A beautiful hotel in a peaceful part of Selva Gardena. A traveller’s delight. The staff were amazing, friendly and willing to help and offer advice when needed or wanted. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The restaurant was delightful for an evening meal or drink. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

Tout est au top ! L’un des plus charmants hôtels que nous ayons visité. l’équipe est hyper pro et très sympa. Un remerciement à Alex pour ses astuces pour les randonnées ! Le restaurant est de très bonne qualité et très bon : digne d’un gastronomique (les prix vont avec et c’est normal). Super petit déj avec bcp de produits frais (fruits, …).

rien … et contrairement à d’autres, nous n’avons pas trouvé le parking si petit ou compliqué.

Very friendly staff, an excellent location for exploring the Dolomites, good on-site facilities (including saunas), a great breakfast and spacious & modern rooms!

The parking spaces are tight for a 4 x 4 car.

Tout était vraiment parfait. L'hôtel semblait comme neuf, avec une décoration très raffinée. Le personnel était très souriant et aimable. Quant à la literie : exceptionnelle !!

Everything, brilliant helpful local staff, very attentive to your needs, beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious, we loved the amount of free water something we didn’t experience anywhere else

Is it possible to give the highest praise? Starting with the staff, who were always attentive, helpful, and ready to offer excellent advice. Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming, from the reception staff to the breakfast team. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh cakes every morning and an outstanding variety of food. Our room was very confortable, with a great view and everything you need!

This property is amazing! Everything is just perfect! First, the staff were all so welcoming and considerate. I want to especially thank Elena for her warm welcome when we first arrived and throughout our stay. She sat with us providing recommendations for the best food and restaurants to try in the area and in Ortisei, suggested one of the best hikes we ever had in the Dolomites (Stevia) which was just walking distance from the hotel, and provided a wonderful packed breakfast for us on our last day as we had a very early flight. Second, the rooms and facilities are clean, modern, and beautiful. The bed and pillows makes or breaks a hotel room, and both were soft, and excellent quality comparable to most 5 star hotels. The room was larger than expected with two balconies, and wonderful views of the mountains. And finally, we enjoyed a very nice spread every morning to fuel up before the hike, and wonderful sauna/wellness area to recover after the hike. Very satisfied with this hotel as a first timer, but definitely will not be the last time!👍🙂

It’s a great location for hiking , but a little too far from Ortisei.

Parking spaces are way too small for any type of car. Shower cubicle was a little small too.

Gostamos muito da classe e da simpatia do staff. Estava tudo impecável. Melhor pequeno almoço que já tivemos de hotel. Ótima localização nas dolomites.

Ottima accoglienza da parte di Alex, sempre gentile e disponibile, come tutto il personale. Colazione buonissima, con ampia scelta e prodotti di qualità. La posizione è comoda, ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla e piacevole. Le camere sono nuove, moderne e arredate con gusto. Servizio eccellente e grande attenzione al cliente. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, assolutamente consigliato!

The parking garage was really tight but the staff did assist with parking.

Тихий и уютный отель в стороне от оживленной трассы. Вкусные завтраки, в номере кофеварка и вода. Красивый вид из окна. Очень удобные кровати.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und informativ. Die Tiefgarage ist etwas eng, aber machbar. Ein Parkservice wird angeboten. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, man fühlte sich sofort wohl. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und qualitativ hochwertig. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und kommen gerne wieder.

Da das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage hat und es Daunenschlafdecken gab, mussten die Fenster nachts offen bleiben. Dabei wurden wir regelmäßig von der Müllabfuhr und LKW's mitten in der Nacht geweckt. Abends war es in der Bar nicht möglich einen Drink zu sich zu nehmen, da trotz dreimaliger Nachfrage an der Bar, niemand die Bestellung aufnehmen wollte. Beim Frühstück war das Rührei jeden Tag kalt.

Clean and well organized with very nice choices of decoration and lighting. Also my favorite is how friendly and helpful the staff are, they had our stay very pleasant and very enjoyable.

Najbolja usluga i osoblje ikada. Ljubazni, ugodni, simpatični, brzi i uslužni. Od recepcije, preko bara, doručka, do spremačica. Bravo za cijelu ekipu. Hotel je predivan, jako se puno pazilo na detalje. Doručak je fantazija čista, imate sve i jako je lijepo složeno. Soba je uvijek uredna, čista i pospremljena. Vrlo su uslužni svi i izađu u susret sa svime. Sigurno ćemo opet doći!

הצוות היה יוצא מן הכלל, עזרו לנו בהזמנת רכבלים ואוטובוסים, שדרגו אותנו לחדר גדול יותר. המלון מעוצב בטוב טעם, החדרים מחודשים ונקיים והארוחות במלון טובות עם כלים יפים הנוף מהחדר מושלם.

המלון במעלה ההר, העליה קצת מעייפת. זהו. אין עוד מינוסים למלון.

Really beautiful modern hotel. Exceptional staff especially at reception - so helpful. Beautiful toiletry products for use in the room. Large comfortable bed. We also got an upgrade which was a real treat!

Would have like more options/ variety at breakfast- a lot of sweet cakes/desserts but was typical to that of the area. The carpark spaces were very tight and narrow.

Veldig hyggelig lite hotell med gangavstand til alt. Ligger i en rolig sidegate med lite støy. Personalet var topp, rommet var oppusset og flott med to verandaer. Utsøkt frokost og parkering i kjelleren. Kommer mer enn gjerne tilbake!

The staff was polite, always ready to help. It was clear that the hotel pays attention to every detail. The kitchen in the bistro is wonderful. It fully met all of our expectations.

Breakfast was very rich and served in a nice cozy dining room with china-like cups and tea cups. Hotel facilities were very nice, especially the wellness spa - which also has an IR-sauna. The staff was kind and helpful and attended positively our requests. The hotel is a 5 min walk from the town center.

The hotel has no A/C in the rooms and the weather in Europe hit recently heat extremes. I would expect maybe a fan in the room.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful, the staff were so friendly and helpful and it was in a perfect location. We would 100% stay here again

As the rooms don’t have air conditioning a fan to allow some airflow would be great in warmer seasons :)

Из плюсов: красивый вид из окна, хороший завтрак и хорошее расположение, 3 минуты пешком и рядом супермаркет.

Я бы в этот отель больше не вернулась. 1. Очень громко с 6 утра, сотрудники отеля ездят с тележками, громко от проезжающих машин. А закрыть окна невозможно, потому что в номере нет ни кондиционера, ни вентилятора. Выспаться тяжело 2. Матрас и подушки ужасного качества, их давно нужно поменять. 3. Дизайн номера очень странный, такое чувство, что там смещали все, что было из мебели и предметов интерьера. 4. В батареях постоянно бурлит вода, хотя мы были летом. Это отвлекает ночью и не дает выспаться. 5. Одним вечером вода была холодной и мы не смогли принять душ. 6. Увидели куда складывают банные полотенца, просто в какой-то грязный мешок, это ужасно. 7. Были в баре, к нам ни разу не подошел официант и не спросил, что мы еще хотим.

We loved Selva, and loved the hotel room. We were upgraded to a room with balcony with fabulous view, and enjoyed every minute of it. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. The staff is very helpful and welcoming.

Beautiful location in Selva Val Gardena with stunning mountain views, modern and spotless accommodations, comfortable beds, and friendly, welcoming hosts. The peaceful atmosphere and convenient access to hiking trails made it an excellent base for exploring the Dolomites.

Very little to dislike. Parking can be somewhat limited during busy periods, and the Wi-Fi could occasionally be stronger.

Hotel muito bom, com ótima localização, ao lado de um lift de ski e em frente a um local de aluguel de equipamentos. Hotel conta com garagem coberta.

Em geral o hotel é muito bom. Só senti falta de uma piscina para relaxar após o dia de esqui.

Das Bistro, Qualität ist hervorragend, die doch sehr geringe Auswahl und dann noch sehr spezielle Angebote der Karte mit gehobenen Preisen fanden wir treffen den Bistro Gedanken nicht ganz. Hier sollte man das Konzept überdenken.

The spa area is rather limited.

Great location right next to the Nives button drag lift, which gives immediate access to the Dantecerpies area and is a short distance by foot/ski to the main Ciampinoi gondola area. Staff were super friendly and helpful and we liked the hotel bar and restaurant enough to get dinner there three times.

Nothing really that we didn't like. Would be nice if there was coin laundry available on the property but that's a very minor negative.

Great location for ski-in/ski-out, modern large rooms, wonderful breakfast and kind, attentive staff.

The beds/mattresses are incredibly old/uncomfortable, the wellness area disappointing for the price you pay per night during the winter season.

Posizione sulle piste, e comoda anche per il centro paese. Struttura accogliente, pulita e con stile moderno. Lo Staff una vera chicca. impeccabile, disponibile e gentile.

L'unica miglioria che posso sentirmi di suggerire per raggiungere la perfezione è un restyling della parte "acqua" nella spa. Non c'è una piscinetta/vasca idromassaggio che sarebbe un plus, ma già riammodernare le docce con sistemi di miscelazione più moderni in sostituzione di quelli presenti sarebbe un ottimo passo avanti.

Tomamos café observando o lift que esta a 20m de distancia, o hotel superou nossas expectativas era linod, aconhcegante e a equipe nos recebeu excepcionalmente bem o Alex que nos recebeu e atendeu era super solicito e nos ajudou com tudo, o Luca e a Francesca que nos seviram no restaurante fizeram parecer que estavamos em casa serviço impecavel e super atenciosos !

Location was perfect for skiing, very close to ski lifts.. Staff was exceptionallyr nice and friendly we really felt welcome. Alex gave us really good recommendations for restaurants and was kind to make reservations for us. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed dinner at B24 bistrot one evening.
