Bracha Villas Bali

My wife and I stayed at Bracha Villas for 4 nights and were extremely happy with our stay. The villa was clean throughout, and the lounge room was spacious and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day out. The bed was also really comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The private pool was the highlight, getting sun for most of the day and we enjoyed it every day of our stay. The customer service was amazing, with staff always willing to help with anything we needed. The villa is close to everything you need in Seminyak, making it easy to explore while still having a relaxing, private retreat to come back to. We left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend!

Amazing, friendly staff and great location-easy walking distance to massage, laundry, food and shops. The provided water filter was invaluable for our stay. The villa was spacious and comfortable, the kitchenette was great.

Some things like a toaster, tongs, sharp knife would have been helpful. While the main / external villa door locks, the internal glass doors of the villa don’t have a lock. I was travelling with my 4yo Houdini so I made sure to take something to secure the door at night.

Ein Defekt ließ die Wasserpumpe hinter dem Haus alle 2 Sekunden kurz geräuschvoll anspringen. Ich hoffe es ist für nachfolgende Gäste repariert

La ubicación es muy buena. Estás al lado de las calles principales y no hay nada de ruido. Estás muy tranquilo y hay mucha intimidad. La piscina privada habla por sí sola.

El desayuno, de lo peor que he probado en mi vida. Para un sitio así, desde luego que no te lo esperas. Café de sobre con leche de polvos que te preparas tú , en serio? Y el café balines? La bollería, de las congeladas que venían tiesas. El día del check out, nos llamaron 30 min antes para avisarnos de la salida. Me estaba dando el último baño y me hicieron salir corriendo de la piscina

The TV remotes were hard to use and there was not a lot of kitchen utensils. No tea towels we were using hand towels. The aircon unit was very loud as well.

While we were deeply disappointed with the villa’s facilities, I want to formally commend your front desk and housekeeping teams. From the moment we arrived, the staff at the service desk were incredibly welcoming, polite, and attentive. ​Despite the fact that we had multiple complaints throughout our stay, the team never once ignored us or grew impatient. Instead, they took every issue seriously and worked efficiently to accommodate our requests at the earliest possible opportunity. Their prompt, helpful, and professional attitude was the absolute highlight of our stay, and they deserve full recognition for doing the absolute best they could under the circumstances.

As frequent travelers to Bali, this was the most disappointing stay we have ever experienced. The online photos are highly deceiving. We would rate the facilities a 0/5, and the only reason this is a 2-star review is because the ground staff/housekeeping were kind and tried their best to help us. ​The Cons: ​Poor Maintenance: The villa was dark, dingy, and missing lightbulbs. One of the three bedrooms was completely unusable due to a powerful mold smell, stained walls, and stained pillowcases. The floors looked dirty due to deep cracks. ​Hygiene Issues: We found ants inside the water kettle, and the villa was filled with mosquitoes. ​Faulty Plumbing: The water pressure in the showers was non-existent. Staff fixed it once at night, but it broke again by morning. ​Abysmal Breakfast: Cold, unseasoned omelets and an incredibly stingy vegetarian option (two thin slices of bread and a tiny croissant). ​When we complained about the moldy smell, we were told it was because the 3-bedroom villas "aren't booked often." Paying guests should never be given an unmaintained, musty room. This property is absolutely not value for money. If you are looking to relax and unwind in Bali, look elsewhere.

Location, privacy, price and comfort

The layout of the accommodation was good; however, the property required significant cleaning and repairs throughout.

The pool was dirty and appeared to have no proper filtration. The fridge was essentially empty, containing only one soft drink and one Sprite. The internet connection was unreliable and dropped out daily. We were repeatedly told it was being fixed, but the issue continued throughout our stay. The concrete areas were covered in mould, making them extremely slippery, especially when wet. The decking around the pool was in poor condition, with broken sections that felt unsafe to walk on. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was undersized and unable to effectively cool the spaces, particularly given the high ceilings and the additional areas including the ensuite, walk-in robe, and bathroom. The photos presented online were very appealing; however, upon arrival, the condition of the property was completely different. This was very disappointing. We do not mind paying for quality accommodation, but not when the property is in this condition. Overall, these issues significantly impacted our stay.

I like that the aircon was cold enough and there is a living area in the villa.

The house is nice and clean and the staff and area where lovely. It had everything we needed.

Just from esthetical point: the outside area (in our 2br house) was very grey and it wasn't realy an inviting space to hang around the pool. But thats only just esthetical so no reason to not book the villa if you're not planning on hanging at the house all day.

The only thing I think could be improved in the 3 bedroom is bigger bins in the kitchen and better lighting as it's a bit dark!

Disappointing and very run-down – the worst villa I’ve stayed at in 7 trips to Bali I really wanted to like this villa, but unfortunately it was a huge letdown in almost every department. The property feels extremely tired and hasn’t been properly maintained or updated in years. The online photos must have been taken a very long time ago – what you see in person is nowhere near as nice. The whole villa is incredibly dark. They’ve gone for a concrete/industrial style, but it’s taken to an extreme: grey walls, almost no natural light, and insufficient artificial lighting. Sitting in the living area felt genuinely depressing, like being in a dimly lit cell. The bathroom lighting was particularly poor. The mattress itself was comfortable and we slept well, but that’s where the positives end. Several sheets and two pillows had visible black mould spots. We had to lay towels over the sheets to feel okay about sleeping there. Only two sun-loungers (one broken – it collapses backwards without warning), both covered in mould. No outdoor table or chairs at all, so even having a morning coffee meant lying flat on a lounger. The wooden decking is old, flexes dangerously underfoot, and one loose plank at the edge sent me flying into the garden. The large umbrella above also collects rainwater and dumps it on you if you brush past after it’s rained. You have to run the shower for at least 3–4 minutes to get anything approaching hot water, only to discover moments later that the gas has cut out again and you’re back to a cold/lukewarm shower. This happened almost every time. The smart TV wouldn’t let us log into Netflix or any streaming service because the Google Play account needed updating, but there was no way to log in or update anything. We were left with a handful of local and European channels (nothing worth watching) and eventually managed to get YouTube working for some old movies. The villa is down a small back lane.

Loved the location - close to the action but tucked away and quiet. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were so accommodating and friendly.

Location and pool is good. The size of the room is nice and spacious. Great to have a lounge space and pool area.

The shower did not work we had to call someone to fix it to have a shower everyday. Staff at reception were okay. Room service always forgot to replace the pool towels. The breakfast was very average, better off going out for breakfast.

It’s a very cozy little villa in the heart of Seminyak. One block away from the Main Street of Jl Kayu Aya. I love the modern spacious living room and large pool to chill out. Also nice little gazebo in the garden. Which I often say and read. My villa was furthest from the street and very quiet at night. Bed is large, clean and comfortable as well. Staffs are real professional. Always nice and friendly.

Water water system may needs some improvement. Really hard to adjust to the right temperatures. The propane cylinder seems to run out pretty quickly.

The villas are massive, beds are super comfy (pillows too), drinking water is supplied, there is a full kitchen with all the amenities you could need. The pool is just as pictured and very private. This is the second time we have stayed at Bracha Villas, and we will be back again.

The air con in our room wasn't great, but did the job. They did look at it straight away and it did run a bit better, just not as good as our friends villa. The toilet is open to the rest of the bedroom which isn't ideal. But these are small issues when compared to how great everything else was.

The pool, the size of our bedroom and the king size bed, the furnishings. Breakfast was included daily and was good. Villa was cleaned daily. The pool was excellent. I'd have a dip in the morning before breakfast, in the afternoon when returning from going out and before bed. The location was great. Walking distance to a lot of places, lots of good eating places nearby and it got busy but it was quiet, we couldn't hear a thing from our villa. The staff were very friendly and most accommodating and helpful. Pick up from the airport was included with our booking which was great because we got in to Denpasar at night and didn't have to worry about finding a taxi to take us there. Our driver was waiting for us with a sign.

The smart TVs and remotes didn't work very well. Had to point remote to a certain spot on the tv for it to work. Logged in to our own Amazon Prime account to watch stuff and very often it would stop and we'd have to log in and resume what we were watching. Couldn't log in to our Netflix account as the tv software had to be updated but no idea how to do that. The bed had a doona but no top sheet. It got too hot with the doona but not comfortable sleeping with nothing on top. A sheet would be better given the climate in Bali, no need for the doona at all.

Excellent location close to shops, cafes and restaurants. About 20 min walk to beach. Included dispenser of drinking water in the kitchen, not just a couple of little bottles. Bed was comfortable. Quiet location at night. Helpful staff and breakfast was great. Totally recommend. I had the 1 bed villa.

The aircon was a bit noisy and not very cold but I just wear earplugs at night.

Beautiful private villas, we had a group of friends each with their own private one bedrooms. Staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent. The pools were the perfect temperature and beds super comfy! Highly recommend.

Un petit coup de rafraîchissement serait pas mal , on vois que c’est un peu abîmer et/ou manque d’entretien

La casa è veramente molto bella ed in un ottima posizione. Tutto lo staff estremamente cordiale e disponibile a qualsiasi ora.

Un tantino buia per via della posizione e le luci troppo offuscate. La pulizia giornaliera era davvero superficiale.

Lovely spacious 3 bed villa, very good AC system kept it nice and cool. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and the pool was lovely.

It was a villa for 6 guests but there were only 2 sun loungers.

Grandi spazi e privacy delle ville. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il mare in 10 minuti di cammino. Nelle immediate vicinanze c'erano negozi e tutti i servizi disponibili. Colazione servita in villa. La scelta migliore è la colazione indonesiana, sicuramente più buona della colazione americana.

La piscina privata era disponibile e ad una temperatura piacevole ma non sembrava che l'acqua venisse filtrata adeguatamente quindi non l'abbiamo molto sfruttata. Gli asciugamani a disposizione erano pochi (uno grande e uno viso a testa + degli accappatoi). Ne avrei gradito qualcuno in più.

Our 2 bed Villa was awsome heaps of space for all comfy lounge and kids lived in the pool.Very close to alot of Eat out places and Spas for the relax sessions after meals but set back off the road enough to be nice and quiet.Pefect location

The tv sound system in lounge room was not working properly. Kitchen and some areas had some dust needs proper cleaning. Breakfast portion was small.

We didn’t ask for our room to be cleaned each day, we are adults and could do this ourselves. What i didn’t like was after 3 days, we asked for a clean and bed to be changed. The villa got cleaned, but the same bed linen was put back on and straightened. We also asked many times how much was our outstanding bill so we could pay. We wasn’t sure if our villa had been paid for as expected and wanted to ensure there was no outstanding bill. We were told repeatedly, no bill, all paid. Unfortunately when we were checking out at 3.30 am, we were told we owed for villa. Paying wasn’t a problem, we just would have preferred this information in daytime hours when we asked, several times

couldn't recommend highly enough these villas are very private with everything you could possibly need, comfortable bed, very clean and staff extremely friendly and helpfull. for a modest price were accommodated with late check out until 4pm to facilate flight times. Great location
