Good value for money. Walking distance to 1Utama mall. Clean rooms. Free water and snacks.

The connecting bridge to 1Utama mall has the most horrendous smell in the world. The bathrooms are moldy.

I love how the pool area facilities are spread out so we had enough space for everyone.

Location was excellent, and connected to 1U mall, so it's convenient. We love the spacious kids room and the big pool. Breakfast is great, tasty and lots of choices.

A central location for a conference that I had. It was easy to get to from Subang Airport and also to 1 Utama. The cost of it.

Bathrooms are getting a bit moldy

Location 100% short travel to Bangsar, walking distance of 5-10 mins to my event and meeting place. The nasi goreng kampung for in room dining was huge portion and tasted great. The achar is a bit of a disappointment and the size of the chicken wing was small otherwise it’s great. Happy with all my interactions with the staff.

Based on the number of stars for this hotel, little things I noticed that didn’t match the status - dirty carpet in the lobby of the manager’s desk near the entrance. The lobby didn’t have the nice luxurious smell of other hotels that I have entered before. They have a signature smell. The lift lobby on my room floor is really warm and stuffy making the musky smell even more present. The pillows in the room are the smallest I have ever encountered in a hotel. It’s narrower than most pillows. And the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. It was challenging to try and contact the spa to book appointment. The QR code on the tv screen doesn’t work and there is no direct phone line to the spa.

The staff and service are exceptional. Always enjoy staying at M World Hotel. The buffet dinner at Indulge is good value. The waiters are very attentive.

Friendly staff and quick check-in and check-out. Room was clean and very pleasant, with nice ambient lighting, and excellent shower. It felt like a 5-star hotel (which it is). Pillows were pleasantly not too high/tall. Bed was comfortable.

For the price I have paid, the room is not the 5 star standard that I have stayed in other 5 star hotels before.

Not too far from the city. There’s food nearby. I would say it’s a good place to disconnect.

Only thing I didn’t like was what there was no early check in. But it’s not a big deal

Staff were amazingly helpful - especially at 15th floor lounge area Lusi and Jocelyn were excellent front facing staff - extremely hardworking, efficient and so helpful - they made everything seamless and reduced any stress of check in (I had originally thought I’d booked the M Resort Hotel and when I realised M World is a separate place I was very stressed upon check in!) Despite initially worrying about being at a different location the whole 15th floor of the hotel with pool, children’s centre, gym, lounge - it offered extremely good facilities and great spaces to chill out

Very good for money. It is alittle tired but clean. Amazing pool and gym. Located right next to a good buzzing mall and a metro station with a connecting bridge . Breakfast is better than many 5 star

My secretary through a misunderstandind with Booking.com paid for the room twice. I approached a staff member to leave the additional payment as a credit which he refused to do and said we had to apply for a credit from Booking.com. It would have been easier to leave a credit with your hotel which would gaurantee we would stay there again. Next time we would probably book with a hotel that would be more accomodating. We have to waste time dealing with Booking.com and it would have been more advantageous for your hotel and myself just to leave the credit with you.It's a shame someone at the hotel doesn't have the brains to think outside the box. I was very dissapointed.

All everything including staff, breakfast has huge options walking distance to utama mall metro station facilities all ok.

However, I would like to mention one small incident. One day, I was sitting in the lobby area for just a few minutes while waiting for my friend. After a couple of minutes, a staff member came and politely asked if I wanted something to eat or drink. I said no, and she then informed me that the area was only for coffee shop customers and that I could not sit there. I felt a little embarrassed because I had checked the area and there was no sign or notice indicating that the seating was reserved only for coffee shop customers. Also, there were no other customers in that area at the time. I immediately left and sat in another area. A few minutes later, my friend arrived and picked me up. Apart from this incident, everything else during my stay was good, and I was satisfied with the hotel and its facilities.

Amazing staff. Professional, polite Very clean rooms. Bedroom and bathroom spotless every time after domestic team had been in for room service. Lovely swimming pool and very well kitted gym with friendly staff also.

Could do with thicker pillows

Breakfast was excellent with a good spread;fresh fruit juices were bountiful. Location was excellent. Walking distance to OneUtama and 2 rapid transit stations( a) MRT-Kajang Line b) LRT-Shah Alam line). Going to places like TRX, Pavillion Bukit Bintang/Damansara and KLCC was an ease! Staff were very helpful, amicable and accomodating. Room service was also excellent.

We had some problems with the air cond as the control was not working well.Switching off the air cond was a problem.While asleep the air cond occasionally switched itself off despite not being in automatic mode. We had lodged a complaint and issue was addressed but not fully.(Room 3014)

the location is good, with the train right next to it and a connecting bridge to One Utama. the location is easily connected to PJ areas. especially love the gym, good for those who trains for Hyrox, you can even do your own simulation there. not crowded at all.

the toilet bowl doesnt really flushes well, leaving waste just sitting there leaving a bad odor.

整体都可以，环境 地铁就在楼下，结果好安静， 位置走5分钟就是地铁站，走10分钟就是 one utama 购物广场，吃喝买东西，出差都很方便。one world hotel 就在隔壁，参与商务活动也很适合，提供一个停车位。

It is facing the sea, the location is good, very near to the Gurney Drive and also to Batu Ferringhi. The room is clean especially the bathroom as I am a bit OCD, I feel very comfortable to the bathroom, and the breakfast serving is variety of choice yet delicious

During my check out, 2 out of 3 staff members were serving customers. The 3rd one was headed down and obviously working on something so I did not approach him and just stood in front of the counter waiting either his eye contact or other staff who will be free to serve. When this 3rd staff looked up from what he was doing, his body and hands gesture was like "what you standing there for, why aren't you come to me". I didn't go to him coz I didn't want to disturb what's he was doing. I'm not stupid just to stand there. I am not a person to complain but his gesture was too obvious and that made me feel dumb by"still standing there". Lastly, parking. When I asked I was only told I could use my room card to enter and then be verified at the counter. When I check out, I was told to have to come back up and return the card at the counter. Furthermore, from car park driving back up there was no direction and we had to go around and went back to the hotel. When we were returning the card and questioned why such a hassle, we were only told that we could use bank card to enter and exit car park. But how does this verify we are in house guests and not be charged? We thought the hotel should either give us a temporarily parking card to exist or a drop off box.

Everthing is good but their customer service is ridiculous

It is ridiculous that I request an invoice from the hotel, but can’t get any feedback from hotel, already 5 days. Their customer service so bad.

i thought it just a 3-4 star hotel but 5 star, hence worth money really comforting and accommodating especially for those who travel for work but want to spend time with family in limited period

Feels updated since the name change of hotel. Was able to check-in 1 hr earlier than official check-in time. Spacious room with H2O bottles provided daily. Clean rooms and accurate air-con temps. Breakfast spread is superb, with international mix of dishes, cold dishes, salad, pastry, juices, yoghurt and coffee machines. Ample seating space. Easy walking access to malls and MRT stations. Seamless travel.

When asked for an invoice befor checkout, was told hotel do not issue it; get it from Booking.com Yet I was charged 184 Malaysian ringgit on 30th June after paying booking.com 1576.10 Malaysian ringgit on 21june for 4 nights stay.

The location is ideal for vacation

The food and beverages provided for breakfast is just ordinary and less variety.

- Suggest to check on the pest control as i found 2 insect in and outside my room. - Toilet cleanliness - Hotel buffet arrangment - the current display is not convenient and attractive enough

We were welcome at breakfast with a warm greeting from Khurram who remembered us from our previous stay. Also Jamsheed provided an excellent coffee refill service. Both much appreciated. Very efficient egg station. Excellent spread of local and Asian specialities.

No papaya at breakfast, what a shame, this is one of our favourite fruit in Malaysia.

I like all facility given here. my kids enjoy kids area so much.

Maybe can improved the toilet sink as it get clogged prior guest check in. But the staff managed to unclogged it.

The room size and toilet appeared to be smaller than I recall when I stayed there in Feb 2024. Also there was no work desk provided in the room.

The variety for breakfast was good. But as I had to leave early, I had my breakfast at 630 a and some of the dishes were not ready. Overall was good.

The card that was used to enter the carpark was not able to be validated to give me a free exit. The hotel staff gave a piece of paper to call the intercom at the carpark exit to get out but it took about 10 mins for carpark attendant to show up but she did not bring anything to open the gantry. Tried calling colleagues to solve the problem and left to get some cards to unlock the gantry but failed until a second carpark attendant came later and managed to get the gantry opened. It took more than half an hour’s wait. The hotel should have another system to allow guest whose card cannot be validated a way out without getting the carpark attendants. The above marred the entire pleasant stay.
