location is best, along the major highway, staffs are great, value for money, facilities are good

wifi is free however it's limited to 8hrs only, after that you have to buy voucher for the wifi, there's a cable tv which you can enjoy watching however it's fixed to one channel only coz the remote is not working perhaps it need battery replacement. I stayed there 3 times but it's still the same remote :D hope they fix it

The bed and the room were very comfortable . Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The view of Mount Mayon from the roof is spectacular. The supermarket downstairs is useful.

It's a little remote and the local restaurants shown on Gmaps have closed down which means eating is problematic. Staff will help you order takeaway and there are some street stalls but they are not always open.

The staff was always very helpful to the extent that they could be given the limitations of the facilities.

The WiFi system was awful. They give 8-hour vouchers which generally provide slow Internet service which makes it difficult to get any serious work online did. The external WiFi signals are poor. Bed was marginally comfortable and entertainment options were limited. The shower wasn't working properly, either. Charging stations very limited.

Personnel très sympathique, nous avons pu arriver avant l'heure du check-in sans que cela nous soit facturé et tout le monde était de bons conseils. La chambre était propre et avec climatisation.

Nous sommes limités à 8h de wifi par jour et de mauvaise qualité. Pas de pression dans la douche. Les chambres ne sont pas bien isolées, il y a beaucoup de bruit.

Very convenient location if u have a car. Rooms are comfortable and clean. We had a great stay.

Smell of cat urine on some hours of the day at the hallway and reception area. Does bnot last long naman.

I like that there is a grocery store downstairs which was convenient to buy mineral water, toiletries, etc.. There's also a nice view of the Mayon Volcano at the rooftop.

The location of the property is along the highway and has no nearby establishments except the grocery store downstairs. If you want to order food, you would have to ride the jeep to the malls/establishments or order via Grabfood.

Although it is along the road, it is quite far from the city center. The facilities need to be updated, like the toilet. It’s difficult to flush because the push button is very hard to press. Plus they are doing construction work which gets very loud early in the morning

The room is very spacious. That's very homey. I liked it.

It's far from thw centro. The bath towel is only one, it should be two since we booked for two persons. There's no free soap and shampoo too.

Very decent room,. Clean and what I like about it is the heater and the cabinet. Very accommodating staff. Very happy cause i was able to have some documents printed in the reception area. The receptionist was very helpful. The location is one ride away to prc. Easy to locate as well. Thank you.

it was peaceful, clean. there’s a grocery downstair where you can buy basic needs. staff was kind and accommmodating. i recommend this for solo traveller who wants a quiet place.
