Всё было прекрасно. Скромно, но очень чисто и достаточно комфортно. Отель расположен в центральной части города. Пару минут пешком до трамвайной остановки. Очень приветливый персонал. Для бюджетного отдыха, прекрасный вариант.

Egyátalán nem olyan, mint amit foglaltam, nem olyan a képeken, hotelnek meg abszolút nem minősíteném. Deluxe szobát kaptam, de sehol nem mondható annak. Ahol a reggelit felszolgálták volna, ott kosz volt. Mi otthagytuk rögtön, kerestünk másik szállást. A szállásadó kérte, hogy mondjam le itt a foglalást, rá is mentem az ingyenes lemondásra, amit el is fogadott, ehelyett a fele pénzünket kaptuk vissza. Az ágyak kinyúltak, kifeküdtek, a pótágy amit kértünk penészes volt, a fürdő is tiszta kosz. Festett, kopott bútorok, nem olyan mint amit a szállásadó felrakott képet. (A képeken amit megosztottam a deluxe szoba látszik..)

Obiekt bardzo dobrze położony, dostaliśmy większy pokój niż zamawialiśmy (4 osobowy na dwie osoby), jest opcja sprzątania, ręczniki i przybory toaletowe, dostępne parasole dla gości

Obiekt jest dość zniszczony i zdjęcia odbiegają od rzeczywistości. Po pierwszym podejściu pod hotel nie wiedzieliśmy jak wejść, nie było żadnego dzwonka ani informacji, a drzwi zamknięte. Ktoś później nam poradził żeby zapukać i otwarto nam. Bardzo monotonne śniadania i skromne

La ubicación es excelente y el trato del personal también. Muy amables y dispuestos a facilitarte lo necesario en cualquier momento. Hay transporte muy cerca, lugares de interés y sitios para comer o cenar . Relación calidad-precio muy buena, no es un lujo pero para estar unos días está perfecto. Quizás como sugerencia estaría bien un poco más de variedad en el desayuno

Nos toco la última planta y las escaleras son un poco incómodas pero compensa con el resto de cosas positivas

Ήταν σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο και το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό.

Το δωμάτιο 102 ήταν στη σκάλα δίπλα από τη ρεσεψιόν. Είχε μονίμως φασαρία γιατί πηγαινοερχόταν κόσμος. Ακόμα και στις 12 τη νύχτα ήταν παρέες έξω από τη πόρτα μας και φώναζαν. Το δωμάτιο μέσα ήταν εντάξει απλά το καπάκι της λεκάνης ήταν σπασμένο. Το πρωινό δεν άξιζε. Ήταν σερβιρισμένο (δεν είχες δυνατότητα διαλέξεις τι θα φας) ένα αυγό και μια φέτα ψωμί, και λίγη μαρμελάδα

The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from everything: We loved the proximity to public transport, local restaurants and most popular SOUK and MONUMENTS. The room was spacious and clean, which was ideal for our family of four. The beds were comfortable after a long day of walking and finally the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming toward our children, they are Very friendly.

El desayuno siempre era lo mismo y muy poquito no variaba el desayuno nunca.

Personnel sympathique et attentionné. Hôtel bien situé, à proximité de toutes les commodités. Possibilité d’emprunter les transports en commun ou de visiter la ville à pied.

J’ai passé un bon moment, tout est prêt à côté pour le prix très raisonnable et le personnel est très sympa. La personne la réception vous reçoit très bien.

Akhan le gestionnaire est très réactif et prêt à tout pour rendre service. On est près de tout du vieux Istanbul le grand bazar, des cafés, la Mosquée, sainte sophie . Tout est super et surtout pour le prix à proximité de tout on ne se plaint pas .

Our host, Ahmad was extremely helpful and careful with our needs, he was the best thing about this hotel.

La gentileza y el trato de su dueño es única. El Hotel no es lujoso pero uno se siente como en su casa. El desayuno es rico, típico y abundante. Me alojé en una habitación con cama matrimonial, estaba en el último piso y la vista era maravillosa. Para personas con movilidad reducida no es porque se deben subir muchas escaleras, pero dejando de lado eso el lugar es súper recomendable en relación precio calidad. Desde este lugar se está cerca de las principales atracciones y su dueño está siempre disponible para ayudar.

La nostra camera per 4 persone era un pochino piccola - facevi fatica a muoverti. Cambierei sicuramente la colazione - per quello che riguarda me uno spreco - la ragazza sempre gentile e sorridente porta un piatto ad ogni persona già fatto con salumi formaggi uovo sodo marmellate burro olive, ma per persone come me che fanno colazione con cafe e brioche e’ uno spreco tanto e’ vero che sono andata a consumare la colazione 2 giorni su 4 e i miei figli solo. Il primo giorno 🫤! Consiglierei colazione a buffet

Purtroppo la camera non equivaleva alle foto, era tutta malmessa con evidenti danni strutturali, poco pulito. Scale scomode per salire e per niente insonorizzate

Ahmad nous a attendu jusqu’à + de 2h du matin car notre avion avait du retard et a monté nos valises ça c’était sympa

mais ne vous attendez pas à la même serviabilité pour votre départ car pour nous il n’était même pas présent dans l’hôtel nous l’avons croisé par hasard dans la rue sinon aucun au revoir ni rien, cependant il a quand même eu la gentillesse de m’envoyer un message un peu plus tard car mon fils avait oublié une veste dans la chambre. Pour ce qui est de l’hôtel c’était vraiment décevant des spots qui ne sont plus fixés aux plafonds, des impacts sur les murs, une salle de bain vraiment limite, le personnel est adorable Ahmed et la femme qui prépare les petits déjeuner mais la qualité de l’hôtel n’est malheureusement pas au rdv et la propreté non plus.

The staff deserve 10/10, especially Ahmad, and 7/10 to the lady who served breakfast (for her service, not the basic breakfast itself). Their hospitality, care, and friendliness were genuinely good. Ahmad’s service was exceptional: carrying our suitcase to a third-floor room via a steep, spiral staircase on both arrival and departure (on demand), arranging a reliable and reasonably priced taxi to IST, and accompanying us with our luggage to a different street a few hundred meters downhill, where taxis are allowed to stop.

Sorry Ahmad - you would be a great asset to any company that employs you, but I feel obliged to be honest with fellow travelers here. Without your exceptional, attentive service, this hotel would struggle to reach even 4/10. Most of the high ratings appear to be driven almost entirely by Ahmad’s friendliness, not by the hotel’s facilities, comfort, or value. Some reviews say, “you get what you pay for,” often comparing prices to Western Europe. That comparison does not hold in Turkey. For just €20 more per day, my family stayed shortly after in a 5-star, all-inclusive hotel, which clearly exposed how poor the value of Mitra Down Town Hotel actually is. The hotel does not come close to justifying an 8/10 rating. Amenities are basic, comfort is limited, and the overall experience falls far below what the score suggests. I won’t list every issue one by one, but when even closing the room door requires handyman-level effort, that says enough. The photos are highly misleading, creating the illusion of a luxury stay that simply does not exist in reality. This booking was made for a last-minute two-day stop in Istanbul, based largely on highlighted high scores and polished photos on Booking.com. In hindsight, both the ratings and images painted a false picture.

Our room was NOTHING like what we booked. Was price change option but booking.com ignored.

La disponibilità di Ahamd. Mi ha aiutato con la sim che non mi si era attivata e ci ha prenotato un taxi per la partenza pagandolo solo 40€. Molto meno rispetto a quando ci avrebbero chiesto sul momento. Senza vi sapete accontentare,lo consiglio. È pulito. Se cercate qualcosa di lussuoso assolutamente non fa al caso vostro.

Dopo la prima notte ci è stata cambiata camera. Sicurmente perchè era giustamente troppo grande per due persone. Peró dover rimettere tutto dentro gli zaini e spostarsi non mi è molto piaciuto. La colazione anche no. È un piattino prevalentemente salato. Pane fritto,salame (credo),un uovo sodo,una fetta di dolce confezionata. Comunque per il prezzo del soggiorno non ci lamentiamo. Abbiamo fatto colazione fuori.

The room was simple but pleasant, and the location is excellent—very close to the Grand Bazaar, the tram station, and many restaurants. Just down the street you can find places with cheaper, delicious food that you can easily take away and enjoy on the hotel terrace. The staff is extremely friendly, and Ahmed was wonderful; he truly made us feel at home. Mitra isn’t a place for people looking for luxury, but it’s perfect if you want to relax, and it provides everything you need.

The overall situation was terrifying, to be generous. The room we received was filthy, with lamps barely holding at the ceiling, broken walls and holes in the blankets. This, unfortunately, was the least of problems. The whole bathroom walls were covered in mould, and the shower probably has never been cleaned. We tried to manage it for one night but the air was unbreathable. After having pointed out the problem to the management, they assured that they would have found a solution, but when we returned to the room we found it in the same state as when we left. When asked for a different accommodation as possible solution, the owner was unapologetic and kept replying to stay in the room, having no other availability. All of this while happily smiling in our faces, not even trying to take the situation a bit more seriously. The management kept denying of being aware of the bathroom situation, despite being quite evident that the issue did not appear overnight. On top of that, after we left the structure, they cancelled the reservation saying that we did not show up, despite having the payment receipt, and actively refuses to acknowledge any sort of compensation. If this was not already bad enough, they offer a transfer service from the airport, but they do not say that card is not accepted as a payment method, and when presented with the correct amount in Turkish lira, they asked if we could change it back to euros. Please, do yourself a favour and AVOID at all cost this hotel. It will just ruin your stay in Istanbul.

Отличное расположение для изучения города - основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности, устали - рядом остановка трамвая Т1 - трамваи самый комфортный транспорт в Стамбуле. На этой же улице много кафешек на любой вкус, она так и называется - food street. Мы брали номер с видом на море - вид отличный, стоит того, чтобы карабкаться по винтовой лестнице на 4 этаж.

Как где-то в отзывах уже писали - для неприхотливых. Мы такие и есть. Ничего такого, что заставило бы поменять гостиницу, но по мелочам - немного обшарпанная, телевизор не работал, но быстро починили, Wi-Fi не самый магистральный, но какой-то есть. Основная засада - мы приехали рано, заранее предупреждали, но в итоге 2 часа простояли у закрытой двери. А надо было просто позвонить на WhatsApp, может быть, кому-то эта информация поможет.

Dorucak je pristojan, ali za dan dva, nakon toga je monoton, jer je svako jutro isti. Lokacija hotela je fantasticna, a domacini preljubazni. Vrednost koju dobijate za novac je samim tim na najvisem nivou. Svaka sitnica koju bih mozda zamerila izgubila bi se u onome sto je zaista ok. Hvala!

Hotel je prevara, slike i ocjene na stranici su prevara. Smjestili su nas u sobu koja je užasna. Iz zidova su vrili kabeli od struje, wc je u raspadnom stanju, sve utičnice su na pola visile iz zidova,klimu nisu nikad očistili, posteljina je cijela bila zgužvana i šporka, kvadratura sobe je isto lažna (užasno je mala), stubište hotela je jako usko i strmo. Odmah smo ih prijavili booking-u i poslali slike sobe, booking agent je rekao da će ih odmah nazvati i pitati njihovo objašnjenje, nakon čega su nam vlasnik i djelatnik ušli u sobu i počeli vikati na nas, napali nas verbalno, nakon toga smo odmah napustili sobu i hotel. Kasnije je vlasnik naveo na booking-u da se uopće nismo pojavili u hotel i otkazao nam smještaj uzevši sve novce za sva noćenja koja smo platili i odbio ih vratiti. Svu u svemu ne da su prevaranti već su i lopovi, izbjegavati u širokom luku.

Zimmer waren zu klein das die Ausstattung teils kaputt und sehr abgenutzt, die Betten waren Stein hart die Kissen auch an einen Richtigen Schlaf war garnicht zu denken, es gab kein Aufzug so das man mit den Koffern die enge Treppe nehmen musste wo das rauftragen eine Zumutung war da muss man aufpassen das man nicht runterfallen tut , an den Wänden in den Zimmrrn ist Schimmel und es ist muffig in den Zimmern, das Frühstück war überhaupt nicht frisch es waren immer vorbereitete Teller mit zwei Scheiben Gurken die schōn verschrumpelt waren 1 Scheibe Tomate 2 Scheiben Käse die zum Teil schon vertrocknet waren, dieses Hotel wenn man das so nennen kann ist überhaupt zu empfehlen da müsste Booking Day man dieses erst recht nicht weiter anbietet, ich musste aus diesem Grund am 2 Tag meiner Reise ein anderes Hotel nehmen da ich mit meinen Kinder dort war und mir die Gesundheit meiner Kinder und meiner Familie wichtig war und hatte auch keine Lust Rest meines Urlaubs im Krankenhaus zu verbringen nie wieder dieses Hotel ,habe durch diese Buchung einen Mehraufwand an Kosten gehabt .

Il a du potentiel le le pilier de l’établissement, c’est Ahmed Je tiens à passer un message aux propriétaires d’investir un peu dans dans quelques travaux, notamment changer les rideaux. La salle de petit déjeuner . Les draps et les couettes.. Si vous cherchez un hôtel proche de tout si vous êtes là, Pour sortir visiter les monuments, historiques, voir le grand bazar. Je vous conseille ce hotel

La habitación estaba destartalada (sábanas manchadas, papel de la pared roto, nevera soltando agua), el baño lleno de humedades y con la silicona con moho. El desayuno turco dejaba que desear (encontramos un pelo). La recepción inexistente, hacer el check out fue imposible, dejando las llaves sobre una mesa.

En premier lieu, le personnel était extrêmement sympathique. Ils nous ont attendus jusqu à 3h du matin (retard de l' avion). Très ouverts et agréables, parlant anglais mais aussi français et arabe. Une chambre propre, serviettes changées tous les 2 jours, un lit confortable. Hotel très bien situé, proche du tram 1, proche de nombreux restaurants et à 15 minutes à pied de Sainte Sophie, ...

Ahamed was really nice and responsive. He was very helpful. The hotel is in a good location and there are a lot of restaurants nearby . The beds were comfy.

There are no lifts and the stairs are very steep and not really suitable for the older generation. There are no staff present 24 x7 and therefore if you are leaving in the morning you need to be able to carry your luggage down yourself. Again this is something the older generation will struggle with. The breakfast was served on a plate and it was basically the same through out the stay. Also they start it at 9am. The rooms were cleaned on the surface but under the furniture you see a lot of dust. The toilets had mold and also one of our rooms had mold in it. This needs to be taken care of.
