The room is big and spacious.

We came with a family of 3 generations and booked 4 rooms. I'm disappointed we're given so far apart, we had to wait very long as we requested for our rooms to be nearby. It seemed that they were short of staff as most request came very late. My room was not clean, and the carpet was not vacuum. The sink and the toilet area were dirty. My doter's room has slightly better lighting and newer facilities unlike mine.

Breakfast was great with a wide variety of Asian and western food. Hotel is a little tired but very clean in the rooms. Furniture was chipped in a lot of places. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I had requested twin beds for my two adult sons travelling with me twice before arrival. The hotel never responded to my messages. When I checked in I confirmed this and was told yes. When we got to their room there was one double bed. When I complained I was told there were no twins available but I could pay for a trundle bed and they would move them the next day when one became available. We had arrived very late at night after a long day so I just paid the extra. All the treadmills in the gym were out of order.

The room and btahroom is a decent size. Nice pool area and facilities (not used) and decent and delicious breakfast offering that is available until 1030am. Nice late checkout time. Staff were generally friendly.

We booked the hotel because of the ability to walk trhough to the curve, sadly both link bridges have been closed. This made is difficult as I had an elderly person with me. The room is a decent size, but the age is telling from scuffed paint (room and throughout the hotel), stains on the carpet (ew) and dated bathrooms.

Unclean sheets. Towels that smelt. No shower gel on first entry into the room. Disintegrating room fittings. Window between bedroom and toilet. No aircond in corridors.

The location is super convenient. Lovely breakfast. The breakfast location is kind enough to also screen the live world cup matches. Very clean as well.

Safe deposit box not working, shower drain not maintained, curtains worn and tacky , no shower gel in the dispenser.

Hotel near mall

Hotel sudah cukup tua, karpet tua, kursi sdh sangat tua dan sobek, kurtin kotor dan usang. Kamar tidak dibersihkan dengan benar. Celana dalam penghuni sebelumnya masih terbiar di lemari. Tidak ada hand + face towel dan bantal lumayan jijik. Sarapan pagi sangat jelek.

Limited Food Selection for the Breakfast and there was no food served after 10:00pm. not even a coffee, where coffee shop also close by 10:00pm, which was a the only negative point

The shower is large with good water volume. The bed is comfortable.

The smell of the room. The overall hotel condition is bad. The lift buttons not working. The room service is terrible (they forgot to put back towels, the muss towel for my child). Breakfast like an average hotel.

The best part were the showers which had good pressure and hot water came on almost instantly,

The hotel in need of makeover and maintenance. Peeling paint on walls, doors in common areas and room. Carpets look old and stained, towels are old and thread bare, they dont even look fresh and white. House keeping below standard. On check in, only bath towels were supplied. No bath mats, hand towels or washers. Other days hand towels were missing. The valance on the bottom of the mattress was mostly on the floor the whole stay . No coffee sachets were provided throughout our 4 night stay and only 2 teabags. Please, get rid of those hopeless plastic stick stirrers - a disposable teaspoon would do a better job. Room service was hopeless. No menu provided in room but a full blown menu was brought up to the room for perusal and order immediately while the staff waited to take the menu back. Needless to say, we didnt bother.

Room: We stayed with 2 family with connecting room. House keeping not good. Smell on Pillow and standard room facility were not in completed. Need upgrade the room environment , Fitness equipment, Swimming pool need repaint the whole area. Breakfast : Still fair with the price paying. 2 days stays with same foods. maybe can change some other food make it more attractive. Location : Location the the bestchoose choose to stayed at this Hotel, is Link bridge to MRT station, walk distance to The curve Mall.

Room quite old, it have 14 years already, need do refurbishment on room , walk way, corridor , room"s utiensil. Swimming Pool: need repaint and make beautif of the place. Fitness room : Some mechine were not function and old.

The bathroom floor is at the same level as the main hall walkway, and water will creep out to the main door after washing, not a separation gap between the floor and the door

I checked into the Royale Chulan Damansara Hotel rather late at night as the traffic was rather heavy. The hotel lobby was lovely and the staff were so friendly and cheered me up after enduring being in heavy traffic for such a long time. I was happy upon entering the room, it was so pleasantly appointed and spacious. The bathroom was just right, without being too big, and the bath essentials from Aqua Senses were excellent. Towels were nice and changed daily. The bed was comfortable, and just right for a good restful night. The wardrobe too was sufficient and with good clothes hangars. Ironing board, iron, safe and mini-fridge were all in good condition. The room setting with the large TV was just perfect for me to relax after a long day. A good tea and coffee provided, with filtered water on tap for the kettle, without having to use plastic bottled water, I love this green effort. I had a room service breakfast from the menu and it arrived sooner than expected which was nice and hot with a good portion size that I enjoyed. While I wasn't able to eat all the cakes and buns, the Room Service staff, were kind to place the balance onto a place and nicely covered it, so I could eat some when I got back a little later, I was happy as I'm not fond of wasting food. The location of the hotel was just right, near the Curve Mall and within easy reach of One Utama and other areas to dine out. The counter staff were so friendly and courteous. They helped me with directions and even helped me to change large currency notes into smaller notes for the cab. I really loved my relaxing and peaceful stay at the Royale Chulan Damansara. I shall book another stay on my next trip to KL. Thanks

I found that the toilet seat was of the wrong size to the bowl, and wasn't fastened properly. I would have preferred that the housekeeping wouldn't ring the doorbell so early in the morning, as I was still asleep... but it is a small issue and I was able to continue my sleep till 10 am.

Near to MRT station and location is very good

The interior design is very high class decoration and superb

1)The TV in the room is not function very well plus their are using normal TV which the picture is not very clear when the frequency is low.. 2) The refrigerator is not cold anyway..cannot put food to refrigerate

I booked 6 rooms 3 days 2 nights during the weekend. All rooms were the same type- premium room. However, half of the room given was lacking in certain facilities such as a refrigerator. Some rooms were given a pair of hotel slippers, some didn't. Most of the TV inside the rooms was having trouble with the TV reception. In room 519, the bathroom sink was clogged before our stay. We were so busy preparing for my sister's wedding that weekend, so we were unable to lodge any complaints. But overall, the hotel can improve further. Thank you.
