Reviewed Sep 8, 2026I like how every single staff is someone you can talk to easily, like Kim, Connie, Melanie, Trish, gab, ping, lori, Maine, Arlene, Art, Ivan, Jade Fritz,hannah. And they will make your life easier and it's place where you can tell it'll be safe and call home.
I don't like how they don't have watermelon juice and the togue is only from Friday through Sunday. It should be every day

Staff is like ridiculously strict and I feel they are rewarded for getting money out of customers, they are not really taught human friendliness. Also Manila just has a lot of filth outside, this is something you got to get used to

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026This place exceeded my expectations. Aside from the facilities, what really stood out to me the most is the staff. I genuinely felt taken care of during my stay. Whenever I have concerns, the staff are immediate in addressing these. Most notable experience was when I had a medical emergency and their manager, Maine, stayed with me until I felt better. I will definitely go back to this place. Worth the money and time.
Sometimes the internet is disconnecting but I believe the staff can also assist you with that.

Na stałe zamknięte okno w pokoju. Stara i głośno działająca klimatyzacja. Jedna działająca winda - bardzo długi czas oczekiwania. Nie sprzątane pokoje. Nie wymieniane ręczniki , nie uzupełniany papier toaletowy.

The main let down was from the thin windows allowing the noise from the streets to travel up, we were staying on the sixth floor sleeping with earplugs in and could still hear traffic from the road

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026La struttura si trova nella zona centrale della movida, ci sono molti locali e ristoranti a pochi passi. Staff cordiale e gentile, camera pulita anche se un pochino piccola. Bellissima la vista dalla finestra che affaccia direttamente sui grattacieli. Ottima la colazione con la possibilità di avere uova strapazzate o omelette fatte al momento.
La stanza è veramente piccola, se si hanno molte valigie c’è poco spazio per muoversi.

Diciamo che la struttura è divisa tra ostello e hotel e purtroppo il livello di servizio è in linea con l’ostello anche per le stanze hotel. Poi io sarò stata sfortunata ma avevo chiesto il servizio transfer dall’aeroporto visto che arrivavo all’1,30 di notte e il driver non si è presentato. L’hotel lo ha poi contattato e lui si è giustificato che aveva capito le 13:00 e non 1:00. E’ arrivato oltre un’ora dopo e così sono arrivata in hotel alle 3 del mattino. la stanza non aveva gli asciugamani nel bagno e a quell’ora pazienza ma l’indomani la stanza non è stata pulita così ho più dovuto chiedere almeno gli asciugamani.

Las camas son cómodas, tienes zonas de vestidor y maletas y el baño al lado con varias duchas y WC. Tienes la posibilidad de desayunar en la azotea y en la planta del Lobby tienes zona de trabajo y de ocio.

Slow internet connection not suitable for remote work as their network just has a very basic network configuration. Lan ports in Skype are not working even IT staff doesn't seem to investigate nor enable one of the LAN ports. Maybe consider upgrading to a higher internet bandwidth and redesign your network.
