I booked this hotel from 2–7 September, but the experience was absolutely terrible. The room was extremely small, dirty, and poorly maintained. It was advertised as 43 m², but in reality it was nowhere near that size and felt much smaller. The ceiling was leaking, the air conditioning did not work properly, and the overall level of cleanliness was unacceptable. The room we received was very different from the photos and description shown in the booking. We even saw silverfish in the room, which made the hygiene situation even more disturbing. The conditions were so bad that, although our reservation was until 7 September, we had to leave early on the morning of 5 September. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is very centrally located in Taksim and offers excellent value for money. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the breakfast was really good. The staff were especially friendly and welcoming. I actually stayed at the hotel twice during my trip, with a few days on the Princes’ Islands in between, and when I returned for my second stay I even received a room upgrade, which was a very nice surprise. Overall, I had a great experience and really have nothing to complain about. I would happily stay here again.

Her attention and hospitality make breakfast feel like a personal experience rather than simply a hotel service. ‏But what truly makes this hotel exceptional is its people. ‏Yahya is a remarkable person and an outstanding professional in management. I have known Yahya for three years, and I can honestly say that he is a person of exceptional character, respect, and professionalism. He is not simply a manager doing his job — he genuinely cares about people and knows how to make guests feel valued. ‏I would also like to sincerely thank Owais and Maheen. Both are wonderful, extremely respectful, and exceptional in the way they deal with guests. ‏And Semi is absolutely fantastic — incredibly helpful, kind, and always ready to assist. ‏What impressed me most is that the staff here are different. You do not constantly hear “no.” Instead, they try to find a solution. They treat you with respect, patience, and genuine hospitality. ‏I have stayed in many hotels around Istanbul and Taksim, and I honestly believe that the staff and management here are on another level. The atmosphere is completely different. You genuinely feel that you are in your own home, not simply staying in a hotel. ‏This is something very difficult to describe unless you experience it yourself. ‏For me, the greatest strength of this hotel is not only the room, the cleanliness, the location, or the breakfast. It is the people and the way the hotel is managed.

I really enjoyed my stay at Endless Suites Hotel. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and its location was excellent, close to Taksim Square. The breakfast was also very good. This place had some of the best customer service we experienced during our stay. Mahi at the reception was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best we had, and the manager was exceptionally kind and accommodating. He even took the time to prepare traditional Turkish tea and coffee for us, which made the experience feel even more special. The service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were truly outstanding. Since the hotel is located on a hill, opening the windows gives you a beautiful, picturesque view of the surrounding area. Overall, this was an awesome place to stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming experience.

الغرفة واسعه وموقعة لاباس فيه مشى لمدة 7 دقايق تقريبا الي شارع الاستقلال موظفين الاستقبال السوري الفترة الصباحية اخلاقة عسل وخدوم وكذلك الموظفة الباكستانية بالفترة المسائية محترمة وكذلك الشفت المسائي محترم افضل ما بالفندق الاستقبال

الغرفة تحتاج الي ترميم والفرش يحتاج الي تغيير متسخ بعض الشي دورة المياة متهالكة وتحتاج الي ترميم المغسلة الماء ضعيف جدا جدا رقم الغرفة 201 اتمنى من صاحب المحل ترميم الغرفة ولو تم الغاء المطبخ وازالة الجداء لتصبح الغرفة كبيرة ووضع كنب وطاولة ليستفيد السائح حيث المطبخ اخذ نصف مساحة الغرفة بدون اي فائدة

I had a great stay at Endless Suites and would definitely give it 10/10. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and a special thanks to Umut at the reception. He was extremely helpful, kind, and attentive throughout our stay and really made our experience better. He went out of his way to help us whenever we needed anything. Thank you, Umut, for the excellent hospitality! Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect.

The helpfulness of the staff was the best thing at Endless Suites Hotel. Mahi was excellent at the front desk - always willing to provide us with helpful information on where to go and how to get there. She pointed us to restaurants and sights that we could see. Ali was equally helpful on the front desk during the day. Breakfast was healthy and lovely, again provided by a helpful member of the Endless staff and the manager was welcoming and provided us with Turkish coffee. The rooms were kept clean daily by the cleaning staff and I would describe the stay here as very enjoyable. I'm writing this review now from the balcony of the Endless Suites room where we are staying, what a beautiful view. I hope you get a chance to enjoy it.

- The walls were a bit thin in our room so we could hear the TV of the room next door in the early morning. - Would be great if the bathroom could have a hook on the back of the door so we can hang up towels / clothes. But there are work arounds to this.

The property was in a great location, very close to Taksim Square and all the local transport. The hotel staff Maheen, Ali, Owais and sevda were all great. They helped out with everything from popular places to visit and eating out. I will definitely be coming back to stay here.

If you don’t like to walk a lot it’s a bit far like 8 minutes walk from Taksim square but the street to walk to the hotel is busy enough to get you excited to walk!

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται λίγα μέτρα μακριά απο την Ταξιμ σε ένα στενό δρόμο με πολλά μαγαζάκια και εστιατόρια τριγύρω. Η αίσθηση που έχεις είναι ότι βρίσκεσαι σε μια ασφαλή και ήσυχη γειτονιά.Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν στο 4ο όροφο κι αν και ήταν τύπου σοφίτα ήταν άνετο για οικογένεια . Το καλύτερο ήταν το μπαλκόνι το οποίο είχε καταπληκτική θέα στην πόλη και το μεγάλο Τζάμι, ιδιαίτερα τη νύχτα. Το πρωινό ήταν καλό και το κορίτσι που ήτανε υπεύθυνο έφτιαχνε τουρκικό καφέ και τσάι. Ο manager και τα παιδιά της reception ήτανε πολύ φιλικοί, ιδιαίτερα η Mahi η οποία μας έδινε και tips για την πόλη.

Η καθαριότητα είναι σίγουρα κάτι που πρέπει να βελτιωθεί. Ιδιαίτερα στο μπάνιο που είχε αρκετά άλατα και κάποια σήμερα που ήθελαν περισσότερη προσοχή. Μια ανανέωση σε κάποιες από τις πετσέτες είναι επίσης απαραίτητη μιας και κάποιες από αυτές ήτανε πολύ φθαρμένες.

Good breakfast and value for money. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was a good size with a balcony.

The location was convenient, but unfortunately there was very little else that we liked about the property.

Very disappointing experience. The check-in was seriously delayed, and we had to wait for about an hour and a half before the rooms were ready. In the end, we were only able to settle into our rooms around 4:30–5:00 PM. Unfortunately, the rooms were extremely dirty when we finally got access to them. We had to contact the hotel again and ask them to come and clean the rooms. The bedsheets were particularly unacceptable — they looked as if they had only been rearranged rather than properly changed, and we could actually see hair on the bedding. There were also no towels provided, and the floor was visibly dirty. Considering the photos, the high rating, and the previous reviews, I chose this hotel expecting a much better experience. Sadly, it was completely different from what was advertised. In my opinion, the rating is nowhere near 8.5. I would give this place a maximum of 6. I honestly don’t understand how it has such a high rating. Reviews and ratings can create expectations that don’t match reality, and unfortunately this hotel caused us a lot of unnecessary trouble. I definitely do NOT recommend this place and would not stay here again.

Struttura centralissima a pochi passi da piazza Taksim e quindi anche da tutti i mezzi pubblici Colazione sufficiente (poca scelta di dolci)

la stanza era piccola e la pulizia non era il massimo. Ci è stata consegnata la stanza da 3 senza il necessario di biancheria e asciugamani. Il divano letto non era preparato e dopo nostra richiesta (era l'ora di pranzo) e nonostante glielo avessimo ricordato, al nostro rientro nel tardo pomeriggio abbiamo trovato tutto come prima! il letto non era fatto e ci siamo dovuti arrangiare per la prima sera. Il portiere di notte non ha saputo risolvere il problema e abbiamo scoperto il giorno dopo che non lo aveva neanche lasciato detto dell'accaduto, come noi espressamente avevamo richiesto!

Хороший номер,хороший персонал. Завтраки вполне себе нормальные,но не сильно разнообразные. Есть в доступе всегда чай и кофе. Вид с балкончика отличный,но летом в обед там очень жарко. Хороший отель,я рекомендую.

Det eneste der trækker ned det var tv’et. Den første virkede ikke så fik vi et nyt værelse og der var da fint med TV men stadig svært med at styre fjernbetjening da der var 3 forskellige .. men det er kun et lille minus

Персонал очень вежливый, улыбчивый и приветливый. Спасибо их Менеджеру (к сожалению забыла спросить его имя) не отказал нашему гостю остаться на 1 ночь с нами. Близко к центру Таксима. Вкусный завтрак. Приветливая девушка и очень красивая на подаче завтрака. Номера свежие, убирались каждый день.

Освещение в ванной очень тусклое. А в целом все очень нам понравилось.

Отличное расположение отеля недалеко от автобусной остановки в районе Таксим, можно сразу доехать на шаттле из аэропорта и быстро дойти до самого отеля. В отеле все аккуратно, чисто, персонал очень вежливый, хорошо говорит на английском. В отеле бесплатный кофе, что тоже очень радует. Завтрак вполне достойный, да, возможно однообразный, но продукты хорошего качества.

Мебель кухни немного подустала, например, дверь от холодильника немного отваливается, но пока держится, и в ванной уплотнители стоило бы заменить, но не критично. Также розетки стоит плотнее установить, так как расшатались, но на само проживание это не влияет.

الإقامة كانت مميزه في الفندق، موظفوا الفندق تعاملهم رائع ومتعاونين جدا، الفندق يهتم بالنظافة وبمعالجة أي ملاحظة من طرف النزيل، الفندق مناسب للعائلات والنزلاء راقيين، الفطور كان أيضا رائع ولذيذ ومتعدد الخيارات، سوف أقوم بالحجز مجددا في هذا الفندق، شكرا لكل موظف في هذا الفندق وبالأخص للأخ يحيى.

The place is strategic , the bedroom is huge . The food is great. The manager Mr. Yahya is friendly and generous . I will stay here again if I come to Istanbul again.

Второй раз бы отель не выбрала. Расположение хорошее.

1. Было шумно ночью. Оставались на 3 ночи и все 3 ночи невозможно нормально спать. Всю ночь, ор, визги, крики, бибиканья от машин и мотоциклов, смех, кто-то что-то ремонтировал ночью дрелью. Шумоизоляции никакой. 2. Завтрак плохой, очень скромный. Голодными не уйдёте, но и удовольствия не получите. Кофе а-ля 3 в одном, чай - пакетик. 3. Номер чистый, но старый, требуется ремонт, все уже такое потрепанное.

C’è stato un cambio di alloggio ma è andato tutto bene

The staff was verry helpful and friendly, they attended to all of our requests. The front of the house staff made sure when we asked to go somewhere they made sure we went to all places safely. The staff that cleaned our rooms made sure we had all of the comforts of home . The breakfast was nice and orderly.

Posizione comoda per piazza Taksim. Camera da 3 piuttosto ampia. Al terzo piano una terrazza dove, anche se non con veduta mozzafiato, è stato piacevole trascorrere del tempo in relax con una bevanda fresca. Personale gentile, in particolare il ragazzo della reception dell'altro albergo Endless Comfort che abbiamo conosciuto la mattina (assomiglia a Rami Malek, l'attore) al momento della colazione. Ambiente pulito anche se a primo impatto il bagno non sembra (v. sotto). Nel complesso qualità/prezzo 👍👍

Colazione da fare in un altro albergo, dello stesso proprietario, poco distante: in estate non è un problema, in inverno un po' scomodo. Sauna e bagno turco indicati in descrizione non ci sono stati segnalati al check in e noi non abbiamo chiesto, quindi non so se siano operativi. Nella nostra stanza, bagno e frigorifero richiedono qualche intervento più per impatto visivo perché la funzionalità c'è ma danno impressione di trascuratezza. TV non utilizzabile perché i telecomandi sono senza pile

First of all what makes our staying for a week pleasant and satisfying are both yehia and sameh, they are both helpful and professional.my children and I would recommend the hotel and always ask for samih And yehia for advise how to take transportation and places to visit .

Air-conditioning was not reliable sometimes work while other days will not .we were told it's something to do with the system other than that there are no problems
