Hotel Resol Stay Akihabara

Unser Zimmer war für japanische Verhältnisse überraschend groß und wir hatten genug Platz, um unsere Koffer gut abzustellen. Alles war sehr sauber und angenehm. Besonders schön fanden wir die kleine Überraschung zu unserer Hochzeitsreise. Wir hatten nur beiläufig erwähnt, dass wir auf Honeymoon sind, und das Hotel hat dies wahrgenommen und für uns eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit - Gesichtsmasken, Seifen und persönliche Worte - vorbereitet. Eine wirklich liebevolle Aufmerksamkeit! Auch die Lage ist super. In etwa 5 bis 7 Minuten ist man zu Fuß bei der Akihabara U-Bahn Station und der Akihabara Street. Dadurch ist man sehr gut angebunden und schnell in anderen Teilen Tokios. Außerdem gibt es im Hotel eine Tee und Kaffee Station.

Eigentlich nichts. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht und können dieses daher nicht beurteilen.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and I'm so glad I came back! The facilities and room are very clean, the view of the train tracks is phenomenal, and the staff are so friendly. I made many requests to the front desk and they were very accommodating and professional. The lobby has great spaces to work, chat, or just relax and watch the trains go by. The coin laundry is also very easy to operate. As a solo traveler, the room was the perfect size. The bathroom felt especially luxurious, and the hair dryer was fantastic too. I'm looking forward to visiting this hotel a third time in the future!

It was a very good for value hotel, very clean and with a great style. The rooms are super comfortable and « bigger » than some other hotels. We loved the location, super close to many major train lines. While it was close to the rails we only very faintly hear them and it didn’t disrupt our sleep at all. The staff was nice and was very helpful to recover a lost item. We can only recommend !

Good location, booking.com arranged transfer from airport was great, a very friendly welcome and easy check in. The room was small as expected. It was very clean and comfortable, the bath was excellent! A huge range of free items available in reception. Free coffee and soft drinks. The house robot is very cute. Overall good value for money.

Il bagno e la sala comune

Die Lage war mega, wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt Richtung der Bahnstrecke, aber man hat keinerlei Züge hören können. Für Fotos war der Ausblick ein Traum. Die Ausstattung war übersichtlich aber völlig ausreichend. Das Bett war etwas klein, wir sind 1.80m x 2.00m gewohnt daher war es etwas eng. Das Personal ist unheimlich freundlich und zuvorkommend, beim Gepäckversand wird einem bis zum Schluss geholfen. Waschmaschine + Trockner im Hotel, Küche zum selber kochen ist da, Kaffee und Getränke immer frei zur Verfügung. Wir sind begeistert und haben es sehr genossen. Auch wenn es sehr kleine Punkte zu bemängeln gab können wir das Hotel sofort weiterempfehlen.

Bett etwas klein, Zimmer relativ eng. Für Leute ab 1,90m Größe eher ungeeignet.

Struttura vicinissimo alla stazione di akihabara ma in posizione tranquilla. Hotel silenzioso e ben collegato, super fornito di prodotti da bagno. Graditissima la possibilità di usufruire di soft drink, caffè e acqua durante il soggiorno. In camera si trova pantofole e ciabatte.

Si vraiment je veux être un petit peu tatillon, je dirais la taille de la chambre et encore c’est tout à fait acceptable et elles étaient quand même très bien agencé

It was fine, comfortable and quiet enough.

It's annoying that when I pay for the hotel including taxes through Booking.com, that I'm charged another 400 yen for "city tax" upon arrival. That's either an amount that should have been worked into the price when I made the booking, or its an unnecessary charge that is being made of me at the last minute when I have no other option but to pay it. Either way, a poor way to start the experience of staying there. I also wasn't a fan of having to use my room card to exit the building, makes me feel a bit like I'm trapped.

Buona posizione per girare ad Akihabara. Noi abbiamo avuto un upgrade di stanza e la camera era più “grande” del solito standard giapponese. Ovviamente sempre molto piccola ☺️ Le pulizie vengono fatte ogni 4 giorni ma gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni giorno. A disposizione nella reception ci sono vari prodotti per l’igiene a disposizione gratuitamente

Un buen alojamiento, todo muy limpito y muy atentos. Guardan maletas el día del check-out y está cerquita de la estación. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero como lo habitual en la zona.

Sobe su vrlo male, ali to mi se zapravo i svidjelo jer koliko razumijem to je u Japanu svugdje tako što onda dodaje cjelokupnom iskustvu. Hotel je jako čist i uredan, ima sve što treba imati i osoblje je vrlo ljubazno i uslužno. Mali robot presladak. Hotel je u blizini marketa i u blizini stanica.

3 lavatrici e 3 asciugatrici non sono sufficienti nelle ore di punta.. quelle serali. Le camere sono umide, anche con il clima accesso valigie e vestiti rimangono umidi. Se c'era un de umidificatore a noi non lo ha comunicato nessuno. Il tavolino in camera ci é stato sempre di intralcio.

El hotel está genial! El diseño de las habitaciones es precioso, la cama no puede ser más cómoda, el aire acondicionado súper silencioso, el baño genial... vamos, que es ideal. Además, está muy bien situado. El barrio tampoco es que tenga muchos reclamos turísticos, pero está muy muy cerca de varias estaciones de metro/tren que llegan enseguida a cualquier parte de Tokio. En recepción tienen mucha información, sitio para trabajar, muchos amenities, y, lo mejor, bebidas gratis 24/7 (café, refrescos, agua, hielos...) Recomendamos 100%. Termino añadiendo que repetimos el hotel al final del viaje; no hay mejor evidencia de lo a gusto que estuvimos.

Nice and close to everything, but one street back away from the hustle and bustle. Staff are amazing, make sure to book the double deluxe room if you want room. Watch our for the little Robot that follows you around!

Conveniently located next to the station but on a quiet street. Room on the smaller side, but just enough. A detail, but I absolutely loved the hair dryer! And the amenities available – from coffee and tea to single-use skin care and more. A cute robot in the lobby was a nice touch.

The room was great, clean and comfortable and we managed to make room for two big luggages and two carryons. Fresh towels everyday. The staff were really helpful and nice. The lobby had great amenities, washer and dryer, smoking lounge, free coffee, tea, shampoo and shower gel. Most importantly it was very close to Akihabara train station.

Byłam w tym hotelu na początku i na końcu mojego pobytu w Japonii. Bez zarzutu, wszystko pod ręka. Zostawiałam przy pierwszym pobycie słuchawki, zanim się zoreintowałam hotel już pisał gdzie i jak je dostarczyć. . Koedy wrociliśmy czekały w recepcji. Obsługa grzeczna i pomocna. Bardzo dobry punot komunikacyjny.

The location is a bit hard to find, tucked in an alley not easily seen. Bed was a bit hard. The room needed air purifier as a standard and it would have been much nicer.

The 'break-out' space is AMAZING at this Hotel. I didn't see this when we were booking, and it really is AWESOME! There is a big space where you can get complimentary tea, coffee and non-alcholic drinks. There are also complimentary pastries during certain times of the day. Art and crafts for children, a robot that was pretty funny, and lots of seats and tables where you can work and/or eat at. There is also a huge pile of toiletries, as there are none in the rooms. Anything you could want was there! A really large variety of products. This hotel is about 10 minutes from Electric Town, and about 5 minutes from the Station. The bedroom was a decent size for three people, and had super comfortable beds.

The lights in the room were odd. We couldn't work out how to use them (there seemed to be no consistency on which switch turned each light on/off!) and one seemed to be a sensor light which was annoying when someone went to the bathroom overnight and a bright light comes on in the room.

Rooms are clean, comfortable beds and size is very good for Tokyo standards (we had small table and 2 chairs). It doesn't bother me the rooms are only cleaned every 4 days, you know when you book. Reception area is nice and you can get some soft drinks and coffee. We really liked the location, close to Akihabara station, not far from Kanda station, both with a lot of subway options. Streets surrounding hotel are very quiet. Would stay there again when in Tokyo.

Difficile trovare difetti.

Modernes Hotel mit super freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Personal (inkl. sehr guten Englischkenntnissen). Zimmer sind mit allem Notwendigem ausgestattet und in angenehmer Größe. Betten sind auch sehr bequem. Täglich werden ebenfalls neue Handtücher und kostenlose Wasserflaschen an die Zimmertüre gehängt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der Aufenthalts/Loungebereich mit ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten neben der Rezeption an dem ganztags kostenlos Kaffee/Tee/Softdrinks und Snacks (zeitlich begrenzt) zur Verfügung stehen. Und letztlich die ausgezeichnete Lage im ruhigeren Teil von Akihabara. Fußweg zur belebten Straße und Metro mit zig Verbindungen (u.a. Yamanote, Ginza, Hibiya) sind in 5 min zu erreichen. Habe mich als Frau alleine auch zu keiner Zeit unwohl gefühlt.

Das Hotel würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen. Nervig war lediglich, dass in den Zimmern viel dauerhaft beleuchtet war (Klima, Lichtschalter) -> Augenmaske empfohlen. Auch war das WLAN im Zimmer (11. Etage) instabil sodass ich öfters über mobile Daten im Netz war.

This is my second stay here, and I love it even more this time. The location is fantastic, with several metro stations within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient to explore Tokyo. The facilities are excellent, and I especially love that they provide ReFa shower heads and hairdryers, my favorite brand. They even have a cute robot named Maron now! She’s so adorable that I already want to come back and see her again. 😊

The only downside is that the rooms are quite small. That said, the hotel makes up for it with a cozy and welcoming common area where you can comfortably spend time outside your room while enjoying complimentary drinks.

Great location just away from the craziness of Akihabara. Close to main train lines to make travel around the city easy. The room was very comfortable for three and we could actually walk around the beds! Our window faced several train tracks and we heard nothing. Great spot! We didn't eat breakfast but appreciated the lounge area and drinks/snacks offered.

Grundsätzlich gutes Hotel, gute Lage, freundliche Mitarbeiter, schönes Design.

Die Lüfter in allen Zimmer sind richtig schrecklich. Die laufen die ganze Zeit, sind laut und blasen permanent kalte Luft in die Zimmer. Ich war zum zweiten mal in dem Hotel und dachte beim ersten mal, das wäre nur ein einmaliges Problem gewesen, aber anscheinend ist das ein grundsätzliches Problem in dem Hotel. Man kann die Lüftung nicht abstellen und diese ist brutal. Das Ergebnis? 2x in dem Hotel und beides male krank geworden. Die Lobby empfiehlt einem dann den Lüfter mit Handtüchern abzudecken, was auch halbwegs klappt, aber geht das handtuch mitten in der nacht ab... viel spaß.... Ich kann es leider wirklich niemanden empfehlen der halbwegs empfindlich auf Klimaanlagen und Lüftungen reagiert. Das hat mir jetzt beide male jeweils eine Woche Urlaub krank im Hotelbett gekostet. Zudem ist das gesamte Cleaning Personal in der Zeit in der wir da waren krank gewesen und hat uns teilweise auf dem Flur ins Gesicht gehustet. Das wäre vor 10 Jahren in Japan nie passiert.... das hat sich schon alles sehr geändert... Wir mussten bei Ankunft auch das Zimmer wechseln, weil unser Bett voller schwarzer Haare war... Komischerweise rochen die Handtücher immer nach karaage... wahrscheinlich werden die von einem Unternehmen gewaschen, die auch Restaurantwäsche bearbeiten, war unsere Vermutung. Mir tut es leid, sowas schreiben zu müssen, weil wir das Lobbypersonal wirklich nur Loben können, sowie die Lage und die Aesthetik.

The location was near a busy area but just a few blocks to have complete silence.

The buttons on the nightstand to control the lights had a dimm light that cannot be turned off. This caused a little inconveniences at the time to go sleep.

Fantastic quiet location but still very close to electric town. Close to transport and food options, very clean and friendly staff. Loved the common area, free drinks and snacks, lots of complimentary toiletries.

The staff were fanstastic and incredibly accomodating. There was free tea, coffee & soda when we arrived. We had some issues with the size of the bed and they were more than happy to help us sort something else out.

Rooms are quite small for 3 people. Dad had to sleep on a couch which was very firm

Super-convenient hotel very close to Akihabara Station. Facilities and the room felt very new. Everything was clean. The overall room is slightly bigger than what one finds in APA, for example, which makes a big difference in the shower (can actually move a bit while showering). As far as "budget"-ish hotels in touristy areas in Tokyo go, this is top-notch value for the price. The hotel has a common area with free coffee, tea, and even some snacks. Having a common area is extremely convenient when staying in small rooms. Cause one can just drop there for a quick rest in between walks, or to eat something brought from the konbinis (which can be difficult if the room is tight).

It is a lovely quiet-ish suburb compared to Sinjuku. Lots of great places to eat, shop. Comfiest beds with comfiest covers. I would stay again in the hotel.
