À l'arrivé pour nos vacances pour 4 personnes nous avons du attendre deux heures à la réception car la Chambre n'était pas prête et le personnelle soufflait quand ont leurs demandé si c'était prêt, notre première journée c'est dérouler à la réception de cette hôtel, de plus nous avons du frais dans nos affaires ce sui arranger pas du tout nous avons du tout jeter à la poubelle. Une fois la Chambre prête nous avons constaté malheureusement tardivement car le personnelle s'en va à 20h , qu'il nous manqué deux couettes sur 4 et de drap, la Chambre est disposé de deux lit d'une personne , dont deux matelas en-dessous de c'est lit qui ce coulisse ou ils était taché d'oréolle jaune .. , c'est pour cela que nous avons vu Tardivement. Concernant les équipements il est inscrit wifi sur l'annonce et malheureusement il à fonctionné une heure sur nos deux jours passé dans cette hôtel ,voilà une première journée qui est gaché de nos vacances, nous avions reservé du 29/06 au 02/06 , Le lendemain retour à la réception des le réveillé pour qu'il nous fournissent deux couettes et deux draps et ainsi signalé le réseau wifi qui ne fonctionne pas. Il nous dise de passer notre journée et que cela sera réglé à notre retour, à notre retour en fin d'après midi (18h00) Une seul couette et un seul drap sur deux et présent en plus dans notre logement. Retour à la réception ou il nous font patienté une heure pour cette fameuse couette et drap. Concernant le wifi c'est un boitier qu'on leur à retourné le matin même afin qui vérifié la puce à l'intérieur, le réceptionniste nous dis qu'il va contacter la propriétaire du logement et nous dis qu'elle arrive dans 5minute , 2h30 à cette réception!!!

Appartement bien positionné avec des commerces et restaurants à proximité. A 30min de marche de la marina. Accès direct à la plage. Personne à la réception et contact booking assez réactif pour nous aider en cas de problématique.

Déçus1er "appartement" attribué qui était classique/moderne et propre mais ressemblait davantage à une chambre d'hotel non conforme à ce qui était proposé sur booking : pas de cuisine, machine à laver, d'étendoir, pas de ménage, ni même de simples serviettes de bain ! Nous avons pu etre replacés sans frais supplémentaire dans un autre appartement qui correspondait à nos attentes seulement la propreté n'était clairement pas au RDV ! Poils sur le lit !! Sol non lavé ! Coupure d'eau et d'éléctricité à plusieurs reprise mais le personnel de la réception nous trouvait assez rapidement des solutions. Piscine non traitée que ce soit au chlore ou autre, nous avons eu quelques boutons sur le corps. Accès direct à la plage qui est le point fort de ce logement cependant propreté à revoir : clients qui grignottent dans la mer et y jettent leurs déchets, de nombreux couverts en plastiques, gobelets, sachets retrouvés dans l'eau ce qui est vraiment dommage car le cadre est fort sympathique.

Es gab nichts am Pool oder Strand wo man sich mal was zu trinken kaufen konnte, der Strand war schmutzig. Die Aussage von booking stimmt nicht das alle Zimmer kleine Küche haben, Föhn im Bad und Wifi gab es auch nicht, nicht mal zum kaufen. Die Aussage von booking stimmt nicht das alle Zimmer Küche , Föhn und Wifi haben. Wifi konnte ich auch nicht gegen Bezahlung bekommen. Handtücher fürs Bad musste ich mir organisieren. Nach einem Gespräch mit einem sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Manager hatte ich dann Handtücher und einen Tisch und Stuhl auf der Terrasse . Das Zimmer selbst war groß und schön eingerichtet aber das Bad leider sehr schmutzig.

Старые проваленные матрацы, старое затасканное постельное белье, капает вода с водопроводной системы, старые ржавые краны, обваливается шпаклевка и краска со стен. Постоянно пыльно и грязно в коридорах здания, очень грязный лифт. Мусор на дне моря на пляже (пакеты, стаканы и т. д.).

Ubicación, tamaño de la habitación y la comodidad de las camas. Personal muy simpático.

No tenia vistas a la playa. WC sin papel de wc, baños sin jabón, ni gel, ni champú. Ducha muy sucia, con olor a pis. Tuve que limpiarla yo mismo. La piscina tenia los azulejos sueltos en la parte de la escalera. La playa está muy sucia, colillas de cigarro en la arena, la arena de la playa está llena de escombros (cuidado con los pies)

Emplacement sympa, piscine + plage privé. Nous avons quand même passé un bon séjour.

Logement neuf mais les murs sont déjà tous sales, ampoules grillés, pommeau de douche qui ne tient plus, nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude jusqu'à ce que je me rende compte que le chauffe-eau n'était pas allumé.. ménage approximatif, la douche était sale, il restait un gratte langue de je ne sais qui? Seau d'eau avec la serpillière dans la douche... Et le pompon: ni papier toilette ni serviettes...

Ingen WiFi i byggnaden eller lägenheten. Receptionen ligger i mobilnätsskugga nere i bottenvåningen. Hur ska man kunna ta fram sin bokning ur mobilen? Ingen bokningslogg finns. Du måste visa din bokning så de kan ringa ägaren. Huset är en byggarbetsplats. Många rum ofärdiga andra redan utslitna (som vårt) Hissarna fungerar si och så. De offentliga toaletterna i receptionen och vid poolen saknar toapapper. Solsängarna på stranden är inte ställbara. De är i dåligt skick. Dock får man en dyna att lägga på. Nedersta trappsteget saknas ute på bryggans trappa. Lägenheten : Dag 1. Kranen till diskhon gick sönder. Receptionen säger först att jag ska betala ny?!?!? Den är rostig och gammal. Ägaren måste betala det. De fixar ny kran inom 1timme. Jag betalar inte. Dag 2. ACn fungerar inte. Fläkt blåser men producerar ingen kyla. 31 grader i rummet hela natten. De fixar det så fort jag anmäler det nästa dag. Mobila nätet når inte in i lägenheten. Man måste sitta vid fönstret för att behålla täckningen. Inköp av mat. Att bo i lgh m egenhushåll är svårt när det inte finns större affärer att handla i. Flera eluttag fungerade inte i lägenheten.Ett uttag svajade (vattenkokaren) on/off/on/off av sig själv. Det fanns inga smålampor eller sängbord i lgh. Köket väldigt dåligt utrustat. Inte ens en skärbräda. Mkt trafikerad gata utanför fönstret. Öronproppar är ett måste.

It should actually be 9.5 because everything literally was awesome. The room matched the pictures perfectly. Every single amenity worked fine. The reception and the host responded very quickly and had everything under control. The beach was great. It was nearly perfect.

The 2 things deducting this 0.5 are the noise coming from workers doing renovations a couple of studios away from us and the chaotic attitude from the hundreds of children by the pool. Both things are not controllable by the host and can happen to anyone anywhere so they didn't bother me at all.

Location is and partly clear, bathroom want that clean plus no trowels provided , no tosses , no hot water in the 5th floor you love get be lucky if you are in first or 2end floor to get shower . Location is good close to everything

Location and private beach

The check-in efficiency is slow, there is often no one at the front desk and you have to wait, and a deposit is required for check-in. The hotel is very poorly hygienic and dirty

Very nice room, with a very affordable price ,comfortable beds , new appliances, with a nice and perfect kitchenette, good Location, nice beach, very nice pool, owner was very gentle and the manager was good ready to solve any problem ,,, we enjoyed our stay ,, I recommend a lot

1-First of all, they cut the power at 12:10 pm and didn't give me extra time to pick up my bag and bathroom no window and dark. 12:10 they have more than enough time for the next one but this was first time happened to me and I was choked by cutting the power on the guest I don't so think that the saucerful way to manger their business. 2-Second, the room has a small window on the street can hear the noise plus extremely dirty then never cleaned from the outside, and can't open a full 3-there are no night tables close to the beds
