วิวจากที่พักสวยมาก เป็นครั้งหนึ่งในชีวิตที่น่าจดจำอย่างยิ่ง ทำเลดี อยู่ติดป้ายรถประจำทาง และร้านสะดวกซื้อ ห้องพักสะอาดและกว้างขวาง อาหารเช้าบริการให้ถึงหน้าห้อง แต่เป็นอาหารเช้าแบบมาตรฐาน ***ข้อเสีย -wifi อ่อนมากใช้งานแทบไม่ได้ -มีกลิ่นท่อ ออกมาจากห้องน้ำ ทำให้ภายในห้องมีกลิ่นไปด้วย -น้ำในอ่างจากุชชี่เย็นไป29.5องศา ปรับอุณหภูมิให้อุ่นแล้วแต่อ่างทำความร้อนได้ช้ามาก ❤️ขอบคุณสำหรับวันดีๆ และประสบการที่น่าประทับใจค่ะ🩵

La chambre proposée : * n’était pas celle que nous avions réservée ; * ne disposait pas de la terrasse privative prévue dans notre réservation ; * était directement mitoyenne des espaces occupés par des habitants avec deux jeunes enfants, entraînant une importante promiscuité et du bruit ; * ne nous offrait aucune intimité, puisque les voisins pouvaient notamment accéder à notre terrasse et y étendre leur linge ; * donnait directement sur l’accès à la piscine de l’hôtel, avec des passages réguliers ; * et, pour couronner le tout, la chambre était sale, comme le montrent les photos que je joins à cette réclamation. *puit de lumière au plafond qui réveille *prise cassée : on a failli s’électrocuter *jacuzzi à 40 degrés vs ceux des voisins à 30 degrés l’établissement n’était pas en mesure de fournir la chambre réservée, et aucune solution n’a été trouvée, tout était catastrophique de A à Z pour une nuit à 400€.

Oia

Très mauvaise expérience. Nous avons été déclassés sans aucun avertissement, alors que nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur la caldeira et terrasse privée. À notre arrivée, le réceptionniste était injoignable toute l’après-midi, aussi bien par téléphone qu’à la réception. Pire encore, il nous a finalement envoyés dans un autre hôtel qui ne lui appartenait même pas, sans nous prévenir correctement. Nous n’avons donc pas eu les prestations réservées ni le niveau de service attendu. Un sérieux manque de communication et de professionnalisme.

The Cave suite was way better than the pictures show. Beautiful breakfast views with Private jacuzzi. Great location and walking distance to Restaurants and shops. Friendly and very helpful staff. Would return tomorrow if we could.

The hot tub in the pictures is not the one you get and the pool is very small. Still worh it for a couple days.

No bathrobes, the second bedroom door lock to the balcony was not secure, no equal number of crockery provided( this does not bother us, but for a family of 4 you would provide at least 4 set of glasses, cups etc), first day breakfast we were not given yogurt, honey, cheese, ham but was informed we will provide from next day as they accidentally missed it.

It is very convenient and close to the main area, walking distance to the beach, bus stop and ferry station. Christian the manager explains everything so well at the check in , definitely worth the stay and we will come back again

O quarto era grande, limpo e a cama era PERFEITA. Os funcionários são afáveis e estão sempre dispostos a ajudar. Vista magnífica a partir do jacuzzi. Recomendo a quem quiser passar umas noites em Oia.

Pequeno almoço simples, poderia ter mais variedade. No entanto, não era mau.

The view was amazing!

The gentleman made us wait more than 2 hours when we arrived to go to the room and he was very rude. When we left he didn't say anything. We received a password for Internet but it wasn't working and the signal on the phone was very poor. When I took shower or flash the toilet a lot of water was coming back on the floor from the drainer in the bathroom. Really bad smell came from the bathroom from the drainer all the time.

Location was 10/10 you could walk to everything in Oia in minutes. Staff were so friendly and gave us a bespoke service. The rooms were immaculate, breakfast served to the villa every morning, and house keeping when we wanted. Thank you so much for having us we had so much fun!

We stayed here as a group of 3 and were very disappointed. The room provided was much smaller than shown in the photos, and the bed setup was not comfortable or suitable for 3 people. The photos and descriptions online do not match the actual room. For the price we paid, the value was extremely poor. The building feels old and not very clean. Breakfast was the same all three days — white bread, butter, a few pieces of banana, an egg, and a diluted juice drink. Definitely not worth the cost. Santorini has many beautiful cave hotels with better rooms, better service, and better breakfast. I would recommend looking at other options — this one is not worth the price.

Amazing view, location, very easily accessible and a cordial welcome from hotel employees. The cave hotel has all modern amenities. The best hotel experience in my Greece travel. Loved every bit of stay here.

I CANNOT Rate this property highly enough!! We stayed in the Family Cave Suite because we booked last minute so for the 2 of us it was amazing for the space, the suite was beautiful, very traditionally decorated, the shower was hot and powerful, great wifi coverage even in the cave, Eshen who checked us in served us a lovely breakfast each morning, laid our table, we just whatsapped him when we were ready, the VIEW from the terrace? BREATHTAKING, MIAs restaurant is literally above the suites and is an amazing restaurant, this accommodation has a bustop and a supermarket directly outside on the main road, the shared pool is down some steps and is perfectly adequate for dip and to just stand in the water looking at the view...the family cave suite DOES NOT have a private hot tub...we personally did not miss it, from the "start" of the OIA "Strip" you are less than 5 mins walk away ...We cannot WAIT to go back, you will not regret booking this property

Nothing whatever they are displaying in the pictures do not look the same when you go there are they are not at all corporative.

The property there is very old and floor looks like it needs change from a long time. Many items in there are rusty. They give you a room for family but no place for a cot also. The room ends before it starts. Bathroom is very old. No wifi or network inside room. The pool which they mention is not where you stay its far. Not safe at all. We left the property after 2 hours of check in as it didn’t match to what they display on booking.com pictures. And they are liars also when we raised those concern with Booking.com they said they offered us upgrade but they never did. They said they are full. We were with our 1 year old so not ever kind or considerate.

It does not match the pictures, there is a certain humidity within the rooms which aren’t very well ventilated. Breakfast is average. They over price all the packages which are other wise locally cheaper right from taxis , photo shoots , tours etc , possibly a commission system.

Layout of the suite is really terrific. The patio areas also very nice. We were disappointed that one night the hot tub would not probably heat up to the correct temperature. The breakfast is a bit lacking and they should add a pastry and yogurt.

Calidad precio, hermosa vista, la habitación cómoda bien equipada

El Jacuzzi que muestran en la página no es personal es compartido con 2 habitaciones más y eso es incómodo. Si quieres privacidad en cuanto a las áreas sociales no las tendrás, de resto todo bien, la atención es muy buena buena

The breakfast was not good, boiled egg and two small pieces of toast each with some apple, orange and banana.

There was no swimming pool available to us despite a swimming pool being advertised. The photos on their website are AI because it does not look like that in real life. We asked if we could use the hot tub which was outside our room and we were told no. Then management said to booking.com that we had been offered the use of a hot tub as a replacement for the pool. This was not true and really rubbed salt in the wound. Dishonest hoteliers.

Amazing location.

Rooms needs some renovation and maintenance. Internet very slow and cut from time to time. Bathtub cannot be used, asked for reception assistance but no action has been taken. Last day left without breakfast due to early check out at 6:30.

Loved the service and hospitality, amazing views, nice cave style rooms

Wish breakfast had a little more variety, location is a little away (15 min walk)from the main part of Oia with shops, restaurants and photo spots. But that could also mean a quieter space away from the crowded areas.

Nothing! But if it is rainy the stairs can be very slippery so I’d recommend good shoes with a lot of grip.

The Grand Suites was perfect and better than the pictures. Some quick notes about the Fira-Oia bus. The bus route is one way, stop in front of hotel, heading northwest before heading south to Fira. You pay on the bus.

Le personnel, la situation géographique (la vue aussi était incroyable). La piscine et le spa étaient bien et propres. La suite était calme, idéale pour un séjour de détente. La chambre était propre et grande.

La douche avait des cheveux lors de notre arrivé. Les lits n’étaient pas les plus confortables (lits simples dans la suite familiale) mais pas au point d’en avoir des courbatures non plus. Autrement, tout était bien.

The room was amazing and spacious. Jorge and Nikki made sure we were well attended. They also sent us the list of restaurants to check out, since we went off season most of the other restaurants were closed, so this list was very helpful. The view from our accommodation was breathtaking. The interiors of the room were also very chic and asthetic.
