramonti spettacolari. Bellissima piscina per rinfrescarsi dopo una giornata intensa di visite. Buono il ristorante centrale con servizio a buffet.

Hotel piuttosto datato e bisognoso di ammodernamento. Le camere che danno sulla Corniche sono molto rumorose e non insonorizzate. Quelle che danno sulla reception sono più silenziose ma non vi è un vero ricambio di aria. Pulizia generale delle stanze da migliorare.

De kamer die ik kreeg had ik geweigerd omdat het in de lobby was dus wel je deur en raam open, maar dat zit je alsnog binnen. Ik kreeg de volgende dag gelijk een andere kamer met een balkon echt naar buiten.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel and I cannot recommend it to anyone. The experience was ruined by both the appalling service and the poor condition of the room. 1. Unacceptable Staff Behavior: The staff members were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They constantly wore sour faces and showed zero hospitality. What was most disturbing was the clear discrimination against Asian guests. On top of that, the staff had the audacity to actively ask for tips despite providing such terrible service. 2. Dilapidated Room Facilities: The room was in a state of disrepair: The bed was sagging and uncomfortable to sleep on. The curtains did not block out any light, making it impossible to sleep in the morning. The bathroom sink was clogged and the water would not drain. The trash can's foot pedal was broken, so it couldn't be opened. This hotel is not worth the money. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere.

Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene. I punti forti sono gli spazi esterni con giardini e piscina sul Nilo e la centralità della struttura a pochi metri a piedi dal tempio di luxor. Colazione a buffet abbastanza variegata. Consiglio per i gestori : essendo un quattro stelle per turisti, si potrebbe aggiungere qualche alternativa vegane (es. Latte di avena/soia, banana bread) 

Wifi molto poco funzionante anche nelle aree comuni. Le note dolenti sono le camere abbastanza datate: le porte sono visibilmente usurate cosi cone anche il bagno. Moquette ovunque che lo rende un pò fuori moda. Illuminazione sui toni del giallo troppo soffusa tale da rendere la stanza quasi buia nonostante tutte le luci accese.

I loved loved loved this hotel!! I don’t know if it’s because I’d had a bad experience staying on the West Bank, but Iberotel was such a breath of fresh air. The staff were accommodating (except for a long wait in the lobby to check in), and the laundry service & restaurant options were excellent. My room was clean, and all efforts at comfort had been provided. Thank you!!

I got asked out on a date by a staff member whilst trying to enjoy my dinner - was a bit of a strange experience. Hotel-wise, everything was perfect!

Room outlook was not so good

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt, der Blick vom Zimmer auf den Nil wunderschön, die Bar ist gut ausgestattet, das meiste Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sauber. Genügend Steckdosen sind vorhanden, auch in Bettnähe. Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls gut. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nicht weit vom Tempel und quasi direkt am Nil.

Rumpelt manchmal ein bißchen beim Service, aber nichts Dramatisches.

The hotel has lovely grounds , lovely staff in particular, Marina who is one of the best hotel staff I have ever met .
