Расположение прекрасное. Завтрак действительно на любой вкус и все свежее, в ассортименте, превосходно. Кухня и напитки понравились. Ужин был необычным. Тартар под кортофельной пеной - нестандартно, но вкусно. Номер простой, но комфортный. Ванная комната - замечательная. И волшебное одеяло, невесомое и очень теплое!!!

Очень мягкий матрац, все время куда-то скатывались и утром болела спина😄🤦‍♀️. В следующий раз будем спрашивать заранее, есть ли кровати с жестким матрацем. В мини-баре номера действительно было мини - 2 бутылочки воды 😄...

This hotel was a wonderful surprise, all staff welcoming and so helpful. Our room was lovely with a small balcony and had everything you needed. We were there when a wedding was on and 2 bus tours, but it never felt crowded even at breakfast and no extra noise. We did not use the spa and preferred to swim in the lake as there are steps to it beside the hotel - the hotel encourages this and gives you special towels to take with you. Breakfast was a good spread, the first morning we were in the overspill part, but had views of the lake . We did not want to leave and will be back.

The location is great! Very nice grounds around the hotel and a beautiful view of the lake.

This hotel doesn’t have air conditioning in the rooms! When we were checking in, the room was probably +50 degrees inside ! Absolutely terrible. The beds. I think the mattress from ikea is more comfortable. Those mattresses are about the same size and comfort level as the ones used by the pool lounges. But the final drop in the bucket was a good fat cockroach that we found on our bed!

The hotel was really good, location is nice. overseeing the lake Thun was an increcible thing. Staff was really nice. The breakfast was awesome. The rooms were spacious.

The hotel does not have aircondition units in the rooms. They have a manual electric fan which was a fine solution. But, I'd rather have air-condition. Also, the mattresses were a bit wavey, which is not my favorite type of mattresses.

Konumu her ne kadar tren istasyonuna biraz uzak olsa da Thun gölüne sıfır konumda olması mükemmeldi. Hem gölde yüzebildik hem etrafında yürüyüş yapabildik. Tesisin spa alanı çok güzel ve keyifliydi. Odalar temiz çalışanlar ilgiliydi.

Das Bett war klein und mit 2 Duvets etwas eng. Es war auch heiss. Zudem sind die Zimmer hellhörig.

Frühstück Top! Die Mitarbeiterin war unermüdlich am auftischen und aufräumen.

L’accueil, la gentillesse du personnel, vraiment incroyable

We were there for supposed to be a honeymoon but the room was so hot. It was my first time to see a hotel with an electric fan. No air conditioning. The bathroom is flooding and there was limited towels for the flooded floor when you take a bath. When you use the toilet you don’t feel comfortable because the florid wet. It failed our expectation. I wish I could have complained but we just ignored because that’s natural in Switzerland that no Aircon inside the rooms. Sorry for telling the truth in my experience. Your location is very beautiful as it is facing the beautiful lake but what matters is how comfortable are your rooms. By the way I have to give complements to your breakfast. It was good. Hope you will do something at your room # 6 where we stayed.

im zimmer gab es zwar einen wasserkocher, aber weder tee noch kaffee. für ein 4stern hotel beschämend. zum frühstück nur reismilch als alternative zu kuhmilch. weder soja noch hafermilch. kellnerin hat von hand eiswürfel aus dem glas geklaubt, als wir ein glas mit weniger eis verlangt haben.

Früstück war sehr gut. Leider sind alle drei Kaffeemaschinen gleichzeitig ausgefallen.

Frühstück war gut. Personal zuvorkommend/Hilfsbereit. Kühlschrank im Zimmer vorhanden, was super ist und leider nicht mehr so dem Standard entspricht, daher klar ein + Punkt.

Die Temperatur in den Zimmern war dann schon eher hoch. Die Beschattung lies sich dann nicht mehr runter fahren, ev. durch Wind etc. pp. und der Ventilator im Zimmer war dann auch "nur" ein Tropfen auf den heissen Stein.

The location is definitely the strongest point. The hotel is right on the lake, with direct access to the water, which is wonderful if you want to swim or simply enjoy the lakeside. The bus stop is also conveniently located right next to the hotel, making it easy to reach Thun train station and travel onwards to other places. Breakfast was quite basic and nothing particularly memorable. Overall, the location is excellent, but the small room, lack of a view despite booking a balcony room, unpleasant bathroom smell, and disappointing service made the stay much less enjoyable than we expected. For the price we paid, we expected a considerably higher level of comfort and hospitality.

Disappointing stay despite an excellent location Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing, especially considering the price and the reputation of the area. We booked a room with a balcony expecting to enjoy the beautiful Swiss scenery. However, our room had no meaningful view at all, only a parking lot and some trees. This was particularly disappointing because Switzerland is known for its spectacular views, and we specifically chose a balcony room for this reason. The room itself was also very small, and the bathroom had a strong, unpleasant musty smell throughout our stay. Our first experience at reception was also not positive. The female receptionist was quite unfriendly and repeatedly told us that only suites had lake views. Thankfully, another male staff member later assisted us and found us a balcony room, despite us explaining several times what we had booked. The most disappointing part of our stay, however, was the restaurant service. We felt that some of the female staff were particularly unfriendly towards us, and at times the treatment felt uncomfortable and almost discriminatory. We were sitting outside and ordered champagne, but the order was never brought. We asked three times, and even after waiting for around 30 minutes, nobody came back to us. There were only two or three other tables at the time, so the restaurant was certainly not busy. Eventually, we managed to find a waiter and raised the issue, after which our order was finally taken.

Die Lage direkt am See ist im Sommer natürlich herrlich... lädt ein zum Schwimmen Empfang/Reception speditiv und freundlich Parkplatz in Tiefgarage möglich Zimmer 5. Stock grosszügig, ruhig, sehr schöne und stilvolle Möblierung, gutes Farbdesign, moderne Ausstattung, gosses Badezimmer, kleine Dachterrasse, Frühstück alles was man braucht..

Die Lage war toll und das Zimmer war ausreichend groß mit kleinem Wintergarten! Das Bad ist neu und mit gutem Duschkopf. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut bestückt - mit Bircher Müsli. Die Lage ist unschlagbar und es gibt einen kleinen Zugang zum See

Die Matratze war wirklich unbrauchbar - mit zwei Fingern zusammen zu drücken und etwa 15 cm hoch - für ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht angemessen. Keine Klimaanlage bei 37 Grad Außentemperatur!

Restaurant Veel te weinig bediening Kregen eerst een kaart met en dure en weinig keuze. Na doorvragen bleek er nog een 2e kaart te zijn. Zeer lang wachten op eten en drinken. Géén airco aanwezig.

Hôtel très bien situé, au bord du lac, au milieu d'un parc avec des arbres magnifiques. Parking en sous-sol pour garer les motos en sécurité, parfait. Large spacieux, propre. Accueil magnifique à la réception. Nous avons eu la chambre souhaité, au dernier étage, avec une douche, un grand lit, comme demandé. Petit déjeuné très bien, les 2 salles sont grandes + la terrasse à l'ombre le matin.

Le seul reproche que l'on peux faire à ce très bel établissement est l'absence de climatisation dans les chambres. Avec la canicule exceptionnelle de cette été, la température les soir dans la chambre était de 30 degrés...Sans réelle possibilité de rafraichir la chambre pour dormir. Les ventilateurs c'est bien, mais cela fait beaucoup de bruit. Il serait judicieux d'installer des brasseurs d'air au plafond de chaque chambre qui apporteraient déjà une amélioration pour un coût raisonnable.

1) il servizio ristorante non era a disposizione : il ristorante stellato è stato sempre chiuso , l'altro ristorante ,il timeless alla richiesta di cenare è stato dichiarato indisponibile per mancanza di posti dalla reception ! tuttavia ignorando la reception ci siamo presentati in sala ed il cameriere, come ospiti dell'hotel, ci ha fatto accomodare ! abbiamo anche notato che che pochi tavoli erano già occupati ! l'impressione è stata quella che non volevano offrire il servizio ristorazione . 2) il parcheggio annunciato come gratuito nel sito di booking , dopo la conferma d'odine è apparso a pagamento per 15 € /gg : al check out ci è stato chiesto di pagare per due auto invece che una ! 3) la camera assegnata n. 115 con affaccio sulla strada pubblica è risultata molto rumorosa : la mancanza di aria condizionata obbliga all'apertura delle finestre visto il caldo ; 4) il personale della reception si è dimostrato poco disponibile e poco attento sia nel check in ( nonostante gli fosse stata presentata la prenotazione booking in lingua tedesca ) sia nel check out .

Nos alojamos en este hotel durante nuestro viaje a Suiza. La ubicación es ideal, justo delante del lago Thun y con acceso directo al lago donde poder bañarte, en un entorno de ensueño. El personal es muy amable y resolutivo. El desayuno es muy completo, con una amplia variedad de embutidos y quesos, entre otros. El café es también de calidad, preparado en una máquina superautomática. Si se desea disfrutar de una experiencia culinaria más top, hay un restaurante con estrella Michelin en el propio hotel. Nuestra habitación (doble con balcón) era correcta y luminosa. Quizás un poco pequeña si llevas mucho equipaje. El baño, muy completo. El único inconveniente es que no hay aire acondicionado en la habitación y este verano está siendo muy caluroso, incluso en Suiza. Sí que hay un pequeño aparato ventilador que ayuda a dormir mejor. Las almohadas que tuvimos la primera noche eran más blandas de lo que estamos acostumbrados, pero valoramos muy positivamente que nos las cambiasen por otras más duras y ergonómicas. El spa del hotel es increíble: muy amplio y completo. Con jacuzzi y 3 tipos diferentes de sauna (húmeda, finlandesa y eco. Esta última no es tan caliente como la tradicional, pero también es muy agradable). En la misma habitación encuentras el albornoz y las zapatillas para acceder al spa. Valoramos especialmente bien que el hotel tuviese parking integrado, con plazas amplias. Si algún día no hay plaza dentro del parking, hay algunas plazas en la parte exterior. Cerca del hotel también hay supermercados, que ofrecen buenas opciones si quieres hacer excursiones y llevarte la comida. Recomendamos el hotel por su ubicación (ideal, de fácil acceso y frente al lago), trato del personal y tranquilidad.

Pas de climatisation

Très bon emplacement, juste en face du lac où l’on peut se baigner, et à environ 20 min à pied du centre-ville et de la gare. Le spa est également un vrai point fort : très beau, agréable et de très bonne qualité.

Chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec vue sur le local à vélos, aucune climatisation mais seulement un vieux ventilateur, ménage moyen et oreillers très très inconfortables pratiquement inexistants. Les peignoirs et chaussons ne sont pas remplacés pendant le séjour. Les photos du site mettent surtout en avant les chambres premium et, surtout, aucune information à l’arrivée sur les activités proposées par l’hôtel : nous avons découvert le dernier jour qu’il était possible de louer des vélos et des canoës.

Die Hotelanlage mit dem Park und die direkte Seepromenade ist wunderbar.

Der Preis war hoch und alle Tische waren reserviert. Mir ist es bewusst, dass es wegen den Thunerseespiele war. Alles in allem war das Hotel gut. Es war nicht mein erster Aufenthalt bei ihnen.

Es war mein dritter Aufenthalt im Hotel Seepark....und definitiv nicht der letzte. Der Empfang und das ganze Personal sind überaus kompetent und sehr sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und die Produkte im Bad, die einem zur Verfügung gestellt werden, riechen himmlisch. Egal wo man im Hotel verweilt (Terrasse, Frühstückssaal, Wellness) herrscht eine entspannende Atmosphäre. Danke liebes Seepark Team!

Das Hotel hat die beste Lage die man bekommen kann. Es ist und bleibt mein Lieblingshotel. Der Service rundet das ganze Erlebnis nochmals wunderschön ab.

Es war sehr heiss...Zimmer hat leider keine Klimaanlage...

툰 호수가에 있어 아침 산책할 때 본 호수가 경치가 정말 이뻐요. 이토록 고요하고 평화로울 수 있을까 싶었어요. 평생 잊지 못할 풍경을 볼 수 있어 비싼 숙박비가 어느 정도 용서 되었어요. 직원분들도 모두 굉장히 친절하세요. 규모가 꽤 큰 호텔입니다. 방은 코딱지만하지만 호수에서 탈 수 있는 카약같은 작은 배도 있고, 무료로 이용할 수 있는 사우나도 있어요. 조식 먹을 때 일본인 단체 관광객들이 식사를 하고 있었는데 계란 옆에 한글, 일본어, 중국어로 삶은계란이라고 적혀 있는 걸로 봐서 단체관광객들이 이용하는 호텔인 듯 합니다.

여름 성수기 급하게 예약해서인지 너무너무 비쌌어요. 그 가격에 걸맞는 시설이었다면 비용이 아깝지 않았을텐데 방이 너무 작았어요. 이비스 호텔도 이것보다는 크겠다 싶었어요. 캐리어 두개를 펼치면 공간이 거의 없었어요. 조식도 단촐합니다.

Super Lage, diekt am See. Nahe ind einfach um im See ein erfrischendes Bad zu nehmen. In unserem kleinen Zimmer war alles vorhanden. Schöne grosse Eingangshalle. Super feines reichhaltigesFrühstück Sehr nettes kompetentes Personal an der Reception. Hilfreicher Page beim Gepäck und in der Velogarage.

On diesen heissen Tagen, keine Kühlung über Nacht. Service. Bedienung an der Bar am Abend war inkompetent. Serviceaushilfen sollten kurze Einführung erhalten! - z.B: Messer nicht an der Klinge und Gabel an den Zinken anfassen

Sehr freundliches Personal, Super Lage, Hervorragendes und umfangreiches Frühstück, Schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel

Da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist, könnte es bei heissen Sommern im Zimmer etwas warm werden. Für Langschläfer wäre es schön, wenn das Check out etwas später wäre.

Das Frühstück war gut. Zusätzliche Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Was mir noch fehlte waren lactosefreie Yoghurts. Da habe ich aber nicht nachgefragt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer über dem Haupteingang. Dadurch hatten wir durch die abfahrenden Motorfahrräder schon am Nachmittag unangenehmer Lärm. Abend viel Gerede von Personen.

Hotel parfaitement situé au bord du lac. Grand hall agréable, petit-déjeuner copieux et complet. Accueil sympathique, en français et en allemand. Possibilité d'utiliser le local vélo sécurisé.

Prix relativement élevé (mais réservation en période de vacances). Peu d'équipement en chambre (pas de brosses à dent, fil, etc.). Chambres chaudes en été (pas de climatisation, mais mise à disposition d'un ventilateur).
