Excellent location.

Shower door broken, very tiny and no hot water.

Location was great.

Not worth the money, looks like a completely different property than in the photos. Shower was broken, one of the windows didn’t properly close, doors are assembled with a type. In the property you do not have even a cup to make some coffee or a spoon to mix it. Sound from the street and other rooms are really loud, couldn’t sleep all night. Check in was difficult too, I had to call the number, didn’t receive any codes to enter the building myself so the host had to tell me what to do via phone.

Die Lage ist super. Wenn man Hilfe braucht, bekommt man eine Telefonnummer, bei der einem sofort geholfen wird. Das ist toll. Handtücher und Bettwäsche in einem tadellosen sauberen Zustand und man bekommt Kaffeekapseln, wenn man gleich am Morgen schon einen kleinen Espresso trinken möchte.

Das Zimmer ist schon sehr ab gewohnt, in der Dusche war ein Teil abgebrochen, der Spülkasten Deckel ist ständig abgefallen und man musste die Spülung ohne den Deckel betätigen und auch sonst war das Zimmer schon ziemlich renovierungsbedürftig

Ubytování v centru Benátek, kousek od nádraží i stanice vaporetta. Restaurace všude kolem, naproti přes ulici vlídné ceny. vybavení i lednicí, povlečení i ručníky v ceně, pokoj i koupelna čisté, z okolních pokojů nebylo nic slyšet, jen občas někoho projít po chodbě.

Slabší klimatizace, v extrémních vedrech nezvládala, ale to se asi dá pochopit. Lehce problém po příjezdu, PIN nefungoval, spletli rezervaci, ale rychle napraveno.

Portes de la douche cassées et limite dangereuses. Chasse d’eau des wc défectueuse, fenêtre de droite impossible à fermer donc isolation phonique lamentable. Équipements de la salle d’eau rouillés. Et l’établissement quasiment impossible à trouver( merci à la serveuse du restaurant voisin de nous avoir indiqué l’entrée . Pas d’accueil physique.

Ich hatte ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht, beim Einchecken haben wir aber nur ein Zweibettzimmer bekommen. Als Alternative haben wir dann ein Dreibettzimmer im Dachgeschoss bekommen, wobei das dritte Bett eine sehr schlechte Notvariante war.

Only good thing about this place is that it was a 15 min walk to the train station.

We were left outside in 35 degree heat for 2.5 hours because the property did not respond to our emails, messages on booking .com or our phone calls. While we were waiting outside, a stranger walked past and said “they do this every time”. Eventually I had to get another party to try and contact them, which they responded 3 minutes later and called it “good timing” when they complained about their lack of responsiveness, as from that point of contact, they were prompt however neglected to acknowledge the other various messages from 2.5 hours beforehand. Once we got into the room, they acknowledged that they had seen my messages and responded. Once in the room, they told us that we were in the wrong room and had to relocate. Then they said that information was wrong and we were in the right room in the first place. The fridge was not cold and the shower door was broken and dangling from the rail. When I pointed out that it was dangerous as it was about to fall off and shatter, they relocated us to a different room. In that room, some of the light switches were blocked by cupboards, the air conditioning did not have a remote and was set to 25 degrees which felt like it was doing barely anything. Overall terrible stay, terrible staff and were extremely rude when they were speaking to on message after leaving us outside with no contact.

Gros problème de communication! Il n’y a pas de réception nous avons dû appeler à plusieurs reprises pour connaître les modalités d’accès à la chambre. Idem pour la sortie aucune information . Je ne trouve pas très professionnel. Quand a l’équipement, la douche fuit de partout.

No one answered the phone. Tried to fix internet twice in 2 hours- had to move- ALEX would be there in 10 min. 24 min later and w/o answering his phone he arrived. Said - 5 min walk👍 looked at directions on his phone 3 times / and we git lost- 20 min walk😩 Showed us the room- sink in the bedroom😩. Finally up another flight - room Ok . Alex should NEVER work for Booking . Com☹️

The property was very old. Last update to the property was about 1960. Dark and dingy rooms . Curtains hanging off the curtain rod. The room I contracted for was not available. They tried to put me a small room and move me the next day to the room I contacted for. I was given another round but the property needs complete remodeling. I found ut properly is for sale or the license is for sale. The property does not match the online discribtion.

Vecchia e con un restauro sommario effettuato tanto tempo fa. Il bagno ai limiti del decoro, con tavoletta "sconnessa" e doccia malandata. Letto a molle ormai finite con tendenza allo sfondamento. Qualche capello qua e la, non pulito.... Nemmeno una bottiglia da 1/2 litro d'acqua a disposizione

Air con, Wi-Fi, coffee machine, location We were 'upgraded' at no extra cost to a better room. This was much appprwc but very inconvenient Take the term RESORT with a pinch of salt

Our first room, a large double room with private bathroom was just awful, extremely small, a wardrobe with one door which did not close so took up much of the valuable space, broken lampshades, coffee machine under a shelf so could not function without force. The bathroom extractor had no cover, lighting poor, the shower head was held in place by the ceiling timber and leaked from the side all over the floor our towels were soaked. The room was pretty much uninhabitable, extremely poor Second room, massive improvement but still had its flaws, broken glass on top of the bedside table, no mattress protection, I didn't check but assume no pillow protection either. Hot water took a while to get through, pretty much had a cold shower

Posizione comodissima, vicino alla stazione. Check in automatico semplice, anche se ho dovuto attendere qualche minuto prima che mi venisse fornito il codice, ma niente di che. Letto matrimoniale spazioso e piccolo frigorifero in camera

La camera avrebbe bisogno di una "rinfrescata", basterebbe poco. Giusto qualche accorgimento per renderla più gradevole e confortevole

TThe hotel is approximately a fifteen-minute walk from Santa Lucia Train Station. To reach it, cross the Constitution Bridge (Calatrava Bridge), then turn left and cross two additional small bridges. The street is pleasant, featuring a good restaurant on the hotel's first floor and another one nearby. There's also a charming bakery close to the property, all of which offer affordable and delicious options. Although the hotel does not have elevators, it only has two floors, and you can access your room via a narrow staircase. The hotel is located near the center of the island, allowing you to walk in any direction and eventually find your way back to the street where the hotel is situated. You may feel a bit disoriented, but follow the other tourists to find your way.

The host could have met me at the station and saved me from walking more than I needed to because the place is not far. You are on your own. They let me in with the keys and the pin to open the main door, but I actually wanted to speak in person with the host. I was a little confused, and no one could help me, even when I asked for directions. It is not like you take a cab, since it is by canals and bridges. So basically, you have to find your way walking with your luggage. The host could have met me at the end of the Calatrava bridge and walked me to the hotel, since it was about 10 minutes away, but I had to walk for half an hour to find it.

The position was great, not on the main touristic streets.

Bed was old, could feel the springs, toilet button cover fell off, toilet leaks water, above a restaurant, every night was late night drinking, and partying could not get rest before midnight.

The location is near to the bus station.

The stairs are steep and very narrow. The front door can barely be recognised. Furniture very old and not comfortable.

The property is not at all in good shape torn bed sheets and very poor ceilings.

Czystość zostawia wiele do życzenia, ściany popękane i proszą się o farbę, wykładzina na schodach wejściowych mieni się w kolorach brudnej czerwieni po czarny. Nocleg rozczarowujący.

La ubicación, la habitación es preciosa. Una casa antigua con vigas de madera precioso. El baño acabados bonitos.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Obwohl mitten in der Altstadt war es zum schlafen schön ruhig . Für ein oder zwei Nächte gut geeignet

Der Treppenaufgang ist sehr eng und die Dusche klein. Wenn man etwas kräftiger gebaut ist, kann es zu Problemen kommen. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht gut geeignet,da wenig Platz im Zimmer

good location close to everything

We booked a balcony room and we had no balcony. When we asked to be moved they said "sorry for the inconvenience we can move you tomorrow" but we were only there for 2 nights so we didn't want to have to pack all our stuff up for one night. Also the aircon stopped working the second we put it on and when we messaged them they gave us suggestions which didn't work and then when we reached out again they said "sorry for the inconvenience we will look at it tomorrow" so for one whole night we had to have no aircon. And then the next day didn't even come to look at the aircon. We had 2 locked doors in our room which we didn't know what was behind them. In the afternoon we heard knocking but didn't know if it was for our room so we didn't end up answering it, next minute a guy unlocks the door and says his coming up to get cleaning supplies out of the storage rooms. If we weren't there he would've just come up without us in the room, and with all our stuff there...

La prima delle 2 notti trascorse in struttura abbiamo avuto un problema di blatte e un’invasione di formiche. Il personale era chiaramente al corrente della cosa perché erano stati posti erogatori di insetticidi agli angoli della stanza, che non hanno però funzionato. Di conseguenza ci siamo trovati le formiche persino nel letto. La notte successiva siamo stati spostati in un’altra stanza grande un terzo, il cui prezzo era inferiore a quello da me pagato, e il personale si è rifiutato di rimborsarmi persino una differenza o una cifra simbolica. Vergognoso e disonesto

L'emplacement est idéal et le quartier est safe. Idéal surtout si vous avez des valises car vous avez la Piazzale Roma juste à côté.

La literie est très inconfortable. Nous avons extrêmement mal dormi ce qui est problématique quand on est en vacances/repos. D'autant plus que Venise est une ville où l'on marche beaucoup et ne pas pouvoir se reposer la nuit est très embêtant. Egalement, le mobilier est vieux et donc un peu en mauvais état et sale.

Camere piccole ma accoglienti, in centro a Venezia. Zona silenziosa, ottima per riposare. Camere molto disponibili! È stato molto semplice accedere alla struttura. Lo staff invia tutte le info necessarie prima dell’arrivo, tutto molto facile. Consigliato!!

Il checkout alle 11. Sarebbe comodo farlo più tardi per poter lasciare i bagagli in stanza e usufruire di una toilette se necessario.

Posizione strategica. Bagno e doccia buoni. Accesso un pò difficoltoso (al terzo piano) trattatandosi di edificio storico con gradini corti ed alti. Buona la pulizia in generale.

Il contatto tra l'affittacamere ed il cliente avviene solamente via mail o whatsapp. Le mail con il codice per l'ingresso nella struttura è arrivata in ritardo, quando eravamo già sul posto. Anche la mail per la verifica di eventuali problemi è arrivata solamente il giorno dopo. Ad alcuni tentativi di contatto telefonico non hanno mai risposto.

Le sèche-cheveux était cassé, la porte de la douche était cassée, la machine à café ne marchait pas (même si on n’avait pas envie de boire un café dans la chambre, on l’a testée), le lit est inconfortable (j’ai demandé un lit double, mais on a eu deux lits simple), c’est bien y passer de 1 à 3 nuits maximum mais pas plus. En bas il y a des bars et des restaurants donc il y a beaucoup de bruits la nuit. Le wifi ne marchait pas.

Ubicación muy cerca de piazzale Roma y cerca de la parada de vaporetto S.Tomá. en la trattoria del frente hacen dos menús que estan bien por 14 y 16 euros. Ahi comimos varios días, las camareras son muy amables y hablan español. La habitación es grande y tiene otra habitacion individual al lado.

Teníamos microondas y nevera pero en la info de la habitación no lo ponia. No teníamos vaso para calentar y tuvimos que pedirlo en el ristorante del frente porque no hay recepción. Cuando llegamos, las llaves estaban colgadas en la puerta, podrían haber estado guardadas en un guardallaves con código (qualquier otro inquilino las podria haber cogido) La ducha es muy pequeña, la mampara no cierra bien y se sale el agua y no hay ni para colgar la toalla de manos ni cortina en la ventana del baño, tuvimos que poner una camiseta porque te ven los vecinos cuando te duchas.

La ubicación es muy buena. A 5 minutos de la estación de autobuses y a 15 minutos de la zona más transitada de la ciudad.

No hay nadie en el edificio que te pueda atender. Tienes que hacer el check-in si o si antes de llegar para que te den el código y poder entrar, pero en ningún momento habrá ningún recepcionista que te pueda atender en persona. Aún así, Felicia, la chica que nos atendió por teléfono, muy atenta.

La habitación estaba un poco "descuidada".

Apartament w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, czysty i odpowiednio wyposażony. Idealny na krótsze pobyty, ale i dłuższy pobyt da się w nim spędzić.

Dla nas to nie był problem, ale apartament jest położony na poddaszu i prowadzą do niego dość strome i wąskie schody. Moze to sprawiać problem osobom z ograniczeniami ruchowymi albo bardzo dużymi bagażami.

Estaba todo bastante sucio (nos llegamos a encontrar una araña y una cucaracha), la cama nada cómoda, la nevera no funcionaba y por último, teníamos una puerta que daba a nuestra habitación que no sabíamos que había ahí dentro (se escuchaban ruidos muy fuertes como de lavandería que venían de esa puerta)

La ubicación perfecta, zona tranquila, pero al lado de todo el bullicio de Venecia. La habitación muy acogedora y calentita ya que fuera hacia bastante frio. Calefacción perfecta por radiador y aire por split. El baño y el dormitorio calentitos todo el día y limpios. Recomendable sin duda!

No me gustó nada, todo súper sucio roto, nada que ver con las imágenes.

Tuvimos que pagarnos otro hotel debido a las condiciones que se encontraba este establecimiento, condiciones infrahumanas y de falta de higiene. no se encontraban en condiciones para que se hospeden clientes, bichos muertos en la pared con sangre seca, en el bote de los cepillos pañuelos con bichos y sangre sábanas sin cambiar, armarios con puñetazos en la madera, le avisamos varias veces por teléfono a la mujer de que no iba a calefacción no nos cogía el teléfono, al final nos respondió por el whassap que nos cambiáramos de habitación por que ella reconoció que no eran condiciones, esa noche no podíamos dormir por el miedo que pasamos en aquella habitación, era muy tarde y no eran horas para salir en busca de otro hotel, pero si reservamos uno para al día siguiente marcharnos de allí, nos comunicamos con la mujer para decirle que nos hemos tenido que ir de allí por qué no eran condiciones de estar así y que por su falta de respeto y profesionalidad hemos tenido que pagar una noche de hotel justo el día de antes con un coste más elevado y el hotel más lejos del centro que nos ha puesto un gasto de trasporte, una experiencia horrorosa, no puede pasar esto otra vez más, gracias a esta mujer y su hotel nos ha fastidiado el viaje de final de exámenes,

Il rumore del condizionatore non mi ha fatto dormire, ma almeno copriva altri scricchiolii di provenienza sconosciuta. The noise from the air conditioner kept me awake, but at least it covered up other creaking noises of unknown origin.
