Great location, clean and comfortable room, and the property was easy to access. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a short stay.

The parking and lift access could be a little confusing at first, but overall there were no major issues during our stay.

I loved that the place was clean and hard all I wanted. I wish I could stay more

The only thing I had some issues with, is that i was not able to connect HDMI cable to the TV. Since the TV was not a smart TV

I booked twice this hotel first booking was bad experience due to the apartment cleanness, but 2nd one was amazing. So depending on the apartment you get, you'll enjoy your stay

No safe deposit box , even though mentioned on list at the time of booking. On demand cleaning Looked like a booking for a hotel room but it is a managed serviced apartment!

Les chambres et salon spacieuses

L’appartement est propre. Mais ces équipements ne le sont pas. Les salons (sofa) et chaises sont tachés, les douchettes de toilette fuient. Les TV ne fonctionnent pas, les piles fuites. Les cuvettes des toilettes mal fixées.

Very spacious, rooms were impressively large. Great to have a pool and kids play area. The staff were incredibly responsive. They provide a WhatsApp chat for communication and responses were always immediate. Staff were definitely a highlight and were always helpful. We left our pram behind, they notified us promptly and helped facilitate it being delivered back to us

The rooms smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The staff organised air purifiers and ozone purifiers which helped, however the smell would return each time we left the room and the purifiers were off. I suspect it came from the vents in the bathrooms. We had to keep the air purifier on the entire time

Nice location, nice building, nice facilities.

The room was disgusting and I paid £175 for a more expensive room and what I was put in wasn’t what it looked like on the pictures! Bathroom was filthy, staff told me it was one of the nicest rooms. Window had mould on it. The whole floor I was on stunk of stale smoke

The location was super, and within walking distance to the monorail station. The swiming was a bonus.

One toliet was not usable as the cover was loose.

only thing I didn't like is being able to hear the road a little from the room at night, but this will happen anywhere in central KL really

The staff at the reception was very responsive and helpful. The room was spacious, with enough kitchen tools for us to do some simple cooking. The location was close to KLCC so it was easy to walk around. Lift was always fast, didn't have to wait long. There's a minimart and restaurant at the lobby, but if you want more choices just walk over to the next property for a better grocery shopping experience.

The mattress is super hard and uncomfortable, we could not sleep well. Aircon in the room was sometimes cold and sometimes warm so whenever it got warm we woke up sweaty. Tried to adjust using the controller but didn't work. This happens a few times throughout the night. This property has many good features, but because of these bed and aircon matters, we will not come back again. We stayed 6 nights here, didn't get a good rest at all. To those who are not fussed about these things, this property is worth staying a night or two.

Great location, reasonable price, good sized unit, comfortable and has most of everyday amenities.

Sometimes the hot water pressure is too low and temperature not consistent despite not changing the dial.

I have stayed at this property 3 times within the last 8 years I usually like this property but didn’t like it at all this time

Cooling system did not operate in living area only in rooms and main bedroom was the cooling system fans behind a door which vibrated the walls all night and made it difficult to sleep. I wanted to leave after the first night and book elsewhere but was hard as I had family with me. The microwave did not heat up as I had a toddler with me that required a warm bottle of milk I had to go to cafes and order warm milk. The washing machine dryer did not dry my clothes left them wet and smelly I had to take and lay at a laundry service in the city. Shower floor was not clean was mouldy. And leaked all day and all night from the shower head. The toilet was clogged in main bedroom had to use the other toilets in the apartment and the washer near the toilet was leaking water all over the floors. This was a very disappointing stay as I always speak highly of this hotel due to staying there in the past.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Sfera Residence. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the MRT station, making it super convenient to get to all the main attractions around the city. What really impressed me was the exceptional service from the reception team. I accidentally parked my car in the wrong lot and it got clamped just when I was rushing to attend an event. The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful — they quickly handled the situation for me, and when I returned later, my car had already been moved to the correct lot. Truly above and beyond service! The stay was comfortable, convenient, and hassle-free. Highly recommend Sfera Residence for anyone looking for a great location and outstanding hospitality!

Location to City Center was excellent

The location was good. Minimarts close by for snacks. Close to the towers. 10 mins walk. The king bed was ridiculously comfortable. Loved the block out blinds too. The room was spacious. The security guards were always friendly.

It didn’t feel clean. Orange stains on the bathroom floor, marks on the walls, dried yoghurt (I think) on the feature art in the hallway. The air cons were so loud one night it kept me up and one night the air cons didn’t work. I asked for a city view and was given a view of the highway. On arrival our room wasn’t ready (we were an hour early before check in so no probs) we waited the hour and were given a room with 2 king beds. We had specified 1 king and 2 singles as we have teenagers. We had to wait again for another room to be ready. If it was 1 or 2 nights we wouldn’t haven’t bothered but we stayed for 6 nights. There are no pool towels and you have to request for items to be restocked as there is no servicing. There is no dishwashing tablets or washing powder supplied.

Ada lipas di bahagian dapur, lampu di tempat masak tak berfungsi. Bilik air shower bocor, paip tandas air keluar. Luar kawsan bilik ada bau tak sedap(bau karpet masam). Dari segi penjagaan fasility tak sama dgn pengurusan terdaulu( Fraser Residence).

Kawsan yg menarik jika nak ke KLCC dgn sg wang dekat.
