Location ... Metres from all we like in Seminyak: Potato Head / beach, shops, bars/ restaurants. Villa is roomy, clean, and comfortable (comfy king-sized bed!) Great service staff, late checkout. We loved the Private lap pool, garden - fabulous!!

Loathe busy Bali roads - which is why the location with minimal walking distance to all was great.

Loved our time here. From the awesome breakfast served in your room, to the amenities, great location and staff who could not do enough for you. Great stay. Very quiet.

Loved everything about this villa. It is everything you can ask for: comfort, privacy, spacious, lovely decor and location super close to Beach Clubs, shops, restaurants and bars. The bed was large and very comfortable. Large wardrobe space and bathroom, plus bathroom had his and hers basins. It was perfect for us. The staff was also very friendly and provided good service.

Property was great. The location was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The service was exceptional and prompt. The beds are super comfy

The breakfast spread can be improved. Entrance needs better lighting as it can be difficult to navigate. A few of the fittings and fixtures may seem dated but honestly, not a big issue.

This was my second stay at Bali Island Villas and Spa in Seminyak and both times they have exceeded my expectations. The property is big and well maintained and located in a great part of Seminyak. Most importantly the staff here are amazing. They look after their guests and always with a smile. Even a week after leaving the property the allowed me to store my luggage with them for the day while I explored Seminyak before heading to the airport. They are staffed all the time which makes you feel extremely safe and well looked after. As a returning guest I highly recommend them as your spot to stay in Seminyak.

The lane way which you must turn down to enter the property is right next to the lane way for Potato head. This can be confusing initially for gojeck drivers but is not a huge problem once you find your bearings and are able to remind them it is the next lane way.

The villa was immaculately clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and always smiling. The overall size of the villa was way bigger than we expected. Easy to walk to local restaurants and shops but at least 25 min walk to Seminyak Square. The beach was approx 10 mins walk but you could cut through Potato Head Beach Club as it was next door if you did not mind getting your bags checked at either end. No noise was heard from the Club and it is an interesting place to look around before the entry fee kicks in at 4.30 pm.

The outdoor furniture was adequate but a little tired and needed replacing or some upkeep. The pool was a little tricky to get into (unless you were over 6ft) and getting out a task if you are over 70 years old. One step placed on the first level is all that is needed to solve this problem. Tiles can be a little slippery. We did however, manage a swim most days of our stay. There should be a sign placed near the expresso machine saying if you use the pods, you pay for them. We were surprised to be charged at the end of our stay for two cups of expresso.

Indoor living setting that could open onto the pool and garden. Lovely waterfall ambience. Room cleaning available every day if I asked .. A little massage lady named Tri who can put you into La La land and does a great reflexology. Mostly great food and prices. Toaster .. proper kitchen but did not use it. Unlimited filtered water free.

The spa didn’t work and there was no light in the actual pool.

The living area is all inside with optional air-conditioning so with mozzie season appreciate to be able to spray .. Glass wall windows onto garden can be opened up, villa has an old Pullman hotel feel about it .. food is affordable with local and western dishes brought to room, so have enjoyed that. Has a jacuzzi in bathroom plus a lovely good sized pool in a very lush garden. Total privacy. There is a hidden staircase to the roof with a ground mattress under a pagoda. Staff happy and helpful. This hotel is owned by Australians whom have won awards in Indonesia for their innovations. Their presence is subtly obvious without spoiling a Bali experience.

Swimming pool could use an extra step and/or hand rail for those of us who are not strong on legs or unstable on slippery surfaces. It is a crawl job for me now. Mozzie bush spray on garden after rains dry ..

Great location, nice and quiet in a very busy area. The staff is exceptional good, very helpful! The villa is large and comfy.

Stylish contemporary comfortable place. Spacious and had excellent WiFi. Beautifully decorated. The pool was lovely. Meals via room service were delicious and reasonably priced.

I find few criticisms. A long walk from unit 8 to the exit. The neighborhood is urban, busy, and chaotic. The villa was a refuge.

Bali Island Villas are perfect for couples. The villa is huge with heaps of space and storage. It is immaculately clean, as is the pool which is a great temperature and perfect for daily dips. The staff are lovely, so friendly. Thank you to Linda and Eka for being the most welcoming hosts. Highly recommend.

The size of the villa was fantastic—so much space, like a home. Love the fact that there was a water unit that supplied filtered cold & hot water, which saved us so much in purchasing water daily. Great pay TV options, so we could log into our Netflix etc. The pool was great & very private & peaceful. Position is the best, as we had an event at Potato Head, which is next door. This street is our favourite if you're a foodie, the best restaurants in walking distance and walk to Seminyak Square strip.

We think it probably needs a revamp. A little dated with the furnishings & art work, and overall fitout. Compared to modern villas, this is lacking the modern wow factor. No exciting welcoming like Bali hosts usually offers.

The breakfast and room service was great. The hosts did everything they could to make our stay comfortable.

My partner thought the bathroom wasn't overly clean, but it was probably more that the facilities where dated. The place is quoted as being "luxury" - maybe by Balinese standards, but the property is showing its age. It needs a facelift and some general maintenance (lots of tripping hazards). Our stay was pleasant but I wouldn't stay here again, as I believe (for the money AUD$300+ per night) you could find better accommodation.

Fantastic value for money, great location next to a mini mart and some really nice beach clubs. Good overall vibe for the area. Bit of traffic but it seemed the same wherever you are in Denpansar. Garden caught the sun brilliantly and it wasn't overlooked by anything. Couldn't ask for any more in terms of facilities and the place had everything you'd need, good AC, iron, massage and Spa, small gym and a really friendly 24-hour concierge. All very spacious too.

We were only here for 6 days and were impressed from the start. Couldn't fault anything from here so thanks again for giving us a great stay

Very clean and quiet property. Very professional and friendly staffs.

Gym facilities can be improved. But there are nearby thirdparty gyms.

The villa was amazing with everything you could want. The bed was large and comfy. Having your own private pool and terrace made our stay even better. You can order meals by phone and they are brought to your villa which is ialso good. I would certainly stay again.

The only thing i can say is i wasn't impressed with how busy Seminyak was but that is not the fault of the villas.

The property is situated in a great spot and all the staff went out of there way to help in any way they could.

Lovely apartment, very well equipped and comfortable. Full kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave and oven. Hot and cold water dispenser. Amazingly comfy bed and huge bath. In a great location just off the main road and everything nearby but very quiet. Our hosts were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Private pool and roof terrace were lovely

Everything. It’s large, spacious and well laid out and very quiet at night. Staff are fantastic. Everything you need is just a short walk up the driveway.

These villas tick all the boxes and make an incredible stay! The combination of space, the pool, and that tranquil garden with the waterfall really sets the perfect vibe for relaxation. A big, relaxing bath is always a win! It is so nice to feel taken care of by the staff, as they are very helpful and go above and beyond, just amazing! My favorite place to stay, it has become a go-to spot for me.

A fantastic spacious, clean Villa

I loved everything. I felt so happy and comfortable staying here. All the people who work there were so lovely and friendly! The massages were amazing! Food was great! I really can't say anything bad about this place 🥰

There is nothing i can think of!

I like the villa's interior design. It was amazing, privaciy and the pool was amazing. But I believe it's not worth it because I found it was too expensive without even any kind of service.

What I mean is that the price was expensive and did not include a breakfast. Moreover, when I request something which is a thing of the hospitality basis like milk, they say sorry we do not have! It is something silly with comparison to money I have already paid.

Excellent location, all single room Villas so mostly very quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful. Have stayed here multiple times since 2017 and it is just as great in 2024 as it was in our first stay.

Nicely maintained villa and private pool right in the middle of Seminyak and close to the beach.

The villa and furniture are maybe a bit dated but it is kept very clean

I have stayed here many times before because it offers a private oasis in the heart of Seminyak. The staff are gorgeous!

Staff were absolutely fantastic, attentive, and helpful. The location was perfect. Very quiet even though it is next door to Potato Head.

We didn't dislike anything at all. We were very happy with everything.

The pool was great and the accommodation size was enormous. On one night a chef came along and cooked a BBQ for us which we ate outside on our patio under the frangipani tree and beside our private pool encircled with candles for the occasion

Water pressure in the shower was too low to enjoy a shower

The room was very spacious with a full kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom and bathroom with a large soaking tub. The private pool of the villa was perfect for cooling off and relaxing. The staff was very friendly, helpful, hospitable, and respectful.

Nothjng really, ever so slightly dates but nothing to stress about, I was lucky to stay in the villas when they were brand new so you can obviously see some wear and tear since then.

The villas having a private pool is just perfect. As they are not a resort or hotel, there isn't a restaurant or bar but there is room service with a good range to choose from and it was delicious everytime. We only ate in if it was very late, otherwise there are a million restaurants to eat at in Seminyak.

Excellent facilities, great location. My partner celebrated her birthday whilst we stayed here, completely unprompted the staff came to the room and sung happy birthday and gave her a small cake. Amazing thoughtfulness.

The size of the books is great, and the pool area is nice. Plus it’s quiet considering where it is. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I ordered room service several times and was told there were no drinks, a supermarket is across the road so the hotel could have gone and provided drinks this way at hotel prices. It was annoying as we had food and no drinks. Also the location was very busy over Christmas / NYs as it’s next door to potato head. It was very hectic and at times hard to get out of the driveway.

Great location, friendly staff, spacious with a wonderful pool and garden. Perfect for couples or a family with young children.
