Pension Central I Self Check In I AC in all rooms

Muy cerca del centro pero en una calle tranquila (4 minutos andando de la catedral de St Stephan y 8 andando de Horburg). Las instalaciones estaban limpias, acceder era muy sencillo y había cafetera y tetera en la habitación, además de nevera. Al lado había un supermercado, varias cafeterías y restaurantes, y a dos minutos andando la parada del autobús del aeropuerto y el metro U1 que conecta con la estación de tren. Llegamos muy pronto por la mañana y nos permitieron dejar las maletas en la oficina que tienen (avisando con antelación claro).

The room was quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the location was super convenient. It was nice to have a well functionning A/C on hot days.

Zentral Lage und ruhig. Ansonsten recht einfach gehalten. Für ein Wochenende in Ordnung.

La camera non era molto pulita. Al mio arrivo c’era un capello nella doccia, la carta igienica non era stata sostituita ed il piumone era macchiato. Inoltre il bollitore non funzionava e c’era una macchinetta per il caffè (abbastanza datata) ma senza capsule, quindi inutilizzabile.

Vicinanza al centro e alla metropolitana. A due minuti dalla fermata della navetta per l'aeroporto. Quartiere delizioso pieni di locali e negozi.

Bagno con poco spazio d'appoggio. Nel set colazione una tazza scheggiata ma su richiesta, tramite messaggio , è stata cambiata.

Oteli zor bulduk bir tabelası yok. Kapısı zor açılıyor böyle güzel gelişmiş bir şehirde bu kadar geri kalmış bir kapı sistemi beni şaşırttı. Şifre giriliyor sonra inanıllmaz az bir sesi kulağını koyarak takip ediyorsun duyarsan sert bastığında açılıyor duyamaz ya da zamanı tutturamazsan açılmıyor. Bizde çok stres yarattı. Odada sadece 1 su 1 çay vardı biz 2 kişiyiz kahve Çay bolca olmalıydı sonraki gün getirdiler. Birde ilk kez çocuksuz tatile geldik gece geç saatte otele geldik sabah uyuyacağız diye sevinmişken sabah 9 a doğru kapı çalındı rahatsız etmeyin diyince geri gittler uyandık çok sinirlendik. Ayrıca uzun boylu bayana çıkışta merhaba valizleri bırakabilir miyiz dediğimizde öncelikle günaydın diyin dedi merhaba dememiz ile yetinmedi sanırım bu üslup hoş değildi ama valizi bıraktık sonra aldık yine de teşekkürler

旧市街の主な観光地まで歩いて行ける。隣にSPARがある。地下鉄も徒歩5分。なのに朝は静かで落ち着く。

連泊の場合のタオル交換が指示されていなくて不十分。

Towels were small by American standards. Had to go hunting for additional coffee pods -- but the cleaning staff person went out of her way to help with that.

Muy bien ubicado,a 10 minutos de la catedral y a 15 del palacio de hofburg caminando. Zona bonita y tranquila. Las entradas son por sistema electrónico,fácil y sin problema con la app del establecimiento. Justo al lado hay un supermercado para poder comprar agua o lo que necesites. La habitación no demasiado grande pero cómoda y tranquila

Todo bien,lo único mejorable sería que las cortinas llegaran al suelo para evitar la luz que se cuela por ellas desde muy temprano.

Viyana'da 4 gece kaldık ve genel olarak çok memnun ayrıldık. Otelin en güzel yanı kesinlikle konumu. Neredeyse bütün gezilecek yerlere yürüyerek gittik, toplu taşımayı çok az kullandık. Şehir merkezinde olmasına rağmen kendimizi güvende hissettik. Oda temizdi, çalışanlar da her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Bizim için en önemli şey temiz ve merkezi bir otel olmasıydı, bu konuda beklentimizi tamamen karşıladı.

Bina giriş kapısı şifreyi girdikten sonra biraz zorlayarak açılıyordu. İttirip zorlamak gerekiyordu. Şu an düzeltilmiş olabilir :)

Nelli and Nicole from the staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help us with anything we needed. The location was amazing, very close to the main points of interest in Vienna's center, but just far enough away to avoid any crowds and noise. It is located right next to the very handy Viennese tram, a Spar supermarket, great bars, and restaurants. The apartment was very well-equipped and quiet, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We had a great time here and I highly recommend this apartment to everyone!

Oda tertemizdi, banyo yeniydi, yatak rahattı, en çok hoşumuza giden şey merkeze 2 dakika yürüme mesafesinde olmasıydı. Odaya bıraktıkları ikram şampanyalar ve kahveler güzel bir jestti. Tesisin hemen yanında güzel büyük bir markette var. Erken giriş için yardımcı olmaları bizi çok mutlu etti tekrar geldiğimde hiç düşünmeden konaklayacağım yer burası. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Liked everything about it but if you come with a car you should know that parking in the area is very expensive, almost 50 €/24 h (which is to be expected in the city centre).

Ubicación, comodidad, limpieza. Camas muy cómodas. Aire acondicionado nuevo, funciona muy bien. Edificio histórico pero todo renovado en las habitaciones. Pequeño frigorífico para guardar bebidas frescas y comida, con agua de cortesia. Hervidor de agua y cafetera así como servicio de vajilla y cubiertos correspondientes a los ocupantes de la habitación. Supermercado al lado. Calle muy céntrica pero resulta tranquila de tráfico, excepto quizá ocasionalmente alguna noche de fin de semana. A tan sólo 1 minuto de la parada del autobús del aeropuerto y muy cerca de paradas de metro y autobuses. A pocos pasos de mucho surtido de cafeterías y restaurantes.Resulta perfecto para visitar el casco histórico a pie. El self check-in es sencillo y resulta cómodo. Disponen de servicio de consigna de equipaje en la misma planta dentro de un horario (amplio)., muy amables. Me sorprendió muy gratamente el detalle: una nota de bienvenida con mi nombre y escrita a mano, realmente resulta un detalle muy acogedor. Una estancia fabulosa. Claramente repetiría.

Clean, cute, cozy, modern, good beds

The front door code is a hassle, and the staff less than kind about it… when I came to drop off luggage before check in she chastised me for buzzing instead of using the code (it was before check-in time), said she’d message me when the room is ready (she didn’t), when I got back still 15min early for check in she scolded me again that I should use the code (guess what it didn’t work yet lol). Second room needed to be changed because of overwhelming mold smell, I appreciated they changed me quickly.

Clean, nice bed and great location. Our aircondition broke but staff quickly solved it with handyman. Can recommend this place to stay at.

Konumu merkezi ve ulaşımı kolaydı. Oda ve kullanım alanı yeterli, konaklama rahat ve şifreli giriş sistemi oldukça pratikti. Ancak teknolojiye çok alışık olmayan kişiler için giriş sistemi biraz zorlayıcı olabilir. Onun dışında f/p harika.

Otelin girişini ilk etapta bulmak oldukça zordu; herhangi bir tabela veya yönlendirme bulunmadığı için çevredeki başka bir otelle karıştırılıyor. Otelin önüne belirgin bir tabela ya da açıklayıcı bir yönlendirme konulması çok faydalı olurdu. Görevliler yardımcı oldular ancak İngilizce aksan nedeniyle zaman zaman net iletişim kurmakta zorlandık; otele ulaştıktan sonra girişi bulmamız yaklaşık 20–30 dakika sürdü.

Die Unterkunft ist leider sehr schlecht ausgeschildert. Von außen ist nicht ersichtlich, wo sich der Hoteleingang befindet. Wir haben rund 20 Minuten gesucht, sind mehrfach im Kreis gelaufen und auch Google Maps war keine große Hilfe, da zwar die richtige Adresse angezeigt wird, der Eingang jedoch schwer zu finden ist. Als Hinweis für zukünftige Gäste: Der Eingang befindet sich direkt neben dem Geschäft „WIEN Licht“. Dieses Geschäft ist gut sichtbar und deutlich beschildert, sodass man sich daran gut orientieren kann.

Migliorerei la gestione delle pulizie. Alle 15 la stanza ancora non pulita il secondo giorno infatti abbiamo rinunciato

Otelin konumu muazzam. Aziz Stephan Katedrali yürüyerek en fazla 5 dakika mesafede. Gördüğümüz en temiz odalardan biriydi. Ekip, başta Nicole olmak üzere harikalardı ve her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Viyana'ya tekrar geldiğimizde kalacağımız yer burası olur. Banyo, büyük ve sorunsuzdu. Giriş yaparken kodu girdikten sonra kapıyı açmak için biraz güç kullanarak açmak gerekiyor, bizim gibi nazik davranmayın :) Otel resepsiyonu yok ama yönetim ekibinin ofisi var. Bir sorun olursa ya da bavul bırakma/alma gibi durumlarda size yardımcı olmaları çok değerli.

Kusursuz bir deneyim oldu.

Everything! It was the perfect room and perfect location. The self checkin and out system was amazing.There are also staff in the office if needed which was helpful because they can look after the luggage for a few hours after checkout. There were some earbuds next to the beds but we didn't even need them.. excellent

Περισσότερη προσοχή στην καθαριότητα.

Gürültülü bir caddede cuma ve cumartesi günleri kalıyorsanız diğer günler sessizdi, yastıklar daha dolu olabilir, perde kısa olduğu için sanah ışığını kesemiyor (uzun olursa çok daha konforşu olur.), oda terliği yok, yatakların altı tozluydu temizlenebilir ara sıra, check out saati için 10 da gelinip hatırlatma yapılması hoş değildi…

Tres bien situées dans le centre ville, les chambres sont très bien équipées et confortables. L'accès en l'absence de personnel a été très simple.
