Roc Seven Biarritz

Room was fabulous very clean and modern. Loved the little touches and the hats beach towels flip flops etc all a bonus. The staff were very friendly. We ate breakfast every morning and really thought it was good value. So close to the beach with fabulous views. Just loved it

Adored our stay at Roc Seven. Amazing location right in the heart of Biarritz next to Port Vieux beach where we swam every day. Appreciated that the hotel provided beach towels for us to use. Loved looking out from our room over the sea. Friendly staff and a magnificent bar for evening cocktails.

Everything! It was stylish, comfortable and we loved the vibe of the whole place. We stayed in Room 102 - best room ever! The staff on reception were particularly helpful and friendly.

Ich hatte sowohl von meinem Zimmer als auch während des Frühstücks einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer. Das Essen im Restaurant war stets vorzüglich. Das Personal war immer sehr zuvorkommend.

Im Badezimmer fehlten einige Beautyprodukte. Ansonsten fallen mir keine Nachteile ein.

This was the definition of a perfect experience. Whoever designed this, didn’t miss any detail to create such a beautiful atmosphere. The interior, the eye for the little details here and there, the dining experience, the good energy in the team, the nice smell everywhere, the location of this place, the list could go longer. As guests we felt that everyone in the team wanted for their guests the best possible experience. I suppose thats the essence of hospitality. Many thanks to the Roc Seven team for making our first stay in Biarritz a forever moment.

While the location is perfect to explore Biarritz in any direction, it comes with a bit of noise. Be it people in the streets at the evening, or trucks in the morning, passing the hotel. But the sound insulation windows cut this noise by nearly 90%. Its still noticeable, but never bothering.

The view out of the French windows was stunning. The room itself was very comfortable with a well thought out layout for the bathroom. The location was perfect and the hotel had a relaxed beach vibe

Отель у самого моря и в самом центре Биаррица. Всё близко. В семейном номере две комнаты, из одной вид на пляж старого порта. В номер позаботились положить сланцы для походов на пляж и соломенные шляпы от солнца. Хороший ресторан. Но нет лифта и своей парковки.

Припарковаться у самого отеля не получится. Свободные места на ближайших парковках (одной наземной рядом и двух подземных чуть подальше) могут быть только рано утром и поздно вечером.

Dar Zimmer (Nr. 202) war ausreichen groß, frontaler Blick auf das Meer und den Strand beim alten Hafen. Betten in Ordnung, Badezimmer komfortabel und praktisch. Kaffee und Tee am Zimmer, Kühlschrank. Das Hotel hat keinen Lift, es wurde uns sehr großzügig mit den Koffern geholfen!

Probably the nicest hotel in town is Roc Seven Biarritz. The location is ideal and seems to be straight out of a fairy tale, the hotel being between historical buildings and a natural bay that offers a sensational beach located 2 minutes from the accommodation. Our room was special and we appreciated the interior design, the sea view, but also the hats received from the hosts. On the ground floor of the building is the restaurant and a phenomenal terrace where you could spend the whole day. I would say it is the best accommodation in Biarritz.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely excellent, right in front of the beach. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the linens and towels were spotless. I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome package, which included a beach bag, hat, slippers, and a mini SPF, as well as the quality of the toiletries. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it!

The only downside of the building is the lack of an elevator

Fantastic hotel and perfect location. The room and sea view was incredible. It was a great location to walk everywhere it Biarritz. Food and restaurant setting was excellent. Just a minute walk to the beach! We hope to visit again soon!

La habitación increíble. Con vista a la playa y el mar. Espaciosa y con un diseño espectacular. Detalles como que te regalen un sombrero playero, ojotas, crema. La ubicación es perfecta. El diseño del hotel. La amabilidad de las personas que trabajan ahi.

The room was beautiful. The layout, the quality and style of the decor and furnishings, everything. Very comfortable bed too.

L’emplacement est très bien face a la mer. L’hôtel est joliment décoré, c’est cozy et moderne.

Meme en ayant pris une option premium et avoir été surclassés la chambre était vraiment très petite. Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas d’ascenseur est vraiment gênant à mon sens… avec des valises et en étant enceinte, ce n’était pas du tout pratique vu le standing attendu. Les options pour le petit-déjeuner étaient trop limitées.

Luxueux mais pas guindé, au top , avec une équipe jeune, efficace, accueillante et toujours disponible.bravo

La ubicación frente a la playa es fantástica con estupendas vistas al mar. La habitación y el baño son amplios y la cama muy cómoda. Muchos detalles en la habitación para disfrutar, como café, te, agua fresca (los cuales reponían todos los días), albornoz y chanclas para la ducha.... La situación del hotel en calle con restaurantes y comercios y muy cerca del epicentro de la ciudad es ideal para disfrutar unos días.

La ducha es algo incómoda porque la puerta de la mampara se abre hacia adentro y no hay sitio para entrar a la ducha sin restregarte por las paredes de la ducha. No hay ascensor, aunque nos subió las maletas a la habitación un trabajador muy majo y servicial.

Just back from 3 nights in probably the lovellest hotel we've ever stayed in! Ignore any reviews older than May 25, as this has new owners, has had a full refurbishment and it's fabulous. Small (only 9 rooms) but everything is just perfect - the location, the room, the view, the food and best of all the staff are fantastic. Our ocean confort room had floor to ceiling windows which open onto an amazing view of the beach below, over the bar/restaurant terraces. The bed is bliss, the ensuite shower room is roomy, everything works and is spotlessly clean. The bar and restaurant are busy with non-residents who come for the chilled vibe and great food so it doesn't feel like a small hotel, it just feels right. We're not french-speakers but all the staff were so friendly and helpful, whilst completely professioal and never over-familiar. Special mention for manager Fanny, for whom nothing was too much trouble, always ready with a smile and an answer to provide anything needed. We loved it, and would not hesitate to return. Our first time in Biarritz, which we thought was a great place to visit, and we couldn't be happier with our choice of hotel. 10/10! Read less

The room was so small, we could hardly move in it. For the price we paid I would have expected a bit more comfort.

L’accueil du personnel est exceptionnel, toutes les personnes travaillant dans cet établissement ont été extrêmement accueillant et arrangeant, malgré la présence de beaucoup de personnes en ce week-end du 15 août. Nous avons été impressionné par la qualité de l’accueil et la gentillesse de tout le monde, un grand merci ! En dehors de cela, les chambres sont propres et décorées avec goût. Le restaurant est excellent, aussi bien la nourriture que le cocktail et le rooftop … quel spot 🤩

Great location and very cool bar and restaurant. very near a small beach and easy walk from the shops.

The bed was very small for a double bed. The room itself was much smaller than expected and hard to walk around the bed to get to the bathroom as the mini bar was in the way. The terrace room we had requested was positioned on the main hotel terrace with diners sitting right next just next to us.

Hôtel refait à neuf avec une décoration de très bon goût ! Et une vue magnifique. Personnel bienveillant et aux petits soins avec les clients. Nous avons dîner au restaurant et les plats étaient très raffinés. Petit déjeuner très correct. Séjour très agréable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
