Amazing bigger than what we thought from the pictures too, the staff were great!

Nothing to not like about this place!

Wonderful! It was my first experience with a Bali trip, and I had a very comfortable holiday with my husband. The staff was very kind and nice. I could even request last minute to have the pool, bathtub, and room decorated for my husband's birthday! Very professional! I loved it. Thank you!

I think need improvement for the food

I had a perfect stay. The villa is beautiful and peaceful. And still so close from everything The massages were exceptional, and the breakfast prepared and served in the villa was delicious. The staff took great care of me throughout my stay. Thank you so much, it was fantastic. And there’s also an absolutely adorable cat! 🐱

Central spot for what we needed. Airport pick up was seamless and appreciated.

La villa est insalubre très mal entretenue. C’est dommage car initialement elle aurait pu être très jolie.

Everything!! The staff are wonderful, always greeted with a smile, they can't do enough for you and they made our short stay for our honeymoon romantic and they went to so much effort decorating our bed and pool. We are bery grateful.

That we didn't book a longer stay. Other than that everything waa perfect!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and answered any queries in a timely manner. The villa was reasonably well appointed and comfortable. Special mentions to Alit (driver) and Sagung.

The villa was a bit dated and obvious mould on some of the walls. The water pressure in the afternoon was often reduced to little more than a dribble which was frustrating. The instant coffee was not very nice - it would be good to have alternative coffee making (e.g. to brew fresh coffee). Another recommendation would be either cable TV or a smart TV so guests could stream programs. There were limited clothes hangers in the wardrobe, and the wardrobe doors were difficult to open. I was able to get a few extra clothes hangers from staff but ended up going to the local supermarket and buying more.

Pool could be more clean

The staff were incredible, breakfast is always made for you. Everyone is helpful and very accommodating. Food places is walk away, transport is easy enough through Grab or Gojeck. Great value for money.

В первую и самую главную очередь хотелось бы отметить персонал, они решили абсолютно все возникающие у нас проблемы по самой вилле, всегда были очень приветливы, заботливы и учтивы. В целом на этом персонале эта вилла и держится, я бы так сказал. Во-вторых, массаж, который был предоставлен при бронировании размещения - был действительно хорош, нам очень понравилось, очень расслабило перед поездкой по острову. В-третьих, завтраки действительно неплохие и разнообразные. В-четвертых, расположение, я ни первый раз был на острове, поэтому примерно знал что выбирать, от виллы было удобно добраться везде, где было необходимо, как пешком, так и на байке.

Наибольшее количество вопросов вызвали 2 вещи: 1. Это сантехника, её срочно требуется обновить, вода практически не льется, бывало в дневное время её и вовсе практически не было, человеку с длинными волосами (моей девушке), чтобы помыть голову - приходилось весьма и весьма изощряться. Да и в целом сантехника очень уставшая. 2. Для такой большой площади крайне мала мест для хранения, шкаф сломан, не хватает каких-то мини крючков в ванной, чтобы повесить полотенца, розетки у кровати отсутствую, либо выключать торшер, либо заряжать телефон. 3. Кухня тоже требует обновления, техника на ней старая и не вызывает желания воспользоваться. Что касается завтраков, я бы как-то улучшил и разнообразил фруктовую тарелку. Фрукты часто были недоспелыми, хотя находишься на экзотическом острове. Я не знаю почему, но с подобной проблемой я сталкивался не только на этой вилле, такое ощущение, что делают арбузный фреш из спелой и вкусной части арбуза, а остатки нарезают в тарелку и в итоге они уже не такие вкусные :)

Beautiful villa clean and tidy and central

A lovely setting that unfortunately didn't live up to expectations. We won't be staying again.

My son received chemical burns from the pool on the first day, so our stay was ruined. The staff suggested that he had sensitive skin. We have a pool at home and we stayed at other places with pools on our holiday with no issues. Water supply to the bathroom was unreliable, unfortunately at the most inconvenient times.

The staff were amazing! So friendly and helpful. Great location with everything we needed.

The pool was a bit green on arrival but the staff treated it quickly and it was perfect after that!

Wow Wow - I was blown away from being picked up from airport. The warm welcoming atmosphere from the reception. The villa was absolutely stunning, clean and private and cool. Freshly cooked breakfast inside, I felt like a queen. Private massage inside the villa was amazing. Walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and variety shops. If I arrived late back from travelling, the lights were turned on inside the villa. I felt safe. All staff were friendly, easy to talk to and well presented. I would come back again 😉👌

Beautifully presented with unlimited drinking water. Lovely swimming pool, great air conditioning, mosquito net all the way around the bed. Really lovely staff, very helpful and kind. Good breakfast.

If I were to be super picky, just a personal preference, the pillows were too big

Location was great, easy access! We went in December, there was flash floods around the area, however the villa was not impacted.

Needs a detail clean, for example shower head, water pressure was low. Very awful smell from the toilet bidet.

Deteriorating facilities

I absolutely loved my stay at Sandi Agung Villa Bidadari. The staff were amazing—so friendly and attentive. My villa was cleaned daily, and breakfast was brought to my room each morning, which was always fresh and enjoyable. The pool was beautiful and spotless, and the location was perfect—walking distance to cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets, yet still peaceful and quiet. I was so happy I even extended my stay from two weeks to three! Excellent value for money.

The only thing I would have loved is a smart TV, just so I could unwind and watch Netflix in the evenings. I was lucky I had my laptop so I could use that.

I loved the staff, they were sooooo lovely! I would stay again just to see them!

The mosquito/fleas situation isn’t great. I wish I would have thought to put the mosquito coil in my room but hey you are in Bali!

Beautiful villas, the staff were so friendly. Would deffo recommend breakfast included they come and make it in your villa in front of you it’s amazing! Very clean and the bathroom was amazing. Also had hair dryer and Bluetooth speakers and a water filter!

The aircon was sooooo bad unfortunately there was no difference inside to outside even if we had it running on lowest temp. Also we got trapped in our bathroom as the door didn’t work from the inside!

Mooie privé villa met tuin en zwembad. Veel privacy. Vriendelijk personeel die elke ochtend ontbijt kwamen maken. Kan hotel niks aan doen maar buur villa gaf feestje met muziek tot in de nacht.

Locatie wat afgelegen maar dat wisten we van te voren dus niet negatief. Met grab ben je in 15 tot 20 min in centrum

We had a wonderful stay at Sandi Agung Villa Bidadari and I highly recommend it. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming – a special mention to Komang, Dian, and Bus Rangga, who were always collaborative and cheerful. The villa’s reception team consistently offered solutions and assistance whenever we needed. It was truly a marvelous experience!

Kitchen facilities were a bit below standard. And generally a bit tired and over due for a renovation.

Breakfast in room is so perfect. Staffs there are extremely friendly and helpful.

Good privacy with individual villas. The location was relatively easy to walk out to restaurants and cafes. Staff were very friendly.

The photos on the site do not accurately reflect the condition of the room. Facilities were quite old and poorly maintained. There appeared to be little in way of pest control as our villa and room had a lot of mosquitoes and other pests. The water pressure in the shower was very low. The bathroom door and room door were very difficult to keep closed. The pool was not cleaned and appeared to have mosquito larvae floating on top. The ceiling lights in the room was very harsh and unwelcoming.

Property was perfect for what I wanted. The ability to turn off from life and totally relax. Simple and clean. Staff were helpful. I will definitely stay again as either a single traveller or with family

Friendly staff, very close to town, so easy to get to dinner and explore. The private pool was great for the whole family, with plenty of shade and woods surrounding the pool.

The open living room and kitchen were unusable due to the abundance of mosquitoes. The open bathroom also had a lot of mosquitoes, so I had to be careful and do my business in a short time, and I had to buy an electric mosquito heater because the mosquitoes from the bathroom came into the bedroom.

Breakfast was cooked daily which was really lovely. The complimentary massage was fantastic. Just the privacy, and having such a big space to spread out. The location was great. Close to restaurants and a 20 minute walk to the main Semanyak shopping precinct. Everyone at the villa were beautiful, kind and service was fantastic.

The TV should be a smart TV so there are more options but it wasn't a deal breaker as we were out for the most of the day. Sometimes the room aircon struggled but it was ok.

The villa had more than enough space for a couple and it was clean. The staff were really kind and trying to do their best. Location was fine but its not walkable so without scooter or taxi transportation is not easy.

Pool was great but after a day started to get dirty. Also dinner service was taking so much time after ordering and the taste was not the best.

The villa was beautiful and even better than the pictures! The staff was really helpful and courteous! They were able to arrange last minute cake and decor for us as well for my birthday! Highly recommend!

Felt like the aircon couldn’t keep the room cold enough for us tourists! But easily fixed by jumping in the pool!

A truly stunning place that offers the best value for money, very lovely staff and breakfast was perfect! We spent one night here and wish we could have been here for longer. The private pool was a great bonus too.
