Is close to the train station, good location!!

Location was far enough from train station to not hear noise from it. Code lock on door was nice, and had a washing machine. Beds were pretty good too.

Unlucky timing maybe, but as of 21.05.2026 there was a construction site going on since 8am ever morning that kept me up as the windows are thin and don't block any noise. No laundry detergent No showerhead holder

We stayed at Arashi Nambanishi for 3 weeks. Originally we planned to stay for 2 weeks but because we liked the apartment, we extended for another week. The host was very responsive to my messages and it was helpful. Our unit had the tatami bedroom and we really liked it. It helped us sleep very well! The apartment was not far from Namba so it was easy to go for shopping. There was a grocery store called Appro nearby. We were working remotely very late at night in Eastern time zone, so WiFi was helpful. I also really liked the door code to enter the room, as we didn't need to worry about losing keys. Next time we visit Japan, we would love to stay here again!

As we stayed for a few weeks, I wish there were a few more new drain filter bags and trash bags. We bought by ourselves, so no problem though. WiFi signal was a bit weak sometimes but it was manageable. The in-unit washing machine was helpful, but there was no clothes dryer and no hanging racks. We bought clothes hangers by ourselves.

The neigborhood was really quiet with several convinience stores around, and a 100yen-per-hour private parking lot.

I couldn't find the little nets to put in the sink drain. There were no tea spoons either. I couldn't get a parking spot without reservation.

Emplacement tranquille, pas trop loin du métro. Chambres spacieuses et lits assez grand et confortables. Décoration entrée, partie commune très sympa.

Une des couettes avait une tache. Je pense qu’elle a été lavé mais la tache est restée après lavage. Un peu dommage.

central location, 10 - 15 minutes from the subway station. Many convenience store around the homestay. feel safe while walk in the night. building is clean. Host is act fast when we have some simple request.

kitchen is a bit not so clean, floor is a bit dirty, hope can get more improvement.

It’s wide and close from Where we needed to stay! There’s some items like normal.

It’s wasn’t clean properly like vacuumed on living room. There’s still used chopsticks on one of the drawers. (Garbage from previous guest) It could also have some charging for phone items to have? It could upgrade some other items for guests so they’ll want to stay again there!

Location was great for all activities in Osaka

The location was perfect, very close to Namba, just one stop away or around a 15-minute walk. I actually missed my last train one night and was still able to walk back to Sakuragawa without too much trouble, which was really convenient. The beds were extremely comfortable, and I slept very well throughout my stay. The room also had plenty of natural light, with lots of sunshine coming in during the day, which made the space feel bright and welcoming. Air conditioning/heating in the rooms was another big plus. 7-Eleven was also a 2 minute walk down the road which is super convenient! A very good place to stay especially since you are out early when visiting Japan and back late.

I stayed with a group of 4 others, and getting ready in the morning could be a bit challenging as there weren’t enough mirrors. The shared utility area became quite crowded in the mornings. I probably would only come back here with a smaller group even though it was manageable in a group of 5, it did feel slightly too cramped for all of us especially when each of us would have shopping to bring back every day. The toilet space was very cramped to the point where it felt uncomfortable when sitting down. This could be an issue for anyone who is claustrophobic. There also wasn’t a suitable place to hang wet towels to dry, and a wardrobe or storage space for jackets would have been helpful. They did have hangers and wall mounted hooks but they get used up fast. While I personally didn’t mind the steps, some members of our group found them inconvenient. There were a few steps around the apartment and near the lift that weren’t clearly marked, which could be a concern, especially for elderly guests. Not sure why but the cold water tap in the kitchen sink was very very weak. Only a single thin stream would come out compared to the hot water. We didn’t want to mess with anything so we just used it as it is. With the shower head, the tube connecting to the tap was bent/worn so we had to fiddle with the position a bit so that the pressure stayed consistent. Later solved the issue by just keeping it upright on the top hook.

Despite reading some negative reviews, we had a fantastic 7 day stay here. We've been staying in hotels and beach huts in SE Asia for 6 months and our little apartment gave us more space and even a lounge with a sofa to watch TV in the evening. We even had unlimited use of a washing machine. Its not super luxury, for that you should stay at the four seasons... but it is very expensive for Osaka and it is clean and comfortable. Our apartment was on the top floor and there's a lift. There is no linen change, and there is only one set of towels per person, but we just washed ours and left them on the balcony and they were dry by the time we got back from sightseeing. Its in a local commercial area, so no views but its perfectly situated away from the crowds and 20 minutes walk from Namba and Dotonburi. In less than 5 mins walk, you can get to Sakuragawa station, which takes to to Namba on one stop, also directly to Nara, Kobe, Osaka and with 1 change to Himeji. Some people complained of noise, I am a light sleeper and wore ear plugs and I slept like a baby. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Osaka, and would recommend if you want a good value without frills accommodation.

Would have been great to have had an iron, more hangers and vacuum.

Die Lage ist für den Preis sehr gut. Die wichtigsten Stationen sind 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt. 7/11 und weitere Supermärkte sind in der Nähe. Außerdem hatten wir leckere Takoyaki bei einem Lokal in der Nähe!

Das Bett ist sehr unbequem. Das Zimmer war dreckig, es waren eigentlich überall große Staubflocken. Man konnte sie aber nicht mal selbst wegmachen, da kein Besen bzw. Handfeger verfügbar war. Die Küche war dürftig ausgestattet und ebenfalls nicht gereinigt. Der Knaller: in der Beschreibung wird mit schalldichten Wänden geworben. Man hört jedes Geräusch von draußen, als ob das Fenster offen wäre. Außerdem kann man die Nachbarn sehr gut hören (Respekt an unsere Nachbarn, die scheinbar einen Porno gedreht haben. Es war absolut Laut! Aber Respekt, Bro!). Ständig herrschte ein unangenehmer Luftzug in der Wohnung, egal ob man den Lüftungsschlitz geöffnet oder geschlossen hat.

Overall is good.

Right next to hotel there’s one factory making big noises in the day. Soundproof can’t even stop it. But night is quite okay. Quiet.

The insulation was bad, meaning that the home got cold very quickly.

リーズナブルで、旅行の滞在先にしてはキッチンが付いていたり、トイレバス別は最高でした。

お風呂のお給湯の湯の温度が、一定でなかったところが少し残念でした。

対応が良くて早かったです。あと電子レンジ・鍋やお皿などがあったのは良かったけど記載がなかったので絶対記載したほうがいいと思います。

言葉が通じにくい場面がありました。でもすぐ対応してくれたので良かった。急な変更も快く対応してくれました。ただフロントがないので慣れない私はちょっと困惑しましたが・・・ あと寒かった。椅子も冷たくて。暖房つけてもリビングに暖房が無かったので寒かった。

部屋が広く3人で宿泊しましたがベットも3つあってゆっくり寝れました。駐車場がもあって便利でした。

リビングにエアコンが無く寒かったのとお風呂に脱衣所がないのが不便でした。

部屋が非常に広く一般的なホテルに比べて家で過ごしているかのように錯覚する程過ごしやすかったです。駅からも近くコンビニもいくつかありました。

地理位置挺好的，离巨蛋很近，房间也非常的干净，提供了很多必备的设施

第一次去不太好找那个位置，房东需要更新一下到达酒店的路线照片

The homey vibe was amazing. The interior of the place is very cozy. It is relatively close to the main tourist spot like Dotombori but a bit far from USJ.

We wish the toothpaste provided would have been more but not really a problem and the location of the place is not accurately placed on the map. An update for that would have been nicer.

快適には過ごせました。

駐車場が連絡いただいたスペースに他車が駐車されて、連泊で空きスペースに停めれると聞いたにも、又法事から帰ると、違う車が駐車されてました、幸いその時は連絡もらってたスペースにとめることができましたが足の悪い母を連れてる事を連絡して駐車場の説明もしてもらったのに、不安がずっとあって、それが一番残念でした。隣の部屋利用の中国人ぽい学生さんは少し周りを考えない人達でした。ホテルとは関係ない事ですが

ベッドの硬さが快適でした。エアコンの効きも良かった。

脱衣場に扉が無く不便でした。 洗濯機があるがハンガーが少なく…多くあれば助かります。

値段が安かった。 スタッフの対応が早くて丁寧だった。

シャワーのお湯が安定して出ない。浴室の扉が閉まらない。 タオルが毛羽立って体や髪の毛にタオルゴミがたくさん付いた。 消臭剤があちこちに置いてあったがあまり効果がなく、部屋が臭かった。 床が汚くて、裸足で歩いていたら足の裏が真っ黒になった。 トイレの換気扇がつかない上に、ウォシュレットじゃなかった。

到着が遅い時間になりましたが、スタッフの方が親切に電話対応してくれたのがよかったです。チェックインもスムーズにできました。

6人で利用しましたが、お気遣いでベッドの数もちょうどよくぐっすり眠る事が出来ました。 場所の交通の便も良く駅も近いし、お店もあり、食べる事にも困らずでした。

しいて言わせて頂けるならお風呂のドアが締まりにくかったくらいです。

車での旅行だったので、駐車場があるのは助かりました！部屋もスリーベッドの部屋にグレードアップしていただいて、ゆっくり寝れました！ありがとうございました。

脱衣所のドアがないところが少し不便でした。

別途かかるが、都心で提携駐車場1日2000円はありがたかった。破格の値段で宿泊できたし、無人だが入り方も分かりやすかった。

入り口にある独特の大きいオブジェが少し怖かった笑 ない方が宿泊者目線では安心できる施設になるかも笑

キレイだったと、娘は言っていました。

私の高校生の娘と私の母が宿泊しましたが、担当の方が中国人なのか対応がクソすぎて号泣したと。 娘から電話がきました。 私は東京にいたので何も助けてあげられずただただ不快でした。いい対応など求めていません。普通に対応さえしてくれれば嫌な思いもしなかったのに、なぜ、普通の対応をできなかっのかと。娘を泣かされただただ悔しいです。あとは他の宿泊者もチャイニーズで声がでかく夜遅くまでうるさかったらしいです。

シャンプー&コンディショナーは、髪がギシギシしなくて良かったです

ツイン2部屋(写真も)で予約したのに、ツインとダブルになってた
