De vodka dispenser op de kamer was leeg bij aankomst en nog steeds bij ons vertrek, hij is nooit bijgevuld !! De fitnessruimte/toestellen was ondermaats, zulke slechte fitness vind je zelfs nog niet in een 2 sterren hotel. Bediening personeel geregeld uitstekend maar ook geregeld onvoldoende service ondanks dat het niet druk was. De animatie aan het zwembad is veel te luidruchtig

No es culpa del alojamiento pero la playa tenía mucho sargazo, lo cual hacía muy complejo entrar al mar.

El check out no me informaron que el ticket entregado tenía que dárselo al botones. Incomodo porque ya lo había dispuesto en los techos de residuos y el botones me exigía el ticket.

מחקו את האזרחות שלי. את המדינה שלי. כשרציתי להרשם לממשק של המלון באתר ובאפליקציה על מנת להתחבר לוויפי ועל מנת להתחבר לאירועים והאטרקציות שיש למלון להציע, לא הופיע המדינה שלי. ישראל. במקום זאת הופיע שם פלסטין.

Lovely food, lovely staff, the app worked great, lots of fun activities in the pool, being able to use other hotels.

Having to request clean bedding, normally hotels simply change the bedding, specially if they can see it needs cleaning. A large group of American kids turned up, getting drunk, bring sick in bushes, dropping litter and alcohol in the pools, no consideration for other holiday makers that spent alot of money and 9.5hours flight, music on full at the side of the pool and the hotel didnt put a stop to them. Had to request numerous times for the ice machines for the rooms to be filled up in 33⁰ heat.

La habitación estaba muy comoda y limpia. El desayuno buffet tiene muchas opciones. La amabilidad de los trabajadores del hotel.

Hay varios factores que no me gustaron del hotel. 1. No tienen coca cola, odiamos la pepsi. 2. Los platos en los restaurantes especializados, son muy limitados. Solamente 4 platos para escoger no es suficiente cuando se estan varios días. 3. Los horarios de los restaurantes. Se la pasan la mayor parte del tiempo cerrados. 4. No hay sombrillas o camas con toldos en la playa. Para quienes es importante resguardarse del sol, la playa no es una opción.

It would have been nice of all breakfast meats were not pork but it wasn’t bad because they make sure non pork eaters had something to eat .

Staff were awesome! Steak house was good. Breakfast buffet is pretty good. Dinner buffet (one night at least) was really good (the restaurants were decent). It’s cool to be able to go to different RIU resorts nearby to mix things up a little. The highlight was the white party (otherwise the entertainment was weak). Hard rock hotel had a golf course right across the street and there was a slight discount ($120/pp which was a bit overpriced for the conditions)

Entertainment was very weak compared to any other resort we’ve stayed in. The only swim bar bar closes down at 530p - the other two are small, hot, and a bit crowded. Breakfast buffet closes down at 1045, which is a bit early when on holiday. Overall the restaurants were open at odd times for us - except dinner. If you sleep in and want food at 11a-12p, you’re out of luck and after noon the. Voices are limited. The restaurants and bars all close before midnight (besides one very small self-serve 24 hr lounge). Sargasm was pretty bad this trip (by no fault of the resort obviously). The $800 in “resort credits” aren’t really usable and any discount is applied by default anyway (don’t count on using any of that for anything).

The staff were amazing. Made our stay extra special. The hotel had so much to offer and was super clean. The food was next level and had more option then I knew what to do with. So easy to also get into town. The gated complex also provided that extra safe feel.

Lo que más nos gustó el pool bar , la fiesta del pool bar y los buffets de desayuno ,comida y cena

Los muñecos que nos ponían a diario las empleadas de la limpieza, en nuestro caso Jessica. La comodidad de la cama, la limpieza del hotel, la atención de todos los empleados, la calidad de los servicios y de la comida en general, gran variedad en el desayuno y buenos restaurantes a la carta. Destacar la atención de Méndez y los buenísimos cócteles de Nelsy. En general todo estuvo estupendo y la señorita Liliana de recepción nos resolvió un problema con el aire acondicionado. Los chicos de animación muy profesionales y divertidos, en especial Eliud y hacían buenos shows nocturnos. Luna de miel perfecta y muy agradecidos con todo el personal, esperamos volver pronto.

El aire acondicionado estaba muy frío en las estancias comunes del hotel, pero al comunicarlo lo notamos mucho mejor después. En las playas había algo de sargazo aunque reconocemos que trabajaban mucho en la limpieza de las playas y que no es culpa del hotel. Aún así había buenos entretenimientos y actividades en piscina. Los masajes de la playa del hotel son muy caros, mejor caminar un poco y hacerlos en el Riu Lupita que esta al lado.

Die Zimmer übertrafen unsere Erwartungen. Sie sind modern eingerichtet, praktikabel und für europäische Verhältnisse sehr groß. Alle Restaurants sind sehr pragmatisch zu besuchen - man muss nicht vorher buchen, hat maximal eine kurze Wartezeit von max. 30 min. Alle Restaurants sind sehr ansprechend, die Mahlzeiten sehr gut.

Der Service an der Rezeption/Consierge war sehr schlecht. Wir hatten nur zwei Themen zu klären: 1) Late Checkout wurde im Hotel für einen attraktiven Preis angeboten. Man kann diesen Service ganz einfach in der RiuApp auswählen. Nachdem wir kein Feedback auf die entsprechende Auswahl in der App bekommen hatten (wollten 2h verlängern) habe ich an der Rezeption die gleiche Bitte vorgetragen, wurde aber sofort mit der Aussage "geht nicht - wir sind ausgebucht" abgefertigt. Später habe ich festgestellt, dass sehrwohl andere Gäste später ausgecheckt sind. 2) Da zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung über RIU noch nicht klar war, ob beide Kinder mitreisen können, haben wir zunächst für 3 Personen gebucht. Später konnten wir kein zusätzliches Zimmer über RIU buchen (ausgebucht). Daher haben wir dann ein 2. Zimmer über Booking gebucht. Bei der Rückreise bietet RIU einen Shuttle zum Airport an - in unserem Fall aber nur für 3 Personen, ein Kind sollte separat mit dem Taxi hinter dem Bus herfahren. Ich bot an der Rezeption an, dass ich die Fahrt für das 2. Kind separat bezahlen würde, wollte aber, dass wir alle zusammen in einem Shuttle sitzen. Der Frontdeskmitarbeiter wählte die Telefonnummer des Fuhrunternehmers und gab mir den Hörer in die Hand (ich spreche kein Spanisch), um es selbst mit dem Dienstleister zu klären. Da hätte ich mir zum einen mehr Unterstützung und zum zweiten mehr Flexibilität gewünscht. So blieben die Plätze im RIU-Shuttle leer und wir sind auf eigene Kosten, aber gemeinsam mit dem Taxi gefahren.

Beautiful, clean place and very comfortable rooms. The evening shows are very enjoyable. There is enough space to sit by the pool and the view from the pool is simply amazing. Excellent food and kind staff.

There are a lot of stairs and one elevator on each side of the hotel, so if you have a stroller and small children, you have to lift the stroller from place to place or walk a lot from the room to the stairs.

All of the staff were friendly and accommodating of our requests. Drinks were well made and the restaurants were delicious. Room was quiet and spacious.

Struttura bellissima con servizi top, mai visto un livello del genere seppur viaggiando molto in hotel Resort di 5 stelle. Tutte meritate, forse anche poche. Animazione top veramente organizzata e non invadente, sia in spiaggia piscina e post serata. Straconsigliato!!

Ottima posizione come punto di partenza, a 30 min di auto dall’aeroporto di Cancun. In ogni ristorante lo staff è attento ad eventuali allergie alimentari. Camere ben insonorizzate. Ottima pulizia

- Strandzugang - Essen im Buffetrestaurant - überwiegend sehr nettes Personal - gute Alkoholauswahl - Probleme mit Zimmer (nicht abschließbare Balkontür und defekte Klimaanlage) wurden direkt durch einen Zimmerwechsel behoben

- es gab fast täglich um 16 Uhr keine frischen Handtücher mehr am Pool (somit kaum Möglichkeit sich nach dem Check-in oder einem Tagesausflug an den Pool zu legen - Pool viel zu klein für Hotel - nahezu jedes Handtuch (sowohl in der Dusche als auch am Pool) und nahezu jedes Bettlaken hatte einen Fleck

We loved EVERYTHING about our stay at the Riu Palace Riviera Maya! First off, the entire staff is amazing and does everything to make sure that your stay is perfect. (For example, we came back to our room and found a birthday cake for my daughter. I hadn’t even told them. ❤️). They also made a big fuss over her at dinner. The property is immaculate and easy to get around. All of the restaurants were fantastic (which is not typical for most all inclusive resorts). The buffet is different every night and has a ridiculous selection of desserts that you just can’t resist. The whole vibe is very laid back and more suited for couples and families. It’s not the party spot for college kids. The beach is fantastic with lots of chairs, palm trees for shade and some fun, free activities. There are a lot of vendors on the beach selling tours, but they’re not pushy at all. Everyone worries about the sargassum, which is unavoidable, but the staff is out there every day cleaning it up as best they can.

Todo, la habitación perfecta, los detalles que nos dejaron en la habitación fueron muy lindos. La atención de la gente que trabaja ahí es increíble, todo el personal es muy atento. El lugar es limpio, la comida es muy buena, los tragos ricos. Quedamos felices y de todas maneras volveremos.

The beach is beautiful! The property is lovely and the room size was perfect for us. Every staff member we came in contact with was so kind and helpful. The food was good but not the best. (Restaurants are better than the buffets). The beds were hard for us, but that may just be personal preference. Overall, a very nice all inclusive for the price!

Beds were a little hard, and the bedding wasn’t the best. One night we were really cold and the only blanket was a very thin, scratchy blanket in the closet.

La comida es siempre la misma sin gusto, es mala la comida. El personal no atiende bien ,salvo a los norteamericanos porque dejan propinas.

Desayuno excelente , con buena variedad de productos para todos los gustos...demas buffets buenso con buena variedad...pero un poco repetitivos todos los dias

Lamentablemente fumo....tenia que caminar mucho para ir al lugar asignado para fumadores....desde la habitaciones o piscinas....

El desayuno muy bueno, variado, sabroso, todo muy limpio y sobretodo el personal muy amable. Lo mejor es que podías asistir a todos los Riu, fui al gimnasio al Riu México, a la disco al Riu Tequila y a pasar un día completo a un Riu en Cancún con todo incluido playa, bar, snack, cena y hasta con estacionamiento gratuito.

El personal que llevaba los cócteles a la playa en general priorizaba a los “gringos” esperando la propina en dólares. Es lo único que no me gustó.

Le complexe hôtelier est idéalement situé. L'ensemble est magnifique, à proximité de toutes les commodités. L'accès aux infrastructures de l'hôtel, aux restaurants ainsi qu'à la plage est très bien conçu. Tout cela dans un cadre verdoyant et très agréable.

La salle de fitness demande à être mise à niveau. Il n'y a que peu d'appareils et une partie était hors service. C'est dommage et décevant par rapport au reste des installations.

The hotel and location were fantastic but when it comes right down to it, the people they have working at that hotel are the reason I would go back! They were absolutely fantastic especially Claudia at the bar inside the hotel. She was amazing super fun and made everybody’s day better.

Beef was exceptional. Ocean was fantastic. Pools were great food was an eight out of 10, which is great.

Не понравилось, что Booking.com обещал 750 баллов на услуги отеля, а в итоге ими нельзя было толком воспользоваться.

Praia muito boa no hotel, apesar de ter muito sargaço no último dia. Sei que isso não é um defeito do hotel, mas atrapalhou bastante.

As comidas, principalmente as sobremesas, eram bastante variadas, porém sem muito sabor.

Excelente ubicación, servicio del personal, limpieza, calidad de la comida de los restaurantes, tranquilidad. Cuando llegamos, como la habitación ya estaba preparada pudimos hacer el check in previo al horario previsto.

Cama super confortável e chuveiro delicioso! O quarto é espaçoso, estava sempre muito limpo e adorei o plus de ter uma banheira! Praia linda, piscinas agradáveis e ótimo atendimento de todos os funcionários. Gostei de poder escolher o restaurante para o jantar sem precisar reservar.
