The house is clean, tidy, pleasant, and comfortable. It features a kitchenette and a small balcony. The rooms are large and spacious, and each has its own bathroom. The house is situated in a quiet location, yet just a very short walk from a bustling, lively main street.

I’m very disappointed with my stay at Park 19 Hotel. Gold worth approximately $1,500 USD was stolen, and despite contacting the hotel staff multiple times, they were not helpful or cooperative. The staff’s attitude was extremely disappointing, and we did not feel that our belongings were safe. I expect Booking.com and the hotel management to take this matter seriously and investigate it properly.

The location was good as i prefer to stay in Sukhmvit

The staff was not cooperative at all Bed size was not proper double bed it was a little bit bigger than a single bed Four people checked in but got only one room key card If you need another card you have to deposit 200THB 12:00PM is the checkout time and if you delay it 5 minutes they turn off the electricity and send a guard to your room who stands on your door until you leave the room or so called apartment If you need a mattress you have to pay 800TBH PER NIGHT BLANKET 200 TBH PER NIGHT You cannot get an extra pillow No iron available in the room No shampoo in bathroom No handwash in toilet Overall a bad experience Will never stay here

Appartement spacieux pour 3 ou 4 personnes. Propre. Piscine et salle de sport agréables. Personnel sympathique.

Balcon très petit. La navette pour le metro n'était pas disponible et cela n'avait pas été précisé lors de la réservation.

Hyggelig personale, rene rom og gode senger.

Rommet vi hadde (2 soverom leilighet) bærer preg av en viss slitasje, var en litt funky lukt i leiligheten, og det ene badet hadde tett sluk i dusjen og toalettet var også tett, balkongen inneholder også vaskemaskin, som gjør det tilnærmet umulig å komme seg ut døra siden denne står plassert rett utenfor, bygget er også ganske lytt med tanke på andre gjester.

Location and the free tuk tuk to local places such as the Ekkamai station.

No knives, washing detergent or sponge (when we arrived). Had to ask for toilet paper on the second day.

Check in was a breeze and the staff was so kind. I love the complimentary tuk-tuk service.

The room was clean. The TV was a smart television. The bedroom was a separate room. The 2 air condtioners cooled really well. The room key automated the lift to your floor number. The pool looked very nice, but I didn't get a chance to use it. The bed was extremely comfortable and they had nice quality sheets.

The room 605 that i stayed in, the shower flooded, because the drain was blocked. I went to the reception to report this, and was advised that a technician would come and fix it that same day. That never happened, and my feet were in a pool of dirty water every time that i showered. There's no bench space to place toiletries. The shower pressure was weak. The couch in the loungeroom was grubby and old, and the arm on the couch was wobbly and unstable. The room is beside the road, and the old windows let in every bit of traffic noise, so it was hard to sleep. The security lock was misaligned and didn't work. There's no hanging rack to hang the hand towel. The bedside light was falling apart. The air-conditioners are both old and very loud. The one in the lounge makes a loud clunk noise, when it's switched off. No coat hangers in the cupboard. The hotel is in a side street that has very limited shopping.

Easy access to cafes, restaurants and 7-11. Tuk tuk shuttle service during working hours to BTS Ekkamai/Thong Lo and various hotspots in the area. Apartment is modern and generally clean. Staff are friendly, including the security guards and tuk tuk shuttle driver.

Lower floor (was on L3) facing directly at residential homes on one side. Washing machine on the balcony needs a little getting used to.

Todo perfecto, me he quedado aquí bastantes veces, siempre es exactamente lo que necesito. En el barrio Ekkamai, cerca de todo. Limpio, fácil, todo súper bien.

Great location between Ekkamai and Sukhumvit with tug-tuk facilities to BTS stations and surrounding malls. Swimming pool is small, but sunny and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.

It's more like a serviced apartment with hotel staff. Great if you just want a comfortable place to live in the city for a while. Nice pool in the 2nd floor. It has more of a residential feel than hotel. Staff is polite and helpful

If you are a tourist visiting the city you might find the location a bit away from the station and zones to visit and spend time. Their tuk tuk can take you around the area, but otherwise you need to walk in the heat.

Room supply refill is self-service after work hours (you have to go to reception area and if there’s no one there, assume what’s there is yours though not same as your request).

Very spacious,, calm, and can find easily a lot of good restaurants nearby

При заселении были полотенца с пятнами, но на ресепшене нам их быстро и без проблем поменяли на новые.

Good property, poorly maintained. Large room Location mediocre.

Unwelcome reception. Broken furniture when i checked in, carpenter fixed some, said some was unfixable. Wash basin and shower drain choked. Safe deposit box barely 2 kg (could be easily carried away in a plastic bag). After room made up, the bed was left undone in a mess. Electric kettle had pieces of melted plastic (they changed the kettle).

The only little niddle and there isn't much can be done about it, is the limited sunbed space by the pool.

The hotel location is very quiet and in a quiet small neighbourhood. There are some small coffee shops nearby, and at the other end of the road there is everything you could need. The rooms included utensils, cutlery, and basic pot and pan for cooking, along with kettle and microwave. The AC worked well in every room, and our room faced out onto the canal and local houses. It was a pleasant view with trees, birds and other wildlife. The car park under the building was a convenient place for Grab deliveries and Grab taxi pickups. The staff were all so friendly, and even the hotel cats were sociable. The supervisor downstairs really looked after us too. Beds were very comfortable. We didn't hear any road noise at all. When lightbulb went out they replaced it very quickly, they also fixed a dripping tap. The pool was very nice.

The washing machine was kept outside on the balcony, and it did not work when we wanted to use it. We were told they asked maintenance to swap it out, but they never got to it. We washed all our clothes by hand and they dried very quickly on our balcony so it wasn't much bother. The only other thing which was sometimes a nuisance was that the front door did not have a seal, so sound travelled very easily through it. We heard some children running in the hallways several early mornings, and the beep sounds of neighbour's key cards opening their doors. People returning late into the night were also loud. With earplugs or a snoozeband it is less of an issue.

No one seems to understand your ask. Although, i use goggle translation the staff still did not understand. it seems as the staff has a reading disability, The translator would write the ask in Thailand language

I loved how my room felt like a mini apartment condo! It had a little kitchen area and living room/dining area which was so cozy.

I didn’t like how the microwave in the room didn’t work… but that’s only minor. Everything else was good.

Séjour assez décevant. La cuisine de notre chambre/appartement est tellement sous-équipée qu’elle en devient presque symbolique : pas même un couteau. Le robinet de l’évier est branlant.. La salle de bain mériterait clairement un rafraîchissement : douche avec une pression quasi inexistante, mauvaise évacuation des lavabos et joints devenus noirs. Dans le salon, le canapé est taché. Les chambres sont confortables, mais en six jours les draps n’ont été changés qu’une seule fois — et les miens étaient déjà tachés. Le ménage semble être fait de façon très superficielle. La piscine est minuscule pour un bâtiment de cette taille et les deux transats disponibles sont dans un état si lamentable que nous avons préféré ne pas nous y installer. Enfin, la plus grande déception reste l’absence totale de flexibilité pour le check-out. Bloquées à Bangkok comme beaucoup de voyageurs suite à des annulations de vols liées au conflit au Moyen-Orient, nous avons simplement demandé quelques heures supplémentaires. La seule solution proposée a été de payer une nuit complète pour quelques heures de plus. Une politique certes très claire… mais étonnamment peu empathique dans ce contexte. Au final, un établissement qui semble avoir oublié qu’au-delà des chambres et des murs, l’hospitalité reste normalement le cœur du métier.

My first check-in on 2nd February was great and the room was very nice. However, during my second check-in I was given a different room on another floor, and it was not very comfortable, especially the bed mattress.

Room was efficient. AC worked fine. View of some reality living situation by the canal. We actually smiled at the fact that there was a washing machine outside on the balcony, and will remember it for a long time. Haven't used it, though :)

First impression of entering the hotel via underground car park was not the best. You have to take the lift to even get to the reception area. Once in the room, "a menu" of fines for damaging the furniture, so you immediately notice stains of the sofa.

It’s in a very good area

Très bien situé, piscine très agréable, chambre propre, nous avons passé un bon séjour.

La piscine ferme a 20h donc nous ne pouvons pas en profiter lorsque nous rentrons tard et l'absence de petit déjeuner ou de repas est dommage...
