Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist genial für die Besichtigungen in der Altstadt.

Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass wir die Dusche und die Nutzung des Wasserhahns in dem Zimmer nebenan gehört haben

Great location, good sized bed, great staff, great shower

Zeer gunstige locatie, een aantal bezienswaardigheden is op loopafstand. Ook prettige omgeving en relatief rustig. Degelijke kamer met een goed bed. Fijne douche. UItgebreid ontbijt. Elke dag schone handdoeken. Vlot en vriendelijk personeel. Dames van het ontbijt waren top.

Weinig punten. Bij 8 daags verblijf mag er wat meer beddegoed verschoond worden. Het balkon van de kamer mag geen naam hebben.

O melhor chuveiro do mundo! Cama maravilhosa. Quarto tamanho suficiente para descansar. Para quem vai bater perna dia todo por Istambul ele fica bem localizado, ao lado de muitos restaurantes e super prático.

Everything! The staff was extra kind and helpful, the organization of the transfer from/to the airport was perfect. The breakfast is varied and our room was quite big. It's location is extraordinary, the Grand Bazaar, the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia are in walking distance. If I ever go back to Istanbul, now I have THE hotel.

This is my third time staying at this wonderful hotel, and the experience was just as amazing as the previous ones. Coming back here felt like coming home. The excellent staff remembered me, and I came at night, and they made my check-in super fast and easy, and Mr. Serkan was very cooperative, friendly and supportive as usual. My room was as usual very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and tasted awesome as usual, so everything from the great service to the wonderful stay made my trip amazing. I will surely come back when I visit Istanbul again. Big thanks to Kadir for his usual cooperation and support and for the amazing Sea-View Room upgrade, which I really appreciate so much. Plus, I would really like to thank Ediz, Toygar, Sevde and Aykut for their excellent support and cooperation. They are very friendly and always ready to assist with any help you may need.

Excelente la ubicacion para conocer a pie todo el centro histórico. El personal siempre atento y te resuelven cualquier situacion, instalaciones cómodas, desayunar en el patio, un plus.

Absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was beautiful, modern, spotless, and in a perfect location. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Everything was just perfect. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The location was very central to Mosques, Grand Bazaar and the Tram and plenty of restaurants. We used the Tram to get to the Bosporus river boats and walked every other place. I highly recommend using the airport transport. Lots of traffic and one way streets!

Only one recommendation to the Hidden Garden which was quite expensive.

Una experiencia auténtica en Estambul. Fueron muy amables y serviciales. Nos propusieron el cambio de habitación a una superior al tenerla disponible, enseñándonosla antes. Tuvieron el gran detalle de dejarnos todos los días una botella de agua y un plato de fruta con una carta dedicada antes de partir de vuelta. Fueron muy agradables y prestados a todo lo que necesitáramos y en pleno corazón de Estambul.

Four G Hotel está ubicado a 5 minutos a pie de la Plaza de Sultanamed donde se encuentran la Mezquita Azul, Santa Sofía, Palacio Topkapi.... Habitaciones cómodas, (con balcón con vistas al Bósforo, upgrade regalo del hotel), un desayuno más que suficiente, y sobre todo la excelencia del personal, empezando por Kadir que fue la persona que nos recibió, y todos los demás empleados están siempre atentos para hacerte la estancia más agradable.

We spent 3 days in Istambul - this hotel is located so close to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque - so from location prospective it's a good choice. Price/value is absolutely worth and nice hospitality.

Everything was great, only minor observation about the bathroom - after having a shower the fan was just not able to dry the bathroom - we had to open the balcony door to dry the room.

Amazing property and staff. Always helpful and accommodating. Great shower, good mattress, clean with everything you need. If you get included breakfast, for the price it's decent and you have a nice choice. They may provide a free upgrade for the room, if better rooms are available. If you get a room with a sea view this is what you are going to see from the balcony, where you can have a complimentary Turkish coffee :) I rarely leave such review, but this place surprised me. Would be my go-to for Istanbul.

Its a small and narrow busy street, avoid renting a car.

Немного шумно при открытых окнах, так как отель находится на улице, по которой ездит много транспорта и на ней расположены рестораны и магазины. Но при закрытых окнах шум не мешает, его не слышно

There was not facilities of mirrors in the room, all tinted mirrors - hard to see the face.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, and we especially loved the deluxe room with its lovely balcony and beautiful view. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had a great selection. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Localização muito boa, cama confortável e muita gentileza por parte dos atendentes. Tivemos um voo muito cedo e não daria tempo de aproveitar o café da manhã. O atendente, de forma muito proativa, ofereceu um lanche embalado para levarmos para a viagem. O atendimento e a cordialidade ficaram marcados como o ponto alto desse hotel.

Le tende della camera non erano oscuranti e quindi la mattina appena si alza il sole c'è luce in camera. Il caffè a colazione molto acquoso.

Perfect location! It takes only 5 minutes to reach Sultan Ahmed Mosque. The nearest tram station cemberlitas is located also 5 minutes walk away. If you’re planning to take the bus from airport, sultanahmet bus station is located about 10 minutes walk away; just mind the hills in the area ..the walk might not be very pleasant with the luggage. We received a room upgrade during our stay, the sea view room was very nice. Good varieties on the breakfast buffet. We enjoyed our stay very much.

La posizione della struttura è straordinaria a pochi passi dalla moschea blu e dalla linea del tram. Il personale è molto gentile ed attento.

Il bagno è un po’ piccolino e non c’è disponibilità di caffè espresso.

Das Four-G Hotel liegt sehr zentral und super nah an den Hauptattraktionen in Istanbul. In der Nähe (Laufweg max. 3min) gibt es sehr viele Restaurants, Bars, Cafés, Supermärkte und 2 Bahnstationen. Wir hatten ein reguläres Zimmer gebucht, wurden aber freundlicherweise aufs Haus upgegraded. Das Team ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. (Meerblick!) Die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet und die Sauberkeit passt auch. Es wurde für uns der Hoteltransfer organisiert und da wir sehr früh abgereist sind, ein hat uns das Hotelteam ein Lunchpaket vorbereitet. Der Service war perfekt!

Unser Handtuchhalter war leider defekt. Das war aber auch das Einzige.

First thing is staff there - people are really kind and supportive. We had a long stay of 9 nighta and everything was perfect from day one till our depature. Amazing taxi was arrange via hotel with lowest rate. All of these makes you feel like at home. That is a reason of high ranking of hotel! I wish people there all the best! We also appreciated the breakfast, the cleanliness of the hotel, the elevator, and the great location for traveling - all worth money paid.

Отдыхали с мамой с 3 по 11 августа. Нас заселили в очень уютный номер. Убирали номер каждый день, всегда оставляли несколько бутылок с водой и чистые полотенца! В номере есть все необходимое. Персонал очень приятный, мы обязательно вернемся именно в этот отель в следующий раз.

The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting the most important attractions and is close to the tram station. The staff has been very kind and they also upgraded our room to a better one free of charge. In addition the breakfast was very good and full of choices, with both sweet and savoury food. I suggest to everyone an overnight stay at this hotel.

Only drawback of the five night stay were the pillows, that I didn’t feel so comfortable. But it’s a very little thing compared to all the good aspects of the hotel.

Bardzo przytulny hotel. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do największych atrakcji. Na pewno jeszcze tu wrócimy:).

Staff goes above and beyond to help you and make sure you have everything you need. Breakfast is big and options change daily. Anything in Sultanahmet is within very short walking distance, including supermarket and tram stop. Our room was kindly upgraded to one with a sea view and it was a wonderful gift. Water is replenished for free daily in the room and they even offered to lend an Istanbul card. Room was very clean, definitely recommended!

Bona ubicació i bona relació qualitat-preu. Tot el personal, especialment els recepcionistes, han estat amables i servicials. L’esmorzar prou complet: ous, diferents pans, amanides, sucs, hummus, alguns vegetals, olives, iogurts, algun formatge, embotit, cereals, cremes per untar, mini pancakes i síndria, meló o una altra fruita tallada depenent del dia, i assortiment de bolleria i pastisseria.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Four-G Hotel e l'esperienza ha superato ogni mia aspettativa. * Posizione strategica: L'hotel si trova in una posizione semplicemente imbattibile, nel cuore di Sultanahmet. È possibile raggiungere a piedi e in pochissimi minuti le meraviglie principali della città, come la magnifica Basilica di Santa Sofia, la Moschea Blu e la Cisterna Basilica, oltre a essere comodamente vicini ai mezzi di trasporto. * Camere ampie e confortevoli: La stanza è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. Estremamente spaziosa, arredata con gusto, pulitissima e dotata di un letto di una comodità eccezionale. Hotel fortemente raccomandato per tutto. Praticamente è al centro e ti puoi spostare a piedi. A pochi minuti c'è il tram T1. Staff gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Ci ha preparato anche la colazione la mattina presto prima di prendere il volo.

This is a nice, small hotel that is close to major attractions. Rooms were recently renovated and breakfast was very good. Hotel staff was very kind and accommodating. They went our of their way to assist with anything, and we received a free upgrade for using Booking.com. I would stay here again.

Ottimo soggiorno presso questo hotel in una posizione comoda per visitare tutte le attrazioni principali della zona di Sultanahmet, vicino al tram e servito da numerosi locali, negozi e un grande supermercato. Letto comodissimo. Personale molto gentile, disponibile e cordiale. Colazione molto buona.

Am avut o sedere foarte placuta la acest hotel boutique si cu siguranta l-as recomanda. - Locatia este unul dintre cele mai mari avantaje. Hotelul este situat pe o strada foarte linistita, la doar 5 minute de mers pe jos de principalele obiective turistice, precum Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque si Basilica Cistern, iar Grand Bazaar se afla la aproximativ 10 minute. In imediata apropiere exista numeroase restaurante cu specific turcesc, dar si optiuni asiatice, precum si hammam-uri si alte facilitati utile pentru turisti. - Curatenia este impecabila. Camera a fost foarte curata la sosire, iar curatenia s-a facut zilnic, la un standard excelent pe toata durata sejurului. - Personalul merita o mentiune speciala. Toti au fost foarte atenti si amabili, iar domnul Kadir ne-a ajutat de fiecare data cand am avut nevoie de ceva. Comunicarea prin WhatsApp a fost rapida si eficienta, lucru care ne-a oferit un plus de confort pe parcursul sederii. Un alt aspect care ne-a impresionat a fost faptul ca, atunci cand exista disponibilitate, hotelul ofera upgrade-uri gratuite. Am avut norocul sa fim mutati dintr-o camera standard intr-o camera deluxe cu vedere la mare, fara niciun cost suplimentar, iar acest gest ne-a facut experienta si mai speciala. Daca ar fi sa mentionez un singur aspect care ar putea fi imbunatatit, acesta ar fi varietatea micului dejun. Mi-ar fi placut sa gasesc mai multe produse locale de patiserie, precum covrigi sau placinte traditionale. Totusi, acest lucru tine in mare masura de preferintele fiecarui turist, iar in fiecare dimineata am reusit sa gasim optiuni pe gustul nostru. Per total, un hotel curat, excelent pozitionat, cu servicii foarte bune si personal implicat. Cu siguranta am reveni aici la o viitoare vizita in Istanbul.

Nu au existat aspecte care sa ne nemultumeasca, doar cateva mici oportunitati de imbunatatire, care nu ne-au afectat in niciun fel experienta.

Excellent hôtel très proche de la place Sultanahmet (on peut tout visiter à pied). Chambres calmes et confortables en état neuf ou récent, très bien équipées, bonne literie et petit-déjeuner délicieux au rez-de-chaussée. Tout comme sur les photos ! Merci à tout le staff pour sa gentillesse !

地點非常便利，去舊城區所有景點幾乎都在走路距離內。服務人員熱心幫忙，代訂交通、餐飲、旅遊行程、土耳其浴，幾乎無所不能。房間設備很新，也有電梯，價位合理，沒什麼能挑剔的了。

Breakfast is very varied, clean and staff are friendly. Kadir is very helpful with giving info and tips on where to go. He arranged our transfer back to the airport. We had a room with a view to the water. Very, very well situated 3 minutes walk from the Blue Mosque. Very central.

The location is amazing, less than 10 mins to walk to the Hagia Sophia. It’s very touristy but also very local. They upgraded us to rooms at their new property Four G Premium which is brand new and were super thoughtful and kind throughout our stay. The breakfast was also excellent and the service was very friendly.
