Nos encantó nuestra estancia. El apartamento estaba súper limpio, moderno y muy bien equipado; además, todo es nuevo y está muy cuidado. El personal fue súper amable y la comunicación con ellos fue excelente. La ubicación también nos pareció perfecta, muy cerca de la estación de metro de Omonoia y a unos 10 minutos andando del centro. El barrio está rodeado de librerías y cafeterías con mucho encanto. Sin duda, será nuestra opción siempre que volvamos a Atenas. ¡Muchas gracias por todo! 😊

Very central to a lot of places. Great facilities including washing machines and dryers. Very spacious inside and utilities were well stocked upon us getting there. The owner was super attentive to detail and very easily contactable when we had issues getting into the apartment at 11:30 PM. He came to our rescue with no complaints and made sure we we got in safe. Daily housekeeping was a nice touch too. He even gave us a discount for breakfast at his nearby cafe and the food was surprisingly pretty good. Staff were all so lovely. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The owner was especially attentive and kind. They even accepted my request for a late check-out and were helpful, and I was able to check in early, around 11:00 AM. I would stay here again when I visit Athens.

Bit further from Psiri but walkable and always good to walk off dinner anyway, so overall we liked the place!

Todo; ubicación, espacio, limpieza, decoración, simpatia y amabilidad de Stratos. El apartmaneto esta hiper bien localizado, cerca del centro y en un barrio lleno super simpatico para patear y descubrir tiendas, bares y restaurantes muy buenos. Muy cerca Seme, tambien gestionado por Statos, con unas focaccias y uns pies de miedo !!! y si subes 50 metros esa calle tienes dos cafes, uno a cada lado de la calle, regentados por la misma persona, muy chulos para tomarte un brunch el domingo o un cafe matinal sin prisas y en medio de locales. Me sorprendió la cantidad de librerias en un radio de pocos metros del apartamento, unas 4 creo ... y por ultimo, muy tarnquilo gracias a unas buenas ventanas, que se agradece cuando llegas a Athens muerto y necesitas una noche descansada

Simplemente que la calle podría estar mas limpia y con menos grafiti pero no es culpa de ellos ... de hecho, si en lugar de bajar la calle, subes, veras 50 metros arriba un entorno completamente distinto, de un barrio muy elegante.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, ruhig und dennoch zentral. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, wie in unserem Fall, perfekt; man kann alles zu Fuß erkunden. Der Kontakt war sehr angenehm, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es hat uns in der Unterkunft an nichts gefehlt. Erwähnenswert ist, dass die Straße und das Gebäude, in dem die Unterkunft liegt, von außen nicht besonders ansehnlich ist. Wir haben aber sehr gut geschlafen und uns sehr sicher gefühlt.

The two bedroom/two bathroom property was super for our family of four! It was very clean, furnished with modern furniture. The company was flexible to get us early check in and stored our luggage for late check out. They were very responsive in our communications! Thank you very much!

This is not on the apartment itself which was awesome, but the neighbourhood which had a lot of graffiti, shutters for the stores, that didn't give a feel of a safe space.

Extremely clean, and great information with check in.

Nothing, it was perfect

Location was very good, situated on the street behind Titania Hotel. It was a safe building that requires a key to get into at night so it felt very safe. The apt itself is very spacious, lots of room in the living area, and you have the basic amenities in the kitchen including plates and silverware and I believe a small induction stove top. The bathroom was equally very spacious, and the bedroom was medium size. There is a laundry room where you can do your laundry (including a dryer!). This was a life saver expecially when coming off a 7 day boat cruise with a bunch of dirty laundry. The cleaners do a fantastic job keeping the place clean as well. All in all, I would absolutely recommend staying here and will be booking for my next visit!

The property manager was very responsive. He greeted us and helped with the luggage. Upon entering the property, we were met with a warm welcome and cold AC! The property overall exceeded expectations. The attention to detail was phenomenal— from extra blankets, washer & dryer, toiletries, and house slippers! Oh and the 2 bedroom apartment actually had 2 bathrooms which was a pleasant surprise! It did not state it in the description. Lastly, they allowed a late check in. Superb hospitality! The little lobby with the library, music, and umbrellas made the ambiance much more welcoming.

It’s completely outside their control, but there was a club nearby so I couldn’t sleep until 3am only after it closed down on one of the nights. Otherwise, the bed, beddings, and AC were perfect.

Our stay at Kin Athens was excellent. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the rooms felt modern and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was great. A special thank you to Stratos — he was absolutely amazing. One of the best hosts I’ve ever met. Extremely kind, helpful, responsive, and genuinely caring. He made everything easy for us and always went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. His hospitality alone deserves 10/10. He made us feel truly welcome.

El apartamento sobresaliente

Our second stay at Kin and once again in a very new, clean and well sized 1 bedroom apartment. It was a lovely apartment to spend time in. Close to a metro station and the more touristy area of Athens. The host was absolutely lovely and helpful. A genuinely nice person.

The location of the apartments is great - very close to the city centre and right across the street is a good café. Apartment was very nice and spacious. The host is super nice and responds quickly

Genialna lokalizacja, ogromna ilość restauracji i sklepów, a przy tym cicha okolica. Zawsze w mieszkaniu było czysto, a zatrzymaliśmy się tutaj kolejny raz.

I really liked the apartment and its location. The host was extremely helpful, he even picked up our lost luggage from the airport service and placed it in our room, which we truly appreciated. The facilities were in excellent condition; everything felt new and stylish. The location is perfect, right in the center, yet on a quiet street, so there was no excessive noise.

Everything was really nice, nothing to complain about.

Super Lage, man kann zu Fuß überall hin. Cafés, Restaurants alles in der Umgebung. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ebenfalls alles um die Ecke. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

It could be one of my favorite stays that I have ever experienced. The owner was very sweet and polite. It had a home feeling while being taken care of almost like a hotel guest. Definitely recommend and location is great because its close to everything. Was worried because before coming I saw the comment the location being a bit sketchy but I found the comment very wrong. The whole of athens has the vibe of graffiti filled streets so I think it was safe and convenient. I stayed for 8 days and will come back :)

The hotel was beautiful — incredibly clean and equipped with high-quality amenities. Check-in and access were very easy, and our host Stratos was extremely attentive and helpful. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the central areas, but the location itself feels very pleasant and enjoyable. Definitely recommended.

no breakfast but good comms for check in made the process easy enough .the walk to the metro probably 10min and some good restaurants around . Easy walk to and around the acropolis but this was November so nice weather to walk around

only improvement would be the amount of noise from other guests entering and walking through making noise in the early hours of the morning. a quieter access lock could be an improvement.

It was a bit noisy for me - lots of construction from early in the morning and could hear a local club partying until very late at night. I’m a light sleeper so it wasn’t the best for me. Not the apartment’s fault however and my daughter didn’t even notice so not everyone would have an issue

Excellent place — clean, comfortable, great location. Lots of space for family of 4 with kids aged 12 and 14. 25-30 mins walk from Acropolis. Great restaurants nearby, recommend Trata Fish. And a very kind and helpful host.

Lage war super und obwohl der Gastgeber bei der Ankunft nicht da war, hat er uns den Check-in Prozess sehr verständlich übers Telefon erklärt. Außerdem hat er uns gute Infos und Tipps beispielsweise zur Metro geschickt, was sehr hilfreich war. Es war auch sehr sauber und wir haben sogar neue Kaffee Kapseln bekommen.

Leider waren die Wände sehr dünn, sodass man in der Wohnung alles gehört hat was auf dem Flur oder der Wohnung nebenan passierte. Außerdem wäre Salz in der Küche nett, da man das ja beim Reisen eher weniger mitnimmt. Aber das sind die einzigen Kritikpunkte.

Rate Kin Athens is a beautifully renovated apartment in a residential building in central Athens, divided into several guest units connected by a narrow hallway. The property is in fantastic condition-spotlessly clean and impressively maintained. Everything feels fresh and new. The host was exceptional: he reached out before our arrival, greeted us warmly, and gave a helpful briefing about the apartment and Athens in general. The apartment was perfectly equipped with kitchenware, basic amenities, comfortable beds, clean towels, a cozy living room, dining table with chairs, and powerful air conditioning in all rooms. There was even a well-maintained laundry room with multiple washers and dryers, and no waiting time. Clear instructions in English were provided, and the host was always available via WhatsApp. Entry was secure with both a key and a code, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. As a thoughtful touch, there were even candies and chocolates for the kids. We had no issues with hot water or water pressure-the shower worked perfectly.

There was nothing negative to say about the apartment itself-it was flawless. However, Athens as a city was deeply disappointing. Aside from the host, we didn’t encounter a single local Greek. The city felt unsafe, filled with crime, hateful graffiti, and swastikas on nearly every corner. In this context, the apartment stood out as the only bright spot in the heart of the city. If you must stay in central Athens, I wholeheartedly recommend this place and only this place.

Everything! The property manager Stratos contacted us right after we landed. He informed us of the 24 hour strike that caused all taxi/bus/uber services to halt. Fortunately for us, metro was running until 5 pm and with instructions from Stratos, we were able to get to Kin with no trouble. The property is conveniently located near restaurants and shops. We were there for 3 nights and, except to/from the airport, we walked everywhere and saw so much of Athens. Also loved having a coffee shop across the street and a wine bar next to it :)

Beautiful modern and quiet apartment in a fantastic location. Very near the metro station. Lots of great food spots nearby. Everything was clean and comfortable. Stratos the host was very accommodating. I would love to stay here again.

Our host was great - very welcoming and communicated everything we needed to know about our stay very clearly. We only stayed at Kin Athens for one night, and it was perfect for this. The room was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for the short stay.

Some may not love the location (maybe avoid if you have small children?) but personally we did not find this to be an issue. Much of Athens is in a similar condition. Pay attention to your surroundings and you will be fine.
