The workers were so far ahead and so awesome service. The hotel is so beautiful that the cruise ship tour the area where our view looks out to the rest of Oia. our rooms were to die for.

Vale mucho la pena pagar el precio por el atendimiento que te dan. El desayuno es buenísimo y tú eliges la hora que quieres que te lo traigan. Las vistas perfectas. Angelica y John fueron tan buenos y atentos con nosotros. Muy amables y profesionales, hicieron de nuestra estancia una experiencia aún más maravillosa. It was on the edge of town, perfect location to walk in to Oia but peaceful during the day! The views from this hotel were incredible and the staff were really lovely and helpful!

Literally nothing… it was a great hotel for the money! Would definitely recommend. There is no hotel bar which we were disappointed with at first but quickly learned that you can have whatever you want via room service delivered to your own private terrace… perfect!!!

Ikies Hotel exceeded every expectation! The location is absolutely perfect, with breathtaking views of the caldera that made every moment unforgettable. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and full of charming Cycladic style. The service was truly the best we’ve ever experienced. The team went above and beyond to make our short stay incredibly special. They arranged a surprise private birthday dinner for my mom on our terrace, complete with flowers and a cake, and even sang Happy Birthday to her. It was such a thoughtful and unforgettable experience that we’ll cherish forever. The jacuzzi was amazing, the views were spectacular, and every detail was perfect. We can’t wait to come back and will be recommending Ikies Hotel to everyone visiting Santorini!

Our stay at Ikies Santorini was truly the highlight of our trip. I knew it was meant to be when I saw that we could stay in the Musician’s Suite, especially since I’m a musician! The suite was spacious and beautiful and the views were incredible! The location was perfect—peaceful and secluded enough to escape the crowds, yet only a short walk to the restaurants and shops. Every morning, the staff delivered a delicious breakfast to our room. The private balcony gave us complete privacy and watching the sunsets was breathtaking. Bed was very comfortable. The staff was wonderful - they were warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

The rooms were lovely and comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants. The breakfast was great and it’s just outside the main tourist area which is ideal.

Passar 3 noites no Ikies Santorini foi uma experiência de sonho. A começar pela vista surreal!!! Eu e meu marido fomos agora em junho e ficamos no Boatman's House. De lá, você tem uma visão maravilhosa da caldeira, de toda a encosta com as casinhas brancas de Oia, e ainda, devido à orientação do quarto, consegue ver o o sol se pôr por completo! Um verdadeiro espetáculo!!! O café da manhã é MUITO gostoso. Variado e farto, servido na mesa do terraço: um luxo! A piscina é muito quentinha e espaçosa, com um banco para ficarmos apreciando a beleza que é Santorini. Não dava vontade de sair de lá! Achei a localização perfeita, porque fica um pouco afastado da confusão, o que torna o lugar bastante silencioso. Por outro lado, em 10 minutos você chega a pé ao centrinho. Impossível não elogiar a equipe!! Todos muito profissionais, gentis e prestativos!! Angelica e Daniela, em especial, fizeram nossa estadia perfeita. Obrigada mais uma vez!! Espero sinceramente voltar em breve com minhas filhas. Não hesitarei em escolher novamente o Ikies!!

A única coisa que incomodou um pouco foi um cheiro ruim que vinha do banheiro quando o quarto ficava fechado. Não chegou a atrapalhar a experiência. Quando abríamos as janelas, ficava ok. Mas seria interessante tentarem corrigir ;)

Localização impecável - vista perfeita da Caldeira, próximo ao centro de Oia mas não dentro do burburinho. Hotel pequeno - a paz durante a manhã ou à noite é incrível Tem um estacionamento público próximo, grande, o que é ótimo - tranquilidade para estacionar e não é preciso carregar as malas por muito tempo.

Nosso quarto especificamente (Gardener’s house) era bem pequeno , pouco espaço para mala de duas pessoas (Mas a varanda privada compensa) O café da manhã deve ser escolhido sempre na véspera - itens e horário. Tira um pouco a espontaneidade ! Mas, considerando-se a estrutura do hotel, faz sentido ser assim

As expected, an exceptional place, with amazing views, just outside the main touristic area of Oia. Jaccuzi, sunset from the terrasse, view to the bay and even friendly cats passing around.

Unless you're allergic to cats (there are quite many in Santorini) ...

Im Vergleich zum Aufenthalt vor 3 Jahren hat sich nicht viel verändert, vielleicht wird ein bisschen am Frühstück gespart, es gibt nur einen Kaffe pro Person, sonst zahlt man Aufpreis, sonst ist alles nach wie vor top und es gibt nichts negatives zu sagen

Das acomodações novas de muito bom gosto, de tomar o café da manhã na área externa com a vista do mar e da simpatia da equipe do hotel, principalmente da recepção.

Uma dica seria colocar uma garrafa térmica para o leite e café, pois como é servido na área externa, já vem morno e esfria muito rápido.

This is an incredible hotel. The view is the best in Santorini. I could have just sat in my balcony all day and been content. The staff is top notch. The rooms are unique. Built into the caves but very sunny and so comfortable.

Wifi was a bit spotty deep in the unit, but that is to be expected as you are truly in a cave!

Just a small thing but bottled water was provided in the room on arrival, when it ran out we had to pay for it to be replenished. In most hotels of this standard, still water is replenished on a daily basis without charge. Also it would be really handy to get a pre-warning when the hot tub was being checked. A couple of times when we were getting ready for the evening, we were caught unaware by the gentleman on the terrace. The receptionist who checked us in on our arrival was really lovely and very friendly.

The view with the sea and caldera was so worth it! The staff were all super friendly! Our stay here easily elevated our experience in Santorini. I was very indecisive when booking hotels but decided to book this hotel upon my research. I'm very glad I did and I have no regrets! Easily the best hotel we've stayed at because of how clean our room was, our room was amazing, very modernized, very easy to communicate with staff, friendly staff, and great hotel accommodations. The food was super fresh and served to our rooms. Our stay also included AC, fridge, coffee maker.

I chose a 3-night stay with reservations for 3 different rooms. What really bothered me was the attitude of the staff, who, although the hotel was 60% empty, sent the maid at 11 am who put the bucket and cleaning products directly in front of the door and waited for us to leave. I found it very bad considering that the hotel was empty and check-in was at 2 pm for other customers.

10 out of 10 for the hotel and staff at IKIES Santorini. The location is perfect - about a 15-minute walk to the shopping and restaurant area in Oia, so you don't get noise from tourists and you have privacy to enjoy the view while at the hotel pool. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They offer a pickup bus from the airport to the hotel, which was very convenient when our flight arrived at midnight in Santorini and departed early. The breakfast was really good with a variety of choices. I would definitely stay at the same hotel if I visit Santorini again. Katerina and all the other staff are the best.

Incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive staff. Views were perfect. From my perspective, better than in Oia - able to view the sunset and Oia together. Easy to walk to Oia - about 10 min to the edge of town and 20 to the center, with dedicated walking path most of the way. Room service food was excellent when you wanted to stay closer to the area. Really perfect.

Fantastic hotel - great location, incredible views, friendly staff! Perfect for a short stay in Oia, away from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets.

The property offers the most stunning views of Oia—an ideal spot to watch the sunsets. We stayed in the Boatman apartment, which is located close to reception but still felt very private, peaceful, and quiet. It featured a hot tub and plenty of space on the terrace. However, it was the staff who truly made our stay exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and professional, offering great recommendations and looking after us throughout our visit. A big thank you to Katarina, Kidiki, Mark, and Yuri (apologies if I’ve misspelled any names!). Although there isn't an on-site restaurant, the property offers in-room dining with an extensive à la carte menu featuring delicious, freshly cooked meals. We would absolutely recommend this place and look forward to staying here again.

As it was the start of the season (I believe we were the first to stay in the Boatman apartment in 2025!), it took a little time to sort out the water supply and balance the hot water—but we got there in the end. Other than that, there was nothing we didn’t like. It was the perfect spot for a short vacation, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Ikies Suites Santorini is an amazing hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and took great care of us the whole trip, from organising taxis, helping us with our luggage etc. The property is beautiful, perfect location to have great views of Oia, but only a short walk into the centre of Oia. Our suite was wonderful, and the private terrace was perfect to enjoy breakfast on every morning. Breakfast was also incredible, and a great selection. We had a great stay and would come back in a heartbeat
