Beautiful property, nice and peaceful oasis just 8 minutes maybe less in a grab to the centre of Ubud, the staff were really friendly, the people in Ubud were really nice, and the tours from there were fantastic, really enjoys going for trips and returning to this spot. There were also lizards which was nice. Definitely nicest and best staff I came across in Bali, pools were nice too

This stay was particularly meaningful to me because I had already visited this beautiful hotel with my family eight years ago. I remembered it as one of those special places that had shaped my first impression of Ubud — its atmosphere, peacefulness and unique energy. Coming back eight years later, I can genuinely say that it is even better than I remembered. The property itself is absolutely beautiful: lush, peaceful and full of character. In fact, I don’t think the photos on Google quite capture how magical and serene the place feels when you are actually there.

We loved the huge comfy bed, the two pools to choose from with the comfy pool side lounges, the spacious rooms with everything we needed, the gorgeous rice field surrounds/feeling like you were in a jungle and the staff were so attentive, kind and lovely. The villa themselves is quite eco friendly which is something we hadn’t seen in Bali yet also.

The night I arrived villas was 3 clock night and enter if villas was so dark no light second thinks we go to my room and I was shocked when I saw the bedsheets was so derty room so nasty and dusty ,like they forget preparing room for next customer ,what is make me so sad but they change the bedsheets immedetle and next morning everyday day I saw very clean room so nice and clean bedsheets .like to inform here that shout be doit for breakfast ,breakfast it’s not ok at all ,the pillows in the bed very huge not comfortable at all ,the towels in room most of them they even changing so oily not cleaning well like look usuing a lot of time and still using them !!please guys your villas is amazing quietly nice receptions but u shoud to change the stuffs i mentioned

I mostly want to be left alone so if I don’t have my wooden sign to say I want housekeeping please don’t keep knocking. Pillows were also shocking and I had poor sleeps with them. Need new pillows.

Beautiful place to stay. The staff were excellent, food was lovely and a very relaxing environment to be in.

From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and truly welcoming. Outstanding service from Wahyu and Cyntia and the entire team from start to finish. The property itself is stunning create such a serene, gorgeous atmosphere. Another major highlight was the breakfast each morning: variety of fresh, delicious options that started our days off right. 10/10 would stay again!

Mooi en net hotel! Speels opgezet qua indeling van de gehele accommodatie. Ik was ziek en mijn kinderen sliepen in een villa met vrienden. Elke keer als ze langskwamen liepen zij mee naar de kamer en vroegen zij hoe het gaat. Geholpen met een vriendelijke huisarts op locatie, heel fijn. Niets was teveel.

Afstand naar centrum is iets verder. Wel Grab of scooter nodig.

Green and serene. Nice garden and little rice field. Spacious room. Not too far from the town centre. Staff was attentive and cordial. Feel safe there.

Some part of the property show sign of aging, but overall the property was well maintained and clean. Bathtub, no shower stall.

Breakfast was absolutely great—delicious and beautifully served. The whole hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, making you feel like you're staying in a comfortable tropical park. The entire staff was very helpful, friendly, and kind. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

I think the location is the hotel's weakest point. It's about a 30-minute walk from the center, and even driving there usually takes around 30 minutes because of the heavy traffic. Secondly, I understand that the tropical climate encourages mold growth, but it shouldn't take much effort to clean the mold from the edges of the bathtub on a regular basis.

The staff are really nice and friendly and the outside scene was fascinating. I couldn’t get enough of all the amazing nature.

The room was so dull. To start with, the free water they offer didn’t look clean. I stop drinking it after I so things growing inside! Definitely terrifying I hope that wasn’t what I thought it was. The bathroom doesn’t have an extractor fan and water easily leaks which makes a moldy smells sometimes. Also the toilet looks old and not clean.

The staff are so helpful and friendly. Everyone greets you with a smile. The breakfast is amazing. The rooms are large and roomy and cleaned everyday. The grounds are peaceful and comfortable. A wonderful place.

Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und hat viel Stauraum. In der Minibar stehen sogar kostenfreie Getränke (Cola, Fanta, Eistee), was täglich aufgefüllt wird. Die ganze Anlage ist recht groß und hat eigene Reisfelder und sogar 2 große Pools, die sehr zum entspannen einladen. Das Zimmer wird 2x am Tag geputzt und zum Schlafen vorbereitet. Im Zimmer gibt es sogar selbstgemachte Snacks.

Das Hotel ist etwas teurer als andere in Ubud und hat zwar einen höheren Standard. Jedoch haben wir extra eine Zimmerkategorie höher gebucht und ein Recht in die Jahre gekommendes Zimmer bekommen. Die Schlitze an den Türen sind recht groß, sodass Tiere durch passen. Es riecht auch etwas muffig. Das Bad ist nicht optimal, da die Dusche in die Badewanne gebaut wurde und nicht wirklich sauber war. Auch der Wasserdruck der Dusche war unterirdisch, so wenig haben wir noch nie erlebt. Im Restaurant kann man sehr schön essen, jedoch sind die Portionen für den Preis echt klein und ähneln einer Vorspeise.

Csodálatos környezetben minden igényt kielégítő fantasztikusan szép, tiszta szobánk volt ! Eddigi legjobb szállásunk volt.

A leírásokban az éttermet nagyon dicsérték. Én ezt nem tudom megerősíteni. Mintha kissé kapkodva szolgáltak volna ki minket és az étel sem volt annyira megnyerő. De lehet csak nem jó ételt választottunk ki.

When I first visited this resort in the middle of the rice fields last year, I fell in love with it. Again this year, my friend and I enjoyed the beautiful complex whit balinese architecture in the middle of rice fields, with excellent food, surrounded by warm people who make up the whole of Svarga bebek villas. We had a great stay here. The breakfast is superb and unlimited so you can order as much as you want. The staff were all lovely and really attentive, always responding super quickly to any requests we had. The room was a great size with a balcony and a separate study. It was very clean and well maintained.

Although the breakfast was fantastic, we were not fans of the dinner menu at the restaurant as it was quite a niche restaurant. It is not the fault of the hotel, but you should be aware that it is on a very busy road in comparison to the surrounding areas.

We loved the location, quiet and not too far from the center by cab. It is very easy to get a Grab. Experience both restaurants. At the Indonesian restaurant the tables are scattered around a yard of rice patties which invites you for a stroll. The staff is attentive and helpful.

It seems there were issues previously because during check-in you are insistently told about extra charges which may occur in case of damages, losses or other.

Es una pasada de sitio. Como estar en la naturaleza. Un jardín muy bien cuidado. El minibar en gratis y te lo rellenan todos los días, (no esperes alcohol). En la habitación te encuentras con unos aperitivos de cortesía (incluyendo unos bombones que están buenísimos) y también con fruta. La piscina es muy chula (una de ellas, la otra estaba cerrada por ser temporada baja). Desde el balcón de la habitación teníamos vistas a un arrozal. Hay esculturas hasta en el baño. En el desayuno te traen café (muy rio) o té, eliges zumo y te dan una carta y de ahí eliges lo que quieras. Lo dulce son cositas pequeñas, pero es que es todo muy elaborado. Eso sí, no vayas con prisa, que tardan un poquito en traer las cosas, pero es que te las hacen en el momento. La comida es excelente, una calidad insuperable, y la especialidad es el pato (de ahí el nombre del restaurante), que está delicioso. El mejor que hemos probado nunca. Eso sí, sólo comimos allí un día porque es un poco caro. Por la tarde te invitan al afternoon tea hasta las 5, y te traen una cajita con cositas dulces y saladas. Una delicia.

Estaba un pelín retirado del centro, pero viendo el centro de Ubud y el ruido y el tráfico que hay, casi que es mejor alojarse aquí y ya ir en Grab a donde quieras. Soy bajita y la cama era demasiado alta.

La tranquilidad y sensación de estar fuera de todo aún estando tan cerca de la carretera y del centro de Ubud, los free shuttles, las dos piscinas, la espaciosidad, el restaurante es de muy buena calidad. Los chocolates de la tarde en nuestra habitación 😗, el afternoon tea 🌺☕. Y el incienso de cada mañana en nuestro portal.

Las almohadas (muy altas - tampoco pedimos otras, igual tenían), los muebles de estilo balines muy oscuros (a mí me gustan las decoraciones y cuadros más claros y livianos). También la secuencia de las comidas: un poco desordenado (nos traían las tostadas mucho antes que los huevos, entonces estaban ya frías y húmedas cuando queríamos comerlas con los huevos, la mantequilla en muy poca cantidad, no tuvieron algo de la carta del desayuno durante 3 mañanas, y quise peanut butter en vez de mantequilla pero no tenían...). También en la cena (riquísima por cierto) nos trajeron las french fries con la entrada cuando las queríamos con el plato principal,en este caso, pato. Creo que es porque en Europa comemos de otra manera.

The villa was very clean, lots of space, quiet, comfortable, new. The staff was discret, polite, and useful. Very good spa as well. We had a 90 min couple massage which was very good. Great breakfast, bar, and restaurants.

The staff were so nice and accommodating! It was such a pleasant first experience in Ubud. All the staff are super approachable and genuinely friendly. Our luggages went missing during our flight and they helped us tracking and keeping us updated when the bags would arrive. Because of this, we also arrived really late (at 2am) and they made sure the staff were ready to greet us, even so late. But I believe their rexeption might be 24/7 open. I really appreciated the receptionist walking us to our room and explaining where everything was, how things worked, they even have free refillable water bottles! Food was excellent, we were super sad when we had our last meal. Rooms were so spacious and the bathroom also excellent. Very pretty settings, pool, restaurants, even walkway to your room looked idyllic! They will drive you to town and pick you up at set times, which is explained at reception and on a leaflet they give you. They will communicate with you on WhatsApp, which was a new experience for me, but worked really well at this place! Location was also great to get to the main areas of Ubud, and the villas are on a massive property with a couple of amazing restaurant options available. They even give you bug spray so you don't get bitten when you're out and about in Ubud. And they spray the rooms at set times as well - which they will inform you about when you arrive. I feel like the expectations the advertisements have set, they have lived up to them, so I'm very satisfied! I'm definitely coming back to Svarga Bebek Villas next time I'm in Ubud!

Can't think of anything really, I was super satisfied with the place. There were a few tiny ants that were crawling around, but that's just a generic SE Asia experience no matter where you go.

J’ai réservé cette établissement pour me reposer après 2 semaines à java de randonnée d’activité mais malheureusement j’étais plus fatigué qu’avant. Les chambres du fond de l’établissement à côté d’une route donc réveillé à plusieurs reprise par des motos. Obligé de dormir avec des bouchons d’oreille même avec ça insonorisation zéro. Le petit déjeuner : Les commandes sont bien noté mais le chef en cuisine ne respecte pas les demandes 2 jours de suite. Pour info j’attend toujours mon omelette Je n’ai pas pris de petit déjeuner aujourd’hui car au bout de 30 min rien donc je suis parti le ventre vide.

L'emplacement est très calme ce qui est super , les chambres spacieuses, très bon petit dejeuner et le personnel est vraiment très gentil.

Une des piscines n'était pas très propre, dommage que le jus d'orange frais au petit déjeuner soit coupé avec de l'eau et il n'y a pas grand chose en dehors de l'hôtel si l'on souhaite manger à l'extérieur .

Alles is ons bevallen. Het prachtige resort met een heerlijk vers ontbijt en ontzettend respectvol en vriendelijk personeel. Het zwembad is geweldig. Er heerst een oase van rust tussen de prachtige bomen, planten en beelden. De villa zelf is ook schoon, comfortabel en heel erg mooi.

Very nice. Closed air-conditioned rooms in villas. Very spacious with great facilities. Anti mosquito tablets and coils provided, plus repellents. Great restaurant on site and one adjacent (same owner). Very pleasant ambient. Breakfast on menu, but one can order as many items one wants.

Even though it is in walking distance from main Ubud area, better to take a ride.

Bellissima struttura immersa nel verde con bellissimo parco con piscine e statue sembra di essere all'interno di un tempio. Personale gentilissimo e ottimo ristorante con piatti che si potrebbero tranquillamente definire gourmet. Camere belle e spaziose con tutti i comfort e anche con frutta e cioccolattini home made forniti tutti i giorni.

se devo proprio trovare un difetto è nelle porzioni dei piatti del ristorante che per un adolescente come mio figlio, la quantità era davvero un pò poco.

La chambre qui était très humide avec une forte odeur partiellement résolu par un déshumidificateur, serrure rouillée (clé cassée dedans), propreté à revoir entièrement (joints de carrelage sales voir inexistants), énorme quantité de poussière dans les recoins. Aucun geste commercial n’a été fait ne serait-ce que d’offrir les cocktails pour un total de 7€.

Vicino al centro di ubud e immersa nel verde. Lo staff estremamente gentile e attento alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo fatto un massaggio di coppia favoloso e anche la cena romantica è stata stupenda, in mezzo al verde con buon cibo e eleganza. Mi hanno regalato anche un mazzo di fiori. Al mattino ci siamo alzati molto presto per partire e ci hanno fatto trovare la breakfast box.

Il costo della cena romantica è un po' alto per gli standard di Bali ma era la nostra luna di miele e abbiamo voluto provare. La camera molto semplice ma confortevole, lenzuola un po' macchiate ma più o meno in tutte le strutture abbiamo notato sia cosi.

We loved our stay here. This is our 3rd time staying at Svarga Bebek Villas. The rooms are spacious, clean and very luxurious. The staff are very friendly and attentive. It is such a relaxing environment and a beautiful sanctuary to come back to every evening.

Que se sale el agua de la bañera porque no tiene ni cortina ni mampara.

Bellissima struttura con bellissimo parco con tanto di risaia. Personale gentilissimo e ottimi ristoranti sia per la colazione che per la cena.

Forse un po’ distante dal centro di ubud, anche se pochi km in taxi ci possono volere fino a 45 min visto traffico. Però la struttura bellissima e quindi ne vale la pena.

La struttura (almeno dove eravamo noi) è vecchia. Il letto scricchiolava e per due volte non abbiamo avuto l’acqua calda e ho dovuto chiamare lo staff. Il disservizio è stato GRAVE e per due sere di fila, considerando il prezzo dell’hotel. In più non abbiamo ricevuto neanche una scusa formale. La colazione non è niente di che. Siamo rimasti delusi considerando le votazioni della struttura. Ci sono alberghi molto più belli per lo stesso prezzo in zona. Inoltre, quando causi un disservizio, devi compensare con i clienti.
