Abbiamo soggiornato in questo caratteristico hotel nel centro città. La colazione era ottima e ben organizzata e la posizione eccellente per tutti gli spostamenti verso le attrazioni principali. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e ci ha aiutato in ogni modo per ogni dubbio e problema. Hanno acquistato per noi anche un adattatore universale e ce lo hanno fatto avere nel giro di poche ore! Straordinari! Grazie di tutto!

A great stay in Chengdu. Very friendly staff and a perfect location. Breakfast was very good, too. Rooms are spacious and the building is quite unique.

Es muy fácil de llegar al hotel desde la estación del tren, la línea lleva directamente hacia allá. Frank y sus compañeros son muy atentos y cuidadosos con todo. Al llegar nos recibieron con bebida fresca y al irnos recibimos unos panditas de peluche por parte de Frank. La comida es excelente, no hay porque irse a buscar a otro lugar, es de lo mejor que hemos comido en nuestra estancia en China, encima dan un cupón con algunos yuanes para descuento en el restaurante. El desayuno también es fabuloso. El hotel es hermoso y está en una calle histórica. Nos hubiera encantado quedarnos más noches aquí.

die lage ist super, das personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die guten bewertungen verstehe ich trotzdem nicht. es ist ein sehr sehr einfaches hotel, ohne den geringsten komfort. es war sehr sauber.

wir haben ein zimmer in den oberen stockwerken mit stadtblick reserviert und eines im untersten geschoss mit nur einem fenster zu einer feuermauer bekommen. das frühstück ist seeeehr einfach… unser bad war auch eher 2 sterne standard. keinesfalls ist es ein 4 sterne hotel.

The staff are very friendly, the decor of the hotel. We only stayed 2 nights tho as travelling short period of time. So can't really expand on much. I would recommend the hotel

The hotel and our room have so much character. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Free laundry service was great as well. The room came with free champagne but we don’t drink so they offered us mango juice instead which was the best. We only stayed for one night but they gave us 2 panda plushies as sourvenirs. I can’t praise the hotel enough and will definitely come back next time we’re in Chengdu :)

Absolutely loved this place. Great reception staff who speak English. They go out of their way to help you. Good breakfast, nice restaurant meals, and they even do your washing for free. Room was lovely. Nicely decorated courtyard and in a nice traditional street in a good location. I thought it was great value for money and would definitely recommend this place

Lovely place, very quaint and I loved the restaurant/ courtyard area. Reception staff were great and a bonus that they speak English. We got an upgrade and loved our room. In a nice very Chinese looking street which made it feel authentic. Close to People’s Park.

Todo. Comodo y muy limpio. El baño espectacular. Nos dieron una suite familiar y no faltaba ningún detalle. El personal del hotel maravilloso, te llevan las maletas a la habitación y te dan una bebida de bienvenida. En la habitación te dejan botellas de agua, vino, frutas y frutos secos. Al despedirnos nos dieron unos pandas de peluche. Todo maravilloso, nos alegramos mucho de coger este hotel.

Hotel in a quaint street looked after by the government (we were told). Everything you need, all your bits and pieces for a holiday. Very clean and could speak more English than many other places we visited. Lovely jewellery shop next door. Easy to walk around/get Didi taxi

Absolutely amazing hotel to have the pleasure to stay in. Staff super attentive & friendly, cannot do enough for you. Beds were super comfy, spacious room and breakfast was yummy with lots of variety to choose from. The hotel is authentic Chinese style, I totally loved this and could take enough photos. The courtyard is super special. It was my birthday on the last day and I was presented with a gift ( Chengdu Panda soft toy) I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Also from the Metro it's literally 7 minutes walk

The Place and room were fantastic, the staff were super kind and helpful all the time, never seen such an amazing stuff. The location is pretty nice and close to the Metro or for Didi. Overall, one of the best accomodation we have ever had. Thank you very much for everything!

Hotel molto bello, in posizione perfetta e in una via bellissima con edifici tradizionali. Staff veramente eccezionale e parlante inglese. Colazione nella norma ma con tutto ciò che serve. Spazi comuni molto belli. Il servizio lavanderia è gratuito e viene preso in carico dallo staff in maniera estremamente veloce.

Le camere sono un po' datate. La colazione è buona ma sarebbe migliorabile in varietà. Andrebbe messo un thermos per il tè durante la colazione, altrimenti si beve freddo.

A beautiful traditional Chinese building with a cozy courtyard restaurant serving delicious food. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Sichuan Opera, parks, and the metro. The staff are incredibly friendly and exceptionally helpful, always making you feel welcome and consistently going above and beyond expectations. For example, they even carried our luggage to the metro station without us having to ask, which was an exceptionally thoughtful and helpful gesture. Huge compliments to everyone working at this hotel. Their outstanding hospitality made our stay truly memorable!

Lo mejor de lo mejor, desde el día anterior a nuestra llegada Emma se comunicó con nosotros para organizar la recogida en el aeropuerto, y cuando llegamos la atención fue inmejorable, vino y frutas en la habitación , que estaba impecable,el lugar es muy lindo, y los servicios del hotel son excelentes, te lavan la ropa sin costo, el personal se encargó hasta de conseguir una máquina para secar los tenis, el desayuno es muy bueno, y cenamos también , la comida deliciosa, , la atención de Laurina y Emma es espectacular, nos hicieron sentir como en casa, nos ayudaron en absolutamente todo, , en fin solo agradecimiento, volveremos con los ojos cerrados a este maravilloso hotel, la verdad nunca habíamos estado en sitio donde el trato es tan especial, al hacer el check auto, nos dieron regalo, , todo fantástico.

Charming atmosphere, Location near metro , Exceptional Service - Frank arranged our private driver Alina to take my family on a custom day trip to Leshan Buddha and Lingxiu hot spring at Mt. Emei. It was a nice BYD car for the day. She took us to Leshan restaurant for lunch that had local delicacies like sweet duck. Helped me order late night food deliveries and packed breakfast for early travel days. We also liked the made to order wonton soup for breakfast. Nice family room with comfy beds. Make sure you add them to your Wechat for easy communication.

Would definitely recommend it for young travellers and families alike. P.S. The staff go above and beyond to help. I forgot my Kindle reader here. They promptly found it and couriered it to my next location Chongqing.

La struttura è molto caratteristica e ricorda i templi della vecchia Cina. La posizione è ottima vicino alla metro per spostarmi comodamente. I servizi sono ottimi specialmente quello della lavanderia gratuito. Unica pecca è privo di ascensore ma le valigie vengono portate in camera dallo staff.

Hanno provato a proporci un upgrade della stanza a pagamento, mostrandoci inizialmente una camera che era palesemente una staff room e confrontandola con quelle del piano superiore. Ci hanno quindi detto che, se avessimo voluto una camera “migliore”, avremmo dovuto pagare un supplemento per l’upgrade. Successivamente, però, ci hanno assegnato una camera normale senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. Non abbiamo quindi ben capito se si sia trattato semplicemente di un tentativo di venderci un upgrade oppure di un tentativo di addebitarci dei costi aggiuntivi in modo poco trasparente.

Das Hotel sieht traumhaft aus und liegt in einer tollen Straße mit vielen wunderschönen Gebäuden. Die historische Oper ist gleich nebenan. Das Zimmer war groß und gemütlich, ebenso die Terrasse und der Innenhof . Das Frühstück war super. Und das Personal freundlich und außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit.

Het hotel ligt in een hele aantrekkelijke straat wua chinese architectuur. Het eigen restaurant serveert werkelihk waar de lekkerste gerechten. De staf helpt je met al je vragen en alle bestemmingen zijn goed te bereizen. De ophaalservice vanaf het vliegveld was heel comfortabel.

Al momento del check-in mi è stato proposto l'upgrade gratuito all'ultimo piano con vista sulla città: è stato molto apprezzato. Sul ballatoio c'è un tavolino ad uso (di fatto) esclusivo molto gradevole. La prenotazione comprendeva un omaggio di benvenuto e il prelievo dall'aeroporto: ottimo! Lo staff è stato decisamente molto gentile aiutandomi con le prenotazioni delle attrazioni. La colazione a buffet è sufficiente per soddisfare anche gli occidentali. Posizione ottima. Ci tornerei

Per le persone con difficoltà motorie l'hotel non è consigliato perché non c'è l'ascensore. Potrebbero però esserci delle soluzioni al piano terreno

Grazie a Juliya, Emma, Lareina, Zach e Joey il nostro soggiorno ha superato ogni aspettativa. Sin dal primo minuto hanno fatto di tutto per farci sentire coccolati e hanno cercato di esaudire ogni nostra richiesta. La struttura si trova in una via caratteristica con le palazzine stupende, tante attrazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi o in metro/taxi. La posizione è strategica. Il giardino interno è rilassante e la cucina del ristorante è molto buona. La camera era molto pulita. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Ideally located steps from Shufeyayun Chinese opera and Line 2 metro station with direct route to Chengdu East train station. The perfect place to stay in Chengdu!

I stayed here three times and made it my home away from home. A truly exceptional hotel with service that starts before you even arrive! Wejun provides free airport pickup or dropoff, and you are greeted at the door wit a cold drink while your bags are taken to your room. The manager, Frank, goes out of his way to make any and all arrangements, and provided great assistance during a medical emergency. The rooms are extraordinary, with ever so comfortable beds, bone china, bathroom heating lamp and one of those toilets that has more controls than an airplane. The food is outstanding with huge portions, the garden area is beautiful, and the staff top notch. It is located steps away from the Shufeyayun Chinese opera and just down the street from the nearest metro station with a straight shot to the Chengdu East train station. Unbeatable in every respect. Highly recommended!

Bellissima struttura molto caratteristica in centro a Chengdu. Si arriva facilmente a piedi alle principali attrazioni e non è molto distante dalla stazione dei treni ad alta velocità. Le camere sono ampie pulite e molto confortevoli. Lo staff è davvero eccezionale, parlano benissimo inglese e sono molto cortesi e disponibili. Ci hanno organizzato una gita di un giorno fuori la città in modo impeccabile. Sono stati onestissimi anche con la gestione di un problema di addebito doppio sulla carta. La struttura inoltre ha un ristorante dove si può cenare con ottimo cibo in un’atmosfera tranquilla.

Recomanem moltíssim l’hotel, parlen un anglès perfecte, son suuuuper amables, ens van canviar l’habitació per una de millor, ens van donar fruita i vi, ens van poder posar l’esmlrzar per endur per anar a veure els pandes, ofereixem servei gratuit per netejar la roba i també ens van donar un regalet de comiat! I està molt ben localitzat a 7 mins de Kuan i Zhai Alley en una avinguda molt maco. I l’hotel en sí d’estil tradicional també és molt bonic!

Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji, pokoje w pełni wyposażone, przestronne. Blisko hotelu wiele atrakcji Chengdu. Personel przemiły, uśmiechnięty, wszyscy mówiący biegle po angielsku i bardzo pomocni. Joey świetnie się spisał w organizacji jednodniowych wycieczek, biletów do opery, wyczerpująco odpowiadał na wszelkie pytania. Śniadania bardzo dobre. Skorzystaliśmy również z ekspresowej usługi darmowego prania. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Gratulacje i podziękowania dla Franka i całej załogi!

El personal del hotel fue muy agradable y eficiente.

El aire acondicionado de la habitación generaba aún más humedad, las sábanas y almohada húmedas,casi mojadas,mi ropa y pelo también,y si lo apagabas,igual o peor por el calor. No pude dormir en toda la noche. Y un olor a incienso terrible,irrespirable. Una pena,porque sino la valoración de lo demás hubiera sido mejor.

Уютный отель. Чувствуешь себя как дома. Приятный персонал, на день рождения получил сувенир и подписанную открытку. Понравилась удобная локация: рядом метро, 3 остановки до Chunxi Road-главной туристической торговой улицы города. Стоимость поездки 2 юаня. Такси тоже очень дешевое (через Didi). В 5-7 минутах пешком от отеля оживлённый квартал с кафе, магазинами, вечерним шоу. В стоимость отеля входит стирка, трансфер из аэропорта. Персонал помогает решить любой вопрос: от заказа еды и товаров на местных маркетплейсах до урегулирования проблем с размещением в отелях других городов (прекрасный английский язык). Еда на завтрак вкусная, но с китайским колоритом. Рекомендую на выходе из отеля налево дойти до конца улицы и свернуть за угол налево. Там уютный чайный дом. Можно заказать чайную церемонию. Тихая, спокойная атмосфера, гораздо уютнее и дешевле, чем в туристических местах. Любителям хотпота рекомендуем ресторан направо из отеля до конца улицы (200м).

Posizione perfetta! Ambiente accogliente e architettura tipica creano proprio una bella atmosfera. Colazione molto buona. C’è piaciuta tanto anche la cena nella corte dell’hotel, tutto buonissimo. Davvero graditi il tè pomeridiano e il latte la sera, oltre al succo e alla frutta offerti all’arrivo. Staff preparato e sempre molto disponibile. Consigliato!

I really travel a lot for business and I easily recognise a hotel when is perfect.This is the case of the Wenjun Courtyard at Chengdu. Room are perfect, cleaned and equipped with all the things could be appreciated by the customers. Staff is high skilled both for language and professionalism, kind and smart people really oriented to make you the main interest. Lots of compliments must be spent also for the restaurant, the waitress and the chef…Delicious food cooked by experienced hands. Buildings is amazing, unique and historical. There is a man to take your luggage up and down that is a real added value,a special person. We loved them!!

La colazione non l'abbiamo mai fatta perchè uscivamo sempre prima dell'orario previsto - noi non l'abbiamo chiesto, ma ho visto che si poteva richiedere la colazione al sacco. La posizione è favolosa e facile da raggiungere. La camera è ampia, con letteralmente tutto quello che può servire per un buon comfort, e tutte le camere danno su una terrazza per cui per ogni camera sono previsti un tavolo e sedie. A noi è piaciuto tantissimo. Bucato in 12 ore. Anche il ristorante è buono e, per noi da non sottovalutare, servono anche del buon vino!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Wenjun Courtyard. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, with an excellent bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and their English made communication very easy. They were always happy to help and made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was another highlight—fresh, varied and absolutely delicious. It was a great way to start the day. The location is excellent, being close to the train station and within a short walk of numerous restaurants, markets and other attractions. The hotel itself is situated on a beautiful traditional architectural street, which adds a lot of character and atmosphere to the stay. Overall, I had an excellent experience at Wenjun Courtyard and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chengdu.

El lugar es hermoso, en un barrio histórico, el hotel tradicional muy bello, habitación y baño amplios, cómodos y agradables. El restaurant muy rico (aunque muuuucha comida! Jajajaj). El personal muy amable, tuvimos un enredo con una reserva de entradas pero el personal muy atento nos ayudó, resolvieron el problema y nos dieron traslado al tren y 3 imanes de cortesía. La ubicación excelente, a pasos del metro, locales comerciales, restaurantes, el teatro, farmacia, etc. Barrio muy tranquilo y bonito, el parque detrás del teatro muy bello también

Todo estuvo super! Faltó disfrutar más tiempo de la ciudad y del hotel

De medewerkers zijn heel lief en behulpzaam. Het eten is lekker. De ligging is goed, in een leuke traditionele straat. En ik vond het super leuk dat ze Mahong lessen aanboden.

Lovely staff, free laundry, beautiful old architecture

The staff here are absolutely amazing. So friendly, kind, and accommodating. The male concierge at the front desk spontaneously upgraded my room for free, the girl so kindly spoke on the phone with a delivery driver when I put in the wrong hotel address, and upon checkout, the man who works in the restaurant insisted he help me with my bags 😭 They were just all so kind. Also the room's AC is decently strong even though the building itself is quite rustic (the 4th floor view is amazing though).

The location is near a lot of tourist attractions which is really convenient, but it didnt fit that well with my personal itinerary. This isnt the fault of the property but my own planning.

It’s such a beautiful place to stay. I honestly booked this hotel because I loved how pretty it looked, but after staying here, I have to say the staff would be the main reason I would come back. They are one of the best hotel teams I have experienced, so hardworking, kind, and always trying their best to make your stay as good as possible. I would definitely love to come back to Chengdu again. Such a beautiful city, and happily stay at the same hotel again

The staff, headed by the manager Frank, were very accomodating and friendly. The hotel's location was perfect. The food in their restaurant was incredibly delicious!
