Homewood Suites- Denver Downtown Convention Center

Convenient, clean

Very good place for location.

Pillows to soft woke up to sore neck. Parking is 65.00 a day and sold out. Lot across the street 35.00 a day! It said parking it did not say free parking in add. My fault.

Everything was one of my best stays

It was nice very close to the convention center.

If you rent a car it’s expensive . You will have to park your car somewhere else.

Colazione completa a buffet.

Clean

I like the location of the property. The staff is always amazing from the front desk, to the breakfast staff and the housekeeping. The property is clean and comfortable. It’s our favorite place to stay when we come to town.

Super breakfasts, very pleasant staff, helpful and accommodating. Thank you

Maybe the coffee maker in our room. Didn't work well.

Staff was friendly and helpful!

Not enough plugs in the room.

Really great location and the rooms were spacious with good views. Nice gym and pool area. Breakfast was really plentiful with good choices. The breakfast area gets very busy but the staff deal with this and are so efficient.

Great location. Nice rooms. Great breakfast.

Pillows were terrible

Location is excellent if your work is at the convention center. You just walk couple of blocks and you reach convention center. So if you are travelling from abroad and do not have a car, it is excellent. Room service was regular and cleaning staff was good.

- Not value for money. I felt at 260 dollars a night, I was extremely overcharged - Breakfast is terrible, if you are vegetarian or vegan, there are really no good options to eat. I relied on cooking myself at the kitchen in the room - Taps were leaking, shower was partially broken - Arrived late night and I was told, they may not have rooms. I was scared, but eventually they worked out something. Promised me a mountain view room, but gave me a building view. So false promises at the reception - Lot of confusion between booking.com and them, and if the facility is full, they may not give you the room. My cancellation of 4-5 days before arrival, booking.com did not deduct any money and I got a scare of not having the room.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location! Love that you have a continental breakfast!

I did not like the fact that every time you used the toilet paper, it would come off of the toilet paper holder. Also, the pillows were not that comfortable. I should know just to bring my own because most hotel pillows are not comfortable.

Large spacious rooms and the staff were very friendly.

Opening time for breakfast could been longer 7-9 is a bit short.

Excellent hotel! Very clean and has a great hot tub/spa. We loved the bar at the hotel. Walking distance to great restaurants and coffee shops.

Great location. Pretty good breakfast by American standards.

The hotel does not issue invoices if payment was made through Booking.com. Despite assistance from Booking.com, there has still been no response from the hotel.

Great room size!

We had a cockroach infestation - killed over a dozen!!

Clean and in a very good location

Nothing

Great location, good sized room

Breakfast options limited, coffee could have been better

Close proximity to downtown shopping, eateries, and the convention center. Get the “Mountain View”, it’s worth it.

It was close to everything we needed to attend too. A short walking distance to 16th street.

The AC took forever to cool down the room.

Good,

Everything was great

This hotel boasts a fantastic location and a team that is both welcoming and genuinely helpful. We made great use of the excellent exercise room, and while the breakfast was fairly standard, it was a nice way to start each morning. The rooms themselves are a seamless blend of a sleek hotel suite and a functional studio apartment.

Limited selection of toppings for my granola. 😄

Sehr freundliches Personal. Typisches amerikanisches Frühstück. Geschäfte, Lokale und Union-Station fußläufig gut erreichbar.

I love this hotel but this time was extra special because the Shen Yun crew was staying there and we were at the hotel for a stay-cation just to see the play! We had the chance to speak with a musician on the elevator and tell her how much we enjoyed the show.

The room was humid. This hasn't been an issue in the past.

comfortable room

breakfast with pre made foods like the eggs. would like more fresh foods, even vegetables.

I rarely write reviews, but this hotel was a massive surprise. I was upgraded to a King Studio with Mountain view - I highly recommend this room, as not only is it huge (practically an apartment), but there is construction done on the other side of the hotel. Also, the room was on the top - 12th - floor, so it was totally silent, a big deal for me (I have sleep issues). I cannot speak to the breakfast as I was at a conference and did not eat it. Why are they always served so early? Anyway, amazing staff. KEVIN WAS THE BEST. Super helpful, quick, solved my payment issue, and all done with a smile. He's great.

I have almost nothing to say here, so I'm just filling up the lines by saying that it could have been a little cleaner in the bathroom, but in all honesty, it was SO minor, and it was a delight.

Staff, location, room and price were all great!

Breakfast area was chaotic.

It's so convenient I have a toddler, good for a walk w young kids; safe Neigbor. I can cook in the kitchen Target is next door !! Love the location n hotel decoration design Sleek m beautiful ; the best is the breakfast; the staff serving us so friendly n wonderful ! Night time high floor view is beautiful too

There is one front desk staff a little bit rude But not a big deal

I was impressed by instant hot water and great water pressure; easy and fast elevator access and courteous and helpful staff. The rooms were very quiet and comfortable.

Happy hour snacks would be nice!

I loved the location and the atmosphere!

It is kind of on the pricey side but it’s worth it .

The manager was training a new employee and he was so kind and helpful! What a fantastic gentleman!

Close to the pavilion

Very nice, calm and well-located hotel. The staff was always nice and helpful. I appreciate the gym, which is very convenient and is actually pretty well equipped. Breakfast is good and has enough of choices.

The breakfast was very good. The location was very good and the room was excellent.

I was pleased overall.

It was fine.

Didn't use too much while there. Closed too early (9am), in my opinion.

Very clean, comfortable, lived up to expectations for a stay. Amazing breakfast!

No parking. Overnight valet for $65 is all that’s offered by property. Luckily there are plenty of offsite options but they range in prices and can be expensive if you’re not used to the area.

Ubicación privilegiada, todo esta a minutos caminando. Zona segura, no había homeless.

Great Location, clean.

Hot tub was not in working position

The setup of the room was good. It was close to lots of downtown activities. Main bed was comfortable. Plenty of water pressure and hot water in the shower.

Breakfast was okay but not stellar. There were somewhat limited options compared to some other breakfast buffets, especially for someone trying to manage carbohydrate intake. I tried the cottage cheese and it tasted really off. One of us slept on the fold-out sofa bed, and that mattress was not very good. When I unfolded my bath towel, there were a few hairs inside it. That was off-putting, though I did use it anyway.

Location was excellent to the stadium and we will be staying there again. The breakfast was great and the lounge was fun.

The downtown construction but nothing y’all can do about that.

Location and comfort

Ubytování v centru, vybavení hotelu

Nefungující výřivka, slabší snídaně bez zeleniny

Location.

The room and breakfast was exceptional. Check

Checkin was a little slow

The saltwater pool and workout area was absolutely amazing.

No complaints.

bfast and room size/layout

no air ventilation in room

The room was amazing! Spacious with a great view and very well located.

I didn't like how many times I almost walked into the slow automatic door.

location, breakfast, size of room, the breakfast staff were super friendly

Our room had been trashed, duct taped blind that didn't go up or down, broken handles on the dressers and cupboards, the pullout sofa had no sheets and we had to wait over an hour to get them before my husband had to go downstairs and follow up for the 3rd time to get them, the spa was broken.

Todos excelente hablan español

Huge very nice room, nice bathroom and shower, loved the couch/sitting area with extra TV and full size fridge

Pillows were pretty flat and not very comfortable, didn't realize there wasn't free parking when I booked it but that was my mistake as it was mentioned on the site, however we were able to park next door for cheaper than valet

Grossräumig , Lage hervorragend

Das Frühstück konnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein

The staff was amazing! Great help with all my convention packages, and food deliveries.

I wished to be on a lower floor

Booked only for the hot tub which was not even working but upon booking there was no information about the hot tub not being in service so stupid

Excelente

The breakfast, prompt response to the toilet not refilling on it's own. Location. Nice greeting and water

I called 2 days ahead and asked if the pool/hot tub were working that it was the main reason I was looking to book it( have kids). They assured it was. The first day they we're open, second day the hot tub was closed for maintenance 😕
