Everything was as expected from a business hotel in Japan. Small but clean and quiet room, comfortable and close to Sapporo station, which made it perfect to taking tours around Hokkaido.

Wish the hotel had an onsen onsite.

Overall, I had a good impression of this hotel and everything made sense for a great stay. I accidentally booked a smoking room by mistake, but the hotel kindly provided a deodorisation service for us. Although there was still a very light smoking smell left, it was well within an acceptable range for me and my child. Given that it was my own booking error, I really appreciated the hotel's quick and reasonable assistance.

早餐很豐盛，好吃，早餐卷可以換蛋糕或咖啡

朝食もおいしかったです。周辺施設にマクドナルドなどしか朝は開店していないので、急遽朝食サービスを追加しました。居酒屋風のお店ですがドリンクバーもあり、良かったです。 喫煙OKの店舗でしたが、朝の利用時には喫煙者がいなかったので子供連れのため安心しました。フロントからすぐのお店なので喫煙が気になる方は確認してから利用をされた方が良いかと思います。フロントでも案内があると嬉しいです。

コインランドリーがあるのはとても良かったのですが、100円玉が4～５枚必要なため両替機がすぐそばにあると嬉しいです。フロント横の機械にて両替はできます。 繁忙期はコインランドリーも使用中が多く、かなり待たないと利用できませんでした。繁忙期なので仕方がない部分はあります。利用状況が部屋のモニターからみられるので便利です。

생각보다 위치가 괜찮습니다. 삿포로 역에서 가깝고 조용합니다. 스스키노까지 걸어서 20분 정도인데, 삿포로 역에서 스스키노까지 지하도로 걸으면 날씨에 관계없이 이동할 수 있습니다. 방이 넓은 편은 아니지만 공간을 효율적으로 사용해서인지 불편함은 거의 느끼지 못했습니다.

대욕장이 없는 건 아무래도 아쉽습니다.

Staff are friendly. Room is clean, without any cigarette smell and not far from the JR station. There is a paid laundry room and you can see how long will it take from the TV in your room, which is super handy. And there is even a comic room that you can borrow comic books for free! Breakfast is nice, with a wide variety of choices.

We can change the breakfast voucher to vouchers that can use in souvenir shop

Location is great. Size of the room is big for Japanese hotel standards. Kombini is nearby 3 different types. Airport shuttle bus is 3mins away

One pillow was too thin to my liking. Toilet was a little outdated but still had the automatic bidet. A must for any room I stay in Japan. Corner room was nice, view is like having your own mini shibuya crossing view.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, walking distance to Sapporo station. Be sure to use the hotel's Manga room on the 5th floor! My family had a great time borrowing and reading the manga during our stay. We booked 2 rooms for our family. The room with the full size bed is a bit tight. The corner room with 2 twin beds was much more spacious. Both rooms were clean.

酒店位置很好哦，市中心的景点都在步行距离内，购物也很方便。酒店的早餐非常值得一试，本地的新鲜食材，地道的北海道做法。职员都和蔼可亲。

房间对一家四口来说略挤，但是可以接受

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Tbe hotel is also conveniently located within 5 minutes (walking distance) of both stations. .

早餐非常棒，一定要體驗，地點離札幌車站很近，附近有東急百貨，覺得交通、地點、住宿都很不錯。

房間不大，但讓人放鬆而自在，備品依需要而取用的模式，非常方便住戶(各種風味的浴鹽、咖啡、茶包、搓澡巾讓我印象最深刻)，節能減碳的房間清潔也很不錯，完善的夜間門禁管制，讓人放心，親切有禮的櫃檯人員，更是讓人激賞。尤其Check out後請她們幫我叫計程車，更是細節皆備，感謝里士滿站前店的所有人員，在我們全家停留的四個晚上，提供給疲憊遊客最好的倚靠。

各階にウォーターサーバーがあったことやコミックの貸出もあり、施設として充実していた。

シーツやタオル等の交換はされていたが、部屋のゴミの片付けまではされていなかったこと。客室掃除が不十分でした。

Sapporo station was quite far. One supermarket was nearby. Rooms were smaller than expected.

房間整理的非常乾淨，又有飲水機真的非常棒！

晚上搭電梯時煙味比較重，對煙味敏感的人來說會有點不舒服。烘衣機衣服真的很難烘乾。

アメニティーが充実し、清潔。ベッドの寝心地もよく静かで安眠できた。

朝食はビュッフェを期待していたが選択制の定食だった。

JR札幌駅からのアクセスが良く地下道を通ってホテル近くまで行ける。時計塔や大通公園などの観光スポットも近くロケは最高。

曜日によって宿泊費に差が有りすぎて週末の宿泊費が爆上がりするため、お値段がもう少し安いと更に良いと思う。

Location of this hotel is very convenient to reach subway station, Sapporo train station, and shopping area. Convenient stores and restaurants are also very close. In all advantages, there’s one special point worth mentioning. That is. Yamato transport service center right next to the hotel. If you are traveling with luggage and you want to deliver it to airport or next hotel, it’s super convenient.

Hotel moderno, con sala fumatori aperta 24h, sala lavatrici e dispenser gratuiti di acqua a ogni piano. Camera spaziosa per gli standard giapponesi e anche il bagno leggermente più grande del solito. Buona la colazione, si ricevono dei buoni per scegliere un set al ristorante situato al piano terra dell'hotel. Posizione comodissima, 10 minuti a piedi per il parco Odori e la stazione, 15 per Susukino.

Sarebbe bello avere anche qualche set per la colazione no giapponese, se non si vuole usare i buoni colazione al ristorante possono essere comunque convertiti per dolci alla reception. Anche una lavatrice in più non sarebbe male, c'è ne sono solo due al secondo piano e mi è capito facilmente di trovarle entrambe occupate.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Frühstück war sehr gut und der Raum war sehr sauber und frei von zigarettengeruch.

Ablage im Badezimmer ist zu klein.

This is my third stay in Richmond during my entire month's trip in Hokkaido. I have not been able to book my second and third stay before I left Europe, so I kept checking and finally got the rooms and am so pleased with all the services and hospitality from the very friendly and polite staff. I have already reviewed after my first stay, as mentioned in my previous review, I have stayed in the Richmond Hotel since the year 2000's and they have never disappointed me. This time, I messaged them before our arrival and informed them of my ETA and the car type I rented, and upon our arrival they have already helped arrange the carparking space for our rental car. Their helpfulness and great arrangement really exceeded our expectation. I must thank all the staff here for everything they have helped us through, which made all our three stays during this Hokkaido trip seamless and easy. About the hotel: -location: within walking distance between Sappporo Train Station and Susukino, excellent location -breakfast: 5 options to choose from, full set Japanese breakfast with grilled fish, full set Sashimi breakfast with Salmon and Salmon Roe, Crab Porridge breakfast set, Western Breakfast set, and Kids set. I always choose the full grilled fish set, you can opt for less rice if you find the set large -amenities: amenities available at the reception area, just take what u need -language: this trip amazes me as most of their staff speaks very good English, I have to specifically praise two male staff who checked us in during our first stay on 30 May, and our last stay on 16 June, their hospitality and professionalism gives me great comfort despite we were very tired after a long flight on 30 May and after a long road trip on 16 June

I have been with Richmond Hotel for long time and everytime I travel to Hokkaido, I would stay a few days with them. Over the decade, I witnessed and experienced their continuous improvements no matter in terms of room facilities, staff service, and breakfast options. Cant fault on anything with them. Once again, they have exceeded my expectations and I will definitely return again if I travel to Sapporo again.

Location and value for money

Two rooms we had booked. In one worm we found coakcroch and in another a worm. They did clean up immediately but would have loved it more without the creepies.

Is near the city centre, close to the nearest train station, and spacious for us and it fits our 2 large suitcases and 1 cabin size suitcase and still plenty of room left!

立地が良かったです。 また、受付の職員さんも挨拶をきちんとされ、質問にはきちんと答えて下さる等、私たちの年代のホテルのイメージと変わった点(部屋にアメニティ用品が無いなど、エコの観点もありますが)に戸惑うことなく、 宿泊出来ました。 本籍は北海道なので またお世話になることがあるかもしれませんが、その節はよろしくお願いします。

Pillows are like sandbags but this seems to be standard in Japan hotels or at least in the ones we’ve stayed in

前日に同じリッチモンドホテルの他店舗に同条件で宿泊した際の宿泊料金と比べると半額近い料金でしたので、とても安く泊まることが出来た点。

Close to JR station. Room is big enough to open large luggage on the floor. Streaming services on TV. Delicious breakfast with 6 options. Could exchange the unused breakfast coupons with others (e.g. cake, tickets to TV tower, shopping coupon at a souvenir shop in train station). Convenient hot/cold water stations on most floors.

The food was absolutely perfect and exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, especially with arranging my luggage delivery. They even called the destination hotel to confirm details beyond what I originally requested and helped me complete all the shipping documents. Their service and attention to detail made me feel very impressed and well taken care of throughout my stay.
