Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Das Essen war einzigartig. Die Sauna war gut organisiert und es hatte genug Platz. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet. Die Aussicht auf den See himmlisch.
Der Aussenpool ist wirklich sehr klein. Der Sprudel im Whirlpool im Innenbecken ist extrem stark und da man dort nur stehen kann empfand ich es als unangenehm.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026It is the best facility for a relaxing getaway. A wide variety of food was served for breakfast, and it was delicious. The spa facilities were also clean and pleasant to use.
The distance required for travel to the center of Interlaken and Grindelwald is quite far by car. Of course, we fully understood this drawback because the accommodation is excellent, but objectively speaking, we think it is a clean and nice place for a quiet rest rather than being in the optimal location for sightseeing in Interlaken.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Sehr grosszügige Anlage in wunderschöner Umgebung. Gute Erreichbarkeit mit Auto und ÖV. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön und man hat Zugang zum See. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Hotelzimmer (wir waren im Nebengebäude) sehr gut ausgestattet und das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ferienfeeling pur und gerne ein anderes Mal wieder.

The spa was great and included sound beds, outside lounges overlooking the lake, salt water and freshwater pool and spa. There are hire options on the property to hire SUP, kayak, motor boat, e-bike and so much more. You can also swim in the lake. So much to do!

Friendly staff, spacious room with a lake view ( room 205), great spa, free parking, complementary public transport and a boat trip in Thun. The breakfast is copious, making it particularly enjoyable on the terrace. The food is absolutely delicious in both Swiss and Thai restaurants. The only point for improvement is the absence of air conditioning which makes difficult to sleep in hot summer evenings even if they offer fan in the room. I would definitely come back and recommend this place. Thank you!

Prijs kwaliteit is wel ondermaats, voor een mega bedrag per nacht verwacht je net wat meer van je kamer. Een oude smart tv zonder opties en klein. Als de prijs de helft was dan was het meer realistisch. Ook heeft het restaurant weinig variatie, maar het is wel goed!

Le petit-déjeuner était varié et l’organisation globale très bien gérée, ce qui a rendu l’expérience particulièrement agréable. Le spa répond parfaitement aux attentes et la chambre, avec sa vue exceptionnelle, était tout simplement au top.

Il manquait un plan du site dans la chambre afin de comprendre où était quoi.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026Todo estuvo genial!! Super moderno, no había mucha gente, frente al lago, además un buen spa, pequeño pero más que suficiente, es un hotel que te sientes como en un 5 estrellas, sin duda volveré!! En verano debe ser espectacular!!
