Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet wirkt dennoch aber warm und gemütlich Das Spa war wunderschön aber eher klein hat mich persönlich aber gar nicht gestört gab immer Snacks u Getränke finde ich top. Das Essen der Restaurants waren sehr lecker und schön angerichtet. Das Frühstück bot alles an was man sich unter einem auswahlreichen Frühstück vorstellt.

Meiner Meinung nach sind die Preise bei den Restaurants zu hoch für die Portion. Da die Portionen eher kleiner sind.

The staff of the breakfast was absolutely great and very kind and helpful. I must say, the spa is absolutely amazing and the breakfast is wonderful as well.

Too expensive for the rooms you get. Our room was situated on the floor right above the kitchen which made sure there were many loud noises until late at night and we were waken up multiple times by the smoke of cigarettes entering our room. Sadly, we couldn’t close the windows because it was extremely warm in the room (no AC) even though at night it was 13 degrees outside. The rooms also did not have any coffee machine or tea facilities which you would expect from a hotel with these high room prices. And the robes and swimming pool towels being picked up at 19h the day before check out is very strange as well as the pool area is open until 21h. The reception staff didn’t say much and didn’t make you feel welcome at all. When we checked out the only thing that was said was ‘you still have to pay the city tax’. For an hotel with these prices you expect way better service.

Das Hotel hat einen herrlichen Blick auf die Skipiste und eine sehr schöne Terrasse. Die Einrichtung ist sehr elegant und schön, die Atmosphäre ist ruhig. Ein Fahrradkeller ist vorhanden und alle Mitarbeitenden sind super nett!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ich mag die familiäre Atmosphäre.

Leider wird im Saunabereich zu wenig „kontrolliert“. Während unserem Aufenthalt befanden sich immer wieder Personen in Strassenkleidern und Strassenschuhen im Ruhebereich auf den Liegen. Auch der textilfreie Bereich ist oft nicht textilfrei. Das ist rein aus hygienischer Sicht sehr unschön. Hier könnte mehr darauf geschaut werden. Das habe ich schon seit Jahren festgestellt.

La stanza era veramente troppo rumorosa Ci hanno dato la camera vicino alla cucina del ristorante Muri veramente poco insonorizzati Abbiamo dormito poco durante la notte calcolando che il ristorante puliva fino alle 23/24 E durante il giorno tornati dalle escursioni era impossibile riposare al pomeriggio. Mi dispiace ma per quello che abbiamo pagato ci aspettavamo un po di più, anche come gestione del problema quando l’abbiamo esposto alla reception ci è stato detto che se volevamo cambiare stanza dovevamo pagare un surplus di 900€ Sinceramente follia. E ci siamo sentiti etichettati come quelli delle camere ‘’’standard di categoria bassa’’’ Non è stato piacevole.

Un hotel ESPECTACULAR, la recepcionista hablaba español. Es un hotel bastante nuevo y está todo muy moderno. El baño era super moderno. Había servicio de SPA pero por falta de tiempo no pudimos disfrutarlo. Solo pasamos una noche, pero si tuviera que volver a esta zona no dudaría en volver alojarme en este hotel.

Purtroppo il soggiorno non è stato all’altezza delle aspettative, soprattutto considerando il prezzo piuttosto elevato della camera. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo, a mio parere, non è adeguato. La pulizia della stanza lasciava infatti a desiderare: gli asciugamani non erano nelle condizioni che ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura di questo livello e ho riscontrato anche un battiscopa staccato, un dettaglio che contribuisce a dare un’impressione generale di poca cura e manutenzione. Per una camera dal costo così alto mi sarei aspettato maggiore attenzione sia alla pulizia sia alla cura degli ambienti. Nulla da dire, invece, sul personale, che si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile, e sulla ristorazione, che ho trovato soddisfacente. Nel complesso, però, ritengo che il prezzo pagato non sia giustificato dalla qualità della camera e dal livello di manutenzione riscontrato.

Posizione centralissima, spa con vista sulle Dolomiti bellissima, servizi per le bici (spazio dedicato, attrezzi bici e possibilità di lavaggio in loco), ampio parcheggio coperto, cordialità e simpatia di tutto lo staff, colazioni con ampia scelta e ristorante bistrot con ampia scelta e proposte sfiziose e originali

Ho apprezzato molto la Spa, la posizione comoda, la possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto in garage e l’ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Molto bello anche il design della struttura e la varietà dei servizi offerti, ad eccezione delle camere, che a mio avviso potrebbero essere migliorate.

La camera, a mio parere, non era all’altezza del bellissimo design della struttura. Se le camere venissero rinnovate mantenendo lo stesso stile e design del resto della struttura, il risultato sarebbe davvero bellissimo! Anche il bagno potrebbe essere migliorato: mancano alcuni ripiani o spazi aggiuntivi dove appoggiare gli oggetti e posti dove appendere gli asciugamani. La doccia, inoltre, è un po’ piccolina e lo stile del bagno risulta più rétro rispetto al resto della struttura e della camera.

Everything, facilities were gorgeous and had everything you needed. Perfect from start to finish.

I had a birthday weekend trip in the dolomites and I made the right choice choosing this hotel. The spa access is included in the rate which was the relaxation I needed after spending a day hiking. The interior of the place is very aesthetically pleasing with a picturesque back drop of the mountains and the valley. I would like to give a big thanks the kind girl who gave me a birthday candle on my birthday when my partner requested during breakfast.

* We loved our stay at this hotel! * The property is beautiful, and our room was spacious, with a good-sized bedroom and bathroom. * The spa is excellent and was the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking. * The location is fantastic (just a 14-minute drive to Ortisei) and the hotel offers convenient on-site parking. * The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. They even went above and beyond by helping us secure a reservation at another restaurant outside the hotel, which we really appreciated.

* The breakfast wasn’t anything particularly memorable. It had a good selection and served its purpose, but it wasn’t a highlight. * Like many hotels in the Dolomites and the surrounding Alpine region, the “double bed” is actually made up of two separate twin mattresses pushed together. While this is very common in the area, it does leave a seam in the middle of the bed, which may be less comfortable if you’re used to sleeping on a single mattress.

Beautiful location with spacious room, helpful staffs and a very fine restaurant.

There is no AC or fridge in the room. So need to open the door to the balcony for cooling in daytime.

موظفة التنظيف كل شوي تدخل الغرفه بدون استئذان ودخلت علينا اكثر من مرة واحنا بالغرفه او برا رغم انا حاطين عدم الازعاج. مافيه تكييف بالفندق ويحتاج بوقت الظهر اما باقي اليوم مقبول الجو

1. Air conditioning issues (No active cooling): There is a wall thermostat to adjusting temperature (+/- 1 or 2 °C), but it didn't function at all. We visited during a June heatwave, and the room was unbearably hot. We noticed other guests complaining about the same issue. When we informed the front desk, they took our room number and claimed they would lower the temperature via the central AC system. However, there was absolutely no change, and the room remained stiflingly hot. 2. Poor soundproofing: The soundproofing is practically non-existent; we could easily hear adjacent doors slamming. We stayed on the 2nd floor and checked in around 7–8 PM. The guests on the 3rd floor seemed to be having a party, with children screaming, crying, and running around. The noise echoed through both the windows and the ceiling. Because of the intense heat, we couldn't close the windows. Even when we did, the ceiling and walls kept vibrating. The noise didn't quiet down until after 10 PM. We requested a room or floor change, but the front desk replied that the hotel was fully booked and they could only "softly remind" the other guests. For hikers who need to sleep early and wake up early, this was a terrible experience. 3. Baffling sauna setup: There is a "no swimwear" (crossed-out swimsuit) sign outside the sauna, but since it is a mixed-sex (co-ed) sauna, it implies nudity is mandatory. However, the sauna windows do not appear to be one-way glass, meaning neighbors from across the way can see straight inside. Even if the intention was for guests to wrap themselves in large towels, there was nowhere inside or outside the sauna room to change or hang used towels. The design is completely baffling. 4. Suspected dust mite issue (Severe allergies): The room seemed to have a severe dust mite problem.

Ottima posizione sia in inverno che in estate e bellissima vista. Presente parcheggio con ricarica per veicoli elettrici.

Nella camera non è presente il frigo, ci hanno consentito conservare i nostri alimento che richiedevano refrigerazione nel frigo generale della struttura ma chiaramente non è la stessa cosa. All’interno dell’hotel sono presenti due ristoranti (nel periodo estivo) ma entrambi hanno come giorno di chiusura il martedì quindi quel giorno non è possibile cenare all’interno. La piscina ha dimensioni veramente molto ridotte. Vengono noleggiate bici solo elettriche.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, and its location was perfect, right next to the cable car. The swimming pool was beautiful, with a stunning view from above. The water was warm and very clean. The sauna was also wonderful and made the stay even more relaxing. The internet connection was very fast, and everything was well organized. We did not experience any problems or missing services during our stay. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I highly recommend this hotel!

Very comfortable, excellent breakfast, pool & wellness area was fantastic with snacks & drinks provided (dried fruits, teas, etc). Our room was spotless and lovely balcony/outdoor area. We ate dinner in the restaurant one night which was delicious.

1 pillow each per room is crazy for a hotel, however, I do understand this is probably to reduce costs. You are charged if you request another pillow each, however, we opted not to have our room cleaned (just fresh towels), and this charge was waived.

1층 프론트 여자 직원분 너무 친절하셨습니다. 시설도 너무 꺠끗하고 침대도 너무 편안했습니다. 물론 조식도 맛있었습니다 ~~ 수영장 부대시설 이용도 만족스러웠습니다. 날씨가 갑자기 비가 와서 춥고 일정도 틀어졌엇는데 따뜻한 물에서 휴식을 취하니 그나마 보상이 되었습니다. 수영장 이용시 제공해준 가운 조차도 너무 좋았습니다~~

숙박시설에 대한 아쉬움은 정말 하나도 없습니다. 다만 날씨가 아쉬웠어요

Härlig spadel med generösa öppettider. Sköna sängar. Fantastisk frukost med allt man kan önska sig på buffén samt en meny att beställa omeletter, pannkakor, fyllda crepes, smooties, färska juicer mm från, helt gratis.

Lyhört mellan rummen och problem att stänga av elementet så varmt på rummet om inte balkongdörren stod öppen på natten. Receptionen kunde varit mer aktiv i att informera om tex busskort.

Alles war super, Zimmer Welt klasse, super sauna, Service Weltklasse.

Der Spa bereich war sehr schön. Ansonsten war auch die Lage sehr gut.

Das Frühstück könnte etwas besser sein. Wir waren schon oft in der Gegend. Es war gut, aber hier hätte ich durchaus mehr erwartet. Leider hat unser Zimmer (210) auch immer nach Rauch gerochen. Ich denke, hier muss ein Kamin oder sonstiges in der Nähe sein. Hier würde ich künftig ein anderes Zimmer wählen.

הגענו בתקופת פסטיבל אופניים שמתקיים פעם בשנה ולכן היה מאוד רועש לקום בבוקר (אבל זה לא בשליטתם של המלון)

Una struttura davvero bella, la camera molto pulita e arredata con gusto. Dotata anche di un terrazzo molto carino e utile. La parte della Spa molto curata e suggestiva dato che si trova al 3 piano. Ottimo anche il servizio della cena, nel nostro caso con addirittura il servizio in camera, rapido e soddisfacente. Comodo anche il garage sotterraneo. Sicuramente da ritornarci.

Struttura bellissima e personale gentilissimo

First day re-opening for summer season; some teething issues but this is a class hotel.

Staff had just arrived for Summer season, but not too busy.

Very clean - amazing staff, especially the restaurant staff who were very attentive and friendly. The facilities were great, the spa was wonderful - much needed after a few hikes. The room was comfortable and perfect for the few days in the Dolomites.
