Huge apartment! Location! Beautiful building

Nothing at all

L’emplacement était correct. L’appartement était bien équipé malgré la machine à café qui ne fonctionnait pas.

La chose la plus importante a été que j’ai été prise littéralement pour une imbécile. On m’a envoyé l’adresse qui n’était pas la bonne, voyageant avec un bébé et ma mère lis les valises ça a été compliqué. Ensuite on m’a donné une autre adresse qui n’était tjs pas la bonne et débrouillez vous. Du foutage de gueule après tous adresse minois voilà arrivés mais l’appartement n’était pas prêt donc dans la attente sur les escaliers avec un bébé dans les bras. Ensuite au départ la fille a oublié son enceinte et là ils ne veulent rien entendre.. j’ai proposé de régler l’envoie mais ils n’ont pas voulu faire cette démarche. Ça a été très compliqué et il faut savoir que passer 23:00 vous restez bloquer dans la rue heureusement que le reste de la famille a pu nous héberger. En gros avec toutes les autres adresses je ne recommande pas celle ci

Het appartement was supermodern en sfeervol, met een gezellige keukentafel waar we heerlijk met vrienden en familie konden samenkomen, en de locatie was perfect en supercentraal in het centrum van Porto, recht tegenover de Mercado do Bolhão.

Air conditioning not available in the bedrooms, just ventilators that made the air stuffy. Air conditioner in living room dropped water into balcony and I had to keep cleaning it. No shovel to pick up dirt from floor

L'appartement est bien situé. Pas trop bruyant pour un appartement proche du centre. Propre et assez grand. 2 salles de bains. Petits commerces à proximité, restaurants également. On est sur les bords du Douro en 15 mn à pieds. A partir de l'appartement , on peut tout faire à pieds et laisser la voiture au parking. Il faut toutefois aimer marcher. Mais si on vient à Porto, pour profiter de la ville et découvrir toutes ses richesses, il faut aimer la marche.

Le système d'ouverture de la porte de l'appartement est un peu compliqué. Il faut prendre le coup. Clim un peu bruyante. Attention il n'y a pas de place de parking pour tout le monde, c'est en fonction des places disponibles. Mais il y a plusieurs parkings près de l'appartement.

Check-in process was easy. We had a rental car and the parking garage was right next to the reception area. The reception office was a 3 minute walk to the apartment. The apartment location was perfect - right across from the Mercado Bolhao so it was easy walk to almost everything in Porto. The apartment building had a small elevator which was great for getting luggage to the second floor. The rooms were spacious and clean. There was a large patio off the kitchen with chairs and tables. Access into the garage, building and apartment was all digital making it easy for all family members to come in and out.

Would be great if they had a drying rack, as the washer/dryer combos don’t dry clothes as well.

Location was perfect for exploring beautiful Porto. Apartment was huge and spotless and had air conditioning. Staff were so helpful on our late arrival and explained everything.

Die digitale Schließfunktion der Haustür funktionierte nicht, so dass wir über 5 Tage zu Siebt mit einem Schlüssel auskommen mussten. Problem: keiner kümmerte sich.

Clean and bright apartment. Having 2 bathrooms made it easy staying with 2 teenagers. Apartment was central and within walking distance of all attractions.

I did not like having to collect the key from a reception desk - this is inconvenient and impractical when traveling even though it was only a 5 minute walk. The rooms are small so there was not much room to keep the bags in the rooms so they had to stand in the living room which is not large either.

Limpieza y comodidad

Gute Ausstattung, 2 Bäder, 3 Zimmer zum schlafen (2x Zimmer je mit Doppelbett oder 2x Einzelbett und im WZ Schlafcauch). Sauber, hell, gute Klimaanlage, gute Ausstattung mit 2x Föhn und Bügeleisen. Fahrstuhl.

Sehr enttäuscht über die Lage. Lage nicht wie bei booking.com auf der Karte angezeigt. Nicht direkt neben der Markthalle in 1920er Style, sondern 400m bergauf in 70er Jahre Hochhaus mit 1m² Balkon anstatt Terrasse im 4. Stock in hässlichen Hochhaushinterhof. Somit auch nicht direkt neben UBahn und Bus. Es ist zwar eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustüre aber nur für eine untergeordnete Linie. Bilder auf Booking com sind nicht (nur) von dieser Wohnung sondern eine Zusammenstellung vieler, die der Anbieter vermietet. Darauf auch die ca. 10m² Terrasse zu sehen! Schlüsselabholung bzw. Code "holprig" wir mussten in deren Office und das 2x da der erste Code nicht funktionierte. Gepäck konnte bei Anreise nicht zwischendeponiert werden. Eine Duschtüre schließt nicht Bad steht unter Wasser, hellhörig zum Hausflur. Penner schläft im Nebenhauseingang. Lage als Frau alleine Nachts grenzwertig.

Die Lage war super. Direkt an der U-Bahn Bolhao. 2 Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Bolhao Markt genau gegenüber. Alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Appartment war für 8 Personen perfekt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet.

Leider waren 3 der vier Waschbecken in den Bädern extrem klein. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten in diesen Bädern.

위치가 진짜 좋아요!! 상벤투역 근처(상벤투역에서 살짝 오르막임)에 볼량시장도 가깝고 대형슈퍼랑도 가까워서 장보고 좋습니다 스마트 디지털도어락으로 따로 열쇠없이 보내주는 링크로 현관이랑 출입문 열 수 있어서 너무 편리 했습니다 수건은 단기투숙객은 추가로 제공하지 않는다고 했지만 추가로 주셔서 너무 감사했습니다 메일로 소통이 원활하게 이루어지는점이 좋았습니다 숙소도 깨끗하고 도로변에 위치 했는데도 조용해서 아주 꿀잠 잤습니다 다시 포르투에 온다면 꼭 다시 예약할 거 같습니다

The apartment was well designed and clean.

The main issue is that on arrival they took an extra €200 deposit, and have still not refunded it a week later and are not replying to my communication. The showers took forever to heat up.

Wir waren zu zweit für eine nacht in einem kleinen Studio. Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem und das Zimmet war mit allem nötigen ausgestattet (Badezimmer mit Dusche, kleine Küche mit Herd, Tisch für 2 Personen, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage). Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Der Preis ist eher hoch aber dies liegt wohl an der sehr guten Lage und dem hohen Standart (alles sauber und das Personal war freundlich und kompetent).

неожиданно, взяли залог 200 евро за квартиру. Я не помню где-то упоминаний об этом. Ну и система открывания дверей, не самая удобная. Не всегда срабатывает, сам замок какойто не простой.

Zentral gelegen. Sehr herzlicher Empfang. Wir konten schon um 13 Uhr einchecken. Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden, jedoch nicht direkt beim Appartement. (700m entfernt) Gute Cafés/Restaurants in der Nähe.

Sehr schlechter Fön im Bad vorhanden. (Keine Power). Einer der Bettvorleger war sehr schmutzig. Könnte man mal austauschen oder waschen...

Se oye muchísimo ruido de los coches de la calle y además entra luz desde que amanece en la habitación principal porque no tiene persiana. No hemos descansado muy bien.

El ascensor, se queda colgado.

Obiekt posiada wiele pozytywnych cech, ale całość niestety zasłania fakt, że w ostatni dzień zostaliśmy okradzeni.

Zabezpieczenie i odpowiedzialność za kradzież pieniędzy, dokumentów, markowych okularów, smartfona, perfum i wielu drobnych rzeczy. Pomimo zgłoszenia na Policję i ciągłego kontaktu z jednym z pracowników - Ricardo ( któremu dziękuję za opiekę). To firma nie poczuwa się do tego by zadośćuczynić za straty, proponując 130 Euro!!! A straty około 3000 zł ( ok. 750€). Na pewno poszukamy jeszcze innych możliwości prawnych.

Buena ubicación e instalaciones. Edificio y zona céntrica pero tranquila.

Por la noche, con todo en silencio, los coches generan mucho ruido al pasar por el adoquinado. No sé si se solucionaría con unas ventanas con un mejor aislamiento acústico. Puede ser un problema para los que tengan un sueño frágil.

L'appartement est idéalement situé à proximité du centre de Porto. Le logement est spacieux, bien équipé et très propre. L'accueil au welcome center a été très chaleureux et efficace.

Les 2 chambres sur rue sont un peu bruyantes la nuit.

A very roomy apartment for our family of 6 adults. Great neighborhood close to shops, restaurants, and short walk to major sites.

Lovely helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was modern, spacious, very well equipped - the bed comfortable and the shower large. A good location and a very reasonable price.

Unfortunately there was excessive outside noise throughout the night and early morning and during the day - seagulls and building works. We struggled to sleep. We appreciate this is outside the properties control, but it did impact our stay.

El aislamiento de las ventanas, se oye mucho el ruido de la calle.

Está bien ubicado. Las habitaciones son grandes y cuentan con baño incluido, aunque en la mitad de ellas el baño no tiene puerta y está integrado directamente en la habitación.

Hace muchísimo frío en el apartamento. Es un apartamento grande, con un pasillo enorme y un salón y cocina unidos, donde el único sistema de calefacción es el aire acondicionado. Además, los aires no funcionaban correctamente: aunque estuvieran a 30 °C no desprendían calor. Escribimos al alojamiento y, tras tener que insistir bastante, nos trajeron un “radiador” que, para una zona tan grande y viajando con un bebé de 1 año, resultaba totalmente insuficiente. Al final tuvimos que comprar dos calefactores para poder hacer la estancia más cómoda. En la ducha también pasas mucho frío por el mismo motivo: cada habitación tiene aire acondicionado, pero los baños son abiertos y, al estar la ducha junto a las ventanas, el calor no llega. Ducharse era realmente desagradable por la temperatura.

우리는 친구 6명이 함께 여행했습니다. 넓고 깨끗하며 편안한 여행을 준비하고 마무리할 수 있는 쾌적한 휴식처 였습니다. 10명까지도 머물수 있는 곳이어서 가족들이나 친구들이 함께 여행할 때 적극 추천합니다. 위치도 상베투 역 뿐 아니라 모루공원까지도 걸어갈 수 있는 곳이어서 포르투 내 뿐아니라 근교 기마랑이스 브라가도 쉽게 접근 할 수 있는 최고의 장소 입니다. 바로 앞에 볼량시장이 있고 근처에 2분 3분 거리에 로컬 슈퍼와 많은 가게들이 있어서 편리합니다. 한 블럭 건너 산타 까타리나 거리가 있어 늦은 시간에도 오갈 수 있습니다. 문의사항이나 요구 사항에 대한 답변도 잘 해줍니다.

저녁시간에 전기 사용이 집중될때 한번씩 과부하가 걸리기도 하지만 스위치를 올리면 바로 해결됩니다. 이 문제 빼고는 모든 것이 만족스러웠습니다

Una habitación fría, se entiende por tener muchas ventanas y coincidir con temperaturas muy bajas.

Convenient location. Apartment is clean and everything in working condition. Most appreciated is laundry pods were given. Kitchen, dining, aircons & bedrooms were all good with 2 ensuite & 1 common toilet.

Check in office is at different location from apartment building which is few metres away. Common toilet shower area floor tend to water ponding after showers. Had to swept away water everytime before step out.

Pas une seule bouteille d eau offerte. Des petits apéritifs et gâteaux auraient été appréciés.

I received plenty of information, instructions and links to an application that provided what I needed and allowed me to communicate with the property staff. We were also met with a staff member who was very helpful and provided all the information we needed including addressing the issue of the door lock not working. We were given an alternate key to resolve the problem immediately.

The apartment is in an old building and unfortunately has a draining issue in the bathrooms, especially the 1st bathroom with the shower. I would recommend that the managing company include a squeegee-like broom in the bathrooms to sweep the water towards the drain so it does not pool into the shower. This might help with the stench that sometimes linger in the unit.

Great location and a very spacious apartment. The market was so close and there were many bars and cafe’s close by. We were provided with lots of useful information and there was always someone available to answer our questions.

The accommodation was in a central location, but the down side to this meant it was very noisy at night time. The address never worked once on Sat Nav and this caused us problems. Maybe suggest What3words for a more accurate location.

O contato com o anfitrião é imediato e a localização é ótima. O apartamento é enorme e bem equipado. O elevador funciona bem.

Os boxes dos banheiros de duas suítes eram minúsculos! Somente da suíte principal e do corredor tinham um tamanho razoável. O wi-fi só funciona na sala. Mesmo com um repetidor de sinal, a internet não funcionava nos quartos. O quarto que fiquei estava com uma infestação de formigas, elas inclusive subiam na cama. Como tinha um quarto sobrando fui dormir nele mesmo sendo menos confortável. Só havia uma pastilha de sabão para a máquina de lavar roupas mesmo sendo um apartamento para cerca de 10 pessoas, só pudemos lavar roupa uma vez.

Was further from centre than indicated. Unable to contact staff when door lock jammed. Stuck in bathroom 12mn till 8am!!!!

Ideal location as it was near the Bolhão Market, and local restaurants and it was quiet as it was away from the busy tourist area yet still near enough to walk to Ribera and the river. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of bathrooms.

It was bright and light, good kitchen and lounge amenities.

The apartment description said two bathrooms which in my opinion was not entirely true- there was a bathroom with a shower and a bathroom with a toilet and basin- 4 of us shared a shower.

Photos of bedrooms deceptive and description of 2 bathrooms wrong as only one shower (which leaks at the door) other Bathroom tiny sink and a bedet and wc. One Bedroom has no draws or hanging space and gap at end of the bed you have to shuffle to get past end of bed. No full length mirror. Apartment not where shown on booking map and a few hundred yards up the hill. Pair of underpants behind net curtain (how thorough was cleaning) and curtains fixings hanging off rails. Overall disappointing apartment.
