Overall good stay

Valet parking overnight for $64 seemed about twice of amount expected

The breakfast was wonderful with several options available. My only feedback is the space it's located in was not quite large enough to handle the volume of people over the weekend. Suggestion - put the plates, bowls, silverware in a separate location away from the food so you aren't crossing over people to start the buffet process. Otherwise, the staff was filling and refilling the stations quickly and we were very happy with the service.

The pool was warm - mid 80's, however it is very small and the chlorine level was too high. This did not impact our stay in any way as my son had a blast swimming and all hotel guests were accommodating to him splashing around.

The bed …extremely comfortable!

Location wasn’t great. I guess I didn’t choose wisely. The housekeeping wasn’t the best. The breakfast needs a lot of diversity!

We were on the 21st floor. The veiw was well worth the splurge. The facilities : pool, gym, valet were excellent; breakfast atmosphere, was a vibe... my stay overall was stellar. Hotel was secure as well

I wish they had waffles at breakfast, 🤷🏾‍♀️ but its no biggie... great diners and restaurants are everywhere. There are many "wandering" individuals in the downtown area... however...the Hotel is very secure in that not one can follow you past the lobby.

For the 3 adults and a one year old the size was just right. Enough room for our little one to crawl. Breakfast was excellent plenty of options. I liked how everything was walking distance from our room.

Decent Breakfast, Good size rooms and comfortable beds. Location is perfect.

I'm at easy to please but difficult to really impress. Every single person on your staff was the nicest person i ever met. Every other hotel in the area comedies to family of fours. I really appreciate being able to stay in a room with my three children just for a night. We were only there for Rockies games so I love the location of the hotel. Thanks for great stay.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. The bartender is a lovely lady. Personable and pours great drinks (don't forget to tip her!!) Breakfast was good! Pool was great, fitness center open 24 hrs. So is the snack center. Great location too! It was so hot we never left the room during the day so at night the area was still alive and active. It was very nice.

Yadhira at the front desk is super nice, extremely friendly and very helpful! We had an issue with our room and she went above & beyond to ensure we were happy. Yadhira made our stay so much more enjoyable! She is a wonderful lady and truely understands how to make a customer feel appreciated. We look forward to enjoying her hospitality on our next stay. Thank you for all of your help!

Location. When we checked in our room was not ready. The lady said a member from housekeeping would text us when it is ready. That never happened. We came back at 3 to find out the room was ready, and no one ever contacted us.

The hours of breakfast. We were there on vacation and 9;30 is to early to close breakfast.

Gute Zimmergrösse, sauberes Zimmer, freundliche Mitarbeiter, gute Lage für Downtown.

Trostloses und verdrecktes Treppenhaus, Lift funktionierte nicht. Das Frühstück war etwas gar verstreut und gar Amerikanisch. Müesli, Brot, Aufschnitt und Käse fehlten komplett.

Tha Hotel is good, the area is perfect, you can walk to different attractions and restaurants. The only thing I complain is about the Hotel Breakfast, is the same breakfast of a cheap Hotel.

No parking, expensive valet, only one valet, they left my car unlocked while I went up to my room, and I had enough time to come back to grab something else from my car. Started with 4 people at the front desk during check out, but I stepped away for one moment to grab another key card to return it and they were down to 1 person. Water bottle was left in our room on the back right bottom of one bed, sofa couch was half open when we got in. Bathroom door was terrible and had trouble locking.

Que cuando llegamos, tuvimos que esperar 30 minutos, para que encontraran la reservacion y llegamos tarde a un evento, por esto. ademas los elevadores no funcionaban todos, y habia mucha gente esperando que llegaran.

Jim R. and Brooks R. always went “above and beyond!” I honestly cannot say if they were exclusively concierges, valets, customer service pros, operations, building maintenance / engineering… because they were performing all of those essential functions and, BTW, were effectively putting Hyatt’s “best face forward” while doing so! Always! And always with smiles and with “motors” that wouldn’t quit… no matter how incredibly busy they were, nor being subjected to inclement weather. Total absolute assets to Hyatt!

Top City Hotel, von hier kann man super Denver erkunden. Alles Sauber und Bequem. Gutes Frühstück. Kleine Bar und Snackshop. ( weitere Ausstattung hatten wir nicht genutzt) Wir waren zwei Nächte hier, und haben uns Denver zu Fuss angeschaut. Danke, gern wieder. ( Hotelparking recht teuer, aber Fussläufig 3min entfernt gibt es günstige Alternativen, das Personal hilft einem)

This hotel was awesome. I have been a Hyatt loyalist for many years and the Manager assigned us a terrific room. Everyone here was so nice. The room was really beautiful and very comfortable and spacious. The location is excellent and very central to the beautiful city of Denver. We went to Cherry Creek and did some amazing shopping. Breakfast at the hotel in the morning was really good and included. The whole place was very clean and was recently remodeled. The other thing that was great is getting around Denver is easy, the train from the airport is a breeze. There are lots of rideshare‘s and public transit. I would highly recommend this hotel and it is a great value.

Hyatt House/Hyatt Place was strategically located near the entertainment district on 16th St. Nice views from the hotel's upper floors. Staff friendly and courteous.

What a delightful experience all around. Staff were incredibly helpful; the room was incredibly clean with plenty of towels.

I paid for a mountain and skyline view. What we got was a view overlooking a parking garage. I live in a downtown area of a large city myself. That is not a skyline view. We were supposed to be comped a $100 back on our credit card. Thst never happened. Management lied. I will never stay with at this brand again.

Hotel was clean. Hotel staff was helpful. The most helpful and over the top people to help was the valet staff. Jim and his crew were key to making my stay easy as possible. Breakfast was ok. Eggs, sausage, cereal, hash browns, and fresh fruit. The pool while small is great for kids. No issues. I woukd stay again.

Our room was perfectly sized for my sister and I, and our two small daughters. It was very clean and the kitchenette was well stocked with all dishes and accessories that were needed. Breakfast felt luxurious even though it was your normal variety of items; Sausage, potatoes and eggs. The salsa verde they had in the buffet actually made the eggs taste amazing. My daughter loved their vanilla yogurt and fresh fruit. They even sell Starbucks branded coffee and they can make lattés at the bar. The staff was so attentive. The location of the hotel was perfect while the valet area is very small. The valet attendant was so kind and helpful when it came to getting our family a luggage cart as quickly as possible upon arrival, we were so tired. When we checked out, Jim even helped us load our vehicle as we played Tetris with our heavy never ending luggage lol, thank you Jim.

Arrived and greeted by an Excellent Valet professional named Jim. R, he created the perfect atmosphere to include recommendations of an excellent restaurant located nearby, very easy to obtain our vehicle anytime we needed it. Lobby agents were friendly and accommodating as well. We really enjoyed our stay and will be staying here on future Denver trips.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was superb, and the front desk staff were welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. I especially enjoyed a wonderful conversation with one of the staff members, which made my stay feel even more personal. My room was immaculate, beautifully appointed, and offered stunning mountain views. I was able to work remotely without any issues thanks to the reliable internet, and I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. The hotel's location is ideal. I could easily walk to the Colorado Convention Center, the 16th Street Mall, and many other downtown attractions, making it convenient to explore the city without needing transportation. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the exceptional service and spotless accommodations to the unbeatable location, it truly delivered a five-star experience. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Denver.

Clean, quiet and staffs were friendly.

The elevators weren't working properly. Sometimes only 1 worked so we had to use the service elevator, which was difficult to get to, or take the stairs down 12 flights.Also, the toilet didn't work properly and there was only half a used up roll of toilet paper when we got to our room.

Hyatt Place DT Denver was overall clean, and the employees were very nice. The Valet parking was a new experience for my husband and I so I have to say ALL the guys were great! They earn every penny they make. Im not sure how much the tip should have been or if you should tip each day or at the end of your stay. I do not believe they share tips so we tipped accordingly, each valet. It was very costly but there is no alternative. Prob wont stay downtown Denver again tho unless its absolutely necessary.

The hotel was wonderful, but the Valets were superb. Even though we didn’t use the Valet service, when we arrived, Miles helped us load the cart with our luggage, took us up to our room and unloaded the cart. Jim helped us in our coming and goings.

We stay there for 3 nights, we struggle with non-working elevators all weekends and had to bring luggage through the stairs from 11th floor, exhaust fan in restroom didn't not work at all time

Compared to my stay at the Hyatt Regency across the street, this location is definitely more family friendly and personal. The room was nice. The only complaints were the pillows and the glass bathroom door. I get it but not my cup of tea. The bar was great! The bartender was a champ taking food orders and making drinks. The seating around with tv's was very comfortable. And everyone was very nice and professional. If you are driving, the valet is a must. And being off to the side of the conference area helps this place as far as foot traffic. And you are just two blocks from 16th street. I hope the city of Denver continues to have a show of force around the 16th street area. The homeless are still an issue so keep your valuables safe. Better in the cooler months in my opinion. The breakfast was also a huge plus. That in itself is a thankless job. So thanks to everyone that makes this possible, also the late night chicken sandwich while watching the game next to the double sided fire place. Good job everyone!

This hotel exceeded are expectations. Location is great to explore downtown Denver. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean. We used Valet parking for the first time and Jim R was amazing and quick to get our vehicle when needed. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Denver.
