Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολική για τις μετακινήσεις από και προς το αεροδρόμιο Sabiha Gökçen, το ΚΤΕΛ και την περιοχή Ταξίμ. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και άνετο, ενώ το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

A great place that really did exceed our expectations in terms of what we got for money spent. The room was spacious, clean (cleaning and fresh towels every day), the breakfast was really great too.

Suntem clienți fideli și revenim cu drag de 3-4 ani, rezervând de fiecare dată câte 3 nopți. Amplasarea hotelului este ideală: foarte aproape de mijloacele de transport, cu magazine și bancomate la câțiva pași, și la doar 2 stații de tramvai de Marele Bazar. Personalul este de o amabilitate rară, curățenia este impecabilă, iar micul dejun este delicios.Un alt mare plus pentru cei care călătoresc cu mașina este legat de parcare: există o parcare privată cu plată chiar lângă hotel, dar și o altă parcare subterană la doar 100 de metri distanță, ceea ce oferă multă siguranță și confort. Rămâne locul nostru preferat din Istanbul!

A existat doar o mică problemă tehnică cu Wi-Fi-ul (nu mai accepta datele de conectare după prima zi), dar nu am reclamat-o la recepție deoarece am fost plecați toată ziua să vizităm obiectivele turistice. Cu siguranță s-ar fi rezolvat imediat dacă am fi cerut ajutorul, deoarece personalul este extrem de săritor.

Foarte curat și bine amenajat

Cu o zi înainte de plecare când totul părea să fie perfect am intrat în cameră după o plimbare iar în cameră am surprins-o pe doamna de la curățenie cum umbla la mine în bagaj parcă căutând ceva, ceva de valoare…doamna când a realizat ca nu mai este singură în cameră a venit repede spre ușa spunându-ne ca imediat va termina curățenia.Oare dacă ajungeam cu 20 de minute mai tarziu ce cota aveam sa ne dispară din obiectele personale?

Мы приезжали на Istanbul Festival и расположение было идеальным. Сам номер достаточно просторный, несмотря на то, что рассчитан на 4 человек. Очень чистая новая ванная компана, хороший душ. В номере каждый день убирались, меняли полотенца и постельное белье, каждый день приносили воду (4 бутылки на 4 человек), что очень приятно в такую жару. На ресепшне все всегда были очень отзывчивые, помогали соориентироваться. Видно, что отель недавно отремонтировали, либо очень хорошо содержат.

Завтрак достаточно маленький, небольшая тарелка с сырами/овощами и омлет, который подают на нескольких человек. Но нам было в целом без разницы, но если для вас это важно - учтите.

Первое как встретили.Очень внимательно спросили все пожелания.Каждый день спрашивали нет ли каких то неудобст.В номере детей не много был запах сигарет,сразу же все исправили,предложили другой номер.В этом отеле чуаствовали себя комфортно как дома.Это очень важно как тебя встретили .Уборка идеально каждый день.Полотенце тоже менялись каждый день.Воду ставтлт если нет.

В душевой не было двери ,но это совсем никак ни на что не влияет .Поэтому неудобст не было

Я не превередливый человек.Отдыхала с детьми брали два номера.Мне все понравилось,Чувствуешь себя как дома .Чисто уютно все хорошо.Персонал очень приветливый.Что сейчас очень редко бывает.Поэтому советую этот отель

Wij zijn hier met ons gezin geweest en voelde ons helemaal thuis. Het is een schone hotel met een goede ligging. De ontbijt was ook goed.De personeel superlief en behulpzaam vooral Yilmaz de receptionist was erg lief en behulpzaam.

Recomand cu încredere acest hotel, am fost cazati la mai multe hoteluri in zonă, dar acesta mi-a depășit așteptările, am facut rezervare pentru o cameră triplă economică si am primit o cameră foarte mare, de familie, la același preț, parcarea din fața hotelului a fost un bonus neașteptat, personalul foarte amabil si dispus să te ajute cu orice ai nevoie, in special Yelmiz, raportul calitate- preț foarte avantajos.

Very very clean and comfortable place to stay , staff are incredible helpful , they helped us for early check in and late check out due to our flights time, special thank to MR Yalmaz that offer help every moment till the last minute of leaving and really he was the main support to know the transportation and explain everything we need in Istanbul . Also night staff abdel kadir , ahmed and mr ous who’s make us safe and Acommodating from the first moment we arrived. Hotel is too close to the tram and metro stations and many shops and restaurants around . We enjoyed our stay . In Istanbul you walk a lot and do alot of activities that need some where to rest at the end like this hotel .

Η διαμονή μας ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετική!! Το ξενοδοχείο πεντακάθαρο σε όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής με καθημερινή αλλαγή σεντονιών και πετσέτας και άψογη φροντίδα του δωματίου ή καθαριότητα είναι αττού. !!! Η καρδιά του ξενοδοχείου είναι αναμφίβολα ο Γιλμάζ ένας άνθρωπος ευγενικός φιλόξενος χαμογελαστός και πάντα πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει οποιαδήποτε ώρα της ημέρας. O kadir επίσης ευγενεστατος κ πάντα πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι ιδανική καθώς βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο μετρό έχει εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα τα σημεία της πόλης και παρόλο που βρίσκεται η κεντρικό σημείο το ξενοδοχείο η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη και έχει πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση. Όποιος αναζητάει ένα καθαρό άνετο φιλόξενο ξενοδοχείο με ανθρώπους που νοιάζονται για τους επισκέπτες θεωρώ ότι είναιbest!!!

All good in general. Breakfast was decent, not much to choose for but enough for the first bite.

Nothing major. There were some stains on the towels and water was pouring out of the shower cabin a little bit during taking the shower.

Personalul foarte plăcut , mâncarea de la mic-dejun a fost aceeași in fiecare zi dar totuși nu am nimic de reproșat in privința calității . Ca și localizare hotelul se afla într-o zonă mai puțin plăcută , dar per total as reveni datorita raportului calitate - preț.

Locația , canapeaua nu este pentru dormit (destul de incomoda )

Very good place to stay in Istanbul, all personal was very kindly and respektfully. Breakfast there ist also at the high level. I want to give a personal respekt and praise to Mr. Ahmet, maybe he don’t speak English very good, but he always was there to help and was very respectfull. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Very good located, in 5 min walk Metro station. Gonna use this place again if i will come back to Istanbul. Çok teşekkür ederiz. Kolay gelsin.

Le personnel est tellement accueillant et répond à toutes nos attentes à la seconde ou on demande, l'hôtel est très bien situé si vous aimez la marche, nous avons beaucoup marché sinon en taxi ou tram c'est assez rapide. On a pu arrivés plu tard que prévu et repartir plus tard également car notre avion retour était à 16h.

Les 2 seules choses que nous avons pas apprécié: on entendait beaucoup les bruits de dehors mais une fois endormi ce n'était pas dérangeant et le lit n'était pas très confortable a part ça tout était parfait

Séjour excellent. Le réceptionniste a été impeccable et a répondu à tous nos besoins. La chambre était très bien aménagée et parfaitement propre. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci !

The hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to the bazaars and the main attractions of Istanbul. It is also very easy to travel by tram or metro because the stations are near the hotel. Mr. Yılmaz is a very kind, friendly, and helpful person. He helped us arrange a taxi from the hotel to the airport and assisted us with everything we needed. For breakfast, they serve omelette, bread, tea, and a plate with different snacks and side dishes. The Wi-Fi works very well. This hotel is a very budget-friendly option — clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff are very polite and welcoming. I will definitely come back here again! I highly recommend this hotel to all tourists visiting Istanbul!

Гостиница находится в очень удобном месте — рядом с базарами и главными достопримечательностями Стамбула. Также очень удобно добираться на трамвае или метро, так как станции находятся близко к гостинице. Господин Йылмаз — очень хороший человек: добрый, отзывчивый и общительный. Он помог нам заказать такси из гостиницы до аэропорта и всегда был готов помочь по любым вопросам. На завтрак подают омлет, хлеб, чай и тарелку с разными закусками. Wi-Fi работает очень хорошо. Это очень бюджетный вариант проживания — чисто, уютно и комфортно. Персонал очень вежливый и приятный. Я обязательно вернусь сюда ещё раз! Рекомендую эту гостиницу всем туристам, которые приезжают в Стамбул!

Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé du début à la fin. L’hôtel était propre, confortable et très agréable. Sa situation géographique est idéale, avec le tram et le métro à proximité, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement. Le personnel a également été un vrai point fort : très gentil, accueillant et toujours à l’écoute pour répondre à nos besoins. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation.

The property is well located near public transportation, quit area, lots of shops and restaurants near by. The breakfast is the same daily but is good, fresh omelet. The best 2 points for this hotel are the value for the money and the very warm and nice guy from reception Yilmaz.

Our stay at the Grand Iska Hotel in Istanbul was simply perfect – a clear 10 out of 10! We were a group of eight people, and every single one of us was more than satisfied. From the moment we arrived, we received an incredibly warm welcome. The entire staff was consistently friendly, helpful, and professional, making us feel comfortable and valued right away. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything was exactly as you would hope for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would especially like to highlight the outstanding service: no matter what we needed or asked for, it was taken care of immediately – always with a smile. Another highlight was the breakfast. The selection was diverse, fresh, and absolutely delicious – there was something for everyone. The perfect way to start the day! The hotel’s location is also excellent, making it easy to explore Istanbul and reach many of the main attractions without any hassle. In summary, we can highly recommend the Grand Iska Hotel. It was a wonderful experience for all of us, and we would definitely come back anytime! A big thank you to the entire team for such an unforgettable stay!

Vrlo ljubazno osoblje, izuzetno čisto, udobno...i bila nam je baš prostrana soba. Lokacija je ok. Dorucak je bio dobar Za svaku pohvalu i preporuku!

Hotelul a fost superb, foarte bine poziționat, aproape de mijloacele de transport. Totul a fost impecabil: curățenie exemplară, lenjeria schimbată zilnic, prosoape curate, apă și șampoane la dispoziție. Personalul este deosebit de amabil, în special cei de la recepție niște gazde cu adevărat minunate. Ne-am simțit excelent pe toată durata șederii.

Un singur aspect ar merita îmbunătățit: micul dejun. Este păcat ca, la nivelul serviciilor oferite, să existe acest minus,și oberserv că sunt persoane in recenzii care menționează acest aspect. Vă mulțumim pentru găzduire și pentru ospitalitatea oferită!

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was very cozy, which made it easy to relax and sleep well. I also liked the modern design and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transport.

Geamurile parcă erau inexistente așa se auzea tot după stradă mașinile, oamenii care treceau pe stradă dar cel mai rău era să fi trezit la 5 dimineața de slujba care parcă era lângă tine în pat , destul de mult de mers până la atracțiile turistice mers mult tramvai în rest OK

The staff was very polite. Hygiene is good. Location not bad, close to tram station and metro. There are good places for lunch and dinner close to the hotel. No parking space, you must be lucky if there is free parking spot in front of the hotel.

Beds are not very comfortable. Breakfast is absolutely the same each single morning and the quality of the food includes in the breakfast is not very good.

Nejvíc musím ocenit celý personál, který byl skutečně velmi ochotný a příjemný. Lokalita je kousek od metra a tramvaje, což je také super. Pokoj a koupelna - vše čisté, plně dostačující.

Byli jsme pět dní a už se nám pak stejná snídaně každý den docela zajídala, v české republice jsme již zvyklý na jiný level :-)

Nice and clean room. Very helpful and kind staff both at the reception and at breakfast. Good connected to the center via Tram and Métro. 20 minutes on foot to Grand Bazar. Busy but safe area.

Breakfast could be improved. Fresh omelette and coffee were good but the cold plate was repetitive and without fresh products (no sweets, no yogurt/musli etc). The third bed was a bit small.

Здравствуйте, только вернулись из Стамбула с массой прекрасных впечатлений. Останавливались в этом отеле на 5 ночей. Осталось самое лучшее впечатление. Начну с того,что нам всегда и во всём помогал Ялмаз,прекрасный душевный человек. Помогал во всём, подсказывал как и куда легче добраться,предоставил зонты,так как во время нашего путешествия шли частые дожди,куда пойти покушать,в общем все,чтобы мы чувствовали себя комфортно. Что касается нашего номера,он был очень чистый,убираются наверное каждый день,но мы сами сказали,что нам не нужно так часто убираться. Что касается местоположения, так как мы впервые были в Стамбуле и сравнивать не с чем,мы очень даже легко сориетировались было близко и до трамвая и до метро. Магазинов продуктов и кафе поблизости очень много. Завтрак был стандартный ежедневно, но было вполне достаточно, чтоб подзарядиться с утра. В общем мы остались всем очень довольны. Спасибо всему коллективу отеля в особенности Ялмазу!

Единственный минус,может для кого то это очень критично, иногда в отеле сильно пахло сигаретным дымом. Но как мы поняли в городе в целом все много курят и это наверное повсеместно.

Hotel u koji ćemo se sigurno opet vratiti. Sobe prostrane, čistoća na zavidnom nivou... Momci na recepciji vrlo ljubazni. Dakle, nemamo niti jednu jedinu zamjerku.

L’établissement est propre et très bien situé, le personnel est trop gentil. Ils m’ont aidé car j’avais eu un problème avec un taxi. Ils sont aimable. Et en plus l’hôtel est très très bien situé. Il y a le métro et tram pas loin, il y a un distributeur de billet à même pas 3 min de marche. Tout était top

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The price was unbeatable, especially considering the quality offered. My room was modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect—close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, the experience was excellent and amazingly affordable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul!
