V sousední stáji, která stála kousek od našeho pokoje, se začínalo pracovat v 6:15. V tu chvíli se tam pouštělo rádio, což nás při otevřeném okně (bylo horko) dost rušilo.

Byl inzerován 1 denní vstup do SPA v ceně ubytování. Ale již při termínu rezervace bylo SPA uzavřeno jak jsme zjistil na místě. Očekával bych kompenzaci za tuto nedodanou službu.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026Snídaně byla vynikající, vše z domácích produktů a domácí výroby, míchaná vajíčka, káva, čaj, čerstvé pečivo, sýry, salámy, zelenina a ovoce. Výhled na celý Kaprun naprosto fantastický. Majitelé byli velmi milí, vstřícný. Vstup v rámci ubytování do Tauern Spa jsme naplno využili, bylo to moc příjemné po celodenním lyžování si jít odpočinout do wellness. Hotel se nachází poměrně vysoko, takže jsme museli na centrální parkoviště dojíždět autem, ale díky tomu, jsme se vyhnuli večernímu hluku z centra.

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026Traumhafter Ausblick vom Balkon des Zimmers über Kaprun. Frühstück sehr gut und hochwertige Regionale Zutaten beziehungsweise direkt von den Gastgebern selbst hergestellt.
Vielleicht könnte man für Abends gegenüber des Tonistüberls beim Getränke Kühlschrank noch irgendwelche kleine Snacks bereitstellen.

Reviewed Dec 16, 2025Nagyon elégedettek voltunk a szállással, minden tekintetben felülmúlta az elvárásainkat. A szállás csodálatos helyen fekszik, közvetlenül az erdő mellett, gyönyörű kilátással egész Kaprunra. A környezet nyugodt és pihentető, mégis minden könnyen elérhető. A reggeli bőséges és finom volt, a szoba kifogástalanul tiszta, az ágy pedig rendkívül kényelmes, igazi feltöltődést biztosított. Minden apró részlet a vendégek kényelmét szolgálja. Külön szeretném kiemelni a szállásadók segítőkészségét. Érkezéskor sajnos autóproblémánk adódott, ezért késő este érkeztünk, de ez egyáltalán nem okozott gondot, így is zökkenőmentesen bejutottunk a szobánkba. Útközben több helyen is próbáltunk segítséget kérni (benzinkút, rendőrség, autómentő, szerviz), de sajnos sehol nem tudtak segíteni. Másnap reggel Claudia, a szállásadó, reggelinél érdeklődött, hogy megoldódott-e az autónk problémája. Amikor elmondtam, hogy még nem, és egy csőre valamint egy emelőre lenne szükségünk, azonnal szólt a férjének Toninak, aki mindent átkutatott, hogy segítsen rajtunk. Ennek köszönhetően másnap sikerült megoldani a problémát. Ez a hozzáállás számunkra példaértékű volt. Ha legközelebb Kaprunban járunk, nem kérdés, hogy ismét ide fogunk visszatérni. Szívből ajánljuk mindenkinek ezt a szállást!

Reviewed Nov 7, 2025이번 여행에서 가장 기대했던 숙소였는데 기대보다 더 좋았습니다! 멋진 뷰, 깔끔한 객실, 맛있는 조식, 귀여운 강아지, 친절한 호스트 모든 것이 완벽했습니다! 썸머카드로 방문한 카프룬 댐도 너무 좋았고(사장님이 추천해 주셨어요) 타우에른 스파도 이틀 연속 일정 끝나고 갔는데 너무 좋았어요!! 특히, 저희가 한국 운전면허증을 놓고 가서 렌트를 못 하는 바람에 대중교통을 이용해서 방문했는데 마을까지 픽업하러 내려와 주시고 택시기사 번호도 알려주시고 너무 감사했습니다!! 빠른 시일 내에 재방문하고 싶어요!!

The view from the property was truly breathtaking — whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery was always picture-perfect. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure I felt comfortable and welcomed throughout my visit. They went above and beyond to accommodate any requests and provided helpful tips about the area. The location itself was ideal — peaceful and quiet, yet still close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful and friendly spot to unwind!”

Reviewed Jan 21, 2025The location was incredible, and the views were breathtaking! I was grateful that we had a car with us! The staff were fantastic, breakfast was lovely, Charlie the dog was a delight!!🤣 we made the most of the spa, which was so much better than I ever realised! And I even had a bottle of bubbly given to me for my birthday! Claudia helped my friends by organising an amazing horse-drawn carriage ride for my birthday too!! Had a fantastic stay. Thank you so much!!

Just a little something about the breakfast choices. It could be more diverse during the week. But the taste is very good and the view from the breakfast terrace is worth it.

Reviewed Oct 4, 2022This is a very nice, comfortable, well kept and cleane place. The room is specious, the kitchen is excellent, the beds are great, the view is amazing, Claudia is supper helpful and friendly. The summer card is a great extra as it saved us a lot of money.
Unfortunately there was not even one thing that was less than perfect. This place deserve a round 10

Only 2 things It's dull outside at night I've paid more money on Checkout and this wasn't clear why , but i paid as we really loved their helpness
