The elevators were not working properly.

There were no slip mats for the shower, and I literally slipped and fell and hurt myself in the shower because a mat was not available. It’s a huge safety risk, and I didn’t appreciate not having access to that easy item for safety.

Yall have the most amazing staff in house. Your Valet is top notch! Jim, James and Brooks greeted me every morning in a timely manner and greeted me by name upon arrival and departure. Thank you for one of the most enjoyable stays I’ve had in Denver.

I like that the room is really large facilities are all working and it’s a very comfortable location.

The parking was a bit hard to navigate. We didn’t really like having to pay $64 to do parking but a lot of the lots around the area were not feasible to park in because they only allowed you to park for 12 hours. The other lots that we wanted to park in or then full so we had no choice but to use the valet.

We had a wonderful stay over the busy Fourth of July holiday weekend, and the exceptional staff made all the difference. Despite how busy the hotel was, the front desk team remained incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. We were traveling with our baby, which naturally came with a few extra challenges (and plenty of mess!), but the staff treated us with nothing but patience and understanding. Their friendliness made us feel comfortable and truly welcomed. A special thank you to Jim R. from valet for going above and beyond. He was incredibly helpful with loading and unloading our belongings and even took the time to lend an extra hand while we got everything set up for our baby. His kindness and willingness to help made our arrival and departure so much easier. The hotel's location is another huge advantage, with many family- and child-friendly attractions just a short distance away. As an added bonus, we were able to enjoy the Fourth of July fireworks right from our room window—a perfect way to end the holiday.

Jim R. from valet was awesome and very helpful we came from New Mexico and we stayed there for 2 days we didn't know our way around town and he helped us so thankful for him.

First check-in they had canceled my reservation on Booking.com because they were overbooked, but I did not get the message until I was checking in. Then they wanted to charge me more then double and said they have one room left on the other side of the hotel, since since it’s a Hyatt house and a Hyatt place they could book me with the other hotel, which is in the same building for more money. I feel they should’ve honored the fair. I originally booked not very good customer service. The manager said she did give me a discount on the room because it was originally a lot more. They have four elevators and only one was working and that one broke as well so we were on the 11th floor with no elevators with someone with a bad knee and cannot go downstairs. Very disappointing.

This hotel is where I stay when I’m in Denver for business. It is close to the Cherry Creek Trail for running and restaurants in downtown.

Very nice, clean and large room. Exceptional bathroom and great comfortable bed! The breakfast had a huge selection of different foods and was very delicious.

The room was not as high quality as one would expect for $400/night. Several wooden panels were almost falling apart. There was only one toilet roll and we ran out. There were two shampoo's but no body wash in our room. The very small bar of soap was not as nice as most hotels at this price range. Wifi was very weak, we had to go outside the hotel and connect to a hotspot to attend meetings during the day.

Wish the sink was outside of the toilet room. That made getting ready with more than 2 people in a room very difficult. There was no full length mirror. The bathroom door was a sliding door that did not offer very much privacy. Room was stocked and clean and staff was great. Just wish the rooms were designed better.

A+ service, cleanliness and location! The staff went above and beyond at this hotel. Ryan at the front desk was friendly, professional and happy to offer tips and restaurants and places to visit. He even remembered where we said we were going and asked about how it was later. Jim and James at the valet stand were also outstanding. Both were helpful and friendly. We would definitely return to this hotel when we visit downtown Denver again.

Room was well maintained. Great view and very comfortable. Front desk staff were always available to assist. Valet team was great, very efficient getting my vehicle in and out.

Great stay! This hotel is very clean, felt very welcomed and at home. Very good location if you want something with a nice view but nothing over the top. Was very surprised with house nice of a view I had of downtown Denver. Shoutout to the front desk team as well, young man by the name of Mike, or maybe Michael was very polite and welcoming. Him and a nice young lady was awesome helping me check out. Hotels usually don’t care once you’re leaving them. This hotel made you feel at home!

The location was perfect for my needs, since I was attending a conference in the convention center, and there was also easy access to a convenient jogging/running path. - The room was clean. - The gym equipment could have been better, although the peloton was a pleasent surprise. - All in all, good value for the money.

The property is a bit dated (e.g. rugs in the room are worked out and one morning the hot water did not work) and we needed to prompt the staff to clean the room, but overall the staff was professional and helpful, especially the guys at the entrance were lovely.

Overall, this was a good stay. The room was adequate. Located in a good location in the middle of everything. There was a valet guy, Jim R, who was the nicest person there. He was so helpful each time we needed to load and unload. He went the extra mile and it was appreciated! I would stay here again.

Excellent hotel. Stayed 4 nights / 5 days and booked the Hyatt House room which comes with a small kitchen, table/desk, couch/living room area and king size bed. Rooms are spacious and clean. Unlike Marriott hotels, they provide cleaning service everyday of your stay without request. Hotel staff is very friendly with a good bar to enjoy a nice night cap after a long day. Very close to convention center as well. Would definitely stay again!

Would have loved flavored creamer at breakfast for the coffee.

Check-in took a long time to do due to some systems failure. Had to wait maybe 30-45 minutes. Besides that it was a good stay. Definitely park in the sp parking garage since its close to the hotel and allows drivers to come and go as they please.

The room was well set up , amenities were as described. The continental breakfast was great! Enough towels in bathroom.

There was chaos in the dining area. It would be nice to have some order. Guests with kids should try to have one parent watch them while the other picks up food and trade off but 4 kids tagging onto the parents add to crowding and spills/accidents which interrupts staff routine.

Of 4 elevators there were only 2 working at any time. This resulted in long wait times because the hotel was very busy.

I booked a high-rise room but was given a room on the 6th floor. Definitely not high. I would have liked to have been aware of the parking situation before arriving. Also, I could have gone without the duplicate charge on my credit card. I didn't arrive until almost 3 am so it was quiet irritating.

We really appreciated the on-site laundry and the convenient downtown location. It put us within easy walking distance of so many fun attractions, like the Illusion Museum, Selfie Museum, and Children’s Museum.

The pool was unfortunately too cloudy and a strong chlorine smell, which made us hesitant to let our kids swim. Breakfast also lacked variety - vegetarian options were limited, and there were none available for vegans.

Great location, close to 16th street mall with access to many restaurants and shops. Staff was friendly. Even the person who mistakingly barged into our room to drop off a crib that we didn't order smiled. 4⁴

Perhaps it was out fault for not locking the top lock while we were in the room, but never did we imagine a staff member would enter our room, without knocking, to drop off a crib we didn't need or order. It happened about 30 minutes after we called the front desk to ask for someone to come unplug our bathroom vanity sink (which would not drain, at all).

I do not appreciate your Front Desk male staff telling me that he would call the cops on me and my guests. my friend brought over way too many people we were not that loud but also I understand don’t threaten me to call the police. That’s not how that works.
