The hotel was a great location: close to the west beach, eateries, shops etc. The hotel prearranged transfers from/to the airport, which went very well. Roof top bar and pool were great. Meals too at the hotel were great too.

No blockout curtains. Plantation blinds look great but are useless at darkening the bedroom at night.

Fantastic location, staff very helpful and friendly. Room very clean and beautifully decorated. We ate in the restaurant 3 times as the food was lovely and special thanks to our waiter Ronald and the rest of the team as they do work so hard to make the hotel a wonderful place to stay at. Room service and house keeping was great too. Thank you Feliz hotel for a brilliant week and we would definitely come back in the future.

Would have liked more healthy options for breakfast such as more variety of fruits. I sometimes find it hard to eat rice, chicken and pork dishes for breakfast. The rooftop pool needs maintenance around the pool area but this didn't affect our stay.

My stay at Feliz Hotel Boracay was a good experience. The location is located at the heart of D'Mall, and a minute walk from the beach. The overall service including the reception, room service, foods, and etc are great. I would like to stay here in future and I will recommend to my friends to stay here. Also another plus factor the rooftop swimming pool and bar, I will include the instagrammable entrance door of the hotel.

We recently returned from Boracay, where we stayed at Feliz Hotel for six nights, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel enjoys an excellent location and exudes a charming Mediterranean ambiance. Both the room and bathroom were beautifully appointed, offering comfort and style throughout our stay. What truly set the experience apart was the exceptional service. We had several positive interactions with Macy from Reservations, who was delightful to deal with. She handled our requests efficiently and always responded promptly. We also had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Allan O. Chan. Allan was highly visible around the property, regularly greeting guests and making everyone feel genuinely welcome and at home. He is undoubtedly a great asset to both the hotel and the wider hotel group. Each morning, we were warmly greeted by the breakfast team, and we also appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of Eric, the Housekeeping Manager. Overall, Feliz Hotel exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful, the atmosphere is inviting, and the entire team was warm, welcoming, and accommodating. We would not hesitate to recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.

The experience was great. It’s location wise. Great atmosphere. The rooms are calming, we had a great sleep. It’s value for the money, it’s clean. Tolerable noise level. The people show the true beauty of this great hotel!! Everyone at the front desk was just truly amazing and Irwin treated us as he is our personal host!! he helped with the bags and recommendations with the local activities. We stayed at Feliz for 6 days and 5 nights and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel looks just like the pictures, and the customer service was excellent throughout our stay. Our room was lovely, with a spacious bathroom, and the breakfast was magnifique, there was a different menu each day, which we really enjoyed. What stood out most was how warmly the staff interacted with guests and how attentive they were. Overall, everything was great from the moment they picked us up to the time we checked out. We would definitely recommend Feliz and would love to come back.

The fitness center could have been better, as a few of the machines were out of order. That said, it didn’t affect our overall stay.

After checking quite a few hotels in Boracay and staying in one other, I can confidently say that the Feliz hotel is the best option, especially for a solo traveller! The interior design is so tasteful and the atmosphere is great. You get a luxurious and spacious room, very nice breakfast, and outstanding service! I also tried the massage in the room and I highly recommend. Definitely check out their fire dancing show and acoustic singers - they were so good! I was beyond impressed. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

We had an amazing stay at Feliz Hotel Boracay. The staff were incredibly warm, accommodating, and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel location is excellent since it’s only a short walk to the beach and located in D’Mall, the center for shopping and restaurants. The rooftop pool was also one of our favorite spots, especially during sunset. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel. We will surely stay here again.

I highly recommend Feliz Hotel! The location is absolutely fantastic, making it feel very safe and secure to walk around even late at night. The hotel design is stunning, and I was especially captivated by the beautiful tiles used throughout the property. On top of that, the breakfast was incredibly delicious every morning. A major highlight of my stay was the dinner at Feliz Hotel La Plaza—the live singer's performance! 펠리즈 호텔 완전 추천해요! 위치가 대박이라 밤늦게 돌아다녀도 전혀 무섭지 않고 안전했어요. 호텔 디자인도 취향 저격인데 특히 타일이 너무너무 예쁩니다. 조식도 매일 맛있게 먹었어요. 제일 기억에 남는 건 라플라자 디너인데, 라이브 가수 공연이 분위기를 엄청 로맨틱하게 만들어줬어요. 진짜 잊지 못할 행복한 추억 만들고 갑니다!

Our dining experience at La Plaza was unfortunately a bit disappointing from the start, as no staff member assisted us while we were searching for a table, especially since most of the tables were marked as reserved. In addition, our orders took quite some time to arrive, and the drinks we ordered were unintentionally overlooked—we had already finished our meals before they were served. That said, the food itself was genuinely excellent and definitely one of the highlights of our visit. Most notably, we would like to commend Drew, whose service truly stood out. Despite being an intern, she displayed remarkable attentiveness, professionalism, and warmth throughout our dining experience than some other staff. Her genuine smile and proactive approach in assisting us helped turn an otherwise disappointing experience into a more positive one. She handled the situation with grace and made us feel valued as guests.

Just celebrated our honeymoon here on Boracay and Feliz Hotel was a great place to stay at. The service, hospitality, the close proximity to the shops, d’mall, and restaurants was very convenient. Very welcoming from the start with cocktail drinks, very professional and personable staff especially the restaurant staff. Clean rooms as well. Only issue was one of the sinks were not draining. Great breakfast and they even remembered our typical order during our stay there. Shows that the staff here really pays attention to their guests. Highly recommended staying here. Will come back here again when we come back to Boracay!

I recently stayed at Feliz Hotel Boracay, located inside D’Mall, for 2 nights from April 26 to 28. This was actually my second time staying at the hotel, and once again, I was impressed with the overall quality of the rooms, which are truly top-notch—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. While my experience didn’t start off perfectly due to a miscommunication with my booking and an issue with the original room assigned to us, the situation was handled very well. Naturally, I felt frustrated at first, but what stood out was how professionally everything was managed afterward. The staff, especially April and her supervisor Tin, provided excellent service recovery. They addressed the issue promptly, remained calm and respectful, and handled everything with genuine care and professionalism. What I appreciated most was that they maintained a positive attitude and a smile throughout, which really helped ease the frustration I initially felt. Their effort to resolve the situation and ensure we were comfortable made a big difference in our stay. It turned what could have been a negative experience into something I still look back on positively. Overall, I commend the team for their excellent service and dedication to guest satisfaction. Because of both the quality of the hotel and how well the situation was handled, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Good location within d-mall (station 2) walking distance from beach and stations 1 and 3. Clean rooms and relaxing atmosphere. Staff is very hospitable and amenitiea are great. Must visit rooftop pool. Enjoyed the free cocktail drinks at the hotel bar. Overall good value for money, will recommend!

Хорошие завтраки, вечером ужинали во дворике с живой музыкой. Рядом с отелем оживленная улица, много магазинчиков и кафешек. До пляжа идти пару минут, но народу там всегда очень много, чтобы уйти от толпы нужно минут 15 прошагать вдоль пляжа. В целом впечатления остались суперские от проживания, поэтому всем рекомендую этот отель.

Location is in the heart of the hustle and bustle of D Mall also a minute’s walk to the beachfront. The cleanliness and room decor particularly the bathroom was excellent. Staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was diverse and delicious. The roof view with bar and swimming pools were truly phenomenal. Entertainment such as the fire dancing.

We had a fabulous stay. The only things we'd like to mention are: the broken toilet seat that was extremely loud each time someone sat on it, the freezing AC that the housekeeping would put on, the missed confirmation of our sunset cruise (no email or name of provider sent) leading to us being scammed by a tour company on the beach, no beach loungers available for us as Feliz was just back from the beach.

The hotel and room has a beautiful Spanish inspired theme and decors. The room was very spacious including the bathroom. The staff were all attentive and warm. The location is great it being in the middle of shopping and restaurants. And the beach within a nearby walk. The buffet also has very good options.

Erica of reservations displayed exemplary customer service. Agoda made an error sending the hotel a different room confirmation from what we received. She made our check-in easier and even upgraded our room with a balcony and made sure that our bed was 1 king size rather than 2 queen beds. Everything else was good, TV in the room however had a different color output.

Top location . Excellent service. Friendly staff. We had the Feliz Suite, It was amazing. Everything extremely clean. We also enjoyed our dinners, good food in a relaxing area. 2 remarks: a larger breafast buffet with more variarty and put more chairs and beds by the pool. We rate this hotel 4.5 stars!

Yhe good at the hotel was not good .. breakfast everything was cold .., the breads were so sweet we could be not eat .. you had to ask got butter & was only given 3 very d pats of frozen solid butter We had lunch up in the pool area a beautiful setting but our lunch was inedible … in the end we went out for breakfast & any other food .. The room had a kettle but no tea or coffee or milk .. such a shame as the hotel is beautiful the rooms are gorgeous and the staff could not do enough for you The location of the hotel is right in the middle & only 5 mins from the beach.

I’ve been staying at Feliz Hotel Boracay about twice a year since 2019. I’ve always loved the hotel’s central location and its beautiful Spanish-inspired design, which makes it a comfortable and charming place to stay in Boracay. However, over the years and almost all original employees gone, I’ve noticed a decline in the overall service quality. Compared to my earlier stays, the attentiveness and consistency of the staff experience seem to have changed, which unfortunately affects the overall stay. That said, I would like to commend Mico from Á La Plaza Bar & Restaurant for his personalized service. He stood out for being attentive and genuinely welcoming, which made our dining experience much more enjoyable. Because I’ve been a returning guest for several years, it’s a bit disappointing to see the change in service. Housekeeping skipped us for 2 days and no turndown service before night time. Lights were busted near where we stayed. While I still appreciate the hotel’s location and atmosphere, I’m now considering trying other places on my future trips to Boracay.

Appalling service from reception staff. I’m travelling with my sister, we always book a. Twin Room. We were told that they had a king size room but we explained that we are brother and sister. We are still sitting on the lobby two hours later. In my experience any reasonable hotel would have sorted this out. DONT BOOK HERE

First of all, my boyfriend and I would like to commend Sir Chill, Sir Juniel, and Miss Tin for the awesome service we received on the night of February 14. They truly went above and beyond, so thoughtful, kind, and attentive to their customers. Sir Juniel and Miss Tin stood out for their warmth, not just in how they assisted us but also through their genuine smiles and welcoming presence. They made us feel comfortable and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. A big shout-out as well to Sir Chill for being so cool and accommodating with my boyfriend’s request, hands down, that deserves a bow down. 🙌 These three are a credit to your team and genuinely deserve recognition (and honestly, a raise).

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of D’Mall, making it incredibly convenient. The Spanish-inspired architecture adds a distinctive and charming touch to the overall ambience. The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. While the breakfast could be improved, the attentive service more than made up for any shortcomings. The Duty Manager for F&B was especially proactive and helpful.

We unfortunately did not have a room with a balcony so that there was no way of getting fresh air in the room as it wasn't possible to open the windows.

Centralized location to beaches and mall.

First of all let me start by saying this is a lovely hotel and the location was spot on for us right in the heart of D’Mall yet very quiet-in hotel. However I wouldn’t stay here again breakfast was disappointing and as result didn’t ever eat dinner here but it was always busy so must have been good . Room was lovely and very spacious the only problem was that our room faced inwards like a lot of the rooms did and if we opened the shutters to let light into the room we could see people walking past and more importantly they could see in our room . When we checked out we were overcharged for use of the mini bar I queried it and said I had only had one can of pop it really wasn’t the cost it was the principle for me - we ended up paying what they said we used even tho we hadn’t used it an told them that but didn’t want to cause a fuss in reception. Such a shame as I was on a high of borocay and this damped my final memories of what is truly beautiful place

Pleasant building, good location. Nice and really effortful staff. Attentive and making sure the guests are taken cared of or attended to. Tidy rooms. However many lack adequate ventilation and have this moldy smell. You have a window you cannot really open. It always smells of artificial fresheners and chlorine and then this waves of moldy, trapped air. The glass has really old water stains and the corners of the bathroom have molds and unfortunately just not cleaned well. They really need to work on that. People will get sick. If i had my own tools i would’ve cleaned it myself. Housekeeping always forgot to leave us a rag so we had to use something else. They are quite busy though. Breakfast was good. Staff always present and making sure nothing is empty and that old people are assisted.

It was once again an absolute pleasure to stay at Feliz Hotel for the second time. During our first visit in September 2022, we were already impressed, and this experience confirmed that our enthusiasm has not changed. The level of service remains outstanding. The staff are truly exceptional — attentive, hardworking, motivated, and genuinely friendly. This deserves special recognition. Our room and the entire hotel property were impeccably clean and constantly maintained. We would especially like to thank Raymart for taking such wonderful care of us during our stay, as well as the rest of the team who showed such kindness and attention, particularly toward our niece. The overall look and feel of the hotel is elegant and welcoming, from the impressive entrance to the beautiful rooftop pool with a dedicated kiddie pool and a stylish hotel bar — creating a refined and relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. Breakfast was well organized and offered a good variety of both hot and cold dishes. The location is ideal, situated in the heart of Station 2 near D’Mall. It is a lively area, which adds to the vibrant Boracay experience and is worth noting for guests who enjoy being close to everything. We sincerely thank the entire team at Feliz Hotel. On our next visit to Boracay, we will most certainly return.

Nice clean room with a big comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and hot shower. We especially loved the roof terrace - lovely staff, happy hour every evening, karaoke, board and card games and a nice pool. Good variety at breakfast, and staff were really helpful if you were ever waiting for a particularly dish to be replenished. It was only a 3-minute walk from the beach and close to lots of nice restaurants and bars.

Not a big issue for us, as there were cable channels with popular films, but the TV isn’t new enough for you to use Netflix or other streaming apps on, our friends were able to cast from their Android phones, but we couldn’t with our iPhones.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, plenty of storage and right in the heart of Boracay. The room was enormous. I really enjoyed the rooftop pool. My wife and I are vegetarian and Mico, the head waiter, bent over backwards every morning to make sure we had something to eat.

The only negative, which really is a personal preference, is the windows of the room all looked out to the inside of the hotel. This was great for quiet, but wasn't great for privacy if the blinds were open. Also, since you couldn't see the outside of the hotel, once in the room, I could have been anywhere in the world. It didn't feel like the beach was 2 minutes away.

I am from California and everything about the experience at Feliz. Hotel was incredibly amazing from start to finish. In conjunction with the shuttle services and communication between the different companies, the welcoming staff, the beautiful lobby and subsequent room was top notch and an amazing quality for the unbelieveable nightly price. We also enjoyed wonderful shows as well as live music almost nightly and it was two minute walk to the beautiful beaches of Boracay!!. we received amazing in room massage therapy services as well as room service, which was so delicious and well priced.

There really isn’t anything that I can say in regards to constructive feedback regarding our Feliz hotel stay.

Enda negativa jag kan komma på är tjat om toalettpapper :-)! deras papper är ju inte direkt Serla och 2 rullar på en dag för en familj på 4 funkade inte så bra så det var alltid ett letande efter papper.

Super friendly staff, room and bathroom were a decent size for the family. The location was a winner for us. The hotel itself has a lot to offer, like live music, fire dancing, a rooftop pool, and a family activity area. We enjoyed karaoke and drinks. We were welcomed, felt valued, and staff took good care of us. I am glad we used the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. It was reasonably priced, reliable, and a smooth transfer. Restaurant food is also very good quality and reasonably priced. The hotel is generally clean and well-presented. We did not have any issues during our stay. We came with two kids and they all enjoyed the stay. The morning breakfast was better than the 5-star hotel we previously stayed in Manila. You get varieties every day so you are not repeatedly eating a similar breakfast meal every day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a better experience in Boracay without breaking their budget.

The rooftop pool wasn't clean enough and needed a shaded area so you could watch your kids swimming without feeling uncomfortable sitting under the sun. Room service cleaning was good, but they should be more efficient and responsive. The hotel should deep clean bathrooms every week. If these issues can be addressed, the hotel will meet a 5-star standard when it comes to rooms.

Vi försökte på avresedagen beställa en smörgås att ta med vid avfärden kl. 11 men fick beskedet om att köket inte var bemannat med lunchpersonalen ännu, utan enbart frukostpersonalen fanns där. En mkt stelbent hållning, något som gjorde att det blev ett "surt" avslut på semestern.

The location of Felix was fantastic! Breakfast was amazing the best service we've ever had on all our Far East Asian holidays (e.g., Penang, Bali, Koh Samui, and Phuket). Mico's hospitality and generosity, especially in catering to our vegetarian diet, made the holiday perfect.

The swimming pool area needs some maintenance and the wear and tear is beginning to show.

This is my 2nd stay in Feliz for this year, 2025 but my 7th stay in this hotel since 2023. There are so many reasons why I HIGHLY recommend this hotel and personally, by far the BEST hotel I have stayed in on this island. I haven't had this kind of service and experience with other hotels on the island, and it's what keeps me from booking again at this beautiful hotel. 1. Warm and kind staff - from their concierge, guards, restaurant staff, front desk and housekeeping, they are all NICE! will greet you with a smile and be approachable. I have never experienced this in other hotels on the island. For other hotels, the staff are too transactional, unlike in Feliz, I can say they have a "culture" in the hotel that truly makes the experience very welcoming, warm and close to home. 2. Beautiful rooms, architecture and amenities - Personally, their rooms are far better than those big, heritage brand-hotels in Manila. It feels exclusive and first class. Linens are soft, clean and fresh - rooms are well kept and smell nice. I always had a very good sleep in their rooms. It's so hard sometimes because as much as you like to stay in your room to cosy up, but at the same time, when the sun/day is beautiful outside, it's hard to choose to stay indoors or outside. So I suggest, spare a day just to be in your room, as it is really cosy and hard not to feel relaxed. 3. Location is the best - if you choose to be on the beach, or walk around shops and dine out, it's all there at the heart of D'Mall. Though it gets crowded as it is the "downtown" of the island, but it's close to everything. 4. Breakfast buffet is great! - I have tried the other buffet breakfasts in other hotels here and their selection is good to cover your meals for morning and lunch time! From their pastries, to salad bar, for me, it has everything that I like to eat for the morning. The time they serve the breakfast buffet is reasonable (6-10 am) unlike some who does it until 9am only. Overall experience - I'd give it more than excellent or 5 stars. I have never been disappointed in this hotel. If there's only one thing I would improve on, is that their key cards easily gets deactivated when in close contact with your phone. So sometimes you have to go down to the lobby again to have it activated. Slightly inconvenient, but happens rarely. Looking forward to stay in Feliz again on Summer of 2026. HIGHLY recommended, Absolutely value for money, and won't disappoint (especially for first time guests)

Hotel right in vicinity of Station 2, Breakfast was good and room is clean. Bed was comfortable , staffs are friendly and helpful. Overall a very nice stay!

Boutique hotel in the heart of the buzzy Boracay beach scene. A delightful smiley welcome greeted us and set the tone for a mellow stay. Rooftop pool and breakfast in the courtyard. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. A must.

Stayed here for 3 Days and 2 Nights. Very comfortable at malinis. ang ganda ng mga facilities, may gym, rooftop pool and bar! spacious ang room at ang laki ng bed at pillows! may private balcony rin! paglabas ng hotel katapst agaf ang mga souvenir storrs, restos at cafes at malapit lang din sa beach!!

Abends ist es bedingt durch die Animation auf den Zimmern etwas laut - dass ist jedoch meckern auf hohem Niveau, weil sonst alles top ist !

We had such a comfortable and family friendly stay. The staff were genuinely warm, helpful, and made us feel so taken care of throughout our visit. The location was perfect and very convenient, especially when traveling with a toddler. Breakfast was complete and delicious, making our mornings an easy and happy start. Overall, a stay that made us feel welcome, relaxed, and at home.

The kerb appea was great. It made you feel like we had arrived somewhere special. From pulling up outside reception, the staff were there to assist with check in . Cold infused water was served whilst we were checking in. The building was clean and cared for. The room was large. Spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. Towels are provided for use on the beach, which is 200m away. The roof terrace with the infinity pool, great to watch the sunsets. The breakfast had plenty to choose from. Everything about the hotel, was just wonderful. Staff incredible.

Feliz Hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s a stunning property located right in the heart of D’Mall, so we literally had everything we needed within walking distance. The décor beautifully blends modern design with traditional Filipino touches, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere throughout the hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable, and provided a great night’s sleep every evening during our stay. The hotel is only about a two-minute walk from the beautiful beach, where we enjoyed watching the sunset each day, we made sure to be there before 5:30 pm because it was absolutely breathtaking! Breakfast at Feliz was lovely, with a variety of options that changed daily. I personally love Filipino breakfasts, so I was always looking forward to it each morning. I also got a few treatments at the spa, and they were absolutely sensational, the therapists were professional, attentive, and made me feel completely relaxed. It was the perfect addition to an already wonderful stay. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Every member of staff was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. My family wanted to try several activities during our trip, and the team at Feliz organised everything for us, from transfers to payments, making the process completely hassle-free. When my mum unfortunately slipped due to the rain and hurt her arm, the staff were incredible. They checked on her constantly, left thoughtful notes wishing her well, and even offered to take her to the clinic (which she kindly declined). Their care and attentiveness really highlighted the level of hospitality at Feliz. Overall, our stay at Feliz Hotel was wonderful, and I would definitely return. If you want to be centrally located while still enjoying a touch of luxury, Feliz is absolutely perfect!

It’s worth noting that during our stay, only one of the lifts was operational. This didn’t significantly impact our experience, however, I did observe that some of the timber panelling inside the lift appeared slightly damp or worn, which may be due to the island’s humid climate. I imagine the hotel already has plans in place for refurbishment or maintenance in due course. Aside from this minor observation, everything else throughout our stay was excellent.

Our honeymoon was truly well spent thanks to the warm hospitality of all the staff - from the front desk to the F&B team. I loved everything about Feliz Hotel: the ambiance, interiors, food and amenities. Can’t wait to go back :) A special thank you to Sir Mico, Ica, Harold, Jessica and Jerome!
